The bed was really comfortable. The room was very spacious and nice.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff answered every question I needed answered. The breakfast was hot with scrambled or hard boiled eggs, waffles, sauage and more. Staff was constantly asking to help with whatever you needed.

The ac was not working in our room and they were not able to fix this, we ended up having to move rooms but the staff was fast and amazing about getting us into another room

The facility was immaculate. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was surprisingly amazing. (The bacon was very overdone but you could skip it) So many other choices...scrambled or hard boiled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal with lots of add ins, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juices and more.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! I called to ask for an early check in and they said they’d do their best… they let me in by 11

Room was clean. Private as we didn’t hear the neighbors. Some worn down areas. Saw a few cockroaches so we decided to store all of food in the fridge and didn’t use any of the kitchen supplies. (We chose not to notify the receptionist as we figured that it could easily be a building wide issue). Gym is quaint and available. It was nice the first time. Second day super muggy and too warm to work out comfortably. Swimming pool still closed for the season.

The one excellent exception was the staff. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. We travel to this area about 4 times a year and due to this experience we will not be staying at this property in the future. I am a loyal Marriott member and have become accustomed to a higher level of quality in their properties. This really turned us off.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. I liked the layout of the rooms being on opposite sides. The breakfast was good. The kitchen attendants were very accommodating and prepared the waffles for you to eliminate wait time. The front desk staff were friendly and kept a smile on their face. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely book again!

The breakfast menu was ok. The biscuits were rock hard. The kitchen ladies were really great and attentive though. After a few nights’ stay, they knew that I looked for a particular yogurt, because of my food allergies. The rooms were clean, but the showers could have used more scrubbing.

The hotel smells awful. We walked in and the lobby was dirty. The front desk staff was the most unprofessional and not friendly at all. The agent Jasmine had the worst attitude and not pleasant. The room had stains on their couch and then housekeeping forgot to clean our room. They didn’t offer to switch rooms when I complained about the room not being cleaned- instead Jasmine said she can give us new sheets but we had to make our on bed.

I had been calling all week to ask for an early check in. Each day I called that told me to call back the next day to see. I called the morning that I was supposed to arrive and the lady took my number and told me that she would call me. I arrived at the property about 1pm. There’s probably 8 cars on the parking lot. The hotel has at the least 100 rooms. I explained the lady that was the one calling all week and asked if there was any rooms for early check in. She checks her computer and says no so I wait in the lobby. The lady walks by awhile later to go into an office… I dose off and wake up about 2:30pm. I look at the front desk and the lady is checking people in earlier than the 3pm check in time. I walk to the counter to check and asked me if left because she had come by looking for me. That I had to be a lie because I was on the exact I was when she walked by me earlier… The rooms are also noisy because the interstate runs behind it. You can hear interstate traffic all night long.

I asked for the names of the other staff, because each made the stay more enjoyable. It was a quick overnight for us to attend a funeral. Would definitely recommend this property, and plan to stay again when in town. Divya-food, Jerry-GM, Irina-housekeeping, Shanell-front desk. Kudos!

The staff was amazing! We also have a very convenient placed room. We will be staying here again Needs updating but otherwise was great. Bed was very soft, needed to be firmer.

It was in a decent location and made getting around rather easy. It had a moisture smell in the hallways. It had snowed so that may have been part of the reason. I would recommend getting new carpeting.

Manager Shanell. My wife & I were traveling for a revival & chose this hotel, hoping it would be a wonderful stay. There was bugs in the room. On the ceiling & walls. Notified the front desk after checking in & had to change rooms around 11:30 pm. Another guest came down with the same issue during our check out the next morning. Couldn't hardly sleep due to the bedding looked dirty. Ceiling was water damaged & covered with Killz in both rooms. We requested a late checkout, but left early due to the condition of the room & terrible experience. I wll not recommend to anyone. We stay in Charlotte all the time as traveling ministers. Totally disappointed & frustrated.

Some of the staff was very friendly. Even though we didn't use the amenities, it was great to have them. Breakfast overall was good. The only complaints I have was the hallway leading up to our room was dimly lit and the couch, bed and pillows were not comfortable.

My favorite charlotte hotel. Rooms feel huge, because of great layout. Super clean and tidy hotel. Back off the road so it's not noisy close to alot of shop and restaurants. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Good parking.

Our stay here was lovely. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was exactly as it was described. They had a coffee machine for little pods but we brought ground coffee so I asked the staff if they had a regular coffee machine and within 5 minutes I was brought one and also more coffee. The staff was super helpful and very very nice. In the close area there are several dining options, but we also had a kitchen to cook if we chose to. The beds were comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. The pool was also clean and we used it and enjoyed ourself. Breakfast was good, and someone helped us to make waffles. Overall this was a great experience and we would booke here again. Oh by the way, the drive from there was gorgeous through alleys overhang with trees and beautiful houses. This is a very nice area.

Staff was great!!! The hallways are too dark and no cleaning staff during our stay. I went to the front desk to ask why our rooms were not clean and we needed clean towels and she informed me that they don’t clean the rooms until we check out and I asked what to do with the soiled towels and she said leave them on the floor and the only trash cans were the ones in the bathroom and they were small so we used shopping bags for trash cans that were piled up in the kitchen on the floor until we checked out!

The room was very clean but had a smell like fried food. We understand that there is a complete kitchen and therefore there may be cooking going on, but the smell was obvious so house cleaning should spray some febreeze or something

I had a great time staying here, staff were very friendly and attend to our needs. We enjoyed our stay here. Consuela greeted us at the front desk and was very personable and helpful, even showing me how to get the rewards set up in the app. The hotel smelled great, like very clean, including our room. We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the room and the bed comfort. The continental breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very attentive! Offering to bring over drinks and even checking on ys during our meal. My only feedback constructively is that the bathroom was inside our bedroom, which really cut into me and my husband having privacy from the kids, which was the goal of selecting a hotel with a private bedroom. Breakfast could have been a little hotter and the bacon less crispy/crumbly; but minor feedback in the grand scheme. We also traveled with our dog and we appreciate a hotel that allows the pet to stay without a dumb rule that "pets can't be left unattended," like other hotels. The hotel was peaceful and we didn't have any issues with noise or rowdy guests. We will definitely stay again when we visit Charlotte! The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10!!!

I loved the hotel. It’s a clean, quiet and convenient place and it has the best breakfast ever. The entire staff is super nice. I will recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Mildew smell once in bed

The rooms and areas of this location are in need of some repair - carpet in the room is warped and fraying and wall.paper peeling by the elevators but otherwise met our needs just fine. Consuela at reception was a delight and as nice as they come.

If you don’t drive this is not the hotel for you. No food or drink service after breakfast and it’s a bit away from other options. If you like quiet- it’s fab! Mostly American tourist and lots of dogs and dog people are friendly! A lot of people after hurricane Helene were being put up while we were there and the staff went above and beyond for them. Really nice to see

Stayed 3 nights and did not receive housekeeping once. Was told coffee available from 530am but at 610am was told “come back at 630”. Asked for soap and coffee at 7am for the room and returned to the room at 6pm to still have no soap and coffee. Very disappointing stay for the price.

Property was nice outside and well kept, I was disappointed that aspects of my room were a bit rundown and could stand for an upgrade. Housekeeping refreshed room nicely every other day. However, upon arrival, the room had a musty, unpleasant smell and I had to purchase a plug-in air freshener because I didn’t want to smell it the duration of my stay. The attendant at the front desk during checkin was very pleasant and accommodating.

Great customer service and rooms were clean. Property needs more renovations beyond lobby to have the true Marriott experience but still a great stay.

My only complaints are the Jacuzzi, which is why we chose this room. The Jacuzzi temperature was luke warm, not Jacuzzi temperature at all. Also there was no trash cans in our room, just the little bathroom one. Everything else was great and the room was clean.

The hotel was great. The front desk host Consuelo was amazing! She was extremely friendly, helpful and made our trip even more better!

Convenient and Walkable

I don’t know if I just have really high standards, but I read the reviews and it sounded like a really nice place. Upon walking into our room I noticed a very stale smoky odor. It’s not that it was dirty. It just needs a facelift. It’s very old that hot tub was nice, but the pool was very cloudy and we wouldn’t swim in it. Would not stay here again.

It was just a quick stay - nice room layout. Needed bigger trash container in kitchen - maybe one for trash and one for recycling le. Could more wash clothes would have been nice. Overall seemed nice and clean. Nice free parking. Would stay here again.

Very nice shaded area to walk our dogs, pool was in quality condition and not over crowded, room was very clean and sanitary and Johnathan at front desk was very helpful to us. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Charlotte again.

The hotel was bigger than I thought, not a problem. The room was a good size with a kitchen and it wasn’t a suite. The staff was friendly. I only stayed one night and I did not have any issues or complaints

Easy place to stay and sleep for the night!

I loved the kind staff. I loved quick check in. The room was very nice and roomy. The bed very comfortable. The gave me a free upgraderd. Whats not too like!!!

Very good service but the room was super dirty and very dated. Couch had stains. Floor looked very dirty.

Overall we had a good stay however there was a musty smell inside the room and we could subtly hear the cars on the highway at night.

Everything is good

The front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. However the room was tired with a very smelly carpet from the smoking room days. The AC was very noisy. The exterior wasn’t well lit at night but that was apparently due to timers not being set properly so hope it will be fixed now as parking lot was very dark at 7:30 pm. Very good breakfast. We just think the room could use a refresh.

It’s a good place but, the walls are thin. You can hear ppl next door talk or kids cry. Don’t come here if you got a baby or it maybe hard to put them to sleep

The first room we were given (on the bottom floor) was nice enough until EARLY morning (starting around 4AM) where folks were leaving or standing outside the door smoking. Changed rooms for the next few nights. Sleeping was much easier and again the front desk clerk was wonderful. Ran into a few maintenance issues that were reported in the morning and when we returned at the end of the day they were not fixed and the maintenance guy was gone for the day. Hotel could use some basic repairs done, but overall it was worth the price. Free breakfast was decent and the ladies who worked there were great and super helpful. Would stay again( just not on the 1st floor)

The outlet on the right side of the bed didn’t work at all. Very inconvenient for someone who needs a cpap machine

I'm not sure how this hotel received decent reviews. Upon entering you can see just how out-dated everything is. If you're familiar with HUD housing, it is very obvious that there are rooms that are used for this purpose. The hallways stink. The room itself is just clean enough to stay in, but it's borderline. I was initially placed on the 2nd floor, and when i got to the room I could hear a dog in the room next to me going crazy. I asked to be moved to the 5th floor, which they did do. On the 5th floor you can hear the highway that is right beyond the tree line, ALL NIGHT LONG. I woke up to the sounds of trucks braking repeatedly. On our second night there, we learned of a possible theft from a room a few doors down from us. I checked our door and found the damage seen on the picture attached. The very next morning, i left the room and was down the hallway at the elevator, and saw the guy directly across from me, come out of his room and to my door like he was about to do something, when he turned his head and saw me looking at him, he pretended like he was fumbling around with something and walked away. I walked by a room being cleaned, and i honestly felt bad for the cleaning lady. Piles of fast food bags and trash all over the room, like someone had been living in their own filth. For the money i paid i had expected something much better. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again, and will be composing a more in depth review on another trip app.

The staff were super nice. The breakfast area lady was very helpful and the food was always fresh. The rooms were large and well appointed. The shower was super.
