The hotel was very nice and the bed was super comfortable!

The property needs a heavy cleaning and repair. The room had a smell, fixtures rusty, breakfast was terrible. Employees were ok, but hotel looks and feels old and needs a “fresh coat of paint”.

The manager was running front desk when we checked in around 10PM. He was absolutely wonderful!! Will definitely stay again my next trip to Charlotte!!!!

It’s very old needs more that the paint thats being put on it decent for a quick stay but you can see the age on the building. The website clearly states that no money is due on property. I later learned because I’m black I was required to give 100$ deposit in cash and told I would be given it back at the end of my stay. To later have to go back and forth about the deposit being given back to me .

We stayed for a concert in Charlotte. I would say the receptionist was brief and hurried. Only told us about what time breakfast was. My card declined because I answered questions caring on pin pad, and she very loudly announced to the whole lobby that it was declined. I reinserted and it was fine. I work at a 5 star resort. This is not how we do things

I booked this hotel at 10pm as last option, because no other hotel allowed me to book so late at night! Let me tell you guys i was surprised, it is a small hotel but for a night it was PERFECT, staff was really helpfull, they let me check in at 1:00 am, room was super clean, good bed, hot shower, there is a starbucks and waffle house basically in the parking lot!

The room was clean. AC was freezing. (I love that) It wasn’t the property fault. Something happened in one of the rooms causing the building fire alarm to go off and everyone evacuate. But the staff went into action. Made sure everyone was safe until the fire department showed up.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures they have posted. I had booked two nights but checked out the next day. The breakfast was hilarious we didn’t even eat anything there. They lied about the pool that was operating all year. We didn’t even see the pool was told that it was not working.

The location is great has truck parking. The breakfast is very mediocre for the price you pay to stay. Sausage gravy with dry biscuits every day and an egg for what it cost to stay is crazy y'all can do better with that add some instant grit packs or something house potatoes thats simple dishes!!!

Staff was nice. We had our dig with us and it was easy to get around with her and had good places to take her to use the bathroom

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Pool was too small, and shallow. And even though it is a smoke free hotel, the lobby smells highly of cigarette smoke

The property was close to eateries and to my family. The staff was ok, I placed my order on line. It stated that the total cost was the amount with taxes etc.. There was an additional $150.00 charge for a refundable deposit. That is my only complaint.

The toilet was clogged and no on site maintenance to address the issue. There were also no available rooms to move my family to. I ended up leaving early and found a better hotel 20 minutes away. I will never spend my hard earn money at Sleep Inn.

This property was very nice! It was just what I needed after a long day of traveling and needing to get a good nights sleep to continue driving the next day! Sleep Inn did not disappoint. Comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Some teenagers got in through the back door and were beating someone up. The police had to be called. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE ALL NIGHT. There was a very loud man down the hallway who was talking very loudly about his drugs. I would never stay there again. The parking lot was full of rigs so I think it caters to truckers.

My stay was very pleasant! I was frustrated when I checked in but Ms. Patty was very polite and helped me. She smiled and reassured me that everything would be alright! I really appreciated her hospitality and concern for my issue. Thank you Ms. Patty! If I were to visit the area again. I would stay at the same hotel because of Ms. Patty.

The front desk staff was very nice and greeting we had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also in walking distance to a couple restaurants and a gas station and pretty close to everything in surrounding areas to where we weren't having to drive super far.

This property is not suited a family stay, Only big enough for two people max. Rooms are very small. Close to interstate make travel easy. Overall its ok for a short stay

Carpet in room was damp, room smelled musky and like mildew upon entry a/c was not on. They must have just shampooed the carpets due to it being a dog friendly room. Staff was friendly and property was clean. Beds were comfy.

We stayed one night before driving to Gatlinburg. Our beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The shower worked well and I was grateful for the small tube of conditioner since I somehow hadn’t packed any. The included breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was still appreciated . We would stay there again.

Terrible breakfast with very few options. Swimming pool was tiny, dirty, and used by a swim school most of the time we were there. Room was fresh and clean and the older lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind, but we likely won't stay here again.

If I could put pictures of the turds I found in the pool I would! Human feces in the pool. We had to clean our own rooms as instructed by the front desk. My autistic brother and I came to NC to visit my nephew and relax in the hotel and watch movies. I would never stay there again!

It was in a quiet area but a few places to eat in walking distance and a gas station right there before going back on the main road. Right off the main highway and was very clean! Their sausage gravy and biscuits for the breakfast was excellent!

I liked that it was clean. Parking was easy. Check in and check out was quick. It was quiet at night, and I slept well. Only negativity is that the door handle to our room was loose and made me question how safe it was. I would stay here again though.

This was the perfect hotel for my needs. First off, I was wowed by how many stories the Sleep Inn Northlake had. I requested a top-floor (fifth) room because I’m a light sleeper, and Patti at the front desk immediately put me in one. She was very friendly and got me checked in quick. I was in town for Carowinds WinterFest and wanted to stay somewhere on the way back closer home - this hotel was perfect for that, while avoiding all the Carowinds traffic. The bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. TV worked well and great water pressure. Breakfast was super tasty and filled me up. When I am back in Charlotte for Carowinds, this hotel will definitely be first on my list.

Our only complaint is the room angels heavily of cigarette smoke. We had to go buy air freshener. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, pillows were nice, and the location is good.

En el lavamanos del baño de la habitación tenía mucho pelo. La habitación olía muy mal y a lo largo del pasillos del segundo piso había café regado cuando llegamos y permaneció así por dos días. LE PEDIMOS NOS CAMBIARA LA HABITACIÓN y dijeron que no podían porque no lo recervamos directamente con ellos.Mi pregunta es; si reservo con ustedes no tengo derecho a una habitación buena y limpia? Ustedes tampoco tienen alguien en español para resolver estos problemas en el momento. Queríamos dormir en otra habitación por el mal olor y dijeron no teníamos derecho.

The hotel was very run down and not eye pleasing at all. The beds were decent. We had to buy our own soaps and shampoos, towels and wash clothes because the ones provided were gross. The pool was closed even though it’s not posted anywhere besides the front desk at check in. The lady working the desk was so nice that night and the morning lady!

It was very quiet and beds were very confortable. The rooms with dogs where all on the first floor so we didn't hear them. Ms patty was marvelous. All the staff was kind. I would stay here again.
