The rooms are large. They were clean. It's in a convenient location. The daytime staff was nice. The gates made it harder for Door Dash service. The vending machine for drinks was completely empty. The pool was closed. The bathrooms are tiny.

Enjoyed my stay overall not a bad place to stay if you’re in a pinch financially. Only issues I had were the scrapes and damages on the walls. Also looks like the doors aren’t cleaned very often or very well. Not a great area but not the worst. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Definitely not as advertised. All rooms were non-smoking but the staff smoked 5 feet from our door and our room smelled the whole time from smoke and marijuana. The neighborhood was very sketchy. They had a gate around the property which helped ease our anxiety but the exit gate was chained up so we had to back up the whole distance around the hotel. They also advertised breakfast. They have nothing.

We liked everything. The room was like a suite, with big refrigerator and stove top. Express check in and after being in the car traveling for hours, that was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. Close to Dennys and Black Angus. HoJo you Rock Nothing

Office staff was inviting and pleasant. Allowed us to do late check out. Very understanding. House maids were friendly and communicative. Rooms were spacious. When I checked in the gentleman that helped me was great. He deserves a raise for his service. The house keeping staff was awful. I asked for trash to be taken out and she did not sweep the floor or give towels or a blanket for the extra bed. And the shower has no pressure. Outside of that it was a great stay

I had asked why someone came in my room while I was away on business and the desk responded via text message “ I did not know about that you can call in the morning. Morning guy will check and help you” and when I asked the morning guy, they didn’t know either. This went on for 2days.

I will share from my perspective. Aesthetically, it was ok for the type of hotel. There’s plenty of indoor lighting and window lighting. The unit we chose had two televisions with basic cable. To save money on food I purposely chose the unit with a kitchen (bring your own cookware). All of the appliances worked well. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. There was plenty of room for two people. Each room including bathroom was pleasant (a bit small) for the type of hotel. I always found parking space in the unsecured and secured area. The air conditioner worked properly. Nothing to report on the pool as it was unavailable. I was grateful for this unit as it was difficult to find an Air BNB. As noted, it was a pleasant stay but wasn’t perfect unfortunately. The unit wasn’t sparkling clean. Surface level things looks clean enough to pass as clean. However as I used areas throughout, areas were not thoroughly clean. Throughout my 9 day stay, I experienced 3 critters. You can imagine what 3 critters. I’m fortunate that was all. I can imagine people bringing them perhaps from home. I hope it’s not the hotels negligence not to take proper actions on pest control. Because of this I made sure all my items were ziplocked. Luggage remained zipped at all times. All food was refrigerated or in large ziplock bags. These precautions were taken not to take any critters home. The sofa sleeper looked like something you’ll find in an alleyway. I paid for the sofa sleeper, however, it was never used to sleep. No way! But with 4 clean extra sheets placed on it was occasionally used to sit. The toilet could have been leveled & balanced. Housekeeping services wasn’t the best. The wooden floors were always dirty. Day one the floors were dirty. I love to be bare foot. Our feet were always dirty from the floors of actual dirt & minor trash. Toward the end of our stay I figured they were reusing the same dirty mop for all the units. I believe the mops were not being cleaned in between units. I would have been grateful for a swifter dry & wet to clean myself. I had to call them to clean more than once each time the floors would still be dirty. We didn’t have slippers. I actually like wooden floors over carpet. I needed to call for linen change and towel service often and those didn’t go well either. After 6pm, I’m guessing the office hours closes. I didn’t know this. The older male wouldn’t let me in for a service question. He stated “We close the office”. He stated “I don’t know anything about your room service request” “I am just here at night and do the bookkeeping”.

The staff was amazing, very accommodating. Housekeeping had our room clean, the entire stay. The room was comfortable. The area was rough, but a gated parking area made me feel safer.

The beds at this location are awesome. And the amount of space is unbelievable definitely a great value for your money I will definitely stay here again and Mike the office manager is great he definitely goes out of his way to accommodate his guests keep up the great work guys

We found cockroaches on bed, also rusty material in bathroom.

The promised free breakfast was canceled ,The micowave was replaced because the first one flew sparks , it was nasty inside . The counter top stove nearly caught fire from sparks put out by the control knobs . The sofa was so dirty (gross) the staff keep a bed sheet over it instead of replacing it (photo available) , The pool was closed . I was refused points for my stay of 1 week .

The rooms were so musty and gross so we asked for a room change. The front desk staff was nice when we checked in initially but switched up when we requested the room change. He showed us the new room, and when we asked for some time to discuss it, he told us that we should just cancel the reservation and look for another hotel because it would take too much time. When we agreed to cancel the reservations, he constantly said, "You guys have to get out of here, I have more reservations on the way".

We got into our first room there and the couch was disgusting. The table had some sort of green goop on it. The bedroom door was falling off the hinges. They turned the water off and told no one. There was no over head lights in the room and the lamp buttons didn’t work. Room was extremely dirty. The second room we were given smelled so badly of paint and was also very dirty. They didn’t inform us of that they were “renovating” until after we checked. The pool was closed and breakfast was not being served. They took advantage of the pool being closed and were drying their curtains on the pool fence. After getting the other crappy hotel room we waited around 10 minutes ant the window at night while they went to go turn the water back on. Overall a terrible experience would not recommend. I would recommend hotel Palmeras around the corner however.

For 220 a night it was not worth it at all. No extra blanket, was not clean, looked like bad area, worst part was roches witch I found out later in the morning.

the area was horrible, the building looked like an apartment complex that was turned into a low budget hotel. There was a $100 deposit. Also when we checked out they told me an employee had to come in and check the room. Two people came and walked around the room checking everything while I waited outside. So weird. Will never return

Did not stay, want a refund. Slipped because the person in the office spayed the room prior to getting in the room (spared the floor??), table was filthy (wiped with a wipey and my hand print was very dirty) dried buggers on the curtains and fixtures and the smell in the room was too much it made me nauseous.

Loved this place the location seemed sketchy but honestly it’s really safe and gated. Had no issues with noise and everything was less than a 15 minute drive. Close to many places to eat or you cold cook in the dui e if you wish. The the suite was big enough for our family of 4. Staff was friendly and service was quick. The suite was not only comfortable but oh so clean! I go to San Diego often when I visit my stepson and since selling our town home this is the closest thing to home will definitely come back! My only suggestion would be softer towels.

My car was blocked in, and the manager had to knock on over 30 doors to find the person who had blocked me in. Lightbulbs were missing, the room was marginally clean, the help was modestly friendly, at best.

Room was adequate, the only serious complaints are that there was no hot water for six out of seven days I stayed and there is a very noisy car wash right outside my room also somebody was playing loud music in one of the adjacent rooms very early in the morning on two mornings.

I was in California to visit my daughter and Grandson. I absolutely will not recommend or stay here again. We were put in a room right next door to a prostitute. Was not pleasant listing all night long. Also people across the way smoking pot all night. Smell was so horrible was in our room on our clothes. Made both of us sick

Have stayed here several times and never have had any issues. It is true that some of the furniture needs to be updated in the living room area but I spend very little time in this section. Mostly in the bed room which is fine. Beds are comfortable to me at least. This is my go to.

The beds and the bedroom were very clean and nice, but the rest of the room was a bit outdated and did not compare to the images I saw on the website. The kitchen and living room were very outdated, the shower head barely dribbled out water and there were some stains in the tub. The staff was extremely kind and very friendly. For over $200 a night....No way. Should of stayed downtown SD, but wanted to stay close to the event I was participitating in nearby. Carpet old and furnititure older. Almost left for a different property. Holiday Inn Express was a block away. Should of walked down to it. Never stayed at a Wyndham co-owned property. My S/O didn't want to go back to the property after dinner because of the stenchy smell in the room. We got to the property late at night and left early. Thank God! Even if I paid $59 I would have been unhappy....Also had to drive my car , in resverse to to leave the property parking lot each time. Goofy set up. Ed Corona del Mar, Ca

Our stay was only for one night and we do not have a choice except stay there. We met people at the lobby and said their room was filthy that they left and asked us if our room was clean and we said no. The sofa bed was so filthy that we didn't even sat on it. However, we have to use it for my son and it was beyond filth when it was opened; mattress if thrown in the trash will not even be picked up by homeless people. There were roaches on the kitchen counter. The cement on the walkway on the 2nd floor are peeling off and water leaking from air conditioners. These issues need to be addressed or you will lose customers.

We had a good stay. Pretty Clean. Area not so good but felt very safe car was in a gated parking. Lots of restaurants and stores at walking distance although not to safe after dark. Quick check in And out . The guy at the counter was nice and efficient. Pool was clean. Didn't expect much from reading the coments but I can say I will stay here again in the future.

Due to the water pressure being very in the shower had to use a cup to shower and rinse, turned in towels for exchange and was never delivered to the room had to ask several times for them. The room had a musky and mildew smell throughout. Requested a room change and was informed that all room were booked.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I didn't even stay for an hour. The room was poorly furnished and it was obvious that some of the clients were long time residents. The hotel was gated but still seemed insafe with strange people hanging around.

This was awful. We felt very unsafe at this hotel. It is very noisy. People playing loud gangster music, yelling, chasing each other down the hallways, cussing, slamming doors. It’s right next to a car wash which people still go to late at night which adds to the noise. The parking is not gated, but the upstairs rooms are. When I got to my room it was very hot the air conditioning unit was off. Since their is only 1 unit and its in the front room it took 24 hours to make the entire room comfortable. To add to that their were people screamung at each other above my room. The beds were so hard it was sleeping was just not good this continued throught day 2 the night screaming. When I sat on the couch it fell in not comfortable again. The couch looked very old and dirty. I had to cover it with a sheet to feel comfortable sitting on it. 2 TV,s 1 remote. The sink had hair on all colors and lengths (discusting) So OK it was not an expensive room but I never expected my stay to be so bad. The screaming guests, the motorists at 4am on day 3 reving to get ready to go. Oh and I was told no pets. Well in room 110 their was a dog. I am very suprised the desk people didnt see the dog because it was never hidden. What are the cameras for. The night host should walk the oesmisses after 10pm to make sure screaming is not going on. Sorry but I will never recommend this establishment.

King suite had a 4-burner electric stove with an oven, as well as a fridge, micro, coffeemaker, dining table and chairs, but no cooking or eating implements. Nice to have separate sitting room and bedroom, but the door between couldn’t shut because the king bed was too near for it to swing closed. Some furnishing show wear. Overall, room was good value. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles, but no other hot items.

Very disappointed in our stay. it was run down, nothing like the photos online. The room was infested with roaches. the pool was dirty, and the shower floor was stained. i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel cancelled my room at the last minute without talking to me. It left me in a bind. I had someone drive 2 hours to get here just to tell them that we had to find another place. It was listed as a pay at hotel reservation but that was not true. My room was given to someone else.

I would never ever take children here - this was a very unsafe hotel due to managements lack of control over guests. Music was blasted from a room until 4 in the morning in the middle of the courtyard without management caring in the slightest keeping every guest in the entire area up. People running around banging on doors every night we were there at 3 in the morning. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Hotel should be rated about 2/10. Must be a lot of fake reviews on here. Room needs maintenance and cleaning. Furnishings and flooring are well beyond their useful life. This place makes the brand look bad. Avoid.

This is my take. For having essentially a one bedroom apartment, housekeeping services every day if you want want and gated parking, this is a great deal. I am from CV and so when I go home with other family and friends, we stay here because there is so much sleeping room. The toilet and shower are in a little room by itself and absolutely tiny but you spend a relatively small amount of time in each space so that is OK with me. Every room I've been in has kind of a gross musty smell, almost like someone smoked in it a while ago but you get used to it. Everyone I have dealt with that works there is either very nice or nice enough. No one has been rude or anything like that. Checking in and out is a breeze, getting your deposit back is not a hassle at all. Anyone not being from that area would think it's in a ghetto or sketchy part of town. You would be half correct... It's in the older, more run down part of town but it is not dangerous. You can walk around and night if you choose, you can walk to the gas station or taco bell and be totally fine. I'm not saying that because I grew up in that city because, believe me, this was an area you couldn't pay me to go to when I was younger but it is fine now. I am a single mom with 2 young kids so safety of an unknown area is always on my mind when we travel somewhere new. If you are like that too, trust me, you're good.
