Smells like weed , parking lot is sketchy with people hanging out in the back. No ice bucket and refrigerator and tv didn’t work. No toilet tissue holder. Loud music from guests across the hall. Didn’t stay the night. Counted our losses and moved on.

Place is a flop house. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! Unkept rooms and buildings. Place is disgusting

The property was horrible i had to switch rooms 3 different times to get some what of a decent room there was stains on the walls and ceilings the bed was hard i would never go back the carpet was dirty it was holes in the walls it was terrible stay

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom door wouldn't slide shut. It was stuck

The parking lot had at least a quarter of the spots taken up by shipping containers and piles of construction debris and trash. The staff was less than welcoming. The second floor hallway had trash throughout the corridor and reeked of cigarette smoke, as did our room to a lesser degree. The bedspread and the upholstered chair both were stained in our room. One outlet on the wall was blown out and the wall around it was black. The lamp on one bedside table was broken with the lampshade just hanging limp from the top. The light above the sink did not work and the shampoo provided had already been half used. I stayed here in 2019 and had a much different experience. This hotel has majorly gone down hill since then.

Arrived at breakfast approximately 20 minutes before it ended. Egg “patties” were burned along edges and sides. Very limited on bread choices. Sausage was gone ( some was brought out when I was ready to leave the area) coffee basically brown water. Toilet floor flange leaked Sink stopper did not work. I reserved a king bed and was put in a queen. Disappointed

There were no curtains in the room. There were a lot of lights around the property, making it impossible to sleep. The walls were dirty, but the bed was comfortable.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Black hand prints on the wall, burn holes in all the blankets, mold growing on the AC, hair on the toilet (not head hair), sticky black substances on the carpet, marijuana smell in our room. Dirt on the walls, left over trash. Went to get my deposit back and explained the room was dirty, the night shift desk worker offered no apologies just acted very rudely because I asked for my money back. We didn’t even stay in the room 5 minutes!

Parking was safe but breakfast was very limited. We paid $50.00 for incidentals, upfront for each room, but never got the money back at check-out, although we left the rooms in excellent conditions, it was just stollen from us.

They also had some mini muffins and the option to make fresh waffles---which I did not try--since I need to avoid wheat when possible. They also had the option of juices, coffee, & tea. I would have liked to see some fruit options....not sure if they offer that, but did not see any. The staff was very nice, and the parking area was well lit at night---easy to get in and out of as well.

I will not come back too stay. I had ti ask for an iron and board. It was not in the room. Then I had to ask for a bucket for ice which there was none. I was given a bag. There was holes in the comforter. Overall stay was manageable but will not comeback.

No airport shuttle even though advertised. The hotel was very run down. The room was unclean, the furniture soiled and stained. The worst part was a strong moldy smell. Weed and mold smell.

The Staff provided excellent customer service. Sleep Inn does need to work on the internet for their smart tvs. I had to use my own Verizon Hotspot in order to for the smart tv in my room to work. The lgiht bulbs in the bathroom area in my room need to be replaced.

Harassment from the manger on duty the morning of Aug 9, very Unprofessional..I was fixing my hot breakfast and proceeded to cover up and go wash my hands manager attack me verbally assuming I was taking food to room..situation diffuse itself later I went to checkout manager brings up the issue again blaming me for taking food to room when clearly i didn’t. Service was outstanding. Hotel staff were very nice and answered any questions I had about the area. I was there for a doctor's appointment and business meeting. The cleanliness could have been better.

The room was extremely dirty and run down. There was a dead roach, stains on the walls and lamp shades, exposed wiring, a hole in the shower, leaky sinc, and many other issues. The staff said we could have a late check out but knocked on our door several times before the agreed upon check out time. Horrible experience!

picked this one with my son and friend because it advertised a pool. Pool looks like it had not been used in years. The toilet overflowed on my son, maintenance brought plunger to unclog, left plunger I assume in case it clogged again I could unclog myself, I used every towel in the room to soak up water from toilet overflow, returned to room hours later all the toilet water soaked towels were still on the floor, had to remove them to the hall myself and go get fresh towels. Most of the staff was rude, with the exception of one or two.

This hotel is a dump. There was mold and grime around a slider door to the bathroom, which all look like a makeshift bathroom out of a closet and no handle to get out of the bathroom. It looks like they took a storage room and made it into a hotel room, but I didn’t see the other rooms to know for sure. There were two holes in the bathroom wall. There was no cable for the room telephone in case there was an emergency was not able to be used the wall hair dryer was broke and didn’t turn on the swimming pool was tarp down with cigarette, lighter and rocks thrown on the tarp, they were piles of cardboard boxes inside the exercise room that the door was locked, reminds me of a storage unit. The staff was not friendly acted like as if we didn’t exist walking in for the first time they had people hanging out in the common area, like as if they were friends with those people on a personal level, the breakfast was disgusting and cold, there was no toilet paper in the room and the only person that was friendly was the cleaning lady it is the nastiest hotel I have ever been to. It’s the only hotel that was the nastiest I’ve ever been to.

This hotel was very close to our concert. It was clean and very affordable. Sabrina was a great employee to have there at the time. She was very nice . The pillows were small squares which looked a little bit funny but they were so comfortable!! The square shape was a non-issue!

It was a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. Also, the AC wasn’t working the walls were dirty. The mattresses were too. The noise level from the people staying in the hotel there reminded me of a rundown area where loud music plays and people hang out in the street all night.

The parking lot is not well lit. The person who checked me in had very little English skills and struggled a little with the check-in. The room was okay. It was clean enough although a little rundown. When it was time to check out the morning person had locked herself out so I had to let her in the lobby door and take her word for it that she worked there. The upside is that it's very convenient to the airport although you can hear the planes taking off all night if you're sensitive to that. But for $90 it was a decent stay

I was shown a second room, however I could not even enter as the mold made my allergies and asthma kick in to the point where my eyes were watering and I could not breathe. They also misrepresent their price as they ask for additional funds when you check in. For What they were asking with the additional funds. There's plenty of nicer hotels in the area that have breathable air, furniture that isn't falling apart clean sheets and a shower with no mold. Actually it's several hours later and I'm still having difficulty breathing even with my inhaler. Oh, and the check-in person was seemed annoyed that he had to check in a person. Smelled like smoke and weed all over the lobby and room. Check in took about 20 minutes. Rude staff on checkout. I generally avoid motels like this but it was fine for one night with nothing else available

My stay was definitely peaceful. Ms.Sabrina is excellent and has great customer service skills, Also very professional. There was an issue with the system far as my money, Ms. Sabrina made sure that I got my money back with ease.

Everything....hotel was a disaster, from the lobby to the rooms. I had to sleep with all the lights on because I was afraid bugs would come out with the lights off . I have pictures if you would like to see them.

The room in this hotel is completely uninhabitable for both humans and animals. It is not worth even $10. I have photos that clearly show the room’s poor condition, and the smell inside is unbearable.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Sheets were stained. Television/cable was out, wasn’t told until AFTER check in.

We had many rooms and half of them didn’t have clean towels. The tvs didn’t work. Just not a great place. The front desk was wonderful but nothing else was.

Stayed here due to a 1 am flight late arrival for one night. Wow, what a ghetto experience. Never again. Charlotte as a city has went downhill terribly. This place even asked for a smoking deposit, when i told them i never smoke, period. Disgusting experience.

Great experience checking in, staff members were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was so very very comfortable, definitely staying here again:):)

Front desk person was rude and unprofessional. He accused me of trying to use someone else's credit card. Even though it was my company credit card and refused to send an authorization and made me pay for the room. It was already paid for by my organization. My room had a broken TV and chair and when I asked for my room to be changed he tried to put me in a connecting room with road workers next door. So I ended up going back to the original room. I told him that I did not want to be charged for the broken items. The breakfast had molded muffins and over cooked what looked like sausage links. When I asked for a manager l, he said that she would not be in until Wednesday. I never got to see her.

Rhis is a drug hotel the first thing i seen was a drug deal in the hallway when i was on my way to my room after checking in . Then i went ro the front desk and told them the lady acted so surprised but come on now for real i askes for my mo ey back and because i went threw a app no refund i will never stayat a sleep inn again a terrible experience

Room ok except sticky carpet. Big issue was drug dealers across hall and next door and hanging around entrance. Not a safe environment.

Dirty shower with multiple hairs in it, floors and toilet were visibly dirty. I wondered if the room was even cleaned. I booked online and they didn’t have the room I booked available when i showed up so i was stuck with a different configuration. Overall ratty spot.

Whole place smelled like smoke, even in a non smoking room. The property looked like it hasn’t been properly kept up with(cracked paint, stains on carpet, etc).

Settled on this place in a pinch with a cancelled flight at CLT. I didn’t expect much but figured it wouldn’t be terrible based on other Sleep Inns that I’ve stayed at before. There was functional hot water in the sink but somehow not in the shower. There were strange brown liquid spots on various surfaces that were easily wiped up (by me, not the housekeeping staff… yikes). There was also a single wasp’s nest on the window valance (thankfully no wasp to be found). Property generally felt safe, so that’s a plus. Didn’t really try the breakfast since they were out of coffee cups and that’s mainly what I wanted. Maybe you’ll have better luck than I did. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The hotel itself is very dirty. The walls are stained (room and halls), the ceiling had holes in it and large pieces peeling off of it, the carpets were stained all over the place (room and halls), and there were cockroaches. Luckily, the bedding and towels seemed clean. I took pictures of all of these things, but cannot post them here. I will for sure stay at another hotel next time I visit Charlotte.

The first room they tried to give us had a broken bathroom door which did not function so they gave us a different room which had a leaking toilet with water all over the bathroom floor, the third room was okay but still very dirty. There were people hanging out on the street corner all night and others just hanging around the property that I don't think we're guests. The breakfast that was included was very minimal and limited in choices.

We reserved two nights at Sleep Inn (Saturday and Sunday) We slept there Saturday night, the room was okay but the hallways leading to our room were filthy. Sunday night we got back around midnight and were heading to bed when we saw multiple cockroaches crawling on the ceiling and wall behind the headboard. We left and went to another hotel, when we told the front desk, they told us to call back at 9am to talk to a manager for a refund for the second night. I called at 9:45 am and was told there was nothing they could do because we checked out after 11 am. They did not seem to care about the roaches or dirty rooms whatsoever. We will never be back and we strongly recommend not staying at this hotel!!

nice staff just terrible hotel, you’re better off sleeping in your car at a rest stop, dirty gross hotel, left at 2am and a literal drugged out girl was pacing back and fourth right infront of our car, if you just need a place to crash for very cheap, this is the spot, other than that avoid this place at all costs

The property smelled horrible, it had roaches, and just overall gross. My friend booked a room too and they didn’t have a room for her when we arrived.

I enjoyed my stay. I just had an issue after being out all day, I had to go get towels and wash clothes and people stand in front the door smoking cigarettes.

Service was sub par. Food was terrible. Pool HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 6 YEARS.

The staff was very friendly especially the woman at the front desk.

Our flight canceled and we needed a place to sleep. This exceeded our expectations. Clean and quiet.

The shower floor was literally taped together with AC metallic tape and had huge cracks in it. The floor under it was hollow and as I stepped into it it gave way to my weight. I weigh 160 lbs. Anyone much heavier could actually have fallen through the floor. It sagged so much it would not drain. I felt dangerously unsafe just moving around in the shower, as if I could fall through the floor at any moment.

This hotel smells like mold and mildew, linens had cigarette burns on them, walls are filthy, AC unit is molded and rusted. This hotel needs torn down.

The rooms are filthy. There was no airport transfers the night I stayed. The staff were unhelpful.

First, the shuttle was not available. Then there was this guy trying to solicit me? When I entered the room, I turned on the lights, and the cockroach started running away!! Thank God I only needed the room for just the night! They changed the room, but I didn't sleep all night, afraid there might be cockroaches! With the shuttle not available, I could have used the money for transportation to get a better hotel!

The property had a very strong, nasty odor and their pool was under construction, which was not notated while booking. I was not in the hotel for 10 minutes before I checked out. I want a full refund.

Don’t waste your money. The property is not clean. The neighborhood is sketchy and the rooms are not private and you can hear occupants throughout the halls.

The staff here are professional, patient, and flexible. Sabrina, Ronnie, and Roxanna were especially great. They helped me with making the reservation when i needed and explained what options i had. Cant wait to stay again.

didnt have any options on short notice due to flight cancellation so i unfortunately stayed here for the night. room was disgusting, walls had orange fingerprints (probably cheetos). comforter had holes and smelled like an attic. bathroom light switch had a mysterious brown substance, walls are thin but sounded like my neighbor had an amazing night. ill take my chances as a woman sleeping outside rather than here again.

When I got into the room I found one of the trash cans hadn't been emptied. The "hot" breakfast was barely warm the first morning and no juice. Third morning breakfast was not out at 7 and should have been out by 6.
