The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in need of some updating. The most disturbing part was that we found stains on the bedding, unclean towels in the bathroom, and hairs in the shower.

Would NEVER go back to this property; avoid like the plague...

The location is nice and convenient. The hotel room didn’t have any toilet paper, went to the front desk to ask for one and got an already opened roll and never got another one the whole time I stayed. Found 4 roaches in the bathroom area throughout my stay. Lights on my floor went out on half the hallway and they stayed that way until the next day. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Leaving Only 1 luggage cart for the whole building. Had to make several trips to bring our stuff in Bugs crawling out of bath tub drain and 4 dead bugs on floor in room Walked around room in socks and took them off before bed and bottom of socks were black from dirt on floor

We were never able to check-in. There was no staff in the lobby entrance. Other patrons came and went while we were there. There was a camera recording us. We waited over 15 minutes during the posted staffed hours. There were no seats. There was a message board that recommended calling a displayed number using the service phone. There was no service phone. In addition, the door to the back office was unlocked. There was no way to check-in!!

Bathroom sink faucet leaked and flooded the bathroom. Used towels provided. Floor dirty. Lights missing. Vagrants pilfered the ‘free breakfast’ within 10 minutes.

Actually they only had stale chocolate muffins and coffee but no coffee cups, and one of the men who works there is someone I had to ban from my restaurant for not taking no for answer, so I would love to book again but it will have to be one of the other locations....

Ok, This is obviously an old hotel. Not well maintained, cracking in walls, furniture old and scratched, no on-site utensils for an extended stay. Bed was scary, clean but on posts so very unstable. They say breakfast included....terrible coffee and old muffins or granola bar. If you just want a room...go for it. If you want to feel comfortable, stay away!!!!

The room was definitely run down. “Free” Breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bars, coffee and Otis spunkmeyer muffins. Double beds were booked and when I went to check in they told me they were overbooked and I had to pay more for a queen or i would have to go to another property. Overall, disappointing.

Breakfast was awful, the room was filthy with beer caps left on the ground. The property is tired and smells bad. Staff however were very friendly and healthy - only saving grace. Would never recommend this hotel

When I arrived for check in, nobody was at the desk. We had to wait alittle over 10 minutes for someone to come and check us in. The whole place smelled like mild and our roomed smelled like cigarettes

Front desk staff member Darnell did everything he could to help,but after three rooms I just left. I knew where I was,I wasn't looking for a mint on my pillow, but the AC was broken in the first room and it was very warm and humid,the second room hadn't been cleaned(bed sheets disheveled,pillows piled on top of each other),and the third room there were very obvious bodily fluids on the comforter(in multiple spots).

My staff was awful. My first room- 2 queen bed, didn't have a table or chairs. I went and told the staff and manager. They added those items to my room while we were away. We were happy to see them when we returned. The shower didn't work due the lever was broken. I call the front desk for another room. He gave me the room next door- 1 king bed. He then had to move the the table and chairs into that room. While he was moving the furniture, my children discovered roaches in the bathroom. I asked for another room, but nothing was available. We had to make sure our bags were sealed and food items put in the refrigerator to prevent the roaches from getting in. The 3 of us had to share a bed. That was very uncomfortable. I then checked out a day early due to the flith of thid hotel. I will not return to this hotel again and I would love to get my money back!!!!!!

I didn’t like how I had to request dishes. It was also hard to use their luggage cart as they only had one and it was being used and rarely brought back. I also hated that I had to provide the staff with my dirty towels/washclothes and bed linen to get clean items.

Look like people just threw their drinks all over them, the AC didn’t work, tv didn’t work, we used our own blankets to sleep on top of the beds. The towels and wash clothes have a “fishy” smell, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. I could keep going but this should be enough of a warning to not stay here!!

The front desk women were outstanding. Super helpful and very friendly. Also love the laminated floors for pet rooms. I chose this place because I have dogs. I had to walk my 2 dogs, 1 15ibs 1 50lbs up and down 4 flights of stairs to take them out. I am almost 60 with health issues. Almost fell everytime. NOT SAFE. WE NEED USE OF THE ELEVATOR

It was peaceful and nice and in the cut. The TV had a lot of channels compared to other places I've stayed. The windows open a little and here's the kicker. No Deposit and I was able to blow it down

This was the worst! Room extremely dated, roaches in the room, heater broken and didn't work the first two days I was there. The window was not sealed so there was noise and cold air coming in. The bathroom was just as bad - pipes exposed in the shower. This does not deserve a 1 star review.

Absolutely disgusting Roches crawling everywhere and I have pictures and videos. I would not suggest anyone ever stay here. Take this off booking.com. They know there’s roaches. I called and told them they know they’re not doing a damn thing about it. It was absolutely disgusting. Issues with room door not working Switch for light in room not working had to unscrew bulb to shutoff at night. Staff was apologetic regarding both issues. Front desk closed after 11pm but there is emergency staff on sight? Plan to check in beforehand if possible I would guess.

The location was good. It took the front desk agent way too long to check us in, you could tell he was new and shouldn't have been working alone. He checked us into a out of service room that was down for maintenance. When we came back downstairs for another room he wasn't there and it took 20 minutes for him to return, when he did return he didn't have a clue of what to do about the situation so he had to call management. He finally got us into another room about thirty minutes later only to get there and the room had no towels and linen to shower. He finally brought the linen around 2am. It was an horrible stay.

My room had roaches in it , bathroom wall chipping was bad and fire alarm was ser off several times.

The shower curtain was moldy. The linens were dirty when I first checked in. They swapped out the bed and mattress without informing me. I got to my room and all the linens where on the floor, I had to get new linens and I have to make my bed myself.

Definitely an older hotel and staff were friendly. But…You have to take your trash to the trash room (right down from guest rooms) not even a trash shoot, where it just sits pilled 5ft high. So as soon as you come off the elevator we could smell it, and continued to smell it until we got to our room. I understand that it’s an extended stay hotel, but for a one night stay it was a little odd. Had to use the restroom when we got there and had no toilet paper, had to make a trip back downstairs to request some. Rooms seemed fairly clean until the baby roach we killed in the shower. They cashed out my prepaid reservation and took the money. I tried to call Expidia for help and they did call the hotel to see if I could get a refund but wasn’t able to due to hotel policy.

We picked this hotel because of the kitchenette. However after waking up after a 17 hour drive and attempting to make something to eat, there were no utensils plates pots or cups. I was told I couldn’t get any u til the next day. After explaining my dissatisfaction I was threatened to be put off the property at 9pm. After calling customer service (because the manager “Sharon” was the one who threatened me) to try to be relocated to a property in Virginia Beach, I was told only she could could do that or refund me. Sharon refused to either of those options, so it forced me to go out and buy fast food for my family. When checking out the next morning I explained my night to the staff and they apologized and said that was typical behavior for the night staff. But I was not refunded, and nothing has been done about my experience. Will not book that location in the future.

During my first night there, someone in the back parking lot was playing Latin music so loudly that I could clearly hear the lyrics from my second-story room. It was after the designated quiet hours, and I had to call the police because the hotel staff seemed indifferent to the situation. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and did not address my concerns. I will never stay at one of their facilities again after this terrible experience. Additionally, the room was outdated and rundown. You need upper body strength just to open and close the door because it sticks—so every time someone enters or exits their room, you'll hear it.

While staying at the Extended Stay hotel in Chesapeake, Virginia, Greenbrier area, I found the experience to be minimally satisfactory overall. The room smelled like smoke, which was my only complaint as it was terrible. On the positive side, the bed was pretty comfortable. Additionally, there was a loud noise in the hallway. If I were to rate this experience on a scale from one to ten, I would give it a six. Given this, I probably won’t choose this hotel again.

While staying at the Extended Stay hotel in Chesapeake, Virginia, Greenbrier area, I found the experience to be minimally satisfactory overall. The room smelled like smoke, which was my only complaint as it was terrible. On the positive side, the bed was pretty comfortable. Additionally, there was a loud noise in the hallway. If I were to rate this experience on a scale from one to ten, I would give it a six. Given this, I probably won’t choose this hotel again.

My room smelled like right before I walked in someone just jumped out the window with the 67 cigarettes they smoked in their mouth. Overwhelming cigarette smell and no matter what I did or tried it wasn’t going away. Also the the next day it was the same and a friend of mine was also thrown back by the stench and they smoke cigarettes them selves. My entire wardrobe was completely covered in the smell and I had to wash every piece of clothing and belongings I could to alleviate the headaches I kept getting from the one night brief stay.

I will definitely stay here again when I come back:) I was so happy to finally see a hotel live up to its quality standards. The staff are amazing and the rooms are comfortable especially for an “Extended Stay”. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay even better.

The receptionist Shawnta greeted me in a timely manner with a smile. The room looked very clean until I got to the rug it needed to be scrub & the tub was stained but overall it was nice.

The home away from home i love the way it feels just wish you guys had some picnic tables and some cookout grills around the property , the place is so comfy and relaxing quiet and it just gives me a piece of mind and i can finally get back to myself and ignite my mental clarity for much peace and divine clarity im a nurce so healing is what i do so i must say this is exactly what i needed , thank you extended stay and everyone agfiliated woth extended stay all did such a wonderful job

Quiet, clean respectful, great room kitchenette, huge bathtub to take bubble bath i mean i feel like im in what feels like such comfy place huge king bed so relaxing and i feel like im at home all dishes were supplied you have to ask for them wich i think is a good thingb. Grab n go breakfast from 6 to 9 am i loved so much i got me another 2 days

The property smelled of weed and mothballs. I felt like I was going to have a contact high . The keys never worked for my room and the treadmilll and elliptical machine didn’t work. I will say on the plus side all of the staff there were beyond helpful and nice.

The staff were very friendly. The facility was very outdated and the floors were dirty in the entrance hallway, lobby and elevator. The breakfast was coffee which tasted like leftover mud, prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Not what I expected. There were no facilities in the room, coffee maker, cooking or eating utensils which I thought would be provided in a extended stay room. I had to also go to the front desk and sign out a hairdryer and return it upon checkout.

Hotel was dirty and not comfortable. Smelled like weed. Staff was nice but hotel is nothing like the pictures

Roaches on rug, floor, even the tv. Husband was up at night killing them

This hotel was extremely dirty! The hallways and rooms smelled horrible. Carpet was dirty in the room, linoleum in bathroom ripped, kitchen cabinets were all dug up and scratched. The only reason we stayed is because we didn’t have time to find another place. The only bright side to this hotel was the front desk clerk who was wonderful

When I got there another person was checking out saying their was a roach in the room I got a room on the first floor and seen a roach that morning they place was clean just seen that and was very upset

I had great time expedia canceled my booking and itbwas for a week and shantae was really helpful and patient with me whike i figured outbwat to do others woukda thrown me n my ba y out on street and it was thanksgiving she tried to guve me time to figure it out

Decent room for the price, dirty elevator. Remote to tv in room was FILTHY thank god for wet wipes.

Had to kill cockroaches every time we came back to the room and on the bed when we got up in the morning, the room reeked of cigarettes smoke
