Bad smells, out if date rooms, no elevator, un kept bathrooms, old televisions. I will not stay again.

The bed was the only thing clean the shower curtain was so moldy, the towels was supposed to be white but they was black. The toilet was very loose the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. It was a big hole in the bathroom door, the tv barely got channels. I end up leaving. Oh and the front desk man was rude

So so dirty! Left after 20 min. My daughter started itching after sitting on the bed. Mold in showers and ceiling all over the room. Will include pictures when I can.

I liked that it wasn't the worst place we looked at this week. It had a roof and the cleaning lady was super nice. Saw a few roaches. Told the front desk and they immediately sprayed. We didn't see another one after that. Our key stopped working at some point every day. So we had to walk up the stairs, see it didn't work, walk back down the stairs to get a new key. No elevator.

I did not like the length of time it took to check in and I DID NOT stay in the room or at that hotel due to comforter on the bed was cut in a few places, sheets were stained, and there were roaches in the room. I went to a different hotel.

Nothing. Burn holes in bed sheets. They cleaned the toilet bowl, but, when I put down the toilet seat there was dried up urine all over it. Dirt in the shower...actual dirt...like dirt from outside. I only stayed because I was tired and needed some sleep for a long drive down to Miami for work. Because I travel for work I had my own cleaning supplies. If my wife and kids were with me, no way would I subject them to this environment. Do better, be better!

The hotel was not cleaned from the previous residents. Their towels were still in the bathroom. The curtains had black mold and the bedding on one of the beds was extremely stained. The entire room looked unkept, poorly maintained electrically and environmentally with the mold and dust. Not to mention mildew growing in the shower, walls and around the toilet. Customer service was kind but facilities was run down and not worth the cost or risk to customers health.

A few issues with room, but I let them know. Good for the price and location. No elevator and I was on 3rd floor. Also, no waffle maker at breakfast but everything else was okay.

I was quite pleased to find my room clean and comfortable for the price I paid for the one night. The location made it quite convenient to resume my journey the next morning. Lastly, the hotel is located a variety of restaurants, so I was actually able to walk to Cracker Barrel! I was surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom. The wash cloths were dingy, not white and bright as most hotels provide them. I did ask the staff at the front counter for toilet paper and a wash cloth, and I was provided them. However, the wash cloth provided was still not white, as I had hoped.

The whole hotel had a horrible smell. The carpet in the staircase and hallways was filthy. When I got to the room, there was a strong smell of B.O. and stale cigarette smoke. I could not get out of that motel fast enough.

Me and my wife didn't stay longer than 24 hours before asking for a refund and was only granted a partial and then got kicked out. No warning. Nothing. Just checked us out with some of our belongings still in the hotel. It also took them 6 hours to give me a solution which was terrible. I technically paid 110 for one night (checked in early was forced to pay 30$ cash) just to have a terrible experience. Just go somewhere else you won't regret it

The place is really run-down and it is true about the burn holes in the blankets that other reviews mentioned. The room was not clean, but not totally disgusting just really disappointing. I should have known by how cheap the rates were. One the upside, the place is in a quiet area and there are plenty of food and entertainment options.

Light switch broken in half, one light bulb out of 4, only one lamp worked in the room and the phone had no phone wire forcing you to go to the front desk with any concerns. The person at the front refused to switch the room and I literally stayed for an hour and checked out. Terrible place!

It took way to long to get checked in. The refrigerator was broken and smelled horrible when I opened it. The TV would not stay on. Evey time I turned it on, it would power off after about a minute. Worst stay ever!

Property was in need of repair and the pics on the internet are nothing like what you get. Bedding looked dingy and bed looked like someone had been lying on it prior to us getting there sheets and dust cover wrinkled.

I won't lie I was a little shook up at first from reading the reviews but for me my experience was very good! Staff from front desk all the way to the cleaning staff were helpful and attentive at every point. I'll stay here again in the future definitely

Had a huge american roach in the room, plus breakfast wasn't great, just cereal and coffee cake. Room smelled like smoke but was smoke free. No locks on outside doors preventing people from entering building. Poor security.

Breakfast could be more than just two choices of cereal and oatmeal crème cookies. Also microwaves shouldn’t be rusted up, locks on doors should be screwed into the frame and bedsheets should be cleaned prior to other people using room.

We have come back to using Motel 8 in our travels. We found the Motel 8 in Aberdeen, VA most acceptable. We have used Expedia before with good results but this leaves is questioning using Expedia again. .

The room smelled of cigarette smoke yet it was presented as non smoking. We asked for a different room which we got and that one was better. Yet 2 hours later someone was trying to enter our room. Upon arrival the hotel was disgusting. In the room it didn’t look bad until I looked at the head board and it was a dirty used syringe I immediately checked right back out just nasty

Para ir a la Base es muy buena localización ya que está en una zona de poco bullicio. No cuenta con elevador lo que hace dificil para los que llevan equipaje pesado. El servicio de limpieza en la habitación tienes que solicitarlo; ya que no son constante. Por lo demás muy acogedor y bonita el área donde está localizado.

The staircase was oozing with the smell of pot and some sketchy folks were hanging out there.No elevator that i could find. The key did not work and had to be redone. Then the toilet would not fill up and flush. They only provided 2 towels: when i called the office noone would answer. The beds were comfortable but the blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. (non smoking room). The carpet needed a very good cleaning. I would have asked for another room but our other room was just as bad. We went down for the continental breakfast.in the morning,.which entirely consisted of an empty fridge, empty cases to hold pasteries, a few sllices of white bread and butter , no jelly, and two types of cereal. Nothing else was set out. Plain bread and cereal is not a continental breakfast, and this was early (hardly anything was simply put out to eat -the spaces to hold food was clearly empty). We will NEVER stay at a super 8 again without fear of the same experience.

Then the toilet would not fill up and flush. They only provided 2 towels: when i called the office noone would answer. The beds were comfortable but the blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. (non smoking room). The carpet needed a very good cleaning. I would have asked for another room but our other room was just as bad. We went down for the continental breakfast.in the morning,.which entirely consisted of an empty fridge, empty cases to hold pasteries, a few sllices of white bread and butter , no jelly, and two types of cereal. Nothing else was set out. Plain bread and cereal is not a continental breakfast, and this was early (hardly anything was simply put out to eat -the spaces to hold food was clearly empty). We will NEVER stay at a super 8 again without fear of the same experience.

I wanted to leave the when I got there but the front guy said that I was there for a long time and did not wanted to give me the refund. I even offer to pay only one night but he said no I had to stay there the 3 nights I booked because he was not going to refund me. I don’t recommended this hotel at all.

DIRTY!! Window could be opened from outside on ground floor, breakfast/coffee was to be available at 6. Desk clerk watched us go in and out from a little after 5am. At 6am went to get coffee before leaving and was told it would be about 10 minutes when he was not busy before this. We left. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

I did like my stay at this hotel. But what I didn't like was the entire state that I was there they only had ice in the machine one time. Every hotel is supposed to have ice in their machine everyday. And front desk act like they didn't even care. The men at the desk. The lady was so nice , that she went to the back where the kitchen was and got ice for my kids and I. Also they didn't want to give you no bath clause more towels Hardly. . But overall my stay was okay other than those two things

The property was located behind a closed restaurant and hard to see from the street. Missed entrance sign initially. Bathroon in lobby out of order. Breakfast was very meager. Desk clerk/manager was pleasant.

We had reserved a non-smoking room. The room smelled of smoking. There were burn holes in the bedspread and blanket. The bedspread was also stained (a strange white stain). The breakfast was mediocre, and the breakfast room had old air conditioners, counters, etc. piled in corners. When I complained to the front desk about the smoke smell in the room, the woman said sorry, we can't stop someone from smoking in a non-smoking room.

Hotel looks it is in renovation faze. Bathtub was bad and water pressure so low. Breakfast only cerial and mini muffins . Not to bad , value wise can find better

Usually a toilet seat has paper around the lid showing it has been cleaned, this didn't. The outlets for the phones didn't work in several areas. We had 4 people with phones but we couldn't charge all the phones. The TV reception was fuzzy, not good reception.

The propperty was being poorly renovated. The biilding itself was lopsided. The towels and washcloths were minimal in number. Their cleanliness was in question. The tubs were not clean. The staff were neither friendly, social or helpful. Bedspread had paint allover them. The curtain could not be raised as the chain lifter had come off the track. The only good thing sbout the hotel was the surrounding area. I wouldnt have stayed if i had not already paid. You really need to take them off your list until they are appropriately renovated. No elevators

We paid for a king bed and we got a queen bed that was in the handicap room. When I made the reservation I was told a hot breakfast would be served and it was a sub continental breakfast. The smoke alarm's in our room was inoperable. The chain latch was missing off the entry door. We will never stay at a Super 8 Motel again.

Everytime we have stayed at this location there has been alot of noise. Each time we have stayed there has been a couple who fights and argue all day and night which makes the stay at the location horrible. The manager continuously knocks om their door and tells them not to fight and argue with each other but thats it. They are never asked to leave which i dont understand with all the noise that they make . Is a shame and not good business.
