    Presentation not great. The shower head water is very weak. No key cards to go around. But good enough to get you through a couple days. One of the stoves dont work. AC, TV and Wifi work fine. Thats our experience.

    Nothing The staff treated me poorly they discriminated against me they put me on a do not rent list because of something third party had messed up and done I had paid and they said I didn't pay and I showed them proof that I paid and they still put me on a do not rent list that I did not know about and I booked again without knowing I was on that list and I got screwed out of my $86 and here I am sitting on the curb with all of my stuff with nowhere to go because they discriminated against me because of I have tattoos on my face I'm embarrassed I am now on the side of the curb I lost my job because this was a business trip and I want to be compensated for my troubles with credit on booking.com if not I'm going to give the worst Google review for booking.com and for this hotel I need to be compensated and put in a different hotel today

    What made the experience even worse was management’s response. After bringing up my concerns, I was essentially told to “take it up with a lawyer” and they refused to cancel the remainder of my stay. There was very little concern shown about the actual condition of the room or the fact that a paying guest was uncomfortable staying there. The overall condition of the property did not match what was advertised online. I understand budget hotels won’t be luxury experiences, but there is a major difference between “basic” and “dirty.” No guest should have to worry about pests or question whether bedding is clean. I had to inspect everything before touching it, which is not how anyone wants to spend their stay. Unfortunately, between the room conditions and the dismissive response from management, I would not recommend this property.

    If you are a solo, female traveler, this place is not for you. The front desk woman was very kind and helpful and my room was clean. However, too many things went wrong for me to recommend this motel. My door was jammed and wouldn't open without using force after many tries, the curtains broke when I tried closing them so I had to sleep with them open, the key card gets deactivated almost immediately when it's near your phone, and the shower was broken and would not turn on. I was there for a concert and was concerned about not being able to get into my room afterwards. If I would have had to sleep in my car because I couldn't get in, I would not have felt safe. Also, the shower not working isn't great for the Florida heat. These issues are not worth the convivence of the location or the price.

    A rip-off any way you look at it—$400 for a single night, just because there was a concert in Tampa. Thank goodness it was only for one night, because the place was terrible: everything was extremely old, the carpets and floors were disgusting, and there was a smell of marij... all the time. We only stayed here because there were no other options.

    When, or if a remodel occurs there should be a priority to invest in personnel to step up customer service and maintenance personnel. There was rust in the tub and the refrigerator was damaged badly.

    The room smelled like someone was smoking inside room for years , came back at night and smelled like weed inside the room! In the morning there was a roach walking on toilet patter and about 4 hours after check out called see if they found my daughters light stick and they put my on hold for 10 mins than took my phone number and never called me back to say anything at all! Besides that Jessica I believe was her name at check out was nice but honestly would never stay here again oh and i forgot could not shower because water was ice cold and wouldn’t heat up so thank God I was only staying over night. This is a never again for me.

    They do not mop the floors they do not clean up or Sweep the floors especially behind or under the beds they don't sweep behind the counters all the dressers are under the bed and it's all kinds of kind of wrappers and everything else that was found in the rooms the amenities were horrible and it was just a bad experience

    I contacted Expedia. I hope they credited my account and did not charge me for this place. When I book a queen room I expect to get a queen room not two double beds. I would never have booked this hotel had I known it was as dirty as it is.

    Staff would not allow early check in, the cabinets were sticky with grease, empty (the staff said she would have to gather cooking supplies “later” even though she knew I was eagerly waiting check in time. The drains did not drain in the bathroom or kitchenette. When I went to complain, another customer spoke of not having even a coffee pot after several days. There were homeless people loitering around the upstairs balcony, the parking lot and looking in my window. There were no other more appropriate rooms and staff was not willing to call another location or help me to relocate, did not apologize for the poor quality, and I had to screenshot my refund cancellation receipt because she could not send it via Expedia or print it.

    This facility is horrible. Extremely dirty and with multiple maintenance issues. On check-in, I was told there was no hot water and this would not be fixed for at least two days. There was no advanced notice, giving me no ability to change my plans. I could not even get into my first assigned room because the door would not open. I was reassigned a room which was extremely dirty and had a broken faucet handle, missing light bulbs and an inoperative outlet in the bathroom. I tried to get kitchen supplies (plates, cups, cooking implements, etc.), but nothing was available to be provided, so I could not even use the kitchen. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.

    These reviews cannot be real, because this place was terrible. From no hot water, homeless people, drug deals, and wasps in my bathroom, this was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Stay away from this place at all cost.

    The outside could use some cleaning. Got onto the room smelled really good. It was really clean. Had a hard time getting extra towels because they did not speak any English. Could use more chairs and tables in the room for sitting. Overall, it was an OK place.

    When I arrived at my motel I was told they had no hot water. I tried to find another place to stay but on short notice and a weekend, it was difficult to find someplace reasonable. I ended up on a friends couch for the night. The living conditions there were terrible and excessive smoking indoors made my stay there unbearable. I found another hotel the following day with the help of my daughter. She didn’t want me to spend my first vacation day locating a place to stay, which then cost me even more money.

    No bed bugs..but yes roaches were in fridge No hot water too much chlorine in swimming pool.i gave staff my forty towels at 7am and nobody never replaced my towel for the whole day.     The sink was extremely dirty, and the handwasher was clogged. There was no curtain in the shower, which made using it very inconvenient and messy. Overall, the level of maintenance and cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I do not recommend this property at all.

    When my wife and I arrived at this hotel there was a sign at the front desk which said there was no hot water. The front desk person did confirm that this was the case, and even though she told us that it has been an ongoing problem, nobody had notified us about this issue prior to our arrival. We weren’t even offered an apology for this inconvenience. This meant we were put in a situation where we had to ask for a refund and look for a different hotel to stay, after having travelled for 9 hours including ubers and a flight from California. If they have been having ongoing issues with the hot water, we should have at least been notified and given the opportunity to book another stay instead. We ended up having to take yet another uber, and spending money and time doing that, rather than already being in a hotel room. We were also told by the front desk staff that nobody was even going to be coming to try to fix the issue until the following day and that they weren’t very hopeful that it would in fact be fixed. This really put us in a position that my wife and I should not have been put in. We are loyal Expedia users and feel this was not handled professionally by the property.

    There was no hot water throughout the entire facility. Trash was scattered on stairs and Hotel grounds. The rack inside the freezer was rusted. The bed had no spring support on one side. Mildew along the caulk line around the sink in the bathroom. The bathroom door had a large hole in the bottom right corner and there was no refund offer. Rm # 251

    Not much There was no hot water, they didn’t tell us til check in and it was too late to find anywhere else. The room smelt musky and the tub didn’t drain properly so the cold water ended up collecting while I showered. The tv was so basic and although they had a stove and a microwave, no pots or plates so you literally have to bring all your own utensils.

    This is the homeless motel for this part of the city. The rooms reflect such. Microwave had more rust on inside than paint!!! Health Hazard!! Room was as clean as they could make it. Thought ESA was for business travelers staying longer periods. This was not good :(

Found a German cockroach later and another bug dropped from the ceiling..Stayed one night maybe slept one or two hours at the most. Traumatic experience here, never again.

I had to buy 2 air fresheners to try and get rid of that smell. Trash all over the property. This was a 1 night stay that was so bad, I should have stayed in my car. Bed: 3 paper thin pillows on a bed I can call a futon bed style. Towels must have been from others or got at a low class thrift shop. Stains in the bathroom. And to top it all off: 2am fire alarm went off at the property. If there was a chance I can get a refund I would have asked! This was a long term apartments-people have lounge chairs outside their rooms, and again smoke/ cat smell was unreal.

    When we woke up our first morning we found the sheet and blanket had some sort of dried spill on it. I called the front desk and the staff had me bring the sheets up to replace them. She was extremely helpful and apologetic.

    This stay was very upsetting which I never make a big deal; although, I saw what looked like someone was trying to get things tidy…guys look update the lights, they are stained cigarette yellow (CMON) the floor hadn’t been swept so I felt like I was stepping on the last family floor trash…there was an indication of bugs in my unit meaning 1 I saw crawling up the wall in bathroom!! The room stayed a cool 70 degrees which was comfortable I will say that, but the overwhelming scent of marijuana was everywhere in hallways, laundry room, under stairways, possibly other rooms IDC it was priced awesome and I love the area just needs well maintenance, security, appropriate locks….I felt like someone could easily have bumped/kicked my door open too…Extended Stay I know you can do better I’ve seen it in other areas….your welcome C

    When we got to front office to check in, it says online it’s self service. It’s not. The staff was friendly and upstanding but it took 20 minutes for them to check me in. And they seemed burnt out. They warned us of a cigarette smell in our room. Which if that would have been the only problem, it would have been sort of okay. But we get to the room and it was trashed from the last people. Not to mention, even after it was cleaned, it looks NOTHING like the photos. Cabinets were broken, one of the lamps were broken, the pull out sofa had no sheet on it and the mattress was stained and disgusting looking, my friend said it felt like just sitting on springs. It was so gross and uncomfortable that we left at like 1am to go back home. The only plus side is the pool was crystal clear, and they keep it unlocked at all times. But I would recommend reconsidering. It’s not worth the money. Even if it was 20$ a night, not worth it unless you’re REALLY desperate. To clarify, I’ve stayed in worse. But if it’s my choice, I wouldn’t book here again. I should have taken photos but the walls are like a deep, dark green, it looks like they let someone’s grandpa decorate but then everything got trashed. And the light switches didn’t work either. Luckily the AC did. Our door didn’t even shut properly

    The staffer was nice, and upgraded my room, but it wasn’t much of an upgrade. This felt like a project building apartment stay. The entire complex smells like cigarettes. It was awful. They took 2 days to get me plates and pots/pans. I killed a roach. It was like a movie. This hotel needs to be shutdown. Not because of the staff, but because it’s poorly maintained by ownership. Even the walls look like they’re out of a horror movie with ugly mixed colors. It felt like I was staying in a psych ward. Worst experience I’ve had. Management needs to gut bathrooms, replace broken kitchen cabinets. Replace old floors, replace toilets. It was just embarrassing to be honest. I didn’t even want to show my family where I was staying. That’s how bad it was.

    I can start off by saying the paint on the door is horrible looks like a Texas chainsaw massacre door. But I tried to stay positive as I walked in the door I was greeted with a harsh hot smell of… that’s how bad it was I don’t even know how to describe it. The energy in the room felt like death. Dust and dirt every where. The floor was filthy af dirt stains all over the floor. I had to run to the dollar store to bleach everything down and it still felt dirty af but felt a whole lot better. The staff is nice people. I used all of the hotel towels just for the floor.

    Nicole was the bright shining light in this place. The roaches, dirty floors and horrible smell of the facilities. This is ESA's culture. This was the second ESA we booked. Even their customer service associates within their call centers are rude and nasty. They are aware of the state of their locations and no one cares about it. The CSR in their call center hung up on me. One told my mom who booked this for us, it's not their fault she didn't check their reviews as their reviews would have told us about the roaches and all the things that we were experiencing. Nicole however, she was on site, she was kind, moved us to a new room that was much better than the first, but their were gnats that came out of the plumbing, the layer of dirt on the floors showed they had not been cleaned thoroughly in years. Once we got in bed, we realized that their was a layer of dust and cobwebs on the wall that we cleaned. There was used Qtips on the lamp in the first room. When we checked in we asked about the free breakfast, the lady (not Nicole) checking us in seemed bothered by my requests. She even commented on how she felt about people asking about the breakfast. Said it would be in the office on a counter top behind me in the lobby and it was grab and go only. It saddens me that ESA has come to this.

    The morning front desk auditor was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He also seemed the most knowledgeable about ESA policies… I went down to pay for another few nights after being woken up to the roof directly above me being replaced; I wasn’t in a great mood but I had made a reservation the night before… The manager does this dramatic hand waving and cancels my reservation bc why — I just got woken up to this insane banging right above me and wasn’t warned my building would be next to have the roof replaced.. and I’d been there for weeks. The manager kept up this power trip and told me I had 30 minutes to pack up my stuff.. She AND another front desk girl came in to my room when I’m shoving stuff into bags and literally opening drawers behind me like they were looking for something illegal… they didn’t find anything so they stared me down from the parking lot watching me struggle with a huge suitcase SMILING. I was humiliated, but also disgusted a grown woman would act like that. I never got my deposit back, which is insane bc I was cleaning the room myself daily. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 more and go to a hotel down the road. There are a ton on Ulmerton where the manager doesn’t look like she’s fresh out of prison, nor act like it either. I feel sorry for her. She’s clearly got some issues. NEVER AGAIN.

    Quite literally the worst experience of my life. Please do yourself a favor and never stay in this hotel, if you could even call it a hotel.     Booked 3 mo in advance.. arrive with confirmation, dirty, looked like homeless lived there… upon check in we were told they overbooked/sold our room. Said they tried to contact us that day) we were in an airplane) still never received the msg. Lie! We asked if this was their problem or ours.. was rudely told Our Problem. Contacted Hotels.com and the were very helpful in finding us a nice place to stay. With no additional cost to us.

    Upon checkin, there was a dumpster in the parking lot right in front of lobby door. Someone was parked near it not leaving room to get to parking lot. Not a great first impression. Person who checked me in had a backpack on shoulder like he was ready to leave his shift. Didn’t say one word to me during the whole checkin process. Room was fine. But dark. Closet area very dark. One of the lamps beside bed was burnt out too making it darker. Door opens into bathroom, making you need to shut the door while showering making it steamy in bathroom. Maybe a barn door concept for future renovations would be an idea. It was the first room I’ve stayed at where I heard a lot of banging. I was near stairs so that was probably it. Also, I wanted snacks one night. Walked to the laundry areas where there’s vending machines. It was locked and my key card wouldn’t open the door. All in all it wasn’t my best vacation and the room didn’t help with it. This was my second time staying at this location and I probably won’t be staying there again.

    It looked like an oil repair shop! There were so many stains on the ground. Would not have taken my shoes off. The beds looked like they were metal cots. We asked for non smoking. We talked about leaving our clothes in the car so they wouldn’t stink at our work conference because so much smoke. Went to ask to change our room. The person in front of us was telling the clerk someone was living in the room they were just given. He was going to go look because no one was supposed to be in there. Which means it was a homeless person or they don’t clean there rooms between guests. They didn’t have another room for us to switch to. We couldn’t stay there. Called Expedia and they called the hotel and got hung up on. Hopefully we get refunded, because we couldn’t stay there.

    This place is horrible! I got bit by bugs. The carpets were soiled. I had bugs in my food even! And all over the shower. I still have not received a return call from the manager or my money back! Stay away!!

    The staff is super amazing especially Nicole Nicole deserves to raise she was truly my savior she went over and beyond to help me I had an online issue and made my state super enjoyable since I never have alone time she helped me fix it so I was able to get away from of the eight people I take care of for the last 2 years I've only had a break and she helped me make it very enjoyable

    The property had a great deal of construction going on, which was not indicated on their website. It was noisy, dirty, and a worker said that there were nails in the parking lot. I went to the front desk and requested a refund. Had to find another place to stay on short notice.

    Absolutely not a place i woupd recommended unless you dabble in the scumbag lifestyle. Place was run down, and dirty. Dog hair everywhere and smell like someone just walked out from the room smoking. Ice trays, bathroom, and stove look outdates and not kept for years. I have stay in some places before but this one took the cake! Room was for 1 night thank God. Do not waste your money like I did...

    Is under construction getting a new roof looks like, the room smells like mildew and the furniture is old, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are rotting out microwave is rusted. I would have ask for a exchange room or possibly go to a different hotel but it was a late knight already. Hope they can fix it. I won't not recommend to stay there.

    Our stay was unacceptable. We left after night one and book another hotel. This place is filthy. The floors were slimy. It had roaches. The furniture was falling apart. It was truly gross. I’d like someone to reach out to me regarding how I can be compensated for having to book another hotel on such short notice. I honestly don’t know why this hotel is on your site. Unfortunately we failed to check the reviews before we booked. We trusted your site. It’s unfortunate that I feel that IF I book through you again, I’ll need to do my own research before I book. You really need to consider discontinuing your support of this business. The gentleman named Ramon at the front counter was great he was the only thing that kept me from not causing a scene. He should be commended on his professionalism. Honestly he should consider a different company. His talent far exceeds what that businesses is worth.

    Our room was very dirty from the moment we walked in. There was a funky smell that we had to mask with candles and febreze, my husband ended up cleaning the filter on the ac unit to help (it didn’t do much good). There was dust EVERYWHERE. Bathroom was very dirty and there was mold on the ceiling. Shower leaked ALL OVER the floor because the connection was not complete from pipe to shower head resulting in a small flood that we had to clean up after showering. Very outdated.

    It was definitely just a place to lay our heads, pictures on websites are definitely Not the same as when you get there It's amazing what Photoshop can do or whatever app you use.. there is mold everywhere in the room The AC was filled with it the window frames and the bed skirt... But the biggest issue was one of the reasons I went with this place was because there was no deposit required said it nowhere online made sure of it I get there and I'm told there's a deposit $107 ( mind you we had no time to shop around for another hotel We were crunched on time) and then they did that as separate charge from the room charges told me it would be refunded back to me when I check out and then however long it takes for my bank to deposit it back into my account.. We waited and waited I had to call several times till finally I was able to get my deposit back.. The people that I spoke with about my deposit were very puzzled as to why it was $107 and Why I was really charged in the first place Well that's because that location was trying to steal our money someone in there was trying to pocket it apparently it wasn't the first time.....

    Got the hotel and nobody was at front desk. 3 of us were waiting in lobby. I used phone to dial zero and no answer. Then I used my cell phone to call hotel and had to tell them we needed help at desk. Room was muggy since no sc or fan had been running. Walls were beyond dingy. Carpet was disgusting with stains. This hotel needs a remodel or NOT charge $140 for a night.

    The property is pretty run down. The appliances were old, rusted and counter tops chipped. The bathroom was clean but in desperate need of updating. The caulk in the tub looked moldy. We were on a ground floor and it didn't feel safe. The office was disgusting and based on the appearance of the office, I would have canceled the reservation had the woman at the desk not been so friendly and accommodating when we arrived early.

    The only thing clean about this hotel was the sheets and pillows. The bathroom had cockroaches and a worm. Toilet didn't flush properly and ran all night. I spilled some water on the floor and attempted to clean it up with o e of the hand towels and it came up black. The floor obviously never gets mopped. Thankfully i was only in the room for 12 hrs before my flight.

    The pool was the best thing. We had reservations for 17 days. Room didn't look like the pictures it was dark dirty, stinky. They put us right next to the office so we heard the office door slam all day long all night long. We got a mandatory evacuation because of hurricane Helene, Wednesday the 25th of Sept not telling us when we could return we tried calling every day no answer finally on Wednesday October 2 someone answered and said oh yeah guess I've been returning since Saturday. They said their phones were down what they didn't have cell phones they couldn't call their guest and tell him they could return, tried calling corporate and Travelocity and said no refund of the week we were told to leave. Never going back to that hotel, or using Travelocity. Definitely don't care about their customers.

    Good value for the money spent. Staff is very supportive. There are TWO of these motels in the general area, and I have stayed at both of them. They are both bargains. Just across the street, you would pay almost double for a room at the Hilton.

    I liked Matt who was the only kind person to me while there . I stayed many times there and have had no issues untill this time where I got a room that was over booked and nasty with bloody sheets and so smelly dirty took four hrs of cleaning before I could sit down or set anything down and it to be okay .well since the rude lady messed me up and overbooked my room so they never got there money thru Expedia from a day ago which was my fault I was told pretty much so now I'm responsible for days of non payment and been on phone all day again and I'm not taking this crap no more i was quiet when I had already had a long day and wanted to rest before I had to clean the room that long and there was two of usdoing it for four hrs but I will not be quiet anymore when I'm told I did not pay or it's my fault .
