The keys did not work but no worries you can open the locked door through a window that is not locked so anyone at any time can just go into your room

The room that was given the key didn’t work and we had to open the window to get into our room each time. They didn’t change us to a room. When they wanted to change us we were told that they rented the room already. We had to just deal with it. The beds were hard like we slept on a board. I would not suggest the motel. I will never stay here again. It seems when you get a room on these online sites they give you the worst rooms with problems.

Staff is nice and accommodating as possibly. Room i had was dirty only one light bulb in shower area and one in main. Area. Bathroom was dark and dingy. The tv was going on and off. No ice machine at all. And if you have an emergency at night.. good luck the phones in the rooms where not working.

This has to be the worst hitel I have stayed in. The room had no towels, no hot water, no soap, the TV did not work. And they gave us the room with giving us a key. The hotel was nothing that was on the web site. The information posted on web site was out dated and not correct. I will say that after complaining to Expedia, the management offered to upgrade us to a suite, but at that point it was to late and I booked hitel at other location. I never got refund and customer support with Expedia was the worst. My rate of all was -100. Please do not stay at this location. You have been warned.

Well I got the hotel around 5:00 pm . I walked into the lobby. They ask me for my ID they got a copy . Later they asked me for a deposit of 200 pesos equals to 10 dlls that was for the security it the key plus the tv control. Later a security escorted me to the room . Buy the key didn’t work at all this happened three times . Then he asked me. If you don’t like you can cancel the room, of course I canceled the room but I didn’t get any refund because I did my reservation throu Expedia . I called Expedia but unfortunately they never answer as well.

We stayed a night here because we were having to fly out of juarez and needed a hotel to stay. The staff was super friendly but the place needs some remodeling. The pillow cases seem extremely worn out to the point they’re yellow. The towels to use for the shower were damp. And in the morning when we woke up some had a few mosquito bites. Or so we hope it was..

Absolutely amazing staff that did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. You have to leave a refundable deposit for TV remote. Room windows don’t lock. Building and furniture are dated. Breakfast is very good.

I turned on the ac and didn’t work it was blowing heat instead. The key to our room didn’t work. Asked the staff for help and didn’t believe me. Horrible service and horrible hotel.
- 5/5
Very traditional on it's culture and accident it's an owner operated hotel.

Chulavista's mattress had stains and so did the bed covers. They looked very, very old. Very disguting. I strongly suggest you book one block down the street. It is cheaper and you will get the same servicebut cleaner with beds.

I didn’t get what I paid for, there was no pool. I had paid for double room, double beds but only got one room with two beds

Overnight stay when you are tired and just need to sleep. Hotel is dated, fixtures are old, a.c is tired. Very centrally located, not too close to their Centro, but not at edge of town either. Easy access to anywhere in Juarez, great places close by to eat. This is an old school hotel but is very affordable. For overnight and or short stays decent value.
- 3/5
Place is ok if you need a place to crash. The AC is top notch though.

We love it at Chula vista

It was good in general. No free breakfast sine it was done through the web

The hotel is unsafe. Our window didn't have a lock and the gap under the door was about two inches. The air conditioning had gaps around the unit. It was my only way to stay for the pope's visit
