The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I booked this room for my parents and didn’t get them checked in until late that night. Some of the customer bases going in and out was very questionable, I did not see any security. I suggest more security between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am

I love staying at Residence Inn whenever I come to Charlotte. I recommend this hotel for all travelers visiting Charlotte. The staff is amazing and the rooms are just like a home away from home. I visit here 2-3 times a month. You will not be disappointed.

our stay was excelldent. the staff were all very friendly (and I interacted with 5-6). the room was spacious and clean. a/c worked well. we plan to use this location in the future as we travel often!

The property was beautiful .the food was delicious. The first room we had was not clean the sheets had not been changed. There was hair in the shower and tissue in the toilet. They switched our room the next day and it was great . I thought I was getting one bedroom suite but it was an efficiency. My fiancé works and we really need the separate room. But it was cool

We traveled to Charlotte for my husband birthday. I'm so glad I stayed here and I will stay again.. Hotel so nice and clean and staff was very polite.

Very organized and neat. Lots of parking and the patio areas were very clean and had nice furniture. Maybe the room hadn’t been used in a while . It was clean, but dusty.

When a hotel advertises EV chargers and that becomes one of the reasons for selecting the hotel, then they should WORK! 3 of 6 were working, and they were taken up. All Tesla chargers here are wasted and appear to have been for a while. Probably unsafe as the ground is broken. Useless. This needs attention.

Clean room, although the bathroom fan didnt work & the toilet paper holder was broken lol. Someone must of had a bad day or something. Staff were incredible & super sweet & it was nice to snag a drink & wonder around the hotel.

We didn’t get to stay due to no air conditioning The air conditioning was broke in our room it was 83 degrees we were sweating and the pool was too full to get into so we had to leave and pay for another Hotel so this was a wasted anniversary trip for this Hotel!

Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Our air conditioning system wasn’t working properly and we told staff and we were lied to about the air conditioning in our room but other than that it was good

Great stay! Our studio room was very roomy, comfortable and most importantly extremely clean. The staff was friendly. Good restaurant next door for dinner and complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Would stay again!

Property was well located, clean and staff very friendly and professional. I didn’t realize until I was headed to bed that the deadbolt didn’t work on room 318 but thankfully it was a safe environment, room was spacious and very clean and comfortable so no complaints except not being able to secure my door after hours. 💕

Room was great.... but arrived at normal check-in time no room availability....had to get ready for a wedding we were attending in the public bathroom because there was no room available. Staff attitude was "your problem not ours"

Overall the place was nice. The breakfast was not bad. The coffee was not good. The beds were comfortable and space in the suite with seperate room was very nice. There was a front desk clerk named D. who was very helpful and friendly.

1. the first room we checked into, had someone still in the room. When i got to the room the door was propped open and i could hear people in the room 2. My mom and I went back to the front desk and let the staff know and she was able to put us in a new room. 3. get into the room and the room is clearly not properly cleaned...crumbs left on the kitchen area floor and the carpet was clearly not vacuumed. Again I contacted the front desk to let her know this and she let me know someone would be up to clean the room. 4. at this point (around 6pm) my mother and i leave the hotel and we are assured by front desk staff that the room would be cleaned while we were out. 5. return to hotel room and room is still in the same condition. 6. contact front desk (same staff) and she let us know someone would be up to sweep the floors..no one comes SATURDAY MORNING. please also note the TV (volume extremely loud) was on once we arrived Friday afternoon but since we just showered and left right back out this wasnt a huge area of concern. once we got back friday night the tv is still on and there is no remote to control the tv volume or power on/off. 7. new front desk staff (extremely rude) is on shift and we let her know about the condition of our room. she shares that management will not get 8.she proceeds to tell us

The hotel and all of the staff were absolutely outstanding. The location was great for the ACC Tournament. However, the internet and TV channels available were horrible.

The location and easy access to main highways was a key factor for us, the staff provided us great service and the beds are 10 out 10, me and my wife have back problems and we truly enjoyed sleeping in their beds.

Very nice hotel to stay at, I came here for the NHRA nationals in Concord. Quiet, easy parking, convenient place to stay that is not far from the track, I will definitely be staying here next year.

The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning unit in my room is in front of the bed. Had to turn it off because i was afraid of getting sick

The room was great, we appreciated the kitchen and full-sized refrigerator and freezer for drinks and leftovers. The only drawbacks we had were that the A/C was very loud and the bathroom vent didn't work. The bathroom looked very nice but the shower stall design allowed for water to splash out onto the floor and there was a puddle after two showers.

Our stat at the Residence Marriott was amazing. The front desk was very welcoming, our room was very clean, and the atmosphere altogether was peaceful.

had the free breakfast that was ok. I have Tesla. Tried to plug it in and it did not appear to engage. The nozzle on the Tesla unit was different than I am aware of. I need to check with Tesla dealer to see if I did not understand something. The place is new and unit was reasonable.

In the kitchen, the counter was not wiped well, and jelly stains coffee stains, grease on the cooktop, open water bottle in the refrigerator. Also not stay over service Due to covid, I bring items to clean and sanitize. this room however this was communicated to the front desk as I do not want to move I guess there is not much but offer aplogies.

We got on the elevator & another guest said his internet had been out since the night before and he was angry because at that high of a price they should at least have wifi! We felt like nobody wanted to deal the issue. We will NOT go back with service like that!

I checked in early and was really happy to be able to do that. At first i just dropped my stuff at my room and left. When i came back later i took a shower that is when i noticed that the room was bot clean. The shower looked like it had bug pieces on the floor. When i got out I noticed there was pieces around the toliet and marks on the wall. When I went in thr kitchen the floor was very dirty and there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When I went to the front desk they did change my room but I was never offered an apologize for the inconvenience. The new room was not as clean as clean as I am use to for this hotel but I was able to stay in that one.

Check in was quick and easy, room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay at this property or other Residence Inn again.

I have been going to this property/hotel for a few years once a month on business and the last few times I have noticed trash in the hallways. This past visit April 3 & 4th 2022 I was amazed that even after housekeeping came yesterday the amount of trash on the floor in the hallway in front of people's rooms was utterly amazing. I'm not sure I will return
