The place is smaller than it looks in the photos; the table was dirty and sticky, and the room smelled bad (a mix of dirt and cigarette smoke), as did the towels. The shower controls were loose. Honestly, I didn't like it—it needs better cleaning.

Horrible place to stay. We had a sleep in our car because the place has vermin, roaches we’re crawling everywhere including the bed. Disgusting do NOT recommend, don’t come here.

The heat kicked in at 1:30, what a rattle cage that thing is. Alarm every 15 minutes lasts 10 minutes all night long with that messed up mini split.

No deadbolt on the door no microwave no fridge the sheets were heavily stained like they werent even washed there were dirty spots on the floor and no ice at all they dont make it.

When I left, one of the employees yelled at me for having my service dog present, that didn't stay with me.being very demanding of my paperwork and dismissive. Room had no microwave or refrigerator and they wouldn't let me switch to a room that did.

They gave me room 8, and I noticed a huge pee stain on the bed sheet. I asked to be moved to a different room. Then they gave me room 7, and there was a bunch of mold on the pillow cases. Then they said they were not going to offer me another room and to just contact hotel.com and ask for a refund.

The room had all the essentials, desk, wifi (not too fast but it worked), fridge, shower. There is soap bars provided but no shampoo. Parking can get tight.

It was the worse hotel I have ever been in I checked in and within 20 minutes I left. It was disgustingly dirty. Bathroom was dirty shower curtain was stained mirror was gross. The fridge was so dirty as well. I turned on the ac and dust came out I just couldn’t stay.

It’s great for a 2 star. Clean. Bed was good. Shower wasn’t hot. Towels are old. They are rough and more of a gym towel. Property is dark and parking is tight.

My room was spotless. For a budget hotel it's a bargain.nI stayed over the weekend Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon. It was very quiet with almost no activity the area in front and by the rooms were neat and in order. I would recommend this hotel.

For the price paid, the room should be more cleaner, the sheets were having stains, the bathroom shower was defective, water coming underneath of faucet, when trying to use it, towels needs to be replaced, as they are in pretty bad shape.The fridge was bigger than what we usually see in a hotel room, AC was working fine, flat TV on the wall working properly as well, WiFi was ok .

The property where the location is at makes sense (you get what you pay for) however I didn’t like that I wasn’t allowed any guests even though I wrote down that I’d be having 2 come over. We almost got to my room and the check in guy yelled from a distance (no guests) that could have ruined my whole weekend. Never again but once again- you get what you pay for.

For the price you can find a better hotel if you book on time. The location is good, but the hotel is outdated. Do not stay here with family or unless you really have to. The towels were old & horrible. They felt like sand paper & as soon as they get wet they have a brown tint to them. This is a last resort hotel. The 2 story was awful with sprayed numbers on the walls an awful hinky sight to look at. Thank goodness my room was on the single unit/duplex rooms.

Went through the process of paying for the room online and the description included I fridge and microwave. However, after Lear’s there was no mention of either even though there were pictures of both.

Check in was fast and easy, they put us in a second floor room and the motel has its own secluded, private parking lot; no need for parking on the street. We had a nicer car, so we were worried about that, but not once during the entire stay were we ever worried about the car. No shady people in the motel parking lot, felt totally safe. Even a nice popeyes right next to the motel!! Room was relatively clean for what you pay. Shower was surprisingly great, good water pressure. Sheets were clean, had a pretty big TV. TV was semi hard to navigate. Included a HDMI cord, so we hooked up my laptop and it worked great. Included a fridge and microwave in the room. Overall good, would stay here again. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. Pros: felt safe, relatively clean, quick check in, free wifi, microwave and fridge, good bathroom cons: wifi was very slow, tv hard to navigate at first

This place is absolutely disgusting. I walked in, walked right out, and tried to get my money back to no avail. I knew it wasn't going to be a great room to begin with but I had no idea jow nad it was actually going to be. I have no idea how they are allowed to be in business. The wash clothes were so stained and they were actually rags u but in bulk at Home Depot. There was pubic hair in the shower. EVERYTHING WAS STAINED AND LOOKED UNWASHED. The mattress cover had smears of god knows what all over it. It hadn’t been washed in a very long time. This place is an absolute septic tank.

It was dirty, large trash bags outside by the rooms. Parking spot was terrible. The first time I stayed, it was the first floor. It was just ok. I returned ONLY because it was cheap. The second time, I was on the second floor. That was horrible. Never again.

I've just got catfish by a motel. Crazy, right! The room I got wasn't nearly as nice as the pictures because I was placed in room for handicapped people. What is this an issue? Easy. 1. Bathroom floor would flood because it's meant for someone in a wheelchair. 2. Toilet was in the center of the floor. 3. No closet, no hangers. Unrelated for the room being designed for handicapped people 4. Dirty floors 5. Dirty mirrors 6. No one came in to clean the room 7. The room was musty so I had to keep either the A/C on or opened a window 8. I was handed a remote to the TV letting me know folks steal from this place. 9. Shady property or maybe they're remolding but it didn't match the photo 10. Didn't trust the check-in dude. Kept a close eye on him swiping my card multiple times and checking my bank statements. Never again will I stay here, even for one night. This is what I get for going cheap.

This is a very budget friendly, clean, basic motel decor, cozy room.. Perfect for quick trips, where being in the hotel is to sleep and get gone. Private, off street parking, we always request the small bungalows, they seem more private, and nobody above or below you ;). Nothing fancy by any means, but definitely a good stay for price.. We've stayed many times, to access Silverstrand Beach and the Amphitheater for concerts.. But, we are not in need of "amenities" or in need of newer facilities. Never any issues with unsavory individuals walking around, or feeling "unsafe" or being "on gaurd" that you sometimes get at some motels in the same area and price range.

they put a 100 dollar hold on my account that wasn’t told to me beforehand and then not returned until checkout. This was in addition to the room rate. I had to be given a remote control with my room key?? Never had this done before. Also in your listing on Expedia it stated that they offered roll away beds free of charge,this is one of the reasons i picked the room, they do not. And we’re adamantly clear about it. The rooms weren’t bad just not great would have been better with better with good customer service.
