We really like this hotel. We weren't able to experience all the amenities, but we had a good night's sleep and the shower was great. Lots of channels on TV. Staff was very accomodating. Plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

Pool was closed for our stay, room had no ac, sheets were stained and the shades in the room was held up by a construction clip.

I had the perfect one-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn-South Park. It was little busy during check-in but the staff was quick to help everyone. Our room was very clean and the hotel was in a great location very close to food and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

. This is a very nice hotel for a very good price and it’s in an area full of shops and restaurants. It’s very clean with a nice outdoor area. We had a comfortable stay and we stay here again.

The reason I left a 1 star is because I was charged for a room that I did not stay in. I just stayed over night to catch a flight out and got a notice several days later that I had reservations again. I left messages that I did not reserve another room and was out of town and to call me back, but no one ever called me back and they still charged me for another room when I was not even in NC during that time.

Aside from Anthony and Nate at the front desk, our first night check in employee (Friday night 5/8/26) had a really bad attitude and acted lazy. We decided to stay a second night (unexpectedly) and Nate and his Manager Anthony were very kind. They changed our minds about the hotel. Great job guys!!

We had a delightful stay.

Overall it was fine. This hotel does allow loitering of a large amount of people in the lobby and outside. A bus there to pick up said people almost backed into my car there. Busses should be told to park across the street. The shower was not very clean but everything else was very clean. There are better locations in the area.

My stay was not too bad. The location was perfect. Convenience was a plus. You are walking distance from South Park Mall. Starbucks across the street for the win! Hotel parking was $10 per night.

For a beautiful hotel I would expect to have real toilet paper. This toilet paper was worse than what they have in schools.

This hotel has a large lobby and makes a good first impression. The double queen room was also a great size for a family of 4 and all our bags. Everything was clean and worked well. Great location!

We had a wonderful stay for a night in Charlotte. Anthony and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful! The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

You double charged us for the room. TWICE you told us we would not be double charged. And then you did it anyway. UNACCEPTABLE. For the rest of our lives everyone we know will be made aware of how Hilton Garden Inn handles their customers. Unless this gets fixed.

Everything seems to be just mediocre. The hotel needs to be upgraded and better maintained. It looks shabby and rundown. I used the pool twice, both times there were debris in the water.

We were towing a trailer having moved our kids across the country to Charlotte NC. The hotel had plenty of parking for the truck pulling a trailer. Our room AC was not working; the maintenance officer promptly came and attempted to fix the unit. He moved us to another room immediately making it easier. Breakfast was excellent and our server amazing!! Everyone was polite, welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay.

Great location. Good size rooms, very clean, awesome lobby and breakfast area. Starbucks and Whole Foods across the street. If you get the 7th floor, avoid the rooms next to or across the gym. It’s open 6am-12am so I heard dumbbells slamming on the floor late at night and early morning.

We did not have the breakfast but had dinner and it was delicious loved everything about it

I found the entry and exit gates to the parking garage annoying. Also probably because of pollen and wind, the outdoor pool did not appear clean so I didn’t use it.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff who graciously checked us in and made us smile. We thought the room was good but at times, we heard noise from the hallways or even doors slamming. Thankfully we bring our own sound machine but besides that, it was a good place to stay for the night.

Staff was great, shower temperature would not stay consistent. It would get cool then warm up then cool again repeatedly. Everything else was an enjoyable stay.

Didn't like that I had to pay for parking, however, the abundance or coffee and fruit infused water was a plus. The room was clean and had no issues getting extra towels.

Very pretty hotel in a great location. Staff were great overall and the beds are super comfy. We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately COULD NOT get our room to be cleaned. We asked numerous times, were assured that it would be taken care of but nothing happened. We rented 2 rooms and it happened to both family units.

The room looked a little dyed the shower door was off track and the sink water pressure was very weak but overall nice stay will try and stay in a different room or floor my next visit but Rashad and Anthony and all of the staff were friendly

The hotel is very spacious, in a great neighborhood, close to , walking distance to malls, stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Whole Foods and Starbucks are within a 10 minute walk. I was constantly getting around by Uber and Lyft. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The room is comfortable, neat, and cleaned every other day. Highly recommend this hotel!
