    Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Pet friendly so time spent was good. Traveling to North Carolina but dint want to drive at night. All type of food choice surrounding area. Gas stations close to on ramps.

    I had an accident with my room since it leaked water from the bathroom to the room, I recommend remodeling the entire bathroom of this room since it looks "old" the grout of the tile is dirty and I think it is not the quality standard of the Marriott

    I picked this hotel because it was right off 95, and there were lots of choices to go and grab something to eat nearby. I also was traveling with a small dog and this place accommodated that. The staff were curtious and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again

    The toilet broke on Saturday and I let the front desk know on Saturday that it didn’t work. They said they would put in a ticket and have someone check on it. After returning to the room at 10:30 pm the toilet was not fixed. Front desk said there is no maintenance on the weekends. We were able to change rooms which was extremely inconvenient at 10:30 at night.

    I booked a king room and the person at the from desk completed my reservation without saying one word. I didn't realize it until I walked in the room.     Location The room that I stayed in had a very strong and repulsive odor ... It smelled horrible. There was the smell of piss near the head of the bed. The carpet was extremely dirty and filthy. We asked for another room, but was told there weren't any. I canceled my second night because we just couldn't Stand the horrible smell. The only reason we stayed the one night is because it was 2 o'clock in the morning and I had driven 15 hours. It was a total disappointment. Additionally, there were small biting bugs in the room. The room is in serious need of an exterminator and some deep cleaning. Somebody dropped the ball on Customer Service. The only good thing I can say about your hotel at this point is that your breakfast was very good. I will never, ever stay in another Fairfield Inn and I will not recommend it to anyone.     Staff was courteous. We needed three more sets of towels washcloths and hand towels and we got them right away plus a blanket or two. We were on their first floor which was good. Close to Cracker Barrel for dinner. They misspelled my last name at first, at first they told me I wasn't on the list of having a reserved room. Couldn't get a printout on the copying machine (out of order) for receipt, and dog policy, tried 2x evening & next morning. My last name is Ursiny, they had Lursiny

She put a hold of $20 on my bank acct but the next day it was gone and a $75 pet fee (plus a $6 cleaning fee) were charged to my card. Total of $81 dollars. She put us on the ground floor and close to the dog walk area which made it convent to taking our pup out. I did find the area dark and it was hard to see where to go. The room was very clean and the bed was nice. Breakfast was included and they had a nice assortment of items to pick from. There were some construction guys eating when I was there around 6:45am. They are building a new Chase bank a few doors down so I guess they were staying there. They were very loud and at 6:45am I was not awake enough to deal with it. Other than that, the hotel was a nice place to stop for the night.

    Parking lot didn't feel as safe but nothing else other than yelling out from the other side of the fence. Buzzards are getting into the dumpster area and the trash of collector drops two bags of trash and doesn't hop out the truck to take care of it. Thanks for a comfortable night sleep

    Walls are paper-thin; people next door were partying until at least 3:00 a.m. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to quiet the people next door. The rooms are so thin that we could hear the person above us run and throw up. We could hear a dog barking and it was overall a poor experience. We won't stay hear again. The property was nice itself.

    The room i was assigned was not acceptable. Pee stains on mattress and what looked like old gum on chair. They switched my room but It didn't seem to be it appeared to me that they weren't too concerned about it. No apology, no offer to assist with moving my belongings, not that you have to but there was no type of customer service gesture. I don't see the value for the price. Very expensive and I don't feel it was worth the money.

    My other complaint is that the bathroom toliets are made for kindergarteners, about 12" tall. For a person in their mid 70's it's impossible to get back up without holding on to the door jam. I won't be staying here again because of the pet cost. As for the unacceptable toliet they have accessibility rooms that i could have rented in the future. As for good points. Check-in was pleasant, until the next morning when i found out about the charge. Rooms and the hotel were very clean, there are restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The breakfast in the morning was good for an included meal. Lots of choices and i liked the coffee. Overall not a bad choice, if you don't have a pet.
