Beware that it is not the cleanest place that you will ever stay. I saw and killed multiple roaches during my stay and it seems to be a ongoing problem at this location.

This was the worst place I've ever been in EVER!! The staff was horrible and nasty, the rooms were dirty and roach infested and they wouldn't return my money due to their greediness. The front desk guy actually said they clean their rooms, had a whole attitude yet I have pictures of the hair covered shampoo bottles and soap on the sink, the tub with hair and bugs all in it, the dirty sheets and dirty floor. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products and cleaned the room myself. They really should be ashamed but we all know they're not. Smh

It was close to the airport It’s a HOE-tel

Housekeeping beating on the door like the police to ask if I need towels at 9 or 10 am is ridiculous. A simple knock would've sufficed. And then the security guard harassed me the other night because I wanted to work the property after work to unwind from work. He had a real bad attitude and was very rude. The property rules didt. State anything about not being able to roam the property after 11pm. Overall my stay was great.

Could not check in due to being under 21 years of age after not being told. I also tried to cancel this booking and was told that it’s not refundable and no where did it state any of this! Terrible customer service with no resolution.

It was very comfortable and quiet. Great staff and very friendly. I did have a small leak from the tub but I just threw down a towel and informed the housekeeper the next morning.

Front desk employee was nice but we had to go stay at a different hotel because the rooms smelled so much like cigarettes. Just outside the room there were 14 cigarette ends. A person with lung issues could not have stayed there. Even though we requested non smoking. We also checked out withign15 minutes of check in and their policy says that if you check out before 15 minutes you would get refunded but we did not.

The tub in the bathroom was draining slowly and the TV back cover of the remote was missing so the battery kept falling out, didn't feel safe people roaming around all night and I already paid so we stayed will never go back or recommend

The first issue was the sink leaked really bad to the point where I had to put a towel down on the floor. The second issue was there was a roach spotting in my room.

Although it was clean, the renovation work was sloppy, for example, the caulking around the sinks and showers is messed up and not complete. The bed was only OK. There were only three pillows. The neighborhood is loud and I didn’t feel very safe.

Found out about a shooting at the property less than a month ago, people linger outside of their rooms, they charged me a 50 deposit and kept it, they said the towels were dirty, I told them I wiped the sink and refrigerator and dressers down; with the said dirty towel they still refused to give my money back

I wasn't allowed to check in the room I booked although I've already paid for it, and I did show up before the check in date of the next day, which I had already booked too. I was told by that owner guy, behind the window, to wait outside for 7 hours so I could check in (making me miss the 1st night of the 2 I booked)

This place was completely disgusting, there were so many unknown substances on the walls that it lit up like a Christmas tree when I put my black light on it. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and everything was falling apart or already broken. Trash was found from years ago still in the room.

This was the 2nd worse hotel I've ever been to, outside of an airport hotel in miami. For starters, airport transportation was advertised, but it's not available. I checked into my room late, and the top deadbolt was completely broken off of the door. There was a poop in the toilet, multiple and sanitary things and I just didn’t feel safe.

It was absolutely horrible from the very beginning first of all manager told me they didn't accept reservations and made me pay cash on site! Even though I showed him the receipt and intuentary! I have pictures of how nasty it was I had to leave after only 2 hours and double paying this is absolutely unacceptable I even wasted my 15$ credit on this deplorable room manager was very rude

UPDATE, Night #2 : Would have loved o have gotten a heads up that in the very next room, a crew was going to be coming in ay 7:00AM to strip the entire room out. Nothing but noise, all day. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, he smiled and said nothing he could do. I also brought up the mice and roaches to which he quickly responded, "Keep the lights on, roaches don't like light!" Never, EVER again..

when i check in, they were very short not that nice didn’t give me any directions or tell me anything except that the power was going to be out. we left. it was in a unsafe area. the bed was nice but it would get freezing to hot really quickly. there was paint and tape around the bathroom. the toilet wasn’t working in the beginning. honestly i tried my best not to be there just to sleep there. smelled like smoke in a non smoke room

Check in was very slow. The lobby is not open and you have to stand in a very small, very hot little room to use the night window. There were 3 people in front of us to check in but it took nearly half an hour because the desk person was so slow. After check in, things were okay. Room was good for the price.

All of the reviews posted previously had to be by the workers because if you really had a stay at this place it is not what the pictures look like on the website and there is no breakfast because you can’t come inside the front only from the night key side. If there were other rooms available, I would have NEVER stayed!

1st it was listed there was a airport shuttle, when i called the hotel to find out what times does the shuttle run, they said they do not havw a shuttle. I said, but it's listed on your profile. Their response was ' i don't know why they said that' 2- upon arrival there was a group of guys like a gang/drug sellers right outside the front of the hotel smoking. 3- my room was SUPPOSED to be NON SMOKING but the stench of smoke flaired my sinus as soon as I opened the room door. 4- the room was FILTHY!!!!!!!!! Flies on the drapes and shower curtains, dead roach on the floor. MOLD ALL OVER THE TUB AND BATHROOM SINK!!!! Like they never even attemped to clean the room. There was also a huge punch hole in the bathroom door. This place reminded me of a motel for druggies and prostitutes!!!! There was no iron or ironing board!!! 5- i called front desk to let them know my displeasure, she told me there was no other room available. I said fine, just refund me. She told me no refund on the room . I said this room is filthy and i cant stay here, what kind of hotel is this? Her response, very nonchalantly 'a cheap one!!' DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! This place should be condemned by the health department there is black mold in the shower the outside is unkept the office is always locked you can only talk to them thru the night window they are also not friendly at all we also had a slug in the shower along with little bugs it is a dump and Expedia should not recommend this hotel and not carry it anymore

The door was broken so someone had to come fix it for us to get into our room. There was a clear puke stain on one of the beds, the walls were dirty, and one of the pillows had a red stain. Shouldn’t have expected more from a $65 hotel.

I canceled it right after I booked it because I needed for the night and they want me to come later in the afternoon, I told the lady I don't need later bc I was fly and my flight was delayed. She told me she can get me at night but didn't have any shuttle available then how am I suppose to get there? They charged me when I never used they services. Don't use them! I recently stayed here on a brief stop before heading to another city , and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.

This was such a good decision. The front desk employee was beyond sweet, especially when I was pulling in at almost midnight and completely exhausted. She made everything go smoothly and the beds were so comfortable! I highly recommend staying here on your journey! They only charge $5 for the shuttle from airport.

I got bit by bedbugs and the room had a foul smell to it.

I called and asked if there was a deposit they told me no booked the room came in and they made me pay a deposit for a none smoking room and then when I told them I did not have it they told me I can’t get a room and made me leave with my new born child

Run! Too much was going on, and someone wiggled my door handle. I did not get any sleep

You get what you pay for. Just needed a place to sleep. I got that. Things were gross but bed was clean. Would do again for a night

More and more surprises every stay in the USA. For $80 plus tax with no breakfast I would expect at least some decent room. But the room, hotel, reception area etc are just disgusting.

I didn't have any hot water to take a shower. It just wasn't a pleasant stay. Yet I only had a overnight layover, so it was whatever. However when I walked to Waffle House I saw many other surrounding hotels I could have chose instead.

The property was well lit. This is definitely a pay for what you get. There were people lurking around at 230 in the AM when my flight arrived late. The door inside appeared as if it had been kicked in at one point and door lock replaced. There was "browning" of the some of the linens showing excessive use. This is the type of place you check for bed bugs. Thankfully none found on my stay

You can have an older establishment and still clean it so there is no for how dirty that room was.
