Good experience! My family particularly liked that there was free shuttle service to local mall and restaurants as well as to and from the airport. The only drawback was I reserved a room with the tub reiterated this at check-in that clerk confirmed there was a tub in the room however there was not.

To top it off we got in the room and did our usual inspection. You could tell the floor had not been cleaned for a while, old plantain chips bag sitting in the couch (we left in the couch and didn’t use the couch), stained walls, and sink with dirt sitting in it. Because we didn’t want to deal with that staff, we decided to clean where we could or the areas we would use, and left everything as they were. Upon our departure there was a different face at the desk so we explained it to her. This was my first ever bad experience at a Hilton.

Location the air in our room didn’t work and they didn’t fix it, instead they gave us fans, and didn’t offer a discount or anything. Additionally the bed covers on the pullout sofa had a big blood stain on it. The young lady at the front desk checkin area seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and a nasty attitude

Very pleasant hotel with unusual courtyard style central area, surrounded by apartment style rooms. Nice staff, spacious room with separate bedroom,. Good bathroom with powerful shower. Free shuttle service to & from airport. Wasn't there long enough to find anything negative, so assume all was good!

This sketchy hotel seems to fill the gap between homelessness on the one hand and stable, long-term residences on the other. The rooms and furnishings show signs of age. And although a kitchenette is offered there are no cups, glassware, plates, flatware, cookware, etc.

Professional, efficient, and beautiful describe this property and staff. I arrived on a late flight. I arranged for the complimentary transportation by calling an automated number, followed the van on a website as was suggested. The van arrived in a timely manner and the driver was professional and courteous. I was checked in quickly, along with a flight crew. I found my room, which was upgraded for me. Everything about my stay here was perfect. I definitely will stay at this property again when I return to Charlotte.

The check-in experience left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the front desk staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming which initially set a disappointing tone after traveling all day. While the room and property were exceptional, better customer service at check-in would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Paid for this room via Travelocity and was double charged by the hotel itself long long, long lines to get checked in with only one person working truly frustrating after traveling all day and you just want to get to your room and relax, but you gotta spend an hour and a half a line checking in

Staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the condition and cleanliness of the room was not up to my standards. There were several wet spots on the carpet black marks inside and outside of the toilet. The toilet lifted off of the ground every time you sat down and stood up it looked as if it had been caulked at the base to try to “fix” the problem. The shower floors were stained brown. The wall paneling was falling down. There was sticky clear substances on the nightstand and we found a booger stuck to the head board as we removed a few pillows to lay down.

My vehicle was broken into. The manager said that the security staff was not working that night and apologized. Their security gate was broken, and they said that they were not willing to do anything to assist with the damages or compensate in any way. Multiple vehicles were broken into, this is not safe place to stay, and the staff was very unapologetic about it.

Pullout sofa bed had clearly not been cleaned in quite a while… we found vape cartridges in it along with trash, tissues, etc. And garbage and underneath the couch as well. Upon calling the front desk they sent someone up to remove the trash but I wonder how often, if ever, the furniture is deep cleaned. Redeeming part of the hotel was the restaurant (food and staff were excellent!)

The front desk supervisor Anthony was very unprofessional and ran my card twice. After he authorized one payment the second one did not go through on the card because he had already charged the fee so he requested another card and kept repeating the first card was ‘declined’ he did not mention or acknowledge that he had already authorized the payment so I had to pay double the fee from a second card. He had already reached the credit limit on the first one after authorizing the first charge. The stay so far was double the cost. He was very unprofessional and lack administrative skills to correct his error.

Looks like a former embassy suites hotel. Rooms are therefore suites and ok but not exceptional. Not much in the neighborhood in terms of eateries etc. but neighborhood is very quiet.

The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient. I stayed 2 nights. My keys didn’t work after switching them twice, totally inconvenient. Then the bedroom window had no glass, you could just open it, we were on the 6th floor. Total safety hazard

The conference I attended was in the Hilton. The food in the restaurant exceeded my expectations. I was pleased that the staff gave me breakfast tickets even though I did not register with the group. I registered independently. The bathroom in our guest room needed additional grab bars in the bathtub. The tub floor was uneven, which made me feel uncomfortable while showering. I have had a knee replacement, and uneven surfaces make me uneasy. Another grab bar would have been reassuring. While the front desk staff was friendly, I did not feel they provided individual attention, i.e., they seemed distracted. This could be because the front desk seemed understaffed when I checked in.

The front desk guy, Tony, and Olga in the restaurant were exceptional. The food was also exceptional. However, the room temperature at check-in was 75 degrees Fahrenheit, which was excessively warm. I adjusted the thermostat to 66 degrees Fahrenheit to cool the room. Upon returning from dinner, the temperature had dropped to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Although it was decreasing, the room temperature never dropped below 72 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the night, despite being set to 66 degrees. The room was far too warm for my wife and me to sleep in. To enter the room, I had to push the door with such force that I used my shoulder. Similarly, when closing the door from inside, I had to exert significant effort. Furthermore, we had a 5:30 shuttle reservation to the airport. My wife was running late, but we managed to arrive in the lobby at 5:31 AM. Unfortunately, the shuttle had already left. Fortunately, the front desk staff member called the driver, who was just down the road. This was our first and last stay at this hotel. Never again.

Next day heat wasn’t working I am anemic asked to leave get money back refused by staff Stayed but left before morning and called fro bellman and never arrived. Upon arrival we checked into our room and immediately noticed bugs, dirty tub, and sage that had been burned right outside the window. After we get a new room issued to us I noticed no microwave(didn’t say it came with one) but inconvenient. We also noticed someone’s ear buds that had been forgotten. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I love the room setups but they could definitely use a better clean.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was an absolute nightmare. The AC in my room wasn’t working, so I called the front desk. They sent an engineer who claimed to fix it, but the temperature never changed — the room stayed freezing cold all night. When I called again, all they could offer was an extra blanket. I couldn’t sleep at all because of how cold the room was. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, Julia, who was completely dismissive and offered me a mere 2,000 Hilton points — which is worth around $10 — even though I would’ve earned most of that automatically just for staying there. This kind of response is absolutely unacceptable for a brand like Hilton. There was no genuine apology, no accountability, and certainly no effort to make things right. It’s clear that customer comfort and satisfaction mean nothing to the management at this property. I’ve been a loyal Hilton guest for years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I strongly urge anyone considering this location to stay elsewhere.

Great location. Check in and out was super fast. Everyone was very nice. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Very clean. Great separate living area. Great restaurant inside hotel called city park bistro. We eat there twice, staff were amazing and food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

The airport shuttle was good. Quick and efficient. The driver was very friendly especially since it was the middle of the night when our plane landed. Overall the room was clean. We had a positive experience and would stay here again.

As a frequent business and personal traveler this was one the worst experiences I have had in hotels. The room door was not functioning correctly. The second night of the stay we were locked out till 1:30am and it took the hotel 3 hours to get us into the room. They didn't offer any concessions and just pretended like this incident didn't happen. Don't recommend staying here.

I wanted to get in the pool but if I had to describe how it looked in one word "tainted" is the word that comes to mind. If you have lots of luggage good luck on getting a rolling cart. Bed pillows were wonderful. The bed itself was almost as hard as a wooden board. The pullout sofa mattress was better than the king bed so we slept on it after the first night. There was a really strong raw sewage smell outside,especially at night. The one ashtray provided outside was overflowing all 4 days we were there. Some nights we could barely stand to smoke outside due to the sewage smell, so we chose to smoke in my new car instead that I had vowed I would never smoke in. The room itself was nice but the air only halfway worked when it wanted to. We had to constantly turn it back on even though it was on high fan and in the constantly on setting. If I ever go to another NFL game in Charlotte, the Hilton Airport will be the last place I would ever stay again. When I checked out I didn't say a word because I was not asked about how my stay was. Don't make the same mistake I did. Choose a different hotel.

Overall, my stay was good. However, I did have one disappointing experience and one issue. I was disappointed with the breakfast and its cost - It was similar to what most hotels offer as a complimentary breakfast, yet i was charged $59 for myself and my wife. Additionally housekeeping entered my room around 9:30am without knocking or announcing themselves, which was concerning.

Need to get some luggage carts. I have stayed here nearly 30 times and there is never any carts. My wife ask the cleaning lady if there was any carts and she couldn't locate one.. She offered to help my wife carry in her luggage. I thought that was very nice of her to offer. But this is the Hilton. Not the motel Six. I think most people expect much better so quit being so cheap and buy some luggage carts for your guest to use and be the Hilton you use to be.

Kaicey took accountability for a small error and went above and beyond to make things right for one of our party members. And lastly, Rebecca was simply awesome—her upbeat attitude, even at the end of the night when the restaurant was closing, made our dining experience that much better. Room 202 was terribly noisy, sounded like pipes and machinery clanking all night long. Bed needs replacing, it was like sleeping in a bowl. Oddly designed floor plan - room had an inside window looking onto the landing area for three elevators, also very noisy. Restaurant had only a limited dinner menu due "to a problem in the kitchen." I'm a Hilton Honors member but this hotel was not up to Hilton's usual standards.

We didn’t stay when I made the reservation with the Hilton reservationist at the start. I told him I was making the reservation for my daughter who was 20. He continued to make the reservation. And I paid for it because he said it was not refundable. At the end of the conversation, I reiterated that my daughter was 20 and there wouldn’t be a problem with her getting the room. He said oh well that changes things you didn’t tell me she was 20. Yes, I did. I know you guys record these things go look at the recording I expect to be refunded my room stay fee. It was about $170. I had to make other arrangements for her.

No accommodations were made even though we paid money to have specific conveniences as offered. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience. Maintenance that came in was friendly but not necessarily considerate of the time and manner in which he responded. As a modest family we did not appreciate how he walked into the room and rushed into the bedroom area without consideration.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. I chose this property due to proximity to a wedding venue I attended this weekend. They offered transportation to the venue. To my surprise Saturday when i scheduled my ride to the venue online i received a cancellation without notice. I had to reach out the front desk myself to find out that it was canceled because thy only had one shuttle running that day. Very disappointing considering I flew into town and no transportation because the hotel offered it initially. I had to scramble at the last minute to find a ride to the Crystal Ballroom. I was about to begin walking there at first. That was my main reason was booking this hotel. Had I known that I would’ve chosen one of the other nearby hotels that had their shuttles in operation.

The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was large, clean, and comfortable, plenty of space to relax after a long day. The attention to detail in keeping everything fresh and tidy did not go unnoticed. And the food especially the wings was absolutely fantastic! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and a highlight of my stay. If you’re looking for a hotel with outstanding staff, delicious food, and clean, spacious rooms, the Charlotte Hilton Airport is a top choice. The people here make all the difference they truly turn a good stay into a great one.

Although there were a few hic-cups about the check-in and the room, Gabe, the housekeeping mgr, fixed and/or tended to my request and needs. I was not given a parking pass for my car until the next day, alrhough it was discussed at check-in. Upon entering the room 607, the sitting chair was hideous with what appeared to be white splashed on spots and a streak of red in the center of the chair..ugh! But Gabe replaced the chair and had a convo with his staff. Then later after discovering there was no microwave in the room, Gabe had one sent up. The rest of the stay, 2 nights was smooth sailing! Location is great if you are mobile, but few dining venues near for families. Great Hall (type) reception, bar and dining area. Easy access to all places/rooms throughout. Complete set of fast, working elevators. Although it was an overnight stay waiting for a flight to Germany, it was very pleasant. I would definitely book longer stays at this Hilton.

The room was nice and clean, and I liked the space of the suite. The desk personnel was a mix between very friendly and a little flat, but everyone was helpful. I did have to go have the food and beverage credit added to my bill upon checkout, so be sure to check your bill for accuracy. I loved the pillows, but the mattress was terrible -- so hard! I would prefer a Hampton Inn for the more comfortable mattress and the ever-present coffee.

The food and the employees were top notch - but the room itself was dirty - bathroom not cleaned, sheets stained, dirty towel, milk in the fridge (not spoiled just weird), stains on ceiling and the carpet was extremely stained. I stayed in the room bc I had fully unpacked and cleaned as I went but very disappointing for the price point.

The room was clean but we had no hot water. No microwave in the rooms. We had to use the one downstairs in the lobby. Breakfast was available for a fee and so are the $5 bottled waters in the room. The only thing keeping me from giving it less stars was the staff. They were excellent and friendly.

It’s clearly a pretty hotel. Staff are nice. But room was dusty and AC took a really long time to cool the room down. Called maintenance who said room is motion sensored and AC will not stay on if no one is in the room. They offered a fan but never brought it to the room. Requested a room change but was told hotel was full. Although it’s moderately priced at $200/night, I thought it lacked amenities. No microwave in rooms only a common one in the lobby. Very small refrigerator and some people complained there was no ice machine on their floor. The rooms were a decent size. Too bad it’s lacking in other areas because it would have been a better place to stay.

The location for the property was ok and the lobby was nice but that's where the good experience ended. The bathrooms were not really clean, the tub looked dirty and had a ring around it and there was a lot of hair on the floor and counter area. In the room, there was a large vent that was hanging off the wall that was a safety issue for my children and the air purifier was extremely loud. The toilet was also broken and was continuously running for the entire time of the stay. Overnight, the thermostat went out and it was difficult to get a response from the staff. It needed two AA batteries but the staff member was not able to locate them and felt an engineer needed to be called. This could not occur overnight so a box fan was delivered to the room instead of the problem being resolved. The buffet breakfast was expensive and didnt taste good. The staff was not customer service oriented and were not receptive when these issues were brought to their attention. I will not be returning.

The property looks like a remodeled embassy suites. The door was stuck to my room and hard ti open. Dinner was delicious and expensive. Thought breakfast was free but was charged. Staff friendly and accomodating. Great indoor pool next to a well equipped gym.

The system was down and we could not check in. The employee was snide when asked about the Hilton Honors membership. There was a used drink left in the refrigerator. When I asked about my complementary breakfast, we were told there was none. Only those on the 9th floor. I had to share my receiot at the check in counter to verify. Hospitality is not many of the employees strong suit.

Had the worst experience with this hotel. After driving with my family for 6hrs the front desk lady handed me a paper to go a another hotel 5min away because they did not have no rooms. I booked and paid for the res. 10 days in advance just to get transferred to an inferior hotel. I never got to stay in the hotel but with that way of handling the situation I doubt they are good with customers.

Very poor experience. They offer room service which is why picked the property. Tried to order off their QR code. Did not work. Tried my room phone. Did not work. Tried to phone hotel main line. Went to reservation desk. Had to wait on hold on hold to get a real number. Called and was finally transferred to room service. Ordered a chicken entree which arrived in a paper bag with a cheap plastic fork that broke with my first bite. Awful. Restaurant manager was great and brought me a sandwich with a real plate. Staff was all great but this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had in while. I specifically picked this place because they offered rooms service which is rare. Would never stay here again. Seriously, do better.

Our check in was horrible! After a long travel day and flight delayed 5hrs. We called the hotel to tell them we will be arriving late and they say “ok no problem see you later”. We were dropped off from the shuttle and arrived late 1100pm. The front desk lady said oh we have your room away and do not have any other rooms. Now keep in mind we have two children with us and have to be back at airport at 6am connecting flight. Everyone is tired and would just like to sleep. I said excuse me we have had this reservation for the last 3 months. She said well yeah they over book sometimes. We are putting you at another hotel. I was very upset. She we get back on shuttle to a new hotel get to the assigned room and the room was never cleaned by house keeping. Had to be to another room. So dysfunctional and poor customer service. I have stayed at Hilton chain hotels before in other states and never had an issue. Not sure what happened at this one in Charolette. I will never stay here again. Poor customer service too. Everyone acted like they didn’t care. Except, one persons the lady driving the airport shuttle for the hotel. She was very nice and we made sure she was tipped well. For her kindness and speedy transportation to the new hotel we had to go too.

The hotel itself was very nice. Way fancier than I expected it to be. Rooms were nice as they had a sitting area and a bedroom. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Expedia shows $8-16 per person and breakfast ended up $77 for 3 people. The food was NOT worth it as it was basic stuff you get anywhere. We noticed the night before for dinner their ribeye for $42. They price gouge because there is literally no where to eat with 2 miles of this hotel. If you like wings check out Chex it's worth it. Oh also the hotel has $5 bottle waters in the room knowing most people flying in won't have means to get drinks. Just bad business in my opinion
