A little hidden gem, don’t be put off by the motel status. The grounds and rooms are well kept and the cleaning team are very good at what they do. Although the rooms are dated, what I think is most important is the cleanliness and they focus well on this, all the staff were friendly and helpful in all departments. Parking is free and plentiful, right outside your door which is helpful for luggage. The breakfast was great, very clean and well maintained area with all the usual options, hot & cold AND till 10am!!…amazing for late risers:) The pool, small but adequate was sadly cold for early June our 4yr old didn’t last 20mins - if the pool was warmer it would have been a perfect stay but still close enough!:)

We got there in the night and checked in. Everything was good except they had one of the stairs blocked off to the room. So we had to walk all the way around.

Room was clean, nicely updated except for the tv is not a smart tv. The staff did tell me when asking about a cord to hook my device to the tv in hopes of streaming, they are supposed to be upgrading the tv’s over the next 6 months. Beds were fairly comfortable for someone with bad back issues. Breakfast was average for a motel breakfast. Pool is nothing great & there was no hot tub. Staff was friendly, helpful, & definitely the reason people would return year after year like my dad & his friend do. This was my first time here with my dad but I would definitely stay here again.

All the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I’d like to give a shout out to the woman who checked us in she was phenomenal. When we checked in she graciously accommodated a room move for us when our first room smelled like smoke, it was a minor issue that she quickly resolved and was extremely professional and kind. Once we got our new room we loved it, this is my second time staying here with my partner and we love everything about the room, it’s spacious and comfortable. All the other staff members we encountered (Agent at check out, breakfast area staff and housekeepers) also provided excellent customer service as well. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and we appreciate that the parking is included with the stay and we will definitely be staying here again.

It was an absolute gem. Felt like its own little oasis. The staff was so friendly and wonderful. The only things I didn’t like was the bed was super hard and tall along w the toilet being too tall and when staff would be up cleaning or ppl would be talking it sounded like they were in our hotel room with us and woke us up several times. Maybe it was just where we were but overall it was wonderful.

The original structure seemed to be from decades earlier (maybe the 60s?) but the room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very kind. Came with breakfast--that was also great.

They illegally want you to provide proof of certification or a doctors note for a service dog or they will cancel your reservation on site. Most unacceptable service I have ever received. Do not recommend anyone to stay here even if you dont have a service dog, the way they treat their guests is appalling and accordingly to other reviews I am not the only perosn who has had this experience here.

This is probably the best value for a hotel in California. It's a charming property with a tropical theme including banana trees. The service is among the best I have encountered in any hotel. The breakfast is hearty and fit for a combative sports athlete. My only slight critique is that there are only showers and no bath tubs, which seems to be a thing with certain older properties in California. Still, this hotel provides a relaxing experience and an overwhelmingly good value.

Got in late (about 11 pm) and took a shuttle to hotel. Older hotel/motel but clean and safe. huge breakfast next morning that was excellent. Hotel gave a ride to pick up car rental next am. Since it was a quick in and out - we would stay there again.

water never got warm enough in shower and heating/cooling unit was loud and the beds were rock hard... visually a beautiful room decent amenities and the breakfast was nice. Staff a d remodel were great. I had a nice stay overall.

It is a decent place to stay for a night or few. The daily breakfast was okay. The lady who checked us in, her name was Pilar, was very friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

This is my second time staying at this motel and I would definitely stay again. The staff was very kind (thank you Pilar) and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice as well.

I stay at this site often as it is close to family when I visit. I like the balcony. I also like how quiet the facility is. The staff is friendly and I have never had any issues. It is clean and always well stocked!

I thought the property was very nice. My family felt safe there. My kids wanted to use the pool and although it was open it was not heated and they said it was too cold to go in. There was no hot tub. The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub however is peeling on the bottom. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There is a pancake machine as well which was good. My husband liked the bacon, omelets, and hash browns. Overall I would stay there again.

I selected a non smoking room but still my cloths and myself reeked of smoke.

Staff at front desk had no idea told us to go through window to get to pool which meant we would have to jump through it. Room was very dark so she moved us upstairs air conditioner was so noisy we could not sleep and could not hear the tv going bed was the worst bed ever was hard as rocks would have been better off sleeping on floor. Overall experience with this best western was the worst ever. Would not recommend it at all

I enjoyed my stay 3 out of the 5 days I was in Chino, for some reason I was put in a room with a non working AC located in an area of the hotel that was undergoing renovations which made it hard to sleep, I reported on the first day and was told to unplug the AC which did not work, I complained again on day two and was moved to room with a working AC that also appeared to be updated compared to the first room I was put in. Everything was good after I was moved to a better room. I did complain at the front desk but they would not decrease my room rate for those 2 days. I booked a room at this hotel 6 weeks before I arrived in Chino and could not understand why I would be put in room with a non working AC that was also being renovated. The breakfast that they served was good.

Impeccable clean and modern rooms, excellent location and very quiet at night. Our family of four also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and great coffee!

Bathroom new, but toilet supplies could be improved. No body lotion or moisturizer.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean, the front desk staff was great, my only issue was the mattress (and pillows)… Super uncomfortable almost felt like I was sleeping on a stack of cardboard. The pillows, even though they give you plenty, we’re so small and also not very comfortable. So, needless to say, I barely slept.

Easy check in. Neighborhood is good. Good hot breakfast. Room is clean and neat. Bed a little on the hard side. Pillow was hard. Not a lot of people so you have plenty of parking spot.

We had a week-long reservation. Due to flight delays we knew we'd be late checking in, so called ahead and was told "no problem, check in when you get here." Arrived (finally) around 6:30am and were told by a rude desk clerk that she'd canceled our reservation because we hadn't checked in by 5am. Even after she was told we'd called ahead and assured it wouldn't be a problem, she was adamant that it was their policy to cancel reservations at 5am if folks hadn't shown up by then. She did say we could make a new reservation, however, since the cost would be nearly double what we had previously arranged, we decided to go elsewhere! I'm sure this young woman is good at certain things, but customer service isn't one of them! We'd stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it...never again. There are too many other good hotels available to put up with that kind of nonsense!

The room and building have a cozy wood cabin vibe and are quite luxurious for the cheap price. We were very surprised! The shower was tiled with a glass door. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The delicious continental breakfast had tons of variety and even changed a little on different days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was close to all the places we needed to go. We loved our stay! Thank you so much!

From the front desk, even though I checked in late, customer service couldn't have been better. The rooms are quiet and quite large. The bathroom was large with a huge shower and vanity area. I'd stay there again.

What a hidden gem!!! Came out for a concert in Pomona and stayed here for a couple nights! CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, awesome decor, got a balcony room that overlooked the pool. To top it off, you have anything you want in walking distance and based upon how quiet it was, you would not even know you had grocery stores and shopping outlets around you. Highly recommended!

Very easy check in process. Super quiet. Beds were super comfortable and I was comfortable leaving my vehicle on premises due to the visible cameras. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and whenever we travel, we will stay here.

The air conditioning is an evaporative wall unit and it's really loud at night when it turns on and off.

The lobby is still closed so all transactions are completed through this tiny window. Doesn¿t feel too friendly, since across the street there are wide open restaurants and supermarkets.
