It’s was great place to stay. When we were visiting family there in NC . Walking distance to the park and restaurants. I Will be coming back here again .

Bathroom stopper was not functioning, the bathroom shower water kept filling up the water in the bathtub, it was not working properly and causing water to backup. The check-in was smooth, easy, and the receptionist was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Front desk was very helpful. Our room AC was not working, staff quickly got us moved to another room and made sure AC was working in the correct room.

Super clean and the breakfast was good. Cautious of un watched children making a mess of the breakfast area. Other than that a great stay and very enjoyable time and kind front Desk staff. Will definitely use again next time I’m in town

The hotel is awesome. The only recommendations I have is the breakfast for times I've stayed here it's been the same breakfast. Turkey or pork sausage and eggs . I understand it's free but they could change it up.

When i first checked in the attendant Dana was marvelous. I wasnt feeling so well but she got me checked in quickly. We didnt have access to getting ice and after notifying front desk we were taken care of. Clean linen and a clean kitchenette. I recommend this hotel highly

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s super clean, the front desk is superb, it’s quiet, the heated pool and fire pit are major pluses. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean.

Bed comfortable. Large bathroom. I stayed here because I like the brand. Have stayed in many Residence Inns over the years. My connecting flight from Charlotte to DFW had been canceled. Because of baggage challenges, I didn’t get out of the airport until after midnight. So by the time I checked into the hotel it was extremely late. I finally settled into bed around 2 am. The manager called me shortly before 11 to remind me that I needed to be checked out at 11. I explained my situation and asked for a little more time. She gave me until noon. ☹️ I completely understand that housekeeping needs to get in to the room and clean it up for the next guest. What I didn’t appreciate was the abruptness, lack of empathy, and inflexibility to offer a little more grace.

Stayed at Residence Inn by Marriot Charlotte airport for 2 nights on our way back from vacationing with my family at Myrtle Beach and was very disappointed with the condition of our room not only did the tv not work the first night we were there but one of the hanging glass light covers fell from the ceiling in the kitchen/ day room nearly missing our 5 year old and breaking into pieces all over the room we were offered a apology of course but was left to clean up the glass shards ourselves after being told twice the front desk would send housekeeping “immediately” but never showed until it was checkout time 24 hours after the fixture broke the condition of our room was definitely not what I expected it would be for the money or brand

Staff was super friendly the second we walked into the door. We felt very welcome and everything was very clean. Any questions we had were answered promptly and nicely. The morning breakfast they have for guests is wonderful as a parent tired from a long trip with 2 yoynf children. The kids loved making their own wagfles and choosing what they wanted to eat.

Really enjoyed our anniversary stay here! Room was spacious and lovely, and there was actually plenty of places to sit and eat, unlike most hotel rooms. Our only complaint was the walk-in shower didn't have a door that could be shut, it was just halfway enclosed. Made for a chilly showering experience lol. We loved the amenities, they had a nice patio where they had a fire going in the evenings, and the pool was nice. Breakfast could have been better, and there was never any kitchen staff to be found if something was needed, but overall it was decent with different options. Would stay here again!

Breakfast can be a little better, the meat and eggs were over cooked, maybe add some biscuits and gravy or something like a crock pot of sausage gravy and biscuits where the bagels be at, just a thought. But them waffles, TOP TIER‼️

I really enjoyed my stay. A very nice area, the staff and other guests I met at the complimentary breakfast were nice. The fire pit outside was gorgeous and it was just a good vibe all around.

We had two stays in a week so this is about both stays. We had an easy check in with Coconut/Heather assisting. We had four shuttle drivers, all were great. Lacey, one of our shuttle drivers, whom we spent more time with, was very helpful in finding us a place to eat and helped us get to and from safely. He provided us some information about Charlotte as well. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Quiet area for a restful sleep. We have used other hotels in the area but find this one as our favorite.

We had a King size suite..loved that there was a full kitchen..we also liked that there was a pull out couch if needed..ABSOLUTELY loved that there was a bedroom with a door that could be closed and be separated if needed..the outside seating with the fire pits were GREAT! I was able to unwind outside by the fire and relax..the staff were very accommodating and kind.. The breakfast that was included was obviously very generic..the eggs weren’t real eggs made from scratch..they were definitely powdered eggs..the sausage wasn’t real sausage..no sides such as potatoes or rice? I should have made a bagel and had some fruit? If you travel..don’t expect breakfast to be such as the Holiday Inn Express? Although the accommodations were great..and the price being quite a bit higher than the Holiday Inn Express..I just expected more? But we would definitely stay again..

I really liked that the hotel room had a complete kitchen area. I didn’t like that I was not told that they charge for parking during your stay.

Great location, nice and clean hotel. However, we were disappointed by the noise coming from the pool/fire pit area at 3:00am that lasted at least until 3:45 am. I hope that does not happen again.

Haven't stayed at a Bonvoy property for quite some time, however this was a wonderful stay and they did not disappoint! Bed was extremely comfortable, and love the stainless steel kitchen - full size stove, fridge; excellent! Kudos to Catina and Stacy for excellent interaction! Special kudos for Mr. Eugene for his patience, along with above and beyond shuttle service! Keep up the great work Residence Inn!!!!

Our room smelled like mold and the furniture was dated. I accidentally left a shirt in the room and called the next day to see if thwy could mail it back to me. They said it had been found which must be a left it hanging after ironing it. Wont be staying there again!

LOL! any better directions on how to access your room and the elevator throughout the building because it seemed to be maze at times! so, instead of an A+, we shall give a A-but I would definitely return!! no doubt!!!

We had reservations at another property and when we got there we’re told key machine was down and they had canceled our reservation without notifying us. Called Residence Inn and they were happy to help us out and just pay difference of the room. Room was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. Given a suite actually. Just wanted to say that any place we’ve ever stayed in all of our travels, we’ve always had something that we didn’t like about the room or property in general. Not so with this hotel… everything was just PERFECT! Cleanliness, staff, breakfast, safety, comfort… just perfect! This will be our hotel from now on when coming to visit the Billy Graham Library. Absolutely beautiful property for our two night stay. Pool is very nice. 12 minutes from Carowinds. I would absolutely stay again. Very clean. Only thing I suggest is having pillows and blankets for pull out couch, we asked for some and got them but I figured they’d already be in closet.

We enjoyed our stay love that it was close to downtown and lots of food choices around. One thing I didn’t like was there were biker guys on their motorcycles and they were very loud for a long period of time. From like 11am-12am at night, they also left trash by the pool and never was told to clean up after themselves. The sound of the motorcycles and music all day was very disturbing. I can understand for a couple of hours but all the way til night! And they took over the whole parking lot really hard to get out of the parking lot. Other than that everything was nice breakfast was great ! Lots of choices.

My husband the engineer thought this place was the best thought out of places we have stayed. Finally, enough counter space for him in the bathroom! The shower controls were on the opposite side from the shower head, so no spray of cold water while you adjust the dials. The bed was in an alcove, so less hall noise. Full kitchen, comfortable sofa, and all the basics. The staff was very friendly and always asking us if they could do more for us. Definitely would stay again.

Ps my second room was under another member of my parties name. One would think that would be her second question instead of launching into tirade number 1 about how little she can do to help me since I booked thru a third party. Finally after the second attempt she heard me ask if it could be under another name. No personality no intelligence zero customer service shouldn’t be working with people.

An excellent option in getting a bigger, more comfortable room for a few dollars more. Clean rooms, friendly staff and pretty good breakfast options. I'll be staying there again when in Charlotte.

Front desk staff were very helpful. My husband and I went there for the holidays and the front desk staff offered a few extra local spots to check out that weren’t on any websites. The room was very spacious and clean. Nice comfortable king size bed and lovely natural light through the windows. I highly recommend this place as the location of the hotel is in a quiet and upscale town. Parking upfront was very nice and accommodating. Having a little kitchen in the room adds that extra homey feel to it alongside the living room. It doesn’t feel like you’re in a hotel it feels like you’re in a small apartment. Prices were also very reasonable.

State of art, very clean environment! Pool was big! The set up on the hotel is great!

I have stayed at many hotels as a travel nurse, but I can say this was one of the most safest and cleanest hotels I have seen in a while. In the midst of the Corona-virus, I was very picky on where to stay. If you are traveling alone, with family or a little one that is a must stay place. I will return again with no problem. They even offer disinfectant wipes in the room, that is an plus!
