    This place was nasty And watch out because they charged my card $5 after I left when I didn’t even purchase anything! I I stoppped here for an overnight stay because I was traveling but never again .. RUUUNNNN!

    They were extremely friendly. Clean everything that we used. Beds were nice bathtub clean and worked properly. Basically you won’t go wrong staying here. Also pet friendly. We have a yorkie she had no issues did not act as if other dogs peed anywhere. So on that level excellent as well. If we get back in the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

    Hot, healthy breakfast (egg white frittatas, turkey sausage...)was a great way to start the day. They are rebranding to Hilton but lets hope the rooms, food and service stay at least this excellent. Clean rooms and dining area with friendly, helpful employees.

    Shower door didn't stay closed. Water got all over floor. NO ROOFTOP LOUNGE!!! OLD. SMALL. NOT like the photos online. No mention of $5 parking till check in. . So many broken things: towel rod, towel holder, kleenex holder. Moulding coming off wall. Mold on bathroom ceiling that was caving in. I have many photos. I would not stay here again although the breakfast was good.

    "Reserved online. When we arrived at the Hotel they had no power. Had no idea when the power would be restored. We had to go to another hotel. Hampton Inn would not refund our money.

    This property was extremely disappointing. Charged me for an ESA when I made it clear 3 times prior to my arrival that I have a service animal. Then refunded $10 less than what they took from my account. Additionally, our bathroom light stopped working on our second day and they couldn’t accommodate us in a similar room so they gave us an additional room and we had to use the bathroom in one room and sleep in both. It was not at all convenient. Will NEVER patronize this hotel or any other Hampton Inn moving forward.

    The hotel is closing very soon as a new building is being put up next-door. The room was musty on the first floor it had rained we checked in at midnight they said they would’ve tried to move us to another room upstairs, but it was very late. they should not have rented out the first floor at all… The breakfast in lobby the next day were fine.

    The room was pretty gross and the carpet and everything in the room was damp. We were tired and at least the sheets seemed clean (although also damp, as were the pillows) and so we stayed. The elevator was also broken, which would have been great to know upon checkin.

    The room that I was in did not get below 73 and it was very stuffy. There was a large gap in the door and frame you could fit a hanger in and flip the lock open. When checking into the hotel I had to search for someone to be able to check me in it took about 15 mins to locate someone

They charged $5 a day parking for a lot that was mainly empty. That fee was not disclosed at booking. I will definitely not stay there again or recommend.

The place is very small, maybe 5 tables and a few barstools outside of the rooms. We had several rooms in our party and nowhere to gather. It was ok, but won’t go back.

    It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it was pretty disappointing for the price paid. The location was right off the highway but still tucked away from highway traffic which was nice. The hotel needs a major restoration. The walls are super thin and the shutting of doors woke me up multiple times during the night. TV options were very basic with no streaming apps. The included breakfast did not have any staff to keep food/drinks/condiments stocked like I've seen at other Hilton hotels. Some of the "hot" food was uncovered and cold. The kitchen/eating area was small/crowded. The hotel is dingy and one of the grossest things was the carpet in our room felt damp. I'm glad we only had to stay 1 night.

    I booked this room because they are off the 95 and pet friendly. We arrived at around 7pm on Saturday and the place seemed empty (was concerned). We noticed the grass surrounding the hotel and common pet areas were over a foot tall! When I asked the desk clerk said "our gardener hasn't been showing up, we've been calling, but no luck", so avoiding tall grass and getting ticks was a focus. I also asked why they were so empty, she said "holidays are always slow" this was easter weekend.     I booked this room because they are off the 95 and pet friendly. We arrived at around 7pm on Saturday and the place seemed empty (was concerned). We noticed the grass surrounding the hotel and common pet areas were over a foot tall! When I asked the desk clerk said "our gardener hasn't been showing up, we've been calling, but no luck", so avoiding tall grass and getting ticks was a focus. I also asked why they were so empty, she said "holidays are always slow" this was easter weekend.     She turned my sour lemon stay into one of lemonade. She was the only staff on duty when I checked in. Once I got to my room, I had a sour odor coming from my refrigerator (the freezer)section . I went back to the front desk and Elly immediately came down and cleaned out the freezer and with that I noticed that the air conditioner was not working she tried and told me, let’s give it 15 minutes maybe to recycle and in the meantime I will reach out to my manager. In 15 minutes I called Elly back and told her that it was still not working. Again she immediately came down and started checking things again and with her manager on the phone she was actually laying on the floor looking for a plug or a breaker to possibly reset it, that didn’t work but she was able to get me a table top fan from the laundry room, which was able to keep the air circulating in the room. I am a retired tradesman and I understand things happen, but your employee went above and beyond to make it comfortable for me. I do hope that your company recognizes the value of this employee.     Two bed room... beds were not comfortable. We had to ask for towels. We complained about horrible noise elevator 2x. Front said it was okay. The next morning myself and another guest were stuck in the elevator for short period before it started moving - we could not open the door until the elevator finally stopped at 1st floor. (Only 2 floors) The front desk then called for service. Red MESSAGE LIGHT on phone remained on our entire visit. New messages could not be returned because we could not determine there were new messages. For whatever reason the tub faust got stuck on hot when we first turned it on. Because chambermaids shut the tub drain the tub started to fill immediately. We immediately called for help. I was able to open the drain under hot water and managed to finally unstick faust before someone arrived. Overall, after over 25-30 years of traveling weekly and staying in hotels, this was one of my worst hotel experiences.

    All the Staff were very professional and very kind. Especially Elly at the front desk. The first room we were given had a very bad odor like ammonia smell so Elly gave us another room. It still had a damp smell to it but not nearly as bad as the first room. I noticed the bathroom had no fan to ventilate the steam from shower. Upon further look around, there was black mold near the bathroom door about a six inch swath. I bought disinfectant spray to mitigate some of the smell and mold. Its a shame that the Staff are so very nice but the hotel they support is not in great condition. I heard that they are building a new hotel so they arent putting any money into this old one. Hang in there Elly and Team- you all are first rate professionals and the new hotel will suit your excellent customer service. PS: The breakfasts were exceptional and the food service lady was so sweet and asked if things were ok for us. Again, great staff!

    Nothing made the room better and the room and HVAC are definitely not up to Hilton Standards. There was visible dirt/mold growth on the AC unit, bubbled up ceiling and stains from moisture and peeling paint. There was also a crack in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom. The mattress always felt moist.

    I booked the room at Hampton inn because I have never had a bad stay at a Hampton inn before. It’s a Hilton brand so I figured, how can I go wrong. Well I did this time. This place felt like a red roof inn. Room was smelly and musty and carpet was damp. The toilet was so loud that it sounded like a jet engine after flushing. The lady at the front desk was great. She was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. She moved our room to the 2nd floor which was better. Rooms are still just outdated and not very nice. I should have went with a Marriott hotel like i usually do as they are always consistent.

    The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. My issue is that my room was not clean. I was there gor 4 nights. The property states that your room will be cleared every other day. My room was not clean. Also the room had a musty, moldy odor. The carpet needs to be replaced.

    Was an overnite stay traveling south on 95. Soon as we walked in and saw the extremely dirty welcome carpets I knew it wasn’t going to be good. That’s a first impression when checking in. The room looked clean but extremely humid from the AC unit, even towels in the bathroom seemed gross. Hair in tub and on sink area, total turn off. Worst was 2 dirty towels on the hook behind the bathroom door. So not up to Hampton Inn or Hilton standards. Have stayed on other Hampton Inns with no issues. Hotel needs updating for sure.
