Room key didn't work the first time I tried it so had to get it remade. On the way down the elevator door got stuck for 3 minutes (i timed it) and would not shut. Woke up in the morning to shower and found a roach by the TV and another in the bathroom. Will not be staying here again.

I have not received my refund the walls were pilling stain in the sheets stove top was burned the entire experience was a mess and smelled terrible. As soon as I walk in to the room i immediately left and ask if I could be moved and then I just ask for an reimbursement that I still haven’t received

Please Please Please Do Not Book This Hotel. I only booked because it had lots of 10/10 reviews The people that must have left Good reviews must be nasty. I really felt I had to leave a real review. I never leave reviews but I do not want no one to have the same experience I had.

Convenient location to many food spots.Not far from a lot of the Amazon work. Stayed on the third floor, reeked of Cigarettes despite the sign saying no smoking inside. Smoke smell would seep into my room and disturb me.

The staff was great I paid for a king and they was sold out. Queen room had a bad smell and wasn’t to clean

They need to do some real work here . Fix the rooms with broken doors and leaky air conditioning units. And the odor , nasty inside the hallways . There were roaches everywhere......There was a stench of death throughout the hallways.....the floors were greasy.......army of ants were marching away behind the headboard......sheets were dirty......tub had dirty and hair in it......just awwwful hotel......they should just throw the whole property away smh

Absolutely nothing if I could have given this place a - 10 I would have. Initially when you walk into the lobby all you smell is cigarettes and marijuana the carpet in the hallways are absolutely disgusting. The room was supposed to be non smoking yet smelled like cigarettes, and the dresser was broken. We did not end up staying here after seeing their room. When I say the pictures on booking.com are deceiving. I mean this is an extreme understatement. If I hadn’t been so disappointed I would have taken more pictures.

They had roaches, ants, and water bugs really bad. They need to seek out a better treatment for the bugs.

Bathroom drain hole was nasty with remnants of soap scum and would not drain. As soon as we started water running started to pool right away. So I couldn't take shower.appluances also need replaced. Nothing. This place is rated at a 6.5 on booking.com and it should. be rated as a 1 or 2. This place is very different from the extended stay Americas that we have up north. It’s dirty. Floors are not clean. I was so thankful I brought my crocs to walk with. It looks like the room hadn’t been cleaned in years. The windows and windowsills are dirty. There was ants everywhere. I was literally sitting on the bed studying and an aunt crawled on me and I killed it. No one told me when I checked in there was a scheduled maintenance so there was a sign left by the front desk stating no one would arrive until 10 AM or 11 AM. Well, I blew my nose and threw some tissue in the toilet, and then my toilet wouldn’t flush and I had no one to help me unclog it. So after all this, I paid for two nights day and I checked out early. I’ve been waiting to hear back from someone about getting a refund for one night and I still have not heard from anyone. I definitely do not recommend this place for anyone. It smells like pure cigarettes and this place is I would say for homeless people that need a place to live.

Pleasant stay, super nice staff. Felt safe. Downfall: the only ice machine not working. Also they are pet friendly, but not noted in app that there is a $25 per day pet fee once you check in-which is excessive.

When I called the front desk the young lady was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. I was then placed in room 108 where there were crumbs in the chair the bathroom was covered in hair there was a dead bug on the stove the bed was covered in black chunks that left a spot when they were wiped off the walls were covered in different color spots. The bath clothes seemed to be stained with blood and the room smelled like onions. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The reception is never manned so anyone can walk directly into the hotel without a worry and so the security is meaningless.

The notice of the change was posted on the doors as we arrived. There was substantial damage in the room when we got there and had to take pictures of it to cover our own butts. We would have left and turned around but unfortunately we were 5 hours from home and tired after our journey. Never ever again.the elevator was broken and the facility is nasty all the way around.

Parking was convenient and close. The front desk folks I dealt with were extremely nice, courteous, and helpful, especially Umfort and Tisha. They made a bad stay better.

I walked in the room and baby roaches were crawling up the wall. We opened the cabinet to the kitchenette and the door hinge fell off. We looked in the bathroom there was dust on the floor and a spider crawling. We turned around and walked out. The front desk clerk gave me back my money immediately. Beware! Horrible experience. The lady that checked us in has no business providing customer service. The place was filthy and decrepit. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. The whole place is run down. The safety of the elevator is questionable and filthy, weeds in the parking lot where landscaping should be. The room smelled like an ashtray. The ‘breakfast’ that is included was cold stale coffee and granola bars. It was a very sad and creepy place. It gives the impression of a crack motel. If we weren’t exhausted from our very long drive (checked in at 2am) and had prepaid, we would have turned around and left. There was nothing gods to say about this over priced experience.

The hotel was overbooked. I wasnt notified until i walked in to the hotel to check in at 1030 at night. The front desk clerk walked out of her office and just stated, "we are overbooked and your card shouldnt be charged". She then walked back in to the office with me standing at the desk. She didnt even ask me who I was or anything. I ended up using the phone at the desk to talk to her because I wanted to make sure that i wasnt going to be charged.

The front desk clerk walked out of her office and just stated, "we are overbooked and your card shouldnt be charged". She then walked back in to the office with me standing at the desk. She didnt even ask me who I was or anything. I ended up using the phone at the desk to talk to her because I wanted to make sure that i wasnt going to be charged.

The place was easy to find, adequate parking, very friendly people, great shower. Room was not very clean which was suprising during post covid time

House keeping is every two weeks. I asked for new sheets and towels after a week and they made it so I had to convince them to give me clean ones. I literally had to talk him into giving me sheets and towels after being here 11 days. It all falls on the lazy staff. Maybe short staffed but clearly lazy staff. My company won’t be using any of the extended stays again.

When checking in; was told that the elevator was down. That I would have to use the stairs. When checking into my room; room was a little bit dusty and the lights to the bed room wouldn’t cut on.

My rental car's catalytic convert was stolen right out from underneath the car. No video surveillance in parking lot. My cheap hotel just turned into a $1000 insurance deductible to pay for the "damage" to the rental car.

Very pleasant and courteous staff. Nothing exceptional about location but is was safe and quiet. Room and facilities were were clean and seemed to be well maintained. My wife and and stayed in the room only to sleep - we were in town for only night to attend a family event. Only negative was that the property is in dire need of an update and remodeling.

My friend and I have allergies so we cough off and on because it had to been a dog in that room prior to our visit. We will not stay again.

It was old, dirty, dated decor, and noisy at night (kids screaming, dogs barking, inconsiderate guests carrying on loud conversations in the hall way at 2am...). The free breakfast was granola, bars, muffins or oatmeal, hot tea or coffee. There was only one person on staff. If they were not at the front desk you had to use a special phone to call and wait for them to come. NO WAY worth the over $500 I was charged for the four nights I was there!!! I'd compare it to a dormitory for not very well behaved adults! The ONLY redeeming factor in my stay was Rich at the Front Desk! He was friendly, honest, and very helpful! He deserves better than to work at this dump!!

No one was at the front desk !!!! Guy was no help did not offer another room or anything. Worst customer service ever . We packed up and left . The assistant manager was the most helpful the next morning when I called , he did refund my money after giving me the runaround that no manager would be onsite til 12 pm when I was told 7am . Come to find out he was the manager. Highly do not recommend staying here.

This one had inattentive staff at the desk, they were never there and had to wait forever to check in or out. There was trash all throughout the hallways. The bathroom had a hole punched through the wall and the fridge had black mold on it. I only stayed long enough to eat dinner, then checked out.

Was not pleased with this trip at all - the room was outdated, the clock did not work, the beds were old and uncomfortable, our shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom, the toilet was disgusting

Customer service was amazing

It was very hard to find. Went to two other extended stays before finding the right one. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was laid out well but not a lot of amenities like coffee maker or USB ports for charging. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on! If I was going to stay somewhere for an extended stay the price is right.

Front desk associate Rodrick was very professional and nice . But the first room we were in #304 had roaches So we moved to another room # 315 More roaches had to cut our trip short And both rooms had a old musty smell.

The room was smelly, and run down, the doors fells off the cabinets, the refrigerator was rusty, the toilet was running, the shower was moldy. I will not stay at the location again.

Furthermore, people were drinking in the parking lot sitting outside on camping equipment. Staff inside the hotel was nowhere to be found. Lobby was overall dingy. Avoid Extended Stay Americas. And shame on Hotels.com for terrible customer service practices.
