I like the location and it was surprisingly very nice. The little snack room was cool down at the bottom. The bed was very nice all in all it was good. I was there for a car show for one night and it was very nice for that. The only comment I have to make is that the fans in the bathroom the vent covers are filthy dirty. Someone needs to climb up there and clean all of them. It’s really gross.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was my first time to the area and I traveled alone. I felt safe and liked that the hotel wasn’t in a busy area. Breakfast was good too.

Ayres is a great little hotel. The rooms were (recently?) renovated and everything is clean and new.

Good stay with very friendly, accommodating staff. The beds were comfortable. Liked the ability to have custom eggs and crisp bacon (ham could be good too). The coffee was made well. Would have been nice to have a couple bottled water in the fridge every day. The hot tub was too hot for me. It was ok for others.

The staff was so friendly from the jump. They let me use kitchen facilities for my cup of noodles. My friends were impressed because we had never had a better experience. This doesn’t fall on the staff but just being picky, some shade at the pool area would be nice

I think being so close to the freeway it’s not a place for romantic couples, but the Jacuzzi was very nice and the only other suggestion would be to provide plastic bags in the room for people to take home dirty clothes with See above

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was really impressed. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. Even though I only stayed for one day, I had a really great experience — it far exceeded my expectations!

Everything about this stay was great! Best breakfast, top service, and excellent rooms. Parking is good though it’s open-air. Only small issue - the ventilation fan in the restroom looked burnt out and wasn’t working, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel and I’d highly recommend it!

I will most definitely stay at this hotel again. The attention to detail was well thought out. I enjoyed reading about the history behind the hotel and the program that it supports.

Everything was clean. Rooms were comfortable and set up very well! It had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. They even made eggs to order... when does that happen. Price was very reasonable for all the amenities. My granddaughter was getting married, so we used the Bridal Lounge. It was absolutely wonderful. Staff was so great and helpful. I would likely recommend the hotel based on price, location (surrounded by great restaurants), and the staff, especially the ladies serving breakfast! Great hotel!! Since we were there for 5 days, I think an automatic refresh of the room after 3 days would be good.

The breakfast daily variations. The complimentary freshly baked cookies in the lobby. Every interaction with staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. The pretty courtyard and garden were a little respite. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, which made the stay even easier. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, and overall everything felt smooth, relaxing, and well organized. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Chino Hills.

Bed was odd. It had a metal frame surrounding it that stuck out--almost like it was some sort of foldable bed. And it creaked loudly whenever you moved on it. And we both slept like crap because it was kind of uncomfortable. Literally the night before and after we were at different hotels and slept fine.

This was a quick weekend trip with my bestie checking in late on a Friday night and checking out early morning on a Tuesday. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The rooms and property were very clean, up to date on furnishings and the staff was excellent. You must drop by and say hello to Vincent at the front desk, he is the best host and was so friendly. Plenty of parking, located on the grounds of a mall with plenty of food options nearby. It is located right next to the freeway but you cannot hear a thing. The hotel is quiet and not in the bustle of the city. Perfect for what we needed and we will definitely stay here again. Close drive to all the things we needed to get to. Thank you Ayres Chino Hills, all the way from Hawaii.

Room was upgraded to king garden suit. the room was large but my pillows smelled stale or musty like they were old or not changed or just used and needed replaced. Also only 3 pillows, there was a 4th in the closet but there was a spider on it so I passed. If the room is not used for a long time all the bedding and pillows should be changed when a guest is given the room. There were only 3 towels for 2 adults. I asked for 2 sets the next nite was given only 2 bath towels- not enough for 2 adults. The hotel itself was nice and breakfast looked good but I didn’t eat. The girl at the front desk was nice, I was a bit early and the room wasn’t ready so she was nice and gave the upgrade. Theres lots of food places around the hotel so that was good too. I usually stay at the Ayer’s in diamond bar which I love but this time I tried the chino hills location due to more food options locally. I would stay here again. Maybe they will let me have enough towels for 2 adult people… and fresh sheets…

Completely loved this place. STAFF- Very friendly and helpul. DECOR- Very nicely styled. Indian (India) style. Well designed and tastefully done. Real plants everywhere and nicely placed. POOL/GROUNDS- Very nice! Well manicured. Clean. Nice pool! Nice garden area too. ROOMS- Not too small. Not too big. Very stylish and smart lay out. They have a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator! What more can you want? The only smoking area was a bench in the front of the main building where all the cars pick up and drop off. There was a beautiful garden area in the central court. It would be a great place to have a cigar and not bother anyone.

This hotel has been updating rooms and they are in pristine condition. The pool is lovely, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. BUT the best thing at Ayres Chino Hills is the Breakfast Room. The ladies who fill the serving dishes with freshly prepared food also chop fresh fruit and cook to-order omelettes daily. THEY are the BEST!!

This hotel is a great value for the price. You're paying basic hotel rates for an above average experience. The property is really nice. Rooms are updated and beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. The courtyard has lots of relaxing space and the pool was small, but appreciated by our kids. Breakfast had decent hot and cold choices. Will stay here again gladly if back in the area!

This hotel was freshly updated and very clean —honestly probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was great and I really appreciated that they had indoor and outdoor patio seating so my two young kids could walk around and play in the courtyard as we ate. I would definitely book here again!

really liked the tuscany vibe. exterior i thought was super pretty it has that disney fake but realistic look if that makes sense. staff was nice. walls super thin though got woken up to by a trashy lady getting railed. loved the pillows and bed height but didn’t like that the bedsheet not fitting the mattress right and half the mattress being exposed. It’s a cute place though!

Staff was absolutely amazing. Janet and Pedro at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Janet is like a new sister to us. Maria in the breakfast area was such a hard worker. She made sure everything was stocked, cleaned, made great food, and made sure you were happy. Anna also did great. Diego in housekeeping was always busy all over the hotel keeping the place looking great. This was a long stay for us and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was Fabulous. The pool was nice and the garden area was beautiful.

Our check in was late, 11:15pm after a full 14 hours of baseball in 4 fields. We came exhausted and new we had to be up early the next day. The gal at the front desk was alone and handling multiple requests on her own and was still really courteous to us as she checked us in. That was the only pleasant experience. At midnight, a car club showed up to the parking lot and proceeded to dance, drink alcohol and play music from louder speakers in the parking lot. At 12:30 we called because we needed to be up for the next games at 6:45 and were told that they were asked to turn down the music however because they were also guests at the hotel, they had the right to park there. Thats understandable but not party and disrupt half the guests staying there. They allowed that until 3am. Absolutely horrible experience. My entire family was beyond exhausted with minimal rest. They should have been allowed to come in doors and continue whatever party they were having if the hotel was allowing it outside. Will NEVER stay here again!!!!

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! The only thing I’d note is how the description was a little misleading by saying we’d have a garden view. Our view was more of the back of Lowe’s. But it was a great stay regardless!

Pedro at the desk is perfect. He greets us, offers a cookie, and prints out directions to our restaurant when my phone wouldn’t work.

The room felt spacious even with a couch and a King bed. It was extremely well fitted out and also kept spotlessly clean by the daily cleaning staff. I appreciated the full-sized tub which also doubled as a decent shower.

The staff are professional and the rooms are well put together and comfortable. The breakfast has many tasty choices and the outdoor space with the pool, garden and outdoor seating is a pleasant bonus!

I love my 2 nights stayed here the parking is free easy to find the spot. The front desk Pedro was really nice and friendly. I love the breakfast buffet that you can have an omelette, I love the place surrounded by lots of restaurants. Close to the freeway, the room that we have 310 is so spacious and the bed smell fresh. All in all I give 4 stars rate on this hotel. Everything is good except the door is loud when it close by itself. But other than that it was great our 2 nights stayed. I will recommend this place to my friends if they are going to Chino Hills CA. We definitely gonna comeback if we are going back to Chino Hills.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, with plenty of fresh options. They also offered omelet and fried eggs to order-we tried the omelet with vegetables and really liked it. All for free. We especially liked the partition in the room-it gave my daughter the feeling of having her own separate space. Such a clever idea!

The breakfast menu needs improvement. Definitely needs healthier choices. The fruit was cut up before its ripe. Room is clean. But the bed has that aluminum noise when you move lying down.

We checked in around 9pm nobody at the frontdesk we did get ourself a cart then a clerk showed up with low energy not very conversant no greeting very timid. Why put a low energetic person in the frontdesk. You should put a nice perky person. Very low energetic guy. Wifi since 1am i called frontdest qbout wifi he said it will be bqck in 20 minutes i waited nearly an hour nothing so i went to bed. Woke up around 10am still no wifi. What a bummer. I like ayres been staying at ayres. Now i have to switched to holiday inn.

Long trip and stayed the night. We make this road trip often and like staying here. Roomy rooms always clean and breakfast always good.Free safe parking. We came in late 12a and could only get 30minute later check out for free and first time we’ve been told a charge for later check out.

The room is pretty dated and seems like there’s not enough furniture to fill the space. But still pretty Nice room and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy! Overall great stay.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff and delicious free breakfast every morning. Off the main road so no traffic and tucked in a nice little corner. Will stay again and use the pool and hot tub next time!

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was friendly and helful. It had everything we wanted including a fitness room. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious!

They staff will take care of anything you may find missing at your stay. My favorite part: daily hotel towels without any need to call for additional ones on hand. Also, the breakfast is excellent. Hot food made fresh. Custom omelette bar and all of the works to start your day.

The staff was super friendly throughout the entire stay! They even accommodated my request for early check in. Called to make sure everything was good, even if we needed anything. Had both a fridge and microwave which was amazing, not many places have that anymore.

The room was amazing and i wish my stay there would have been longer. I've stayed at a few hotels in the area and this one was by far the best.

Parking lot could use more lighting. Checking in is easy and staff is friendly. The facility is clean, although wear something on your feet in the rooms, the floors could be cleaner. The safe in our room didn’t work and maintenance staff was unable to fix it. The sink and tub were slow to drain but overall the room was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of dining options in the area. We did notice someone loitering in the parking lot next to the hotel but we felt safe and did not have any issues.

Everything about our stay was amazing. Can’t wait to book my next stay here.

We were disappointed that the breakfast did not have a choice of an omelete on Sunday but was offered on Monday. When our room was cleaned the two plastic cups we used the night before were not replaced.

Outdoor seating and space was plentiful. The property is close to several restaurants by car or walk and close to plenty of other nearby restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue, which was tolerable but annoying, was the air unit in the room or something on the exterior sounded almost like a hovering aircraft at times. Overall good experience.

Very nice rooms very great staff and breakfast is excellent

AC stopped working in the middle of the night; thought to switch rooms, and decided not to only to have their employee show up and start unlocking our room at 2AM. After she heard our dogs, she didn’t stop and I had to get up, go to the door and ask what came over her and ask her to leave.

We use Ayres 2-3 times a year. This was our first time at the Chino Hills location. This had to be the quietest and cleanest. Great stay! Definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel tucked away in a nice quiet area.

Service was great, rate was great, but once we got to our room, my kids were relaxing on the bed and when my daughter moved, you could hear a metal clinging sound. It seemed to be the bed frame. That night while sleeping, anytime I moved, that’s all you could hear. AC took some time to cool down. Also found some mold around the seal of the outside on the bath tub.

Spacious and cean room. Outdoir swimming pool was a good addition. Overall excellent service. Most of all, great value for the price.

It was my first time staying in an Ayres Hotel and definitely won’t be the last. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly.

Disappointed with breakfast compared to other Ayres Hotels, room decor dark and not welcoming. Pool was cold. Prefer the Seal Beach Ayres location much better.

Property was clean and pleasantly minimalistic. Room was clean with just the necessities. Microwave was an unexpected amenity we did not use for our one night stay, but would be an added bonus for longer stays. Hotel was in a shopping / strip mall area next to a Lowe’s. Slightly odd but once inside you do not feel you are in a shopping center. Overall affordable clean hotel, convenient location for nearby activities, family friendly. Free breakfast was a bonus! Would stay again.

The hotel was very nice from the ease of parking to the comfortable room to the free breakfast! We enjoyed the convenience of where we needed to be. The only problem was a loud party in the middle of the night and we were there for a wedding the next day. I think managment should have handled that better.

Overall, great stay there. I really appreciate the staff being so honest and helpful in getting me back my makeup bag I left beyond after I checked out of the hotel. Provided a shipping label for them to send my item back to me and I got it back with everything intact. Thank you Ayres Hotel Chino Hills staff!

Clean and simple but classy

Property and decor looks nice! But the room we stayed in had some liquid stain on the wall and my pillows smelled like arm Pitts. Like they were never washed.

I’ve stayed here twice now. Nice accommodations, quiet and very quaint. Shout out to Fernando at the front desk who called to make sure that I had everything I needed. Nice touch

Ayres is a great family owned hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer. It’s clean and beautiful with Moroccan style decor. Our room had a vaulted ceiling with a fan. They offer an amazing breakfast, with so many options and a cook! They have a buffet style breakfast, and you have the option to order an omelette or fried eggs. They have a pool, and workout room (gym).
