Broken wash basin, damaged entrance door lock, no shade for the lamp, no toliet roll to hold toliet paper, no plug in for the shower to fill up, hole in the bath tub that water could get into to damage downstairs.It was room #218 that we was stuck with. At first, we were given room 128 but found out everything was so dirty - unmade beds, dirty towels piled up and drinks were left on the table, so we protested. Then we were guven a different room but it was room# 218 as I already mentioned the problems it had above. We paid $134.00 for the room.

THIS HOTEL IS FILTY! FLIES, ROACH, BUGS ARE PRESENT. FLOOR IS FILTHY, phone from the 1900 is broken and there is no dial tone for emergency situation. TV NOT WORKING CROOKED, FRIDGE DOES NOT OPEN, TOWELS ARE DIRTY. SINK IS DIRTY. WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AT 5am as we cannot stand the condition of this property. We checked in around 11pm! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This was an emergency stay as my son was in the hospital and it was last minute and late evening. If I didn’t have my grandson with me, I would have drove right off to somewhere else. DON’T BOOK HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Yes, it is inexpensive and they’re STILL OVERPRICED!!! 😡

Rooms were not clean, there were stains on the bed. Rooms smell like a harsh cigarette smell.

No breakfast and the door was locked whenwe tried to get breakfast.

The check in process was super smooth but the room/sheets were dirty, and there were some things in the room that were broken upon arrival like a cracked mirror and bathroom door handle. The front desk man was kind, but i probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The lady at check in was very nice. The gentleman in the morning however was terrible. We asked for one more towel since there were 3 of us and only 2 in the room and he said we would have to wait for the laundry room staff to come in at 11 as he could do nothing about it -what?? There were little bugs in the bathroom, did not look like it had been swept in days. The towels we did have wouldn't have dried a baby they were so small. The wash cloths were black. Will not be staying here again

This place is utterly disgusting and real sketchy to say the least. The rooms smell like a mixture of an ash tray and attempted homicide.

My “stay” lasted less than 90 seconds. Upon arriving the police car in the lot was an indicator I made a bad choice. The guy at the desk that checked me in has no business working in customer service. Walked in the room which smelled of cigarettes and filth. The lamp with no lamp shade was a nice touch too. I had seen enough and decided I wasn’t spending a second more there and left. Keep my money because you definitely need it, consider it a charitable donation.

I booked a non-smoking king bed, I got a heavy heavy smoked room. I asked the desk clerk to move me to a nonsmoking room. He told me that there would be a $15 dollar deposit, I asked him to give me the king nonsmoking room. He moved us to another room which was worse and AC sounded like a plane taking off. I was not able to sleep at all. There were people smoking right outside the rooms. It was horrible, I was tempted to leave the room in the middle of night and go home, but I was 3 and half hours away. So we decided to stay.

My bathroom mirror was shattered on bottom left. The shower towels and wash rags that were provided had holes in them. The peep hole on front door had a tissue stiffed inside of it because it was shattered previously. I will never book another room at this location.

The gentlemen working the overnight shift was the best hotel manager ever! He went out of his way to make us a fabulous breakfast. I don't remember his name, but he deserves a raise! The room was kinda dirty. My sheets had black stuff on them and had to be changed. The hotel was a bit run down.

The only reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there wasn’t a blanket. It was a sheet that identified as a blanket. So I had to keep playing with the heat and the air to get comfortable. And also, I had to give them $50 to hold. It’s been five days since I checked out and it hasn’t been returned to me.

The employee working that night was absolutely no help. She was sleeping in her car instead of taking care of the guests. I had to call around and look for other hotels nearby because there was no way I was going to let my kids sleep on those disgusting beds or use that filthy bathroom. Overall, the room, the staff, and the service were TERRIBLE. I do not recommend this place at all. ¡NO RENTEN AQUÍ! La habitación estaba sucia, la cama tenía sangre y bed bugs. And he rejected my stay there for no reason he said he couldn’t fine my reservation but I call bookit.com for him to show proof and he still denied me a stay .

The location was in close proximity to the funeral service First I request a nonsmoking room and got a smoking room. When I request another room I was informed that the all the facility was smoking rooms! The room was a mess and not clean! The bath area had no light in the ceiling they placed a lamp instead. I’m attaching pictures you can see the mess!!! There was bugs in the room!

My room had a strong cigarette smoke smell at first, I aired it out and all was good after that. Only other "incident" that wasn't, was in the middle of the night the loruon fell off the wall, fell into the sink making a loud bang noise ? ?yeah, that woke me up and had my mind racing for a solid 5 minutes ?

Up front was pretty wack, went through a third party and payed for the 5 nights but when i came in they made me pay an extra $60 which is pretty wild. When i got my room it smelt horrid, there was a lamp missing, and the bed was uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and sleeping IN MY CAR it was so bad, so i messaged the third party to cancel the remaining days and get my money back and when I went to return the key they gave me nothing but attitude when i walked in.

This property was absolutely horrible poor customer service. Once we got into our room the curtains were open TV was on the bed near the front door head stains on it. The hand towels in the bathroom were dirty and stained there's a crack in the sink in the bathtub was missing pieces. I did not take any pictures of the property or a room because of the poor conditions I highly recommend not staying at this property

The first day I got there I checked in the lady told me make sure to keep my car sticker on the windshield which I did for 2 days I was supposed to been staying 3 days and checking out Monday Thursday till Monday I had to get out of there on Saturday wow there my car was repossessed because they said my sticker in the window was sitting on the dash not hanging on the mirror and I said it had to be most likely when the person pulled the vehicle cuz my car was repoed and I was not happy with that so I knew then there's no way no how I can stay here no longer. My TV also did not work properly in the afternoon it works fine in the morning in the afternoon when we come back in could not get it to turn on all I can say is was just too I feel no one should ever have to experience nothing like this before...

The pictures used to describe the property was totally false. The property was supposed to provide complimentary breakfast, it didn’t. One mirror was broken and missing tile in the bathroom. The linens were off white, no bleach used. I was not impressed at all.

Nasty! for it to be a Wyndham Associated Hotel actually OSHA needs to come out and inspect this property. Floors dirty, look like they haven't been swept in a long time. Needs to be mocked. Bathroom nasty, and barely had any toilet paper did not have the toilet paper holder to hold the toilet paper. Bed head had holes going across the wall where a headboard supposed to be. The bed smelled nasty and the linen was dirty and dingy looking. It's amazing that they are allowed to charge the money that they charge for the type of service that is given. They advertise breakfast but that is not true there is no breakfast that is false advertisement. Very disappointing and I can't believe that Wyndham would attach their name to such a property.There really wasn't much space to park my car and I was afraid to park it in the back because it looked like a bunch of hoodlums standing around smoking in the back. Overall this place reminded me of a Roadway Motel and should not be allowed to charge the price that they charge shame on you Wyndham!

I was also told the room I booked was smoking when I ordered it but once I got there apparently the entire place is now non smoking which I find bizarre and upsetting because that's why I booked it. The fire alarm kept buzzing every 30 seconds in my room because of low battery I went to front desk to inform them and her solution is to hand me batteries to replace it which I was fine with, but they were not the correct 9v battery needed. I got rid of the beep by taking the battery out meaning I did not have a fire alarm in my room. I will never stay here again.

The front counter lady was sleeping and got mad I woke her up and then tried to charge me for checking in after midnight and would only take cash after I booked online and my room was prepaid

+ bathroom amenities, + staff - poor cleaness, smell - breakfast included in booking not provided!!! - ice machine out of order, poor wifi (despite the room close to reception) - so noisy night - bell ringing, slamming doors all night - door lock was broken, so I I can't correctly close the door!!!

Lampson room did not have lamp shades. Several not working. No blanket on bed or available. Dresser. Missing two drawers. Seems like people must be living here. Loud noisy arguments late into the night. Suspicious people in their cars watching what you're doing around your own car. Rented because they have breakfast only to find out when we got there that they did not and still collected an extra $6 from us for unknown charges. It appears this place must rent rooms by the hour. If you know what I mean

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was old and broken - no chairs. (Fortunately we had our fold up chairs). Dresser with no drawers, lamp with no shade. Lacked amenities. I am surprised that Wyndham attaches its name to this hotel.

The advertised photos were of a different hotel. There were holes in the walls, roaches, dirty linen and much much more. Checkout the actual photos.

Everything appears okay except for the washroom, which is very dirty and untidy.

The toilet did not flush correctly. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The staff did not come in to take garbage out. They would not provide clean towels. Did not change the sheets. I was there for 5 days. The need sages in the middle. The tub drained very slowly. Not what I would expect from a Days Inn or a Wyndham peoperty. Very disappointed.

Sorry but the room was not good at all the bathroom floor and by the bed floor needs to be repair because it felt not steady it was scary

There was no where to plug a laptop up you had to unplug TV to plug in laptop Dresser was broken which I didn't use but still should be fixed

I got into my room and there was only sheets in the bed and no comforter. Then later discovered there was a bullet hole in the wall that had broken the light up mirror and was never replaced. The main door would not lock from the inside, only the chain lock. I would like a refund because I ended up leaving at 1am because I did not feel safe.

I did not stay. The bed sheets were dirty and the refrigerator was leaking. The non smoking room smelled like smoke so i returned my key immediately. The front desk staff guy during check in was rude. The lady that i returned my Key to was very kind.

Dirty, sticky floors , foot prints and hand prints on walls. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, terrible coffee, had to ask for creamer, it was a problem i asked for it. Yelling and screaming all night long. Many people walking around outside. Stained sheets, uncomfortable bed. I left and got a nicer hotel. Watch your vehicle. Someone smoking crack in parking lot. The police stay in parking lot. Dont stay here !!!!!

dirty, broken, smelled terrible, needs paint and heavy cleaning. front staff was rude and the check in clerk couldn’t even be bothered to pause his movie on his phone (or even mute it). immediately started seeking payment for fees and refused to answer any questions, simply repeating “it’s a FEE. we charge everyone this FEE”. No breakfast, the iron was leaky, the lamps were missing shades, and the AC unit vents were filthy. I will never stay here again.

The receptionist she was so sweet she saw all the luggage I had and she offer me a room on the ground floor so that I didn’t had to struggle up stairs I really think that was thoughtful of her. I like my stay I really enjoyed it ..

Absolute catfish of a hotel!!! Do not stay here!! The first red flag was the hotel pulling out my money out of the bank before I got to the property as I put on the website that I’ll pay at the property. When we got there the manager was so rude to the new employee. As soon as went up to our hotel room, the banister was broken, the door seemed to be busted in, both locks were broken, the floor was scuffed, the tables was completely broken, the pictures are a complete lie!! Went to get a refund and there was a group that was also trying to get a refund saying their room was filled with glass. The new employee was very patient with us. The manager left him to fend for himself and wasn’t answering his calls so he did the best he could. But the property and the manager was an absolute joke!!!

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stated in my life. The door didn’t even lock to the hotel. You had to barricade it with the dresser that had no drawers in it. The lamp was broke, and there was blood splatter inside of the lamps.

This place is listed entirely different on internet this is the DUmP!!! Crack heads running around knocking on doors the room is extremely nasty. Tv doesnt work even mgr couldnt get it to work, loud noise coming from air condition. Suppose to be a quiet birthday getaway & no words can express the huge dissappointing stay!!! Im calling health dept cos towels, bedding had stains with lots of flies in the room. Sick just sickening smdh!!!

The pictures are not from this hotel. The linens were all stained (towels and bed linens), the lamp shades had multiple brown spots. The mirror was broken. There were tiles missing in the shower and the toilet was also nasty.

Reservation was for a standard King bed. We got a two full size beds. Bed cover was visibly filthy. There was duct tape covering tiles in the shower. Broken tiles all over the floor. Floor was filthy. There was a skunky smell going up to our room and the odor of the interior of the room was unpleasant. We got in after midnight and did stay one night of our 3 night reservation. The next morning we checked out. I spoke to an employee to cancel the remaining two nights and she was helpful and willing to cancel and issue a refund. However, since we had booked through Expedia we would need to collect our refund from them. When I was finally able to have a virtual chat with Expedia, they claimed that the hotel refused the refund. Not sure what took place there after my conversation with the hotel employee, but either way we won’t be booking through Expedia again. The hotel staff that we did encounter for check in and check out were courteous and helpful.

The hotel was so disgusting. I walked in there was smeared stuff on the walls. Furniture was scratched up and destroyed. The lock in the hotel on the top was broken. I found roaches. I literally checked in saw it and left. Didn’t even stay. Do not stay here

This hotels pictures is a lie, they don't have breakfast, everything was dirty, they don't serve breakfast, it is gross. The owners were really rude and acted like we were a burden showing up. The rest of the staff were friendlish. The location of the hotel was an inconvenience and the ceiling and walls were like that of cheap apartments you can hear everyone in there rooms. Most everything I'm the room was broken and really dirty plus the place smells horrible.

When I arrived at the hotel the pictures on the website did not match what the hotel looked like in person. When my family and I got to the room the headboard on both beds were torn. When I went into the bathroom the floor was wobbly and it didn’t look to be swept, because there was hair on the floor. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned either, because it has a darker tint to it. After I left the bathroom my son point out that there was something red on the ironing board, which looked like blood. Not for sure though. At night time it was extremely noisy from other guest. When it came time for breakfast, I was under the impression that there was going to be breakfast, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. When my husband went down there, they only had coffee and a cereal bar. The staff was nice when I checked in.

I sent a message and wanted our money back because we didn't get the rooms requested and the ones we did hadn't been cleaned. Please see about my refund I haven't received. Thanks

We selected a different hotel initially, but when we arrived, we realized it was a bit farther than we were willing to travel to our destination. We chose this one because of the price, but its NOT worth the $100+ we paid.

We did not stay here, upon arrival it was not what was represented in hotel description. Old and unsettling. As we drove thru the parking area the person on one of the upper outside decks was shouting up. We drove right out and found a new hotel.

I enjoyed the breakfast area. I dislike the low level of cleanliness. Upon checking in, my room was unmade; I mean bare mattress and with no pillowcases. The attendant is charging customers an extra $5:00 for himself on the pretext of a service charge. Just pathetic at best. Will never make that mistake again.

They attempted to run my card before I got there for a different price then what was quoted on my reservation. After I did check in and made sure they ran it for the quoted price we got to the room and immediately we noticed it was not cleaned well. Top blankets had stains, the sheets had hair on them. All three lamps in the room were broken in one way or another, the volume on the TV didn't work, the sink was broken and had already been "fixed" once with plaster and when I went to walk back out of the room I noticed a hole in the door that I then realized was a bullet hole.

Alot of bugs wanted to leave first day not recommended even if on budget

Hotel is in a great location and the owners/operators are trying to clean up the area and hotel. Just bad people doing bad things. Plus, hotel had been neglected from past owners. Staff and owners are great people.

The condition of the room itself was deplorable. No chain on the door look, barely able to turn the dead bolt. Toilet paper was on the floor because there was no spring rod in the holder, the door inside was battered and scraped as if someone had been locked in the room. There were no working drawer fronts on dresser. The headboard was battered. The floor was sticky. The desk clerk was rude and somewhat hostile. You ask about the view, we looked out on a parking lot littered with trash a garbage..only the sheets and towels were clean.
