nice, spacious room with a kitchen and a great view on the lake and great fitness center with walking pads and weights. The breakfast did not have much healthy alternatives such as prepared fruits or black bread.

Room was spotless, the comfort of the bed was amazing; that was actually the best part of this room. I also thought the space and amenities made a huge difference - having a full kitchen, microwave, and fridge just to name a few. My only hiccup was at times the noise level heard through the walls.

Very clean, dog friendly with a full kitchen not far from the airport- Charlotte is the closest major airport to me so it’s nice a hotel like this is available. I feel the price could have been lower to make up for the less than desirable view. The rooms need better lighting, very dark - it was hard to cook.

The breakfast was very disappointing. I’ve stayed at hotels for half the price but the breakfast was literally 10 times better. One option of meat(wasn’t really meat) not a good look for a property like this.

The hotel and our room was beautiful. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Pool access, gym, laundry room and places to sit to do work or just relax with a cup of coffee (coffee available all day).There was a good variety of food options for the complementary breakfast. The concierge was very pleasant and informative about Charlotte and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would highly recommend. Nothing that I can think of

I liked the size of the room, the location of the property and parking There were small bugs crawling on the desk!!! The uncleanliness in the shower (on the walls/ I have pictures) of the room, small damages to furniture. We were not told that we had to request turn down service so we stepped out and came back to dirty wash clothes and towels and a unmade bed and trash

I've stayed here many times but the shower this time wasn't very clean. It was riddled with mold/mildew. Our room was hit and took forever to get cooled down. Can't set the thermostat below 67. I guess I never noticed before bc we always went when it was cooler. I would stay again just disappointed this past stay...

Excellent location, the layout of the Room was very thoughtful . House keeping was cleaning e room next to mine, and the bumps and slams woke me.

We loved the location, the parking, and the facility. The rooms are spacious and very much like a studio apartment. It really felt like a mini home with friendly staff.

Everything was fine except the large group of men in the parking lot at 1030 smoking marijuana. My children and I didn’t appreciate that!

I was only here for one night but my experience was exceptional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The gym was adequately stocked with everything you would need to get a great workout while you’re away from home. Breakfast was amazing as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantatstic service from beginning to end. Very accomodating to my needs as an out of town traveler. I felt safe. The area was pretty with the lake with the ducks. The room was clean, great amenities for a good price. I felt immediately comfortable when i got to my room.The location was convenient and in close proximity to the places i wanted to visit. This will be my forst choice whenever I come to charlotte to visit. I will definitely recommend. I can say with confidence i will be back.

Loved this hotel. Henry, the manager, actually helped me get my bags out of the car!! The lobby is so inviting. The breakfast was good and the 1 bedroom suite was amazing: clean, roomy and comfortable.

Really disappointed that the loud music, alcohol consumption, and weed smoking was allowed on patio/in pool area every afternoon. Not suitable for families with children or adults just wanting to unwind by the pool.

staff was very friendly and helpful. had breakfast every morning or i didnt have to worry about not eating. the fitness center and laundry room was also great. The only peeve was that the walls were so thin that the conversations outside the doors can be heard and I stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear all the stomping and one night even there were alot of ppl upstairs partying and they were lots of music and talking that i could hear. things dropping on the floor and walking with shoes on, i could hear everything. it was seriously annoying. Overall, nice, modern… newer facility. Two things that would keep me from coming back. Poor water pressure for showers. They regulate the A/C so you can’t turn it down lower than 68. I personally want it cold at night and nearly all other hotels let you do this. First two nights I could.: then they remotely switched something so I could no longer turn it down lower after night 2.

The staff were fantastic especially the Male at the front desk. He was very helpful when we informed him our ride couldn’t pick us up until later in the day. The hotel was extremely clean and appeared to be new. We highly recommend this hotel. Excellent stay. Thank you.

First off, let me say by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I travel quite a bit. Room was huge, bed was comfy and the property was BEAUTIFUL ! Friendly staff and even though I just stayed one night , it was an amazing stay.

We visit Charlotte often and decided to try staying somewhere different this time. Glad we did. Location was great with a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Staff was super friendly and made you feel welcomed. Room was clean and layout was comfortable. Kitchen setup was super nice with eating area at the counter. Dressing area right outside of the closet was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again.
