    They treated my lady like royalty and they treated me the same way. I have never felt more important for being just an average guy in my life. This was a celebration of my girlfriend‘s divorce after three years, and yes, we definitely bougie it up! The staff made the room all romantic for me while we were out to dinner and surprised her as she walked through the door. Pretty much you ask them to do anything and will bend over backwards to make sure that they get it done.

    Valet service was nice Wifi was horrible, signal kept cutting off. Ants invaded our champagne bottle before we could finish, which was $100. Fire alarm was pulled at 11pm causing an evacuation bc a drunk pulled the alarm. Horrible honeymoon stay.

    The front desk staff upon check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We were on the 8th floor, street side. The noise from cars revving through the streets until 2:00AM made it difficult to fall asleep. We ordered room service when we got back to the hotel from the concert. We asked for an estimated time before placing the order and were told 30-35 minutes. It arrived an hour and 45 minutes later. I would stay here again but I would request an interior room and would avoid room service.

    The staff in the available facilities. The bed was squeaky, the iron was cheap, leaked and ruined my wife's shirt, The shower temperature could not be regulated and would fluctuate drastically without even being touched. I had to stand in the shower with my wife and manually operate the handle to prevent her from being scalded. I then had to take a cold shower. I expected far better accommodations for a room costing seven hundred dollars for a one night stay.

    I didn’t For the price and the staff available there should never be thugs standing 2 feet from the door offering drugs to people. After 9pm on the weekends staff should not be letting anyone near that door that doesn’t have access to building ! Very disappointing trip. Firstly, I was placed in a room I didn’t book. The room was fine but it was really dated. The remotes to the TVs are not responsive. The phone didn’t work. There was some sound coming from the vent and I didn’t get any sleep. One of my room service orders was completely wrong. I just expected better. The Ivys down the street is so much better

I saw people come straight in and get their room. I asked again at 4:30 and they said they would let me know when it was ready. I had to fuss, after they told me it was first come, first serve and I told them I saw people come in and get their room. I finally got another room. I got a text at 7:48 saying my room original room was ready. My concert started at 4. Horrible experience!!

    I went into the men’s restroom in the lobby define for men’s toilets full of human waste and no one seem to have told the hotel that you can’t flush the toilet‘s in the lobby If you do stay there you turn off the bedroom lights by reaching down behind the nightstand and finding a plug on the cord by the ground and turning the light off that way very inconvenient and not very practical The staff were very pleasant but I don’t think the management of this Ritz Carlton is up to the brand name

    It was extremely noisy. I was on the 5th floor and the windows were not soundproofed to the outside. Also there were zero dining options on Sunday night. Not even room service. Not Ritz Carlton standards.

    The staff and the service were Amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay memorable. Every request was met attention to detail. It was as if the staff could predict what we would need next and it was provided. I mentioned in a brief conversation that one of my children suffer from a nut allergy. I did not request the accommodation but noticed all snacks and food in his area had been pre screened to make sure he did not have an accidental exposure. I will definitely return.

Yes, they actually lost my car. It had not been parked in the proper space by the valet the night before, apparently. And when they finally found it and brought it around, not a single word of apology was uttered, by anyone. Last but not least, when I finally got home, I realized that I had left my laptop behind. (That's an understandable oversight when you're worried about your lost car.) The hotel generously offered to ship it to me, at my expense. Overall, the food was excellent. Everything else was a disaster. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and just eat at the restaurant.

    Although, there is nothing negative to say about this hotel or my stay, it didn't meet my crazy expectations. I have stayed at Omni's and Four Seasons that had more of a wow factor. Now possibly there are other Ritz-Carlton's that are nice than this one but for this specific location, it was very nice but nothing to brag about. I always love a nice robe and slippers in my room (this one had robes but no slippers) and good coffee. This had a nice Nespresso machine and a fabulous (for fee) mini-bar.

Loved the spa, the vibe at the lobby bar with live music, great on-site restaurant (STK), indoor pool, and The Punch Room on the 15th floor is a spectacular place for a cocktail.     The hotel is fantastic & the stay ended up being delightful, though I had my doubts at the onset. Our room was not ready at check-in, or even for quite sometime after the usual check-in time. The main problem was that we had dinner reservations for 6 PM so our time for waiting was limited. Though the staff did offer us the use of a room to change clothes, we sis not want to go through process of getting luggage from bell staff only to send it back until our room was ready, The manager did comp our drinks in the lounge while we waited, which was nice. Finally, they said our room was ready; however, when we got to our suite there was a king bed & a pull out couch which was not the two bed suite for four adults that we had reserved, We did not want the discomfort of a pull out couch, especially since we had reserved a suite w/ two beds. In order to resolve the issue as I guess our original room was still occupied, the manager comped us an additional regular room for use in addition to our suite. So it all worked out & the remainder of our stay was what one would expect from this 5-star hotel

    A 5 stars hotel ?? Not even 3! Small rooms, just one restaurant with very limited choices, closed a 10PM sharp. No exceptions, even if you traveled 19 hours by car escaping from the hurricane Irma! No breakfast buffet. No brunch on Sunday. The reception is so dark that you need a flash light to go around if you do not wish to fall between low dark tables.

    We always stay downtown prior to the last Panthers game of the year and we make a point to always stay at the Ritz. Despite a hiccup last year with the valet and a scratch on my car, we elected to stay again this year. I'm happy to stay our visit was wonderful and my car emerged scratch / dent free! From the champagne welcome to the gingerbread cookie send off, we had a wonderful stay!
