They have a huge area for the bar and restaurant, which looked amazing, but there were so many great restaurants nearby that we didn’t take advantage of it. The front desk staff- Carly and Paige are excellent. They are very kind, always greet guests with a smile, and they go above and beyond to help. I will definitely stay here again. This is one of my favorite places to stay!

Location. Friendly staff. Dining services were awful. Bar and dining were being renovated but no one told us that. Dining was shut down. Could order room service which we did but it took over an hour for the meal to arrive. Food was cold and didn’t taste fresh. Also had to eat in the room since there wasn’t a dining room.

Didn't use Gym I dod check its contents and it wad adequate equipped. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. My only issue I was housed on a floor under construction and in a far corner with equipment in the hallway, Restaurant and bar under construction. This should have been communicated. Great locations!!!!

The location is great. The room was decent. The parking is easy and free. Having to sign up for things or pay just to get internet is not very guest friendly. Overall is was a good stay.

Clean, good location and comfortable bed. Took over an hour to check in as front desk person did not see our reservation. She was not helpful and we had to call booking.com and then have booking.com call the hotel. It was finally resolved without any apology from the hotel.

The cleanliness The house maids did not renew the tea coffee sugar etc… not once in my 6 days of staying there. I asked for a coffee downstairs which was put in a plastic cup.. for a hotel of that standard you should have proper cups and saucers. The croissant they got out of the fridge in a plastic container.. no elegance . No finesse . But aside from that rooms were big and comfortable. Bed was glorious.

The property is nice! The room was clean, the pool was warm & clear, the staff was nice and they serve breakfast in the club lounge. - I wish they would fix the second elevator. The wait time to take the elevator was extremely too long in my opinion. So, if you have reservations anywhere, leave early to give yourself time to get to the lobby. Unless, you don’t mind taking the emergency staircase. - The hallway carpet was a really bad design choice. In addition, there are dirt or coffee stains in the carpet. I’m not saying the staff does not clean, but maybe they should hire a professional carpet cleaner.

The hotel was very pretty and in good condition. The lobby smelled nice. The bar in the evening was perfect for a night cap and watching some of the college basketball playoffs. Sat down for breakfast on Saturday morning and did not get acknowledged so got up and left. I think they were short staffed. Parking was easy. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. Symphonie checked us in. She was great! Our room was very clean and fresh feeling. We stayed in room 314 which was an adjoining room to next door. We did not use that option as we didn't know the people next to us. I guess that part of the room lets in noise because we could hear their conversations plain as day from that part of the room. No major complaints! This is a very nice property that has been well maintained and it was a great value for the price. I like that there is no carpet in the room! The check in process was easy and the staff were quite friendly. There’s lots of free parking in front and in the attached garage. There are also some restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The area seems safe in general. I would stay here again.

The front desk were really pleasant. The walls are paper thin. I heard every single word in the next room. The people next to me were also indulging in adult activities and I every single piece of it. Disgusting. The room was mediocre. Not dirty but needed some cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby was beautiful. There is a bar and cafe in the hotel also but plenty of stores and restaurants around the area within 30 minutes. Parking is also available on the premises. You are greeted with an awesome friendly front desk staff.

Overall good experience but I was told I would be charged $100 for incidentals but i had a $318 hold on my credit card. Didn't really get a good reason as to why. Will see what happens in a day or so

Checking in wasnt too bad, parking was easy and plentiful, close to lots of things to do. The room had a weird odor that seemed to be coming from the air conditioner. The room was hot on one side and cold on the other and the bedding had a weird smell. Unable to get breakfast tickets. This stay wasnt as great as prior stays but i would try again.

Well, this hotel was booked last minute because it was near my wife’s place of employment. Our property was hit with flash flooding earlier that day and was under 4’ of water. I was surprised based off the reviews regarding how friendly and polite the staff was that the three people I spoke with at check in, not one offered even a fake apology or concern about the flooding despite my seeing a security camera feed during check in that showed significant water level increases. Aside from this, the hotel was clean, walkable, beds were comfy, close to everything from dining and shopping to entertainment, and mostly very quiet. Only other issues were the bathroom door is a sliding barn door that leaves a .75” gap down the full sides and has no lock. If you value privacy in the bathroom this is an issue. Despite the coffee shop being open in the morning for almost an hour none of the pastries were ready yet. Again, people have bad days, I know I was having one and perhaps I caught the staff on an off day but it would’ve been nice to have a human response of some kindness. If proximity is your biggest concern then this place is more than fine.

Our room had no hand soap bars and only two towels. There were no creamers for our coffee in our room. Other than that our stay was good.

We were put in a room adjoining to another room full of people we didn’t know. Apparently you need to “request” not being in an adjoining room. Never heard of this. Nonetheless, the people beside us kept me up from 11PM-1AM. The hotel bar was closed on a Saturday when we checked in even though it was the afternoon. Kind of bummed out about that because they advertise their speciality cocktails as soon as you walk in the lobby with a sign. Finally, the hallway carpets were pretty dingy and not clean. Although we received some Marriott points to make up for the noisy neighbors, I would not stay at this location again.

This is a great place to stat. Modern rooms and clean facilities However when we checked in the key card system was down and peoplem ongregated in the libby as each guest had to be escorted to their room to enter. It was way too loud.

Everything was ok. Only issue was sheets were stained. Front desk set up replacement right away.

, I chose this site to have an excellent romantic weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Even though the rooms were nice the strong smell of cigarettes killed the vibe and caused my girlfriend’s asthma to flare up. This was a major killer of the weekend as she spent all of Saturday night wheezing from the strong smoke smell.
