The staff was accommodating and friendly. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to help. Rooms were clean and adequate. I found the bed very hard and had a tough time sleeping. I woke up with little sleep and many aches. My husband thought the bed was ok. There aren't many amenities. They push you to go to the YMCA. We ordered room service breakfast and it arrived in a bag. No table, plates, or real utensils. My husband tried buttering his bread (they don't give you toast at breakfast) and his plastic knife broke and since he had to eat out of a plastic container in his lap, the bread fell on the floor. We've stayed here a few times and it has been ok, but we'll probably stay at the Westin or JW Marriott next time due to the hard beds and plastic room service containers.

Toilet was continuously running and neighbor was yelling and playing TV loud. Staff however, was AMAZING!!

Room was nice. Breakfast was a bit expensive, but my wife enjoyed it. Location is convenient. Food prices were high. Mattress was lumpy. No free parking. I get it's in a city, and I didnt read the details well enough. I live in Charleston, SC and typically I do not visit establishments that do not provide parking. I will read details more closely and avoid hotels such as this in the future.

This hotel is very conveniently located. I found it quiet and comfortable and excellent value for money. The room was large and comfy and the bed was excellent. The breakfast was very good and the service at breakfast was exceptionally friendly. Loved the sitting area outside with the beautiful tree in the middle. The check in experience was not very welcoming or friendly.

The location is great. There are shops and stores very accessible. The staff was exceptionally polite. The breakfast was paltry. At $300/night I would expect far more options. There were no green or salad options and very limited vegan options. Additionally, the only beverage available on the buffet was orange juice. Hugely disappointed.

I stayed at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts for two nights, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. Every single time we tried to get into our room, our key cards would not work. We constantly had to go back to the front desk for assistance just to access our room. This became incredibly inconvenient and exhausting, especially since my wife is pregnant. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and annoying experience. I understand issues can happen once, but dealing with the same problem repeatedly throughout the stay is unacceptable. I really hope the hotel addresses this issue because no guest should have to struggle just to enter their room multiple times a day.

Right next to my office

Very clean and conveniently located near several coffee shops and restaurants. We enjoyed using the gym and sitting outside in the courtyard. All around, a great spot in Uptown, we loved our stay.

This was my time in Charlotte. The hotel was conveniently located, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and activities in walking distance. The workout facility and pool were great. Also, the outside lounge area was perfect for people-watching while drinking my morning coffee.

For the price of this hotel the room was super small. The bed, a desk and a recliner chair. That is all it can fit. Restaurant was good. Everything else was closed. Could see much.

Lack of bathrooms in lobby area. Finally found one on second floor behind restaurant and one of the doors on a stall was broken off and there were only two. We had driven three hours and were too early to check in. Since no key i had to ask someone to let me in. Very unpleasant experience

Worst parking im sorry. I was fearing for my life coming home at 2am. I paid to park because Valet wasn't working. But those rooms are tiny! Very compact & ask for city view but was staring at a wall outside my window. I picked the wrong location.. Hilton doesn't usually disappoint me.

The property so so clean the rooms was spacious & the location was next to the spectrum center so we walked to the venue. The only complaint I have was that I went downstairs to the restaurant & nobody was at the front desk & then when someone finally took my order it took forever for our food.

The comfort of the beds and the valet service/staff was great. The smell in the bathroom was horrible not sure if it was the toilet or the water but is reeked. I forgot to mention it to the front desk. I did notify them there was a bug in the shower cap box when I opened it to attempt to use. The fact you had to go to the 2nd floor to use the restroom AND get the keep from the bartender was a bit much.

I was staying over the recent snowstorm event and the night after that hit nothing was moving - so everyone in the hotel wanted to eat there. The staff rose to the challenge and while they couldn’t conjure tables and kitchen staff out of thin air, everybody got fed and the timelines were well communicated.

Parking for the hotel floor was blocked off so you had to park in the main lot and take an elevator to the hotel.

Location Thermostat did not work and room was way too cold even with thermostat at 80degrees. Forgot my iPhone charger and front desk said they don’t lend chargers and there no chargers at all without looking on the lost and found which at a massive corporate Hilton is hard to believe. Clearly not going above and beyond. Go to Marriott

We were there to change, then later to sleep so it was a very quick trip. We used the valet services. The valets were excellent, professional and friendly.

For the price, the room were like an average 2-3 star hotel. No steamers, no long mirrors, The front desk service was not a par 100%. The restaurant in the lobby took a long time to serve and food wait was around 20-25 minutes. The walls are not that insulated as I could hear everything from next room and stumping from room above.

The representatives at check in were excellent! Very smooth check in because there was four reps there and no waiting. The first room was a suite room and there was a lot of noise from the other side of the door so I asked for another room and Trey, at check in, immediately fixed the problem and even gave me a nicer room. Overall the property was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will have to admit that a lot has changed since I last stayed at a Hilton property. So much has changed like the digital key which I had problems with. I loved my room. However, the toilet was broken. That was a problem. Overall, I had a good stay.

Our previous stays have always been great. However, this time we were refused valet services and told they were full only to see hotel staff valet parking other vehicles within 30 minutes of our arrival. Front desk staff would not help with this concern either, only stating that there may be parking somewhere on the structure- disappointing customer service for sure. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I both woke up with back and neck pain. Questioning whether we will book a stay at this location in the future despite visiting Charlotte often.

I was kicked out of the parking garage because the ladder on my truck hit one of the clearance bars. I removed the ladder and laid it down so it wouldnt hit the clearance bar and the security yelled at me for 10 minutes and forced me to leave

This property was located uptown Charlotte and we could walk everywhere. The hotel staff and amenities were great.

Our trip was very nice. Besides the fact that the first night we were there we left and forgot something and had to come back to the room to find one of the maids snooping around our room and taking pictures. There is no maid car outside of our door or anything And we kind of caught her off guard. You could tell it made her jump when we walked in the room very uneasy for the rest. She said she was just checking to make sure someone cleaned the room, but why didn’t she have her clean car outside? It was just a very uncomfortable feeling situation

The court yard was wonderful. What i didnt care for is two conferences in the hotel at once. It was so overloaded the elevators were slow and packed. Area out front of restaurant sitting was packed with tables,computers and people utilizing this area causing noise, crowds, and discomfort for others.

They could improve on how their luggage is stored and retrieved. I was there for a conference, so we stored our luggage until after the last meeting on the last day. There was a complete bottle neck of people trying to get their luggage, people trying to get off and into the elevator, into and out of the hotel. They could have used a few more helpers as well.

Dislikes: room was warm even at the lowest temp setting of thermostat, no microwave, fridge was on a 8-hour timer I understand energy conservation, but I found it to be a bit too much.

My daughter and I had a flight cancellation and stayed at this hotel for one night. They checked us in quickly, had coffee in the morning and we were off and back to the airport quickly. Lovely staff and clean hotel.

Everything was great. The only critique was when we arrived it looked as if someone ate dinner in the lobby area and left their trash. We left the hotel for several hours and when we returned the trash was still there. However, that aside, everything with our experience was great. Our room was clean and in great shape.

Easy check in, comfortable stay, sheets were a bit scratchy, but not a big deal. It was close to restaurants and bars and The Savannah Bananas game at Bank of America stadium.

Internet was out for the entire stay bu t walkable to Bank of America stadium for concert and the staff were wonderful!

Only issue was i had i found the bed bery firm and uncomfortable and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Check in was great! And quick. We did the Valet which was cool. The app was a little confusing trying to navigate it but the Valet men were very helpful and cool about it. It was worth it, so we could just enjoy the hotel and amenities and not worrying about tryna find parking. The property was clean and the room was pretty clean. We chose the room- king bed size. The setup of the room was a little small/ wierd lol but overall it served its purpose. The room is probably best for one person. I like the set up of the bathroom. Nice and modern . Shower pressure was decent and def hot. The Ac in the room was decent as well and I thoroughly enjoyed the blackout curtains in the room. Felt very safe — as you have to swipe your room key in the elevator. I’d def recommend for convenience. And in Uptown charlotte. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d def come back and stay for sure.

Great hotel spacious rooms comfortable beds. The room was clean the bed linen was clean and fresh. The bathroom was spacious towels clean and fresh. The shower was super. I ate at the bar food and service was great

Nice hotel downtown and close to Spectrum Center. Breakfast there was spot on with lots of options. Would stay here again.

Nice property, but not ideal for family or children. The property has a pool(lap pool) but it's connected to a YMCA facility. You have to schedule an appointment to use it.

He said we don't clean room everyday

I was happy to learn one could walk from the back of the hotel rail exit and walk to the Spectrum center VIP entrance. I was able to park at the hotel, check in early and go off to my meet n greet at Spectrum center. I just wish I had food for after the concert venue. I guess I am not savvy on scanning QR codes for info and menu's. I couldn't see the full moon from my window but that is not the hotel';s fault.The staff people were helpful and the building was immaculate. I recommend the hotel.

Great stay

I have nothing negative to say. I loved every bit of it. The place was amazing. I love how in the room the tv was personalized . The WiFi was actually great. I loved how I could do things remotely in the app. I loved how I could communicate over text rather then have to use the room phone .
