Room was clean, the staff were amazing, and it is in a great location. This hotel is extremely nice and is in a very safe neighborhood. Very short walk to the mall, consulate, and restaurants. Will definitely return.

The hotel is very nice but expensive for the quality offered I selected this hotel because of the airport shuttle but there was no service. Even worst, I repeateadly tried to connect the property (app, phone, email) and no answer was given.

My stay was too short to notice anything bad. The location is in a great area. You have a variety of choices to go eat and have a drink.

The only improvement is air conditioning was not working properly

I order room service and their terminal for pating wasnt working. Had a minor inconvenience because i had to go to the lobby and open a credit line on my room. Besides that the hotel was amazing, super clean, and friendly staff!

Best hotel to stay if you plan on coming for your visa appointment.. breakfast was amazing. They serve different food everyday so you don’t get tired of it. Restaurant food is okay the soup and wings are there best options in my opinion.. restaurant food down stairs was convenient when you get hungry late at night .. stayed here 9 days.. They give you free water to drink at the front desk which is great if you are staying long. Staff is friendly.

The best part was their staff. Everyone was super friendly. Kudos to Carlos, one of the servers at the breakfast buffet!

We reported this to the front desk. They said they were going to fumigate, however we were bitten again that night. We feel they did not do anything about it.

Hotel was great. Hotel food was just awful.

The room was very good—bedding very comfortable. The staff were attentive in the dining and bar area. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of variety. The coffee was not very good. At check in I was told that my room choice did not include breakfast but I was sure that I had chosen that option. We had an issue of being woken in the middle of the night by someone trying to enter our room. We believe it was due to an error by the night administration staff. Also the next morning our door lock was no longer working so we had to move rooms. The last issue was a problem with the guest washing machine which stopped working mid-cycle.

Hotel is great. Surrounding area not so much but not much the hotel can do about that.

The experience was good until the last day. We found a cockroach in the kitchen. Every previous night I had clean the kitchen before going to sleep, but the last night I didn't. So of you stay there make sure you keep the kitchen clean.

10/10 Stayed here for a week for my husband’s visa in the consulate. I have nothing but good words for this hotel. Super clean! Has AC bed is comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious & our favorite part was the transportation service they offer as well as the drivers. Adolfo & Agustin were super nice & attentive making sure we got to all my husband’s appointments on time. Would definitely recommend!

Only issue we had was they were supposed to send us someone to address that our tv had no reception but never do id. We ended up fixing the issue ourselves

The people at the restaurant are so kind! Juan Carlos is the best. Room cleanliness can be better. But overall great, nice big rooms, clean, safe and pleasant hotel. Food is nice also.
