Only issues were the one time I had housekeeping clean the room, the sheets weren't changed and there was dried blood on them when we checked in. Also, the pool was closed for the 2nd half of our week for unknown reasons. Thankfully, we were leaving and it didn't affect is too much. But it was to be closed for 3 additional days after we left.

We were double charged for our pre-paid stay. Took my debit card for incidentals and upon check out, they charged us again for the stay. While traveling, we had our money tied up in our bank due to their double charge error. We immediately contacted the front desk and we were told the manager wasn't in. I asked for the gentleman to please contact the manager, and the manager stated "I will try and reverse it today, but tomorrow is better for me" It took 7 days to get the money back into our account. To top it off, when we were in the lobby during our stay, there was a gentleman upset at the front desk because they had also double charged him as well. Seems as if some staff needs some re-training so this doesn't keep on happening to others. Rooms were not very clean, we asked staff for a room cleaning, they never came.

Despite the pool hours being listed until 10:00 PM, the music and noise continued well past those times. On Saturday, the party went on until 11:30 PM, and on Sunday, it lasted until 1:00 AM. At 12:30 AM on Monday morning, I had to personally visit the front desk to complain. The staff informed me that several other guests had also complained, yet they allowed the party to continue regardless. While I can say that the breakfast was good, the lack of sleep and the management's refusal to enforce pool hours made for a very poor experience.

Room was very small. I received no housekeeping during my stay. I stayed 4 nights with my dog. On the 3rd day I was told I was being charged a non refundable $75.00 fee for having my dog. It's a pet friendly hotel so they advertise but there is nowhere to walk your dog.

The rooms weren’t clean; floors were dirty, lots of long hairs on the bathroom floor, and dust all over the room which was gross in my opinion. Regardless is the rooms aren’t used frequently, staff should routinely perform housekeeping to keep guest-ready. Additionally, housekeeping did not come to our room as scheduled, so twice I had to call the front desk and ask them to send housekeeping to complete a full service.

The breakfast serves a variety of food to meet everyone’s needs. The food staff work so hard to keep all the food and drinks available from 7am-9:30. There was only one person in the kitchen when two would have been useful.

The problem with that is the water splashes out and gets the floor wet. That’s dangerous and could really be a slipping-hazard for people who aren’t attentive. It wastes a lot of towels drying it up too. You should really look into having a shower with an opening that completely closes off.

When we realized we had left the pack behind we called right away. The staff member we spoke with was able to retrieve it from the cabinet in the room and put it in a secure spot until a relative was able to pick it up for us that evening. Thank you so much!

I like the size of the room. And the fact we had two closets. You had lots of room to store our clothes. I didn't like the sofa and the seating area. It was old, saggy and dirty. The whole room needs an update. A refurbishment, if you will. I have stayed here several times in the past and it's always been great. But the furniture is worn and dated.

Phenomenal place to stay! I loved the accommodations that the room had to offer. Nice stove, refrigerator, microwave and ADA compilant room and bathroom made this the perfect weekend stay for us. We loved this particular room and we will definitely ask to book the same room for next time.

Our room was nice and clean. It included a small, but full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishes. Our king bed was very comfortable. Our stay included breakfast in the morning with eggs, waffles, etc. Very nice!

Some of the staff need to be more respectful and work on their customer service. They also need to work on their communication and hotel safety. There was an issue with my reservation, and I was kicked out of my room 2 hours before check out. The lady that knocked on my door to let me know I needed to go downstairs was rude. She needs to handle herself differently, and she needs to learn how to speak to her paying customers. The whole situation needed to be handled better than it was as it was not my fault that the lady who checked me in messed up on her side. My safety could have been compromised, but luckily, I was okay. They need to be more careful about how they handle bookings. I definitely will not be going back, which sucks because the hotel itself was really nice. Talking down on customers is never okay.

I booked my stay two weeks in advance, specifically requesting a non-smoking, quiet room on an upper floor. However, upon check-in, the front desk staff seemed to disregard my request. When I reiterated it, I was given only two options—either a room on the first floor or one on the second floor facing the highway—both the opposite of what I had requested. It felt as though my preferences were completely ignored. Additionally, my request for a late check-out was denied, despite the fact that I had just arrived from an international flight. The morning front desk staff was equally unhelpful, responding to my inquiries with a cold and impatient attitude, making it clear that either they were unhappy with their job or simply didn’t care to assist guests. By contrast, at another Marriott hotel the following day, the staff checked availability and easily accommodated my request for a 2:00 PM late check-out. The difference in service was striking. Unfortunately, the experience at this location was disappointing, both in terms of hospitality and basic amenities like Wi-Fi, which was also poor throughout my stay.

Overall enjoyed the location of this site. It was next to a brewery and other some dining options. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of.

This is great property EXCEPT at New Years . . . and perhaps other time when the brewery next door has a massive blow-out rave-like party. We stayed at the hotel for new years and did NOT expect that we would be stuck awake until 1 am listen to LOUD LOUD LOUD music. We purposely left a new year's party to be back at our hotel and quietly welcome in the new year. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm and were had to endure a horrible LOUD party literally next door. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL for peace and quiet.

Since YOU CANCELLED our reservation you offered another property in Yorba Linda 13 miles away, Since we attended a Beer Fest at Luchador next door and had been drinking for 3 hours not a good idea to drive that's why we made reservations on September 20 to make sure we would have a place to stay. When we attempted to check in mid-afternoon the desk clerk told us our reservation was cancelled, she told us we received a text/email regarding the cancellation which we did not. We asked to speak to the manager and was told she (the manager) had the day off. I cannot imagine a property like The Marriot had to one to speak with besides the young women at the front desk. I expect a reply to this communication and an explanation as to why this happened and why should i ever use Hotels.com to book another reservation through you and the Marriot properties.

They didn't clean room, they didn’t reload the coffee as asked. Had to call for towel sets and took over an hour. They only brought few towels and no sets. Just not what im used to at a marriot property.

This is always our hotel of choice. We stay here every time we come to town to see our kids. Always friendly people at the desk, room is always clean and bed is comfortable. The free breakfast is always good…a lot of choices.. Great amenities and a lot of services and restaurants near by.

I stayed 4 nights. I asked them everyday 3 morning to clean the room, and did NOT have a do not disturb sign. Every time I went to the front desk they would apologize and say they would make the room that day for sure. They never cleaned my room or took clean towels, nothing.

Pretty good restaurants around. Clean area, near the fwy. The room was clean, the service was great. Only down side is our room didn’t have a shower curtain. We only stayed one night so I didn’t tell staff. Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and pastries. Clean breakfast area too.

The property is in a great location and close to lots of stores. Amenities are nice & the room was clean. Having a semi-full kitchen (no oven) was a plus. The staff was great and I will definitely visit again.

We went to pool very small kids swimming food in pool plus baby with no pool diaper on that was unclean.

Not only was our room filthy the front desk was rude. We were unable to get extra pillows as there were no extras in the entire property. We asked for towel exchange and the front desk acted like we were putting them out because you had to do that early in the morning. I will never recommend this property to anyone or stay there again.

The staff was accommodating, breakfast was decent, but nothing fancy. Refrigerator leaked water during our whole 4-night stay, even after maintenance “fixed” the issue. Other than having to leave a towel in the floor, it was a wonderful stay! Such a great location for food, groceries, freeway, and baseball fields.

We did have a problem with the Wifi, but the Hotel did get us a credit. Overall, the 3 day stay was good as we have been to this Hotel several times during our visit to Southern Ca.

Didn’t like that for 2 night stay they don’t change bed sheets or clean the room. Reception sai d sorry no one updated you on arrival. I had to ask for fresh towels.
