Each night there was so much noise from the floors creaking all night long and the hallways were not clean.

Rooms remarkably clean and comfortable beds. I was definitely impressed and will make this my regular place for my future trips to Chester.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Pet friendly so time spent was good. Traveling to North Carolina but dint want to drive at night. All type of food choice surrounding area. Gas stations close to on ramps.

I had an accident with my room since it leaked water from the bathroom to the room, I recommend remodeling the entire bathroom of this room since it looks "old" the grout of the tile is dirty and I think it is not the quality standard of the Marriott

Check in was time consuming as staff had to suffer with new software.

Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member.

I picked this hotel because it was right off 95, and there were lots of choices to go and grab something to eat nearby. I also was traveling with a small dog and this place accommodated that. The staff were curtious and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again

The fact that it is right off the Interstate I-85 There were signs of wear in the room. #218. 1) The Door handle is missing screws to hold the latch in place. 2) There was a cracked Tile in the Bathroom Tile Floor. 3) There was audible noise, foot traffic from the room above.

Very clean and dust free room and bathroom, clearly updated, room 210 if you are looking for a specific reference, super comfortable bed and pillows, great heating and air conditioning. Facility was clean between parking lot and entry to room..staff very professional and friendly. We didn't have the breakfast or use the workout area so can't review that. Price was really reasonable.

The pillows are pretty bad- honestly flat. The breakfast is not bad and the room is ok although we had an elephant upstairs from us and the lighting in the bathroom was very poor.

The toilet broke on Saturday and I let the front desk know on Saturday that it didn’t work. They said they would put in a ticket and have someone check on it. After returning to the room at 10:30 pm the toilet was not fixed. Front desk said there is no maintenance on the weekends. We were able to change rooms which was extremely inconvenient at 10:30 at night.

Overall clean, bathroom could use an upgrade Tub was stained (but clean) and the part that goes to the drain was broke. Other than that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Staff were friendly, however hotel is in need of renovations. The floors pop and squeak, the elevator continually malfunctioned. It was okay for a one night stay, but would try another property next time.

Convenient to travel route and allowed pets. I didn’t like the $75 pet fee for a 10 lb dog which made no mess.

I booked a king room and the person at the from desk completed my reservation without saying one word. I didn't realize it until I walked in the room. I called back down to ask was there a mix up. She said no, that's all we had. It would be nice to know this in advance. I'm disappointed in my service.

Room was clean and up to date. Staff was seamed to be not well trained. My incidental charge to my room was more than the cost of my room stay. Never had such and experience.

Location The room that I stayed in had a very strong and repulsive odor ... It smelled horrible. There was the smell of piss near the head of the bed. The carpet was extremely dirty and filthy. We asked for another room, but was told there weren't any. I canceled my second night because we just couldn't Stand the horrible smell. The only reason we stayed the one night is because it was 2 o'clock in the morning and I had driven 15 hours. It was a total disappointment. Additionally, there were small biting bugs in the room. The room is in serious need of an exterminator and some deep cleaning. Somebody dropped the ball on Customer Service. The only good thing I can say about your hotel at this point is that your breakfast was very good. I will never, ever stay in another Fairfield Inn and I will not recommend it to anyone. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent, tasty even. The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet was really low, marks on the walls, tears in the wallpaper, floors damaged, the entire hotel needs a redo. And there was no side chair for me to sit in

This was my first time staying in a fairfield hotel and i must say i thoroughly enjoyed my time. Upong checking into my room i received a welcome text and a follow up text inquiring about my needs. Thank you fairfield for a great stressfree stay.

Good staff and good breakfast Moldy bathroom & price/night

Staff was courteous. We needed three more sets of towels washcloths and hand towels and we got them right away plus a blanket or two. We were on their first floor which was good. Close to Cracker Barrel for dinner. They misspelled my last name at first, at first they told me I wasn't on the list of having a reserved room. Couldn't get a printout on the copying machine (out of order) for receipt, and dog policy, tried 2x evening & next morning. My last name is Ursiny, they had Lursiny

I appreciated the text I got from the front desk after we were settled, asking if everything was acceptable with the room. It was, and we all had a good night's sleep before we were back on the road.

After booking a non-refundable room, I got to the hotel and they had not rooms left. Then had to figure out how to get a refund for a non-refundable room. After 20 minutes, finally found a phone number (not on the Hotels.com site) and got the refund approved. Waiting a week to get money back for room that wasn’t yours to sell is unacceptable

I had a reservation for 2 rooms, which were done together. I had called the property to let them know i would check in around 10. 1 room on the 1st floor and the 2nd on the second floor. Doesn't make any sense. Rooms were ok. Floor and elevator was ok. Smell weird.

She put a hold of $20 on my bank acct but the next day it was gone and a $75 pet fee (plus a $6 cleaning fee) were charged to my card. Total of $81 dollars. She put us on the ground floor and close to the dog walk area which made it convent to taking our pup out. I did find the area dark and it was hard to see where to go. The room was very clean and the bed was nice. Breakfast was included and they had a nice assortment of items to pick from. There were some construction guys eating when I was there around 6:45am. They are building a new Chase bank a few doors down so I guess they were staying there. They were very loud and at 6:45am I was not awake enough to deal with it. Other than that, the hotel was a nice place to stop for the night.

It was a super short overnight stay as we stayed here to split up our road trip. We arrived late & left early the next morning. Desk staff was super friendly. Room was clean. And AC worked great!!

The single staff worker at the front desk was amazing when we checked in late at night. She was so sweet. For being a hotel that claimed they were recently updated, it sure did not appear so. The room just had a smell of stale air. Just not what I expected from a Marriott Hotel.

What i was disappoint in was that it was not ready after an hour, and we still had to wait another hour, so we took another room but the bathroom floor tiles had cracks and was unlevel , you tell the cleaning was rush job. Please get your ratings up your at a perfect location, I wanted to like you.

Front desk staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. Conveniently located close to I-95. Room cleanliness and condition were satisfactory but not exceptional.

Parking lot didn't feel as safe but nothing else other than yelling out from the other side of the fence. Buzzards are getting into the dumpster area and the trash of collector drops two bags of trash and doesn't hop out the truck to take care of it. Thanks for a comfortable night sleep

The room was really clean and refreshing. The walk in shower is just what I like. No complaints here at all. Thank you for the 2 day stay. The only thing that I think needs updating in the future would be USB ports for changing phone instead of the wall plug-in.

Very expensive for the three nights we stayed. And rooms were ok, very dark in room. And the AC unit is extremely loud.

Hotel was perfectly acceptable for a night stay while traveling. Clean, quiet, room was fine. Nice big tv. Had to leave before continental breakfast so cI cannot comment on that.

Walls are paper-thin; people next door were partying until at least 3:00 a.m. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to quiet the people next door. The rooms are so thin that we could hear the person above us run and throw up. We could hear a dog barking and it was overall a poor experience. We won't stay hear again. The property was nice itself.

I picked this hotel for one of my planned stopovers route from CT to FL. The elevator was out of order and the free breakfast is worth what you pay for it. There were limited handicap parking spaces. GPS takes you through a dangerous intersection.

Nice hotel to stay with the family. The only thing is the offer Netflix services and is not working they had internet issues. That’s according with the staffing.

The room i was assigned was not acceptable. Pee stains on mattress and what looked like old gum on chair. They switched my room but It didn't seem to be it appeared to me that they weren't too concerned about it. No apology, no offer to assist with moving my belongings, not that you have to but there was no type of customer service gesture. I don't see the value for the price. Very expensive and I don't feel it was worth the money.

This is one of my go to hotels when visiting family in Richmond. Nice area, plenty of dining options, friendly hotel staff. Rooms are clean, plenty of parking

Right off 95!

Nice place but a bit pricey for a motel. $75 pet fee is particularly stiff compared to the competition. It was clean and convenient and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

Convenient to i95 and many eateries. Only one working elevator was inconvenient.

Everything was great here! it was very close to everything. I love the staff and every place that I wanted to eat was close by.

Water pressure was not there at all, water was hot but no pressure to take a shower.

The check-in process was efficient, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Would recommend this location.

Woman behind desk was so kind to me after the worst day ever. I almost cried because she was so darn nice to me, polite and professional. She made me feel welcome ,

This was a great property. I checked out closs by and loved it. Comfortable and resealable priced but the hotel staff and breakfast was the BEST!

Clean room

We had a pleasant stay, room was clean, beds comfortable, TV was large. No complaints.

At 345am shower water was luke cold that was my only complaint other then that i had good night sleep

Good location but better hotels in area

My other complaint is that the bathroom toliets are made for kindergarteners, about 12" tall. For a person in their mid 70's it's impossible to get back up without holding on to the door jam. I won't be staying here again because of the pet cost. As for the unacceptable toliet they have accessibility rooms that i could have rented in the future. As for good points. Check-in was pleasant, until the next morning when i found out about the charge. Rooms and the hotel were very clean, there are restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The breakfast in the morning was good for an included meal. Lots of choices and i liked the coffee. Overall not a bad choice, if you don't have a pet.
