Laundry room closed early and I had to go find a laundry room, son plays basketball tournaments so had to wash uniforms and it was after 9:00 when we got back to room Front desk staff service was unprofessional, one helping us was busy carrying on conversation with other clerk and other clerk just on her phone When cleaning room next day didn’t leave us towels Just left one and four of us in room, they took dirty but didn’t leave us clean ones

Overall, my stay was very comfortable in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a lake view. Breakfast was also good with lot of options. Location was also good with ample parking. I would recommend this property.

I didn’t think the a/c was working properly because I had it on 65 and it was still very hot in the room. Thankfully I only stayed one night but overall everything was great! Clean and bed was comfortable.

Amazing stay. This hotel was so clean and staff were amazing.

Our flight was cancelled after 10 pm and we quickly had to find a hotel. Although not right by the airport (about a 12 minute drive) this did the trick! It was clean, comfortable and felt relatively modern. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant at check in and the cinnamon rolls at breakfast were a delicious surprise! Nothing. An airport shuttle would have been great!

Easy to find. The place offered breakfast and ran out of everything when I arrived a hour before breakfast and ended. When I asked if they would replenish I was told no.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. It's quiet, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast that is offered is really good.

Staff was terrific. Most of the facility was clean. Some of the fixtures and trim in the rooms are showing their use. Amenities were all clean and functional.

The location was perfect for visiting relatives and accessing interstate for sightseeing. Check in was not as easy as other hotels. The person ending a shift was extremely friendly and professional but the person coming on duty-and the manager who came out to assist as people lined up to check in-never even acknowledged me or anyone behind me. The person leaving came back and apologized for the wait!

Nothing much ….very plain I got in late as a consequence of a flight cancellation and needed to get to bed right away to catch an early morning flight back to Arizona . The man at the desk didn’t help us until 45 minutes later!!!! There were 15-20 people waiting for him to get us in !!!! He was sooooo slow and nobody else came to relieve the amount of customers waiting to get into their rooms!!!

The staff was very nice and welcoming it was the room the first room we had didnt smell good at all but they gave us another room asap. Their was a roach in the room and the toilet didnt flush properly and the sink was draining very slowly. Other than that it was okay

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable!!! We defiantly would stay here again. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was not welcoming or friendly at all. She did not greet us and had air pods in so when she looked up, I had no idea if she was ready to check us in or not. She never smiled one time. This is very important when you are the 1st impression of any business. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place to stay!

Friendly and professional staff, both on check-in and checkout. Great breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean. I thought the pillows could have been a little softer.

If I had to point out something to improve, the breakfast did not meet my expectations. There were no whole boiled eggs, and no waffle or pancake maker for fresh preparation. The yogurt seemed like it might be past its prime, the bananas looked quite old, and items were not restocked in a timely manner. Overall, though, it was still a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

This was my 2nd stay here within a year or so. The location was convenient to airport, restaurants, highway etc. Breakfast and coffee hit the spot. Hotel was pretty busy on the weekend... NCAA tournament but was relatively quiet for the rest of my stay. Special thanks to the front desk staff for getting me straightened around with my reservation/check out time and several other questions I had. A minor nit was what looked like a coffee spill on carpet next to bed and a stained chassis upholstery. Not major but noticable. Overall would stay here again...no problem. Thanks guys!

Most of the maids didn’t speak any English. Communication was not that great.

Stayed here 4 times previously and it was so great. This visit however was different. They double booked my room so they gave me a different room. Room had scuff marks all over the wall and mold was around the shower.

Have stayed at this hotel several times since 2022. It has always been clean and quiet. Our last stay I was disappointed with the mold in the shower, missing trim tiles in the bathroom and dingy towels. The lobby was still clean and bright.

However, Lyric arrived shortly after we checked in and she was absolutely AMAZING! She made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us get our things to the elevator. She really made our stay pleasant. She greeted my daughter and with a warm and welcoming smile each time she saw us! The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in our room. We did have to switch rooms after the first night because the fridge wasnt working and my daughter had medication that needed to be kept cool. Angel assisted with this and made sure we'd be moved the next morning. Other than the male who checked us in (I unfortunately had to deal with him one other time), I was a bit frustrated about the ice machines on 3 floors not working. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet area, yet central to where we needed to go. I will stay at the hotel again!

No welcome to the hotel and we were not told where things were or when breakfast was served . We had to ask all those questions . It was like we were disturbing him from doing something on the computer. Other staff were okay but didn't look up at all when people walked through the door. I enjoyed my stay here, the most impressive part about my stay was guest services, as I arrived, I requested for special accommodations and Lyric delivered. The property is right across from TopGolf and near Premium Outlet mall. The room and property were very clean. I look forward to visiting again and if you need help, ask for Lyric!

I had a late check out and that was confirmed upon check in yet the staff kept harassing me, calling, and sending housekeeping up to bother me saying that the manager refuses to let me have a late check out. I have stayed at this hotel a few times. I am always pleased with my stay & staff. On 8/16/25 the day of my check in, the system went down. Customers were hot & aggravated. The pool was down during my stay and the bathtub drainage was lacking. Otherwise all went very well...efficient service, clean, safe and secure, tasty breakfast and location very near all that was needed.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was decent (expected). Located right beside Top Golf, it was well-lit and I felt safe coming & going by myself. Don’t love the location for food options (just one exit away), but nothing super close or walking distance.

We were disappointed that there was no restaurant on site and no nearby recommendations were offered. Since we didn’t know the area there should be recommendations available.also could not use pool as it was filled with algae and green water.

The drain was clogged in our bathroom and the only outside security door working was in the front. The security door by the pool did not work as well as the side doors. So if you were at the pool you had to walk around the building to get in. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

I checked in during a power outage. Myself and others were told that if we decided to check in and go to dinner, the power should be back on with a couple hours. To offset the inconvenience, we were told that night would be free. At checkout, my bill was for the full amount, and the staff are insisting that they didn’t say what I know they said. I was on a work trip and was very late getting to sleep because it took hours for the AC to cool the room back down. Everybody was very nice throughout the process until I asked for my bill to be corrected. I think the managers present went beyond their authority and had to back down the offer. Their version is that they only said that to people already checked in, which makes no sense because I was standing there with luggage and had obviously just arrived.

The location is excellent to shopping, and attractions. One concern while taking a shower the vottom of the bathtub waa very slick. And there should be 2 handicap rails.

Marcella was great at the desk. Breakfast was selection was good except no waffles.

I enjoyed the ambiance, cleanliness and friendly staff. Our room was comfy and roomy and after traveling for hours on the road, it was refreshing to rest on what I believe was a pillow top mattress!! Definitely staying here again the next time I’m in town. This location is close to the airport and just steps away from TopGolf.
