    Needs a remodel real bad! Outside and inside is very dingy and dirty in some areas. The hallways and room itself had a strong piss smell. Curtains and lamp had stains on them. Pillows were hard. Paint peeling off the walls. But hey, I’ve seen much worse. Only needed the room for the night so it served its purpose. Probably won’t stay here again though.

    A/C was working well and must be new. But the hotel in general was not well maintained. Carpets were stained; bathrub ugly; elevator squeaked, breakfast was rudimentary and they didn't even have light roast coffee.

    Pride and Quality starts from the top. Owners...Managers...staff. if the top does not care that the hotel is poorly kept then why should the staff. I will never stay at this or any of their brand hotels again

    The room that was assigned to us had a rip in the carpet. Anethestically unattractive and possible hazard. Wall was marked up and there was black staining above the bathtub. (which is probably from mildew). Still unacceptable. Requested a new room and staff was wonderful. New room was clean and nice. Outside of the building needed a good power wash and garbage needed to be picked up. They were in the middle of renovating. This did not bother me but may other persons. Breakfast was okay. I poured out orange juice to take my medication and when I looked into the glass there was all of these black small dots. Have no idea what is was. I let the young woman preparing breakfast know and immediately she removed the container of the OJ and the Apple Juice. Cleaned the containers and the machine and re stocked it. Staff gets 5 stars. Owners of the building not so much.

    My key card for accessing my door malfunctioned consistently for the first day of my trip despite multiple trips to the front desk to ask for help. The kind lady who was on duty on the second night fully resolved it . Sadly by then half the trip had been used up getting locked out of my room.

    Nice room with comfy beds and good breakfast! Close to CLT airport with free shuttle service. The shuttle does not start in the afternoon until 5:00pm. We landed and cleared security 2:00pm which caused a 3 hour wait before shuttle service. Also, the shuttle was 1 and 1/2 hours late picking us up, which resulted in a 4 and 1/2 hour wait at airport after a very long flight from Paris. We had planned to drive home that day, but because of the shuttle delay, we ended up spending another night, adding to our travel costs.

    The location It was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! From the moment you walked in the door and got worse the further you went in. It smelled like weed and the humane society. I was stuck as I prepaid for the room. The elevator didn’t work properly; only stopped on certain floors. Luckily, my closet was on 2 as I simply used the room to house my luggage because I refused to sleep there resulting in $250 for 3 days of closet space being diabolical. And let’s not forget that only the front desk staff spoke English, the vagrants hanging in the lobby/parking lot, the crack/meth heads living in the hotel, the nor the folks sleeping in cars on the parking lot.

    I didn’t wake up for the continental breakfast. I work until around midnight so I usually sleep from 3 until between 10 & 11 am. The hotel was pretty beat up and there has been what looks like quite a bit of vandalism. Some of the doors on the third floor look like they had been kicked in and didn’t look very secure. My room was OK, but when I first entered and tried to turn the desk lamp on, I found its lightbulb broken on the floor. Half the lamps in the room worked which I informed the front desk about 15 minutes after I checked in. The bathroom toilet has some stains on it and didn’t look completely clean. For the price of the 4 day 3 night stay, I believe I got what I paid for. The couple good things were that every staff member I met was really nice and professional and my room was really quiet. I didn’t hear hardly anything from the outside of my room. If you are on a budget and need a place to stay, La Quinta Inn suites is a decent choice. Just remember, when they check you in, your reservation price does not include the $100 security deposit that you get back and try not to look at the hallways too closely.

He gave me two keys and neither one worked, so I had to go back down and wait in line again to get two more keys and one worked. When I got in the room the overwhelming smell of pee was in the room, so I opened the window. Then I smelled the bed to make sure it wasn’t the bed. I was so exhausted at this point and I knew I only had about 8 hours before I had to catch my plane so I kept the room.

    The property was extremely close to my job interview site. The property is in very poor condition overall. There are clear issues with both appearance and upkeep throughout the building. I noticed signs of severe water damage, visible stains in multiple areas, and a generally unpleasant odor in certain parts of the property. The room itself did not feel properly maintained. The paint is heavily damaged, and both the tub and bedding appeared stained, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or at ease during my stay. Overall, the condition of the property did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations. Significant improvements are needed to ensure a comfortable and sanitary experience for guests.

The freezer in the refrigerator was frozen over & the rack for the freezer was missing, couldn't even place anything in the freezer part of the refrigerator. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working, I had to go all the way on the 1st floor just to get from the ice machine & my room was on the 3rd floor. My check out time was at 11 AM, I checked out at after 8:30 AM

    Carpet stained and needed to be replace 10 years ago. Bug on counter. Filthy sheets. Room unclean at check-in. Bolt on counter from somewhere. Musty smell. Manager refused to give money back. Will fight in court. This is the issue with booking through 3rd party. You don’t know what you will get and can’t get your money back. It also didn’t seem like a good location to be in.

    Will I never stayed of had a chance to do anything, I try to change the day I went in person 18th and the 19th was the day I was suppose to be there. I cancel plus they told me there was not going to charge me and they said I didn't do anything so poor to me... No no refund and it says it on a policy refund fully no refund so I'm sad about that....

    I informed the front desk and he stated i had already been in the room 4 hours he couldn't do anything. I told him to speak to his manager for refunding me and i immediately booked another hotel in charlotte and took an uber there. I still have not gotten refunded for the stay i didn't complete and have expedia looking into the property. I have photographs of the roaches too.

    Excellent hotel and staff. Room was spacious and had unique touches like a built in mini fridge and coffee maker. Everything worked and was fine. Water took a little long to get hot but once you figure it out it’s okay. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!

    Airport shuttle was main reason we stayed and it wasn't available, cost me over $60 for cab rides. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free, elevator smelled like an ashtray, 5th floor wasn't much better. Carpets were filthy and stained. If I ever have to travel to Charlotte again I will not use this hotel.

Also DONOT eat breakfast there because you’ll get sick, I found there were MOLD all over the bagels they served. When I asked, they didn’t even apologize, and just like yeah we looking into it.     Cleaning is always a problem. Shower had black mold all in the ceiling over head. Mold in the cracking caulking. The shampoo, lotion, body wash, conditioner is always a crap shoot. Just need a housekeeping manager and hotel who cares. Take 4 bathrooms a day to do a deep clean and handyman touch ups and in a month things will be very different.

    On need of an extremely deep clean and renovation. Elevator was dimly lit and extremely slow. Hallways leading to rooms smelled heavily of marijuana and curry. The room that I was in was very dated looking and there was no drain stopper for the bathtub. The drain was being held up by a children’s block and there was no drain stopper for the sink. Also, the temperature in the room was not consistent. It was either too hot or too cold. I feel like the breakfast options were extremely limited, and I had to ask for yogurt and a breakfast sandwich. Also, there was dark roast, coffee, and French roast coffee, which were very delicious but in all essence those are the same thing because French roast is a dark roast coffee. Also, the staff used Fabulosa to clean with and true behold personal opinion it does not clean very well and the towels smelled like Jail.

    ⸻ Lowkey… the spot itself was kinda flimsy 😅 but I’m not even gonna lie, the check-in, staff, and room setup were all solid fr. Only thing that threw me off was the key situation… every time I came back, my key wouldn’t work. Had me going back and forth to the front desk just to get it reactivated or replaced. Not the worst experience, just inconvenient for sure.

    The elevator was out of order. We had to go up 4 flights with heavy luggage. The bed was sunk down in the middle because the box spring was broken. I had to put a couch cushion underneath the mattress in the middle just to keep my wife and I from rolling down into it. The couch cushions in the room were filthy as was the carpets in the main hallway and in the room. The tub drain was missing. The TV had no connectivity. And when we needed the shuttle in the morning to go to the airport, the staff told us the shuttle was not in service. It's obvious that the owner of the hotel is putting zero money into it. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

    Very outdated, had an awful smell, carpet is disgusting. The place is between Embassy and Marriot and thought it will be a decent place to sleep but to my suprise it was very awful. They gave me a room that smelled weed and cigarettes. They did however gave me another room. We left at 3:30 am as we couldn’t not sleep and stayed anymore. I took a picture of the door. The picture speak for itself.

    The service was good. The room was clean. The carpet was clean. You may need to clean the tub and toilet when you come in, but it looks like they clean the carpet really good. The breakfast was wonderful and there’s a shuttle to the airport.

    I have called the hotel while I was at the airport after my plane has landed around 9:45PM, to arrange for a shuttle to pick me & my wife from the airport to the hotel, as advertised on Expedia, but I was told, no more shuttle after 9:30PM. The receptionist was rude, didn’t not offer any help or suggestions or solutions to the situation. Of course I was very disappointed, we didn’t know how to get to the hotel at night. It was so scary and dangerous to leave the airport at night time and start searching for taxi with strangers drivers. We called Expedia requested to cancel the reservation, representative has called the hotel to figure out if any help or support we can get, but we got nothing from the hotel. We called the reservation and stayed overnight in the airport awaiting for a connecting flight. Terrible experience, so bad customer service, false advertising, hotel didn’t care about our safety. I would never ever book these type of hotels any more.

    No we had to change rooms because the TV wasn’t working and the staff at the front desk was very rude then we changed rooms and the heat or air wasn’t working people were very loud and running in the hallways all night it wasn’t a good trip for me on Valentines Day weekend it was suppose to be all love in the atmosphere but not there at all 😢

While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility itself is VERY run down- stained carpet, peeling paint, etc. Also, the van only ran once per hour to the airport- unacceptable in my opinion for an “airport hotel.” I only stayed for one night, and while my room was quiet and linens seemed clean- I will stay somewhere else next time.

    Room was substandard for La Quinta and Windham brands. Door knob only worked if it was pulled up, didnt work down. Expedia make the hotel look much better online than when we got there. This put a lot of stress on my relationship.

    Great location right on a very long white sand beach. Apartment had great beach chairs, enough kitchen supplies to cook and eat for some meals, and peeks of the ocean. The pool was clean and big and the building was very safe and secure. Lots of restaurants walking distance and 2 great spots for food and drink right next door directly on the beach. The management company was responsive and great when I had questions. This place is not fancy, but very practical and comfortable. Close to Santurce (2-3 miles) and Old San Juan. I’d book this again.

    They published they had a shuttle, there was none so I had to uber. Two hours to check in. Had to redo all the forms even though I did online check in. It was 10-12 degrees outside and my room had no heat. The whole place is need of repairs. The staff were pleasant but not helpful.

    Moldy caulk in the tub, handle to front door fell off as I tried to exit the room. Front lobby was miserably cold and drafty making the breakfast experience less than ideal. And the breakfast items were all starches and carbs, no protein options. There was one frozen breakfast sandwich when I came down. The coffee was hot, but quickly cooled due to the cold lobby environment. The staff was accommodating but I can’t recommend. As a flight crew member, this overnight stay was “rough”.

    We were not able to get through to the hotel about airport shuttle information ( pick up, location, etc). We we got to the check in counter I then understood. The had only 1 person working behind the desk and should couldn't answer the phones and check people in, so she would just let the phone ring

Expedia said it was up to the particular hotel. The La Quinta desk manager said it was in Expedia's hands. The room reservation was in play for less than an hour, plus the additional hour and a half I spent trying to resolve the issue. La Quinta was not out any money, I.e. the room was essentially available to another customer. I understand there is a "policy" and that makes sense if someone reserves a room and takes it off the market for a day or more. But sometimes "policies" should be adjusted to the particular circumstances. I feel that La Quinta basically extorted money from me and I will never patronize this hotel chain again. Additionally, the "run around" that the manager gave me was pretty transparent, and very shoddy customer service.

    Staff weren’t rude but certainly not friendly except for the older gentleman that worked night shift and put breakfast out. The hotel is very very dated with dirty carpets and strange smell. One of our rooms you could smell weed coming through bathroom vent but staff did take care of that. The room keys OMG every single time you went out they didn’t work to get back in. I wake early and was locked out in the court yard and had to message my family to come down and let me back in. The main washrooms in the lobby are locked 24/7 you have to ask front desk to unlock them. I travel a lot and have never encountered such a thing as that!     The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, the property is a little dated but I only stayed for a night so it did what it needed to. My bathroom shower plug was broke. The room was clean which was a plus and it had a microwave which isn’t so common in motels/hotels anymore.

    I was told my a representative that’s I could do a early check in at 3 am after she called the front desk and when I got there I was told I couldn’t the earliest was 8 or 9 which was not mentioned I was mislead and told I wasn’t getting a refund because the front desk was right and I do not care about what they said I care about what the rep said I had a 6 month old with me and the front desk was very rude and nasty and do no book with them terrible

    Room was more than enough space for a 1 king bedroom. Fridge and microwave was really convenient to have. Breakfast was ok, not much to choose from but hey, it is free. Carpet seemed old and outdated but overall great experience and very close to the airport and light rail, which I used to attend the Panther football game. Would stay here again.

    Check-in was quick and smooth. Staff was great. When I got to the room, there was an immediate and overwhelming stench that I believe was saturated in the walls because it never went away. Went to open the window to air it out and the window screen was ripped out. The bathroom light had a constant flicker that triggered my migraine headache. Besides those two things, the room was VERY clean so kudos to the maid service because they did a phenomenal job. Room was nice and quiet, didn't hear a peep while I was sleeping.

    Disgusting room. Filthway restroom. Broken down mattress. Stained and dirty bedding. Bolidy fluids on the door in the restroom. Spoke with management and expedia and they would not credit us the charges. We did not stay longer than 20 minutes because the facility is disgusting. Do not stay here!

    The room was indeed spotless. It had every amenity I could have asked for. Breakfast was ok for what it was. The gal keeping track of the breakfast bar was right on spot with making sure it was clean and well stocked. I didn't need the room cleaned so i cannot comment on the maid but the room was spotless upon arrival so i am sure she is quite capable. The location was excellent.

    Very bad experience. We had to wait to be checked in because no one was at the counter. The hotel smell very bad the door for our room wasn’t opening so we asked the lady at the front desk that the door is not opening she said to try lifting the handle up because some rooms opens this way. The walls were peeling the carpet are ripped the parking lot wasn’t clean neither the entrance. So we checked out right away and we went to a different hotel.

    This was such a great experience, the staff is top notch, Larry in the front desk is the heart of that whole place and I wish i could’ve taken him home with me! The food in the morning and service was amazing and we didn’t have one issue… they even helped with luggage and suggestions on places to see ! Will not stay anywhere else when we come back !

    Parking limited and access difficult. Rooms dirty and poorly maintained. Lobby reception area no air conditioning; used floor fans to move hot air around. Check-in slow with only single staff during prime check-in time. Hotel requests the Cusromer perform online check-in before arrival. To me this is to offset poor management capabilities overall.

    As previously stated at La Quinta in New Orleans I had high hopes for this location in Charlotte but it fell short since I landed in the city. First I had to spend extra money for a shuttle that was suppose to be running but couldn’t get because staff don’t answer phones. Second TV did not work until second day on site and reception was not helpful on Friday or Sunday. Breakfast lacks as continental should just be basic food as there was limited items offered on site.. lastly the state of the rooms. Rooms could have been cleaner. Dirty socks found outside in balcony of room.. bugs when turned on heat. Low pressure of toilet. And when I was offered to change room, I found the last room on 4th floor with unmade bed with stains and room looked like someone rush to clean. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Should have read previous reviews before booking.

    The carpets in the hallways and the room were so dirty looking that once in the room we did not take our shoes off! I will say the bathroom was pretty good. This place needs a remodel and the furniture was old and looked like it came from a thrift store. Definitely would not stay again. And the fact that you don't already know this tells a lot! You obviously don't care about this property.

    They did not provide shuttle from the airport to hotel. I have informed my arrival but no response till my flight. When I called them they said it is only up to 9 PM, no where it was mentioned while booking. W have to hire a taxi to reach there. Person on the reception was terrible. His body language and tone was not at all friendly. Morning staff and shuttle drive( morning) were good. Carpet in the corridor was very dirty. Room was good.

    Room clean, rug dirty. Outlet cover broken. Very little water pressure. Half air conditioner unit didn’t work. We had to put towels under the door to keep noise out and smell of marijuana from coming into our room. Elevator didn’t feel safe. Staff unfriendly except the one girl doing the breakfast. She was the only one actually paying attention to the guests. Very disappointed and will not go back or recommend!

    The staff tried to be friendly, but you could tell they were bored. Our room was tidy, but had a lot of deferred maintenance - paint, flooring, etc. No one came to empty trash or clean the bathroom. And when we couldn’t get regular TV on the screen, staff was no help. Unless Roku is your streaming provider, you wouldn’t know the volume control on the handset was on the side…apologies to our neighbors as it was really loud until we were finally able to figure it out! Bed was comfy so that helped. We usually live La Quintas, but this one needs some TLC!

    The area around the hotel looked unsafe. There were people hanging around outside and a person pan handling on the street. When we entered the lobby there was a strong smell of mold/mildew. We didnt even bother to check in. DO NOT select this property at any price.

    The property was run down and in need of repair. The carpets were stained, the walls were worn and the facility needed work. When we checked in the clerk had to use 10-12 keys to get one to work. They were obviously well used. I asked the clerk why they didn’t use new ( or at least newer keys) and she said “we’ve asked several times but they won’t give us any.

    This place is a joke. It is filthy. Updates don't look like they have been done in 50 years. The carpet EVERYWHERE in the building is old ,filthy and stained. Walls are dirty. Toilet ran all night. Thete is no fan in the bathroom causing the bathroom to steam up to the point of not being able to use it until steam went away.Door key didn’t work. Elevator was scarey and FILTHY. We stayed only out of necessity as we are in Charlotte for just one night to attend a funeral. This place is HORRIBLE.

    Overall, this property was okay, but could really stand out much more positively if they could do some deep carpet cleaning throughout the lobby and hall areas, and also touch up paint in alot of rough places... room layout itself was spacious and unique, but bathroom tub drain was really in need of replacement...breakfast area was spacious, and bar area was maintained okay...for the price, it was decent, but could desperately use a good deep carpet clean/ paint job...plus, for nonsmoking hotel, our bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke ...

The last key you had to keep working with it. Which is unsafe. Everything was clean and they need to do better with their breakfast.

    It has been a few years since I stayed at a La Quinta. I have always found them to be simple and clean...until now. The carpet in the hallways and room were worn, The room had a funky smell. There were insects in the bathroom. The toilet did not flush unless you took the lid off and manually lifted the flap. When I informed the front desk about this at check out, the response was "Ok". No apology. This was in bottom 3 of hotel rooms I have stayed at in my 40+ years of renting rooms. Why La Quinta allows their name to be used for this is beyond me.

    This is an older hotel and anyone staying here has to keep that in mind. Greeted by a very nice person at the desk. He was very accommodating in giving me a room not too far from the elevator. Yes, the outward appearance is worn and needs some TLC, but after entering the room, which is most important when you need to get some sleep, it was clean, the TV and AC both worked well. No crazy smells or stains. Mini-fridg was clean as was the bathroom. Slept well and shower was clean and had enough power. The breakfast wasn't much to speak of, but they did have some warm up breakfast sandwiches with egg and cheese ... overall, I'd stay again if in the area ..the price is right !

    Friendly staff, very clean and safe, easy parking. TV does not much in the way of channel selection. It's a captive Dish network with minimal channels and will not permit Netflix, Disney Prime or other popular apps. Very uncomfortable having to sit without good TV.

    I wish I had taken a picture of room 120… the entire left side of wall by window is covered in mold.. carpet so filthy I refused to take off shoes. We requested new room. Ceiling was splattered with something.. figures in bathroom rusty. Smelled moldy. It really should be closed. I didn’t check reviews as I should have because my mom had stayed at a La Quinta and it was late so I just went with it… I did t have money to lose and go to another hotel or I would have. I took my phone light and searched for bed bugs and roaches after looking at the reviews once I checked in… I was curious about other experiences which were just as I found them to be. The surroundings sketchy…(I asled the desk clerk if it was safe and she said as long as we stayed on property. Lots of addicts around perimeter )…entire hotel filthy and smelled.. carpet and walls… honestly had I not had my dogs I would have slept in car. I laid towels on floor for my dogs to sleep on..     When you first walked in The carpet around the breakfast area looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. There was stuff all over the carpet and did not smell good. It smelled just like marijuana as soon as you walked in the outside of the building did not look clean nor did the inside the elevator sounded like it was going to break down. The pictures online are very misleading and does not let anything like the pictures we got to our room and it smelled like mildew. It look like somebody had smeared boogers on the headboard. There was like black stuff and the cracks of the ceiling. It did not feel clean or look clean or smoke clean. The front desk attendant was not very nice. Didn't have much of a personality. Did not feel safe at all. My boyfriend did not feel comfortable even leaving me there alone just to run to the gas station. Contacted Expedia and they were very nice and very helpful with getting us a refund and getting us a better place to stay. Very thankful for Expedia would never stay there ever. They really need to update their pictures because they're online reviews and pictures are very misleading

    Very good shuttle service both pickup and return. Fairly good breakfast, pretty basic but good. Hotel clean except hall carpets which needed cleaning. No ice machines were working. Checking and check out was fast and easy. Staff was pleasant.

    The carpet in the room was very dirty and needed a good shampooing. I recommend ripping out the carpet and putting in hardwood floors or tiles. The room smelled, dirty carpet and prior customers smoking in the room. The beds were comfortable and the night staff very helpful, daytime not as much. Breakfast okay.

    So my stay was decent but first I thought my key didnt work but was told I had to turn the door knob up versus down. Ok no biggie. Finally got in the room and turned on the TV and it didn’t work. So they put me in a new room. After a very long day having to move between 2 room definitely sucked lol. And the rooms are decent but it is an older hotel. So, it is what you pay for.

This property was the second property booked through your site over the last week that was "dangerous". At the first property the front desk clerk actually told us to "stay in your room".

    I will say the only good experience was the staff. She worked with me on finding a new room when mine was covered in mold. Unfortunately the next room she put me in was covered as well. I told her I didn't want to stay anymore and she quickly reversed all the charges. I knew there was a mold issue throughout the entire place because of the industrial size dehumidifiers they were running in the lobby. It's just not an ideal solution and something better needs to be done to ensure the safety of their guests. There was only 1 elevator working, she made sure to make it clear we DO NOT try to use any other elevator, so that was a little sketchy and made me worry the only working elevator was about to go out as well. The second you leave the lobby and head towards rooms, there is a horrible smell throughout. Bad body odor mixed with mildew is how I would describe it. The carpets and walls of the hallways and elevator were pretty disgusting and the rooms that I tried were both heavily scented with mold and the air seemed very heavy. In just the 15 minutes it took for me to realize I needed to leave, I was dizzy and felt the air was almost too dense to be able to take a deep breath. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was such a relief to breathe in fresh air once we got back outside... my husband would say the same. It could have been an okay stay on a budget but it's not worth the health risk. Don't underestimate the hazards of breathing in black mold. Stay somewhere else.

    No prior notification that pool was closed due to delayed inspection. Safety latch on door was barely attached by screws. Room key reader on exterior doors worked on hit or miss basis. The smell of marijuana was inescapable despite signs prohibiting smoking and vaping near entrances. Staff was very friendly in stark contrast to the poor upkeep of the building and security features.

    The staff was friendly, my flight was delayed and I tried to get ahold of the hotel and was only able to send a text. There was no shuttle to pick me up and I had to take a cab adding an extra expense. The room smelled funny . I put all my stuff on the table because the carpet was gross. The breakfast was good. I wasn’t comfortable staying there and got very little sleep. I was very disappointed because Laquinta is my go to place when I travel.

    This was the worst hotel that I've stayed at ever. Here's why from start to finish. We walked in there was no AC in the lobby. When we started walking to our room and got on the elevator by the lobby, and we ended up being stuck with no way out and no cell signal. Luckily two other guest that checked in after us who could hit the button to open it for us. Note: We weren't informed it was broken and there was no sign. When we finally walked to the other elevator the floor was spotty with a bunch of stains. When we got to our room the door wouldn't open and we had to call maintenance to fix it. When we got in the room there was stains on the bed and in various other spots in the place. I went to talk to the front desk taking the stairs which smelled like dog pee the entire time. After the experience we had in our first hour we cancelled the 2nd day to stay at another hotel across the street. Would recommend no one stay at this hotel ever.

    Staff and shuttle was good. The room was dingy, dirty and felt not well taken care of. The bar in the shower was falling off, water took forever to get warm. Carpet felt dirty in the room and the hallway. The hallway carpets were so stained, paint chipping off the walls and doors. The elevator was not well maintained. Not worth about $90 for one night.

    When I walked in there was no AC was on generator, the pool was closed due to back up inspection and the elevator was not working. My room was 403 4th floor had to use the stairs to get to my room and the staircase smelled like urine and was dirty. The keycard kept deactivating and had to keep getting it activated. I was there 3days could not enjoy the hotel /pool because it was dirty and not up to date. I would like a refund and will call.

    Staff was a bunch of kids. Had issues with my key card several times. Had to bring it down to be reset at the lobby. Rooms were clean but the mattress was old with a big dip in the middle. Common areas of the hotel are dingy and dirty. Pool was close because someone crapped in it. Would’ve been nice to have a discount for that because I planned on cooling off as it was 100 degrees outside that day. Will not be staying here again.

    Not safe. Not clean. Absolutely the worst hotel I have encountered. Front desk clerk - RUDE, DISCOURTEOUS, and needs to work elsewhere that doesn't involve customer service. Canceled my stay after one night dealing with roaches, no hot water, and the fear of contracting a disease from the filth throughout the hotel. The stairwell had an overwhelming stench of urine. All the interior carpets looked like they had been neglected - fifty shades of vomit with dirt and grime ground into the carpet. No A/C in the lobby area where guests were to enjoy breakfast included with the room rate - no thanks. The hotel parking lot was filled with unsavory characters. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!

    The customer service was great, everyone was nice and they had a free shuttle to the airport which came in handy. It was the cleanliness of the establishment onto why I’m leaving a bad review. The carpets look dirty, old and stained so bad. I saw roaches at the front entrance and vending machines. The tub in my room wasn’t properly cleaned. The lobby was so hot,no Ac where they kept the food so the food looked gross. There was food on the carpets in the lobby when I came in and same food was there the next day. Customer service was great but they need to revamp the hotel. I wouldn’t book another stay here.

    Do not book!!! This place. Looks good on line, but when you arrive, you’re gonna be shocked. When I called and asked for the shuttle I was told it only runs after five P.M! Air conditioning was not working in lobby and the place looks so bad. Carpets are dirty bugs. Everywhere. Just in the lobby. As soon as I got my room, Wi-Fi was not working, and I see roaches, crawling everywhere as well as small, black ants. I would never ever ever stay here again.

    The place should be shut down and renovated or condemned. The room smelled like cat pee, the first floor (our floor) was 90+ degrees with no AC. It was dated, decor from the 90’s maybe, at best. The lady who checked us in was. I’ve enough but she was the only one working. The other employees seemed to scurry like rats when the lights come on when more customers came in, leaving a line 6 deep. The pool was out of service. It was terrible. We didn’t even unpack, we made other reservations and left hoping to get a refund. Fortunately we did, but that doesn’t stop a review informing La Quinta that the hotel is unacceptable

    The property did not look like what is being advertised on Expedia. The lobby was without AC and it was super hot with fans everywhere blowing hot air. Staff was good and very apologetic. Upon entering my room, fridge did not work (no cold air). Carpet smelled musty and we had critters! Roaches! That I did not see til the next morning when I turned on the bathroom light! The hotel hallways rugs were dirty as if they have not been shampooed in years! But I’m assuming for the price it’s supposed to be acceptable?! Wrong! As a former hotel employee in NYC I hold every hotel in the most prestigious regard as they need to provide not only cleanliness but working equipment!

    By the way the elevator is broken, the pool is close, the gazebo is blocked with yellow tape and no hot water (2) days. Not to mention that the room keys never worked when we got back to the room, we waited 50 minutes to get our keys to work and I was called rude. We never saw the housekeeper, we went to the laundry room to exchange the towels. The hallway was filthy and smelled like sour milk and the stairs like urine. You should not advertise and sell any of this garbage to anyone.

    The lobby and hall is dirty the hot water was not working when I checked in and they knew it. I checked in at 9 PM. No one told me that they had someone in there that day working on the hot water. I went to my room to take a bath after working 16 hours that day no hot water I was told to let it run for 10 minutes because they were working on it earlier that day. No hot water. I went to bed woke up the next morning. Still no hot water I was supposed to stay another day but of course because they had no hot water. I wanted to leave. I also wanted a refund but I was told being that I stayed the night. I could not get a refund. I came in at 9 PM and I checked out around 9 AM. Paid for two nights. They canceled one night. I had no hot water. I didn’t get a discount or a refund.
