Location and staff is welcoming and friendly. Room walla dirty, awful smell from the drain. We asked for some bleach and they sent maintenance who said the drain was clogged and they had unclogged it, but they did not put anything in the drain to help get rid of the smell.

The property was secure and close to us consulate. The staff was very helpful. The rooms seemed a little outdated the carpet was dirty with stains and had a wet carpet order.

Friendly staff & outside appearance of the building. They could actually vacuum the carpet in the room instead of sweeping it. They move the vacuum down the hallway pretending they use it in the rooms. But, they don’t, there was broom straw in our room, carpet still wasn’t clean. Black flies coming from the drains, shower & sink. I reported it. Supposedly they took care of it. Black flies were still present. Beds were supposedly changed, my bed spread (light weight, sheet material) had a stain, (which was ok if it was clean) she flipped it over to the other side of the bed. I am not too sure the sheets were even changed. The water pressure was so low that it took 3 times longer in the shower to get the soap off & shampoo out of my hair. I ended up with a rash even though I tried my best to get the soap off. They had two elevators, one was out of order in this four story hotel. It was obvious with the tape covering the buttons that it hadn’t worked in quite sometime. (it was peeling off & ragged) The only elevator that did work stayed busy, it broke down. We all had to wait for it to be repaired. Ice machine broke, then all of the ones on other floors were empty, then shut off except the lobby. No refrigerator in the room, unless you had a “Suite” The sink was dirty (mold) around the faucet & drain. I brought bleach wipes with me & cleaned. Mold in shower. The breakfast was gross, burnt eggs you could smell in the lobby. We took one look at the food & left. There was not even any fruit. We never ate breakfast the entire time we were there. We had to extend our stay unfortunately, we had made many new friends. We decided to stay since we had made it ten days already, the extra few days we could handle. Meaningful friendships with stories and phone numbers shared made a difference in moving. I will never ever stay in one of their owned hotels again & will never recommend them to anyone. We lost the first day OUR fault, we left a day early THEIR FAULT. So, we lost near $100 to that place.

Great location. Hotel is a few steps from US embassy and across the street from a mall. Good restaurants around the property. Morning breakfast was okay not the best but okay. Breakfast room is very small and we had to wait from 10-20 min for an open table. Staff is friendly but one receptionist was very rude.

At night there will be a nasty smell I think is from the outside we have to make sure the window is fully close. In my opinion this is not a good stay for the kids it doesn't have a pool and I know the kids love swimming.

Nothing, the hotel it’s self smells so bad on the 2nd floor, we called front desk to let them know the tv wasn’t working and we never got help to come fix it. The shower drain didn’t work also. They really need to update the whole hotel. The kitchen area to have breakfast is so small there was a huge line waiting when we decided to go down and try it out.

The breakfast was good, the rooms are spacious, and very clean facilities with a nice staff. I was very comfortable for the 4 weeks I was there.

It was at great distance from the consulate and clinic. The carpet in the room was old and it smell like feet or mold. It was a long stay, so it would be nice if some kind of entertainment app was available; Netflix or Disney. At least allow guests to connect their own accounts. Also, the gym was too small. Many guests and only 3 can workout at a time.

My USD-PESO red flag was confirmed at check-in. Being in Mexico, you would expect the rate to be in pesos, but there is always a catch. It costs you more this way as you are hit with the typical fees. My new rate exceeded my quote at confirmation. Bad business practices. I could not screenshot my confirmation page for my records, Booking does not allow it. This sounds suspicious. Therefore, I had a misunderstanding at checkin. Bad business practices, (Booking) we need to be able to screenshot the confirmation page. Interestingly, I was able to screenshot this review for my records. The morning breakfast was a pleasure. The dining room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food variety was satisfying. I would stay here again. Read the above comments.

Location The building is really old, furniture is old and it smells bad. We had to open the window because the bedroom smell so much I think is the carpet that’s really old

We did have issue with the toilet it started to leak and give a bad smell a couple days before we checked out. They did move us to another room thankfully although the other room when you room it make a loud noise but manageable.

Just the location is convenient Not clean, poor ventilation, carpets are very dirty, loft doesn’t work and you can be stuck any time when using it and the breakfast was very bad poor quality and one of us got sick from it

Also the bathroom smell bad the hairdryer is broken the bathroom fan is dirty the carpet is very dirty no microwave no refrigerator no coffee no cleaner wne I asked for clean towels I never had them . The elevator is broken. The fruit that they serve is rotten. The coffe in breakfast is cold and test less. You are not alow to take the breakfast to your room. The shower and sink is clogged

The hotel is in the best area surrounded by restaurants and fast food all within walking distance. The Missiones mall is across the street. The hotel room itself was semi clean. Very dusty, fingerprints everywhere and the shower drain did not drain well. The AC until cover kept falling exposing dirty filter.

The only thing that saves this place is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and attentive, from the kitchen and cleaning staff to everyone in the department. The staff is fantastic!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Its location is unbeatable for consular services, within easy walking distance of the consulate, clinics, and the Citizen Service Center (CAS). The room was spotless, the included breakfast was very good every day, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Everything was fine until a man tried to sneak into my room through the window, and when I told the front desk, they did nothing (as if it was normal). The first night was great, but then a strong urine smell appeared for the rest of my stay, maybe from the air conditioner. Overall it was still better than the hotel before, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I staying here at this hotel has been an excellent experience. All the staff are very nice. Breakfast is very good in the morning and they are always there to help you to answer you any type of questions that you might have Taxi service is always in front of the hotel. I love it and I will always stay here. This will be my second home if I have to come back. The good thing about it is they have a gym and they also have access to a washing machine if you have to wash your clothes.

The hotel is quite outdated and has a musty smell all around. The wifi seriously sucks. Not even the television works.

I like that is like 8 minutes walking from american cosulate, and like the breakfast, but the hotel room smell really bad like feet duty clothes. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the sheets smell really bad and the towels were duty.

The property needs to update the carpet, elevators, ice machines and add minimum amenities. The carpet in our room was very dirty but general areas are ok.

It had nothing to do with hotel it was more to do with the construction around the area.

Need to improve: carpet smells. Internet connection, breakfast was very salty most of the days, need to add toast, yougurt, cereal, granola, waffles. Add coffee all day 😊 not just for breakfast. Maybe open a deli restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Needed a last minute place to stay. Hotel had a strang smell to it. Lobby was ok. Breakfast area was super hot.

The main weight machine wasn't working. And some corporate people came a few days during our stay. And they had everything set out, extra fruit, bread, nice cups and nice chairs. But once they left, they went back to a more limited menu. You get what you pay for, wouldn't stay here again.

The walls and foundation were cracking and the bathroom was so gross, I know they have hard water, but some elbow grease can get rid of the green, calcium, mildew build up on the shower head and shower floor.

This hotel had everything we needed. Food options close by, lots of parking and not much noise. Breakfast is included and was quite delicious.

For the price it could be cleaner and could offer better service and food service.

El hotel bueno por lo que pagas, está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Tienen mucho que mejorar en lo que respecta al desayuno, ofrecen desayuno americano y a las 7:30 de la mañana ya no tenían café, huevo, jugo. Ponen frijoles que en esta ocasión estaban echados a perder. Fruta había sandía también que se veía en mal estado.

Con gran ubicación y restaurantes a la mano, a minutos caminando del consulado, los cuartos están espaciosos, las camas comodas y el baño con buen espacio.cuenta con buen desayuno. No es lo mas lujoso pero si es bastante comodo para una estancia relajada.

I found the linens to be stingy looking, not white! Chairs and sofa had blacks spots on them that were not cleaned and made the furniture look older. Carpet looked dirty looking all throughout the room and it had a yellow spot right next to the bed area. I have pictures to back up my opinion of this hotel. Staff (housekeeper, kitchen staff and concierge) dressed professionally and were courtesy all the time.
