Loved the bedroom suite and amazing jet bath. Was really relaxing and the desk space for my husband to work on eabs the office chair was comfortable. Loved the mini fridge and fireplace in the lounge area. The Receptionist lady was lovely and made things right with my husband after a few hiccups along the way. Overall everything was clean and tidy including the bedroom suite and hotel. Fantastic location and the big fountain outside is beautiful. You had to pay for parking and we appreciate the breakfast included in our stay. However it needed a little more improvement like extra fruits and bread.

The only problem we had was that our room ( #316 ) was next to the elevators. The elevator cables whirl when they move and the sound they make comes through the wall into room #316, and kept me awake most of the night ( not good when I had to drive 6 1/2 hours the next day: ie, today ).

Everything about the place was excellent or outstanding. Staff always helpful and courteous, place was spotless and well-situated near upscale restaurants and stores, very close to Whole Food's, comfortable beds, quiet and convenient. We were very pleased with our accomodations.

Booked through Expedia and checked in with front desk stating they had issue with preferred room. I agreed to a different bed scheme thinking they would have pull out couch, but only got king bed and roll away for 5 people. Thanks to the maintenance Personel and our thinking we were able to get 2 roll away and the king to make do for the night. The property itself was and close to shopping and dining, but front desk booked to many guest and didn’t act like they wanted to help fix the problem they created.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and my room had easy access to all amenities. I was surprised by the TV in the bathroom mirror and thought that was a neat accessory. It had a great desk to do my work from and a lounge chair with lamp for another area to move and work. I only had the opportunity to stay one night. There were many restaurants nearby with walking distance that I didn't have a chance to explore. I also woke up late in the comfy bed and missed out on what looked like a great breakfast.

I decided not to mention these issues during my stay because my visit was related to a medical treatment my daughter receives in Winston-Salem, and with the recent storm and limited time, I preferred to focus on what was most important. I genuinely like this hotel—the location is perfect and the facilities are beautiful and generally very clean. I truly hope this was just an isolated situation, as I will be returning several times and would love to continue staying here.

Room wasn’t in great shape. There was gross green buildup on the whirlpool jets that came out when the tub was turned on. The fireplace didn’t work. Overall just seemed like it needed to be updated.

We use this hotel a lot and find it very convenient to our favorite restaurants and shopping in Southpark. We can walk to the Palm Restaurant in a minute or so. We rented a suite on the to floor last time and enjoyed it very much. Great living room area. Bedroom was big too.

Clean rooms however they smell humid . Great staff . Breakfast is subpar with no Halal / Kosher options at all . No EV charger but advertised otherwise , so I had to travel to the other side of town to get to a charger . Parking do get crowded. Not worth the expensive nightly rate .. however the location is fantastic !

That sort of freaked us out. The fitness room smelled horrible of mold/mildew. It was so strong it made our eyes water, too harsh to workout in there so we just walked around the shopping area nearby and the mall across the street.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful area with shopping and restaurants. What I found less than professional was the front desk's unwillingness to order me a cab to the airport, despite the fact that I am not a US resident and have no Uber service on my cell phone. In this regard I was left to fend for myself and call different cab companies. Other than that the hotel was an excellent choice.

Upon arrival, could not get into hotel. Doors locked, no one at desk or visible. Sign on door says for check in pick up phone and dial 0. There is no phone. Had to wait until someone finally appeared in lobby. Room and bed very comfortable. Refrigerator, although I checked the setting, ended up freezing my insulin rendering it unusable.

The stay was amazing. Very nice staff. But the room and everywhere we went was so clean. I think that was the most comfortable thing about our stay. We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. I must say we will definitely be back. The area around the hotel was great as well. Plenty of shops and things to do. To where you really didn’t have to drive. Only thing I have to say I wish they had was some bacon on the breakfast menu and more toppings for waffles would have been better. But still plenty of food options that were amazing. Thank you all.

Quick overnight stay. I enjoyed the close proximity to shopping and dining. Parking was a little weird, but worked out. I felt like the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest & the bed was uncomfortable. The room felt warm all night.

Impressed!! We all need our own space so the 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. Nice modern decor, everything in good working order, lovely breakfast, pretty outdoor heated pool. Love that you can walk out of the hotel onto a super upscsle promenade of nice restaurants & shopping open late!

Great stay in a lovely hotel! Super comfortable with plenty of room in my King suite. My only reason for not giving it full stars for service is because we only had our room attended to one of the 4 days of our visit, which may be the norm everywhere now! I don't travel much.

Easily the best Hampton Inn I have ever visited. Fabulous location in a nice part of Charlotte near Great shopping and restaurants (including a large and high end mall). We had a sweet that accommodated our family extremely well at a very good rate. I will absolutely stay there again if need comes.

There is no hot tub, FYI. The reason we booked here is for the hot tub and it got filled in over a year ago. The staff said they have yet to change the signs and the pictures online. We had to switch rooms because my fiancé with macro hearing, could hear the Elevator, although I could not. The staff was very gracious and accommodating, and switched our rooms. The hotel is beautifully decorated, although not sure why they chose to paint the outside of bright yellow. We ultimately ended up really enjoying our stay!

Second stay and it is the best place to be in Charlotte.

We visit Charlotte often. This was our first stay at this property and were pleased with location and size of our room.

The mattress was not strong enough to support my body consequently my back was hurting during the day. Firmer mattresses would help this issue.we also asked the lady at the desk how much our stay was and she wrote $422 down on a piece of paper . That was $155 short of the actual total. Then we were charged an extra $60 for some fee $20 a night and I call about this. I was told this will come off our card in 3 to 4 days.

This is a nice property located with a shopping area just in front of it. Parking coming in each night was close to capacity. Rooms are spacious and clean. I prefer a firmer mattress but no real issues with the bed. The ladies do a wonderful job in the mornings for breakfast....good job ladies !

Hotel was well located in an area that was walkable to so many shops and restaurants.

My favorite suite this far. I️ had the pleasure to stay in the whirlpool tub suite and everything was wonderful. The breakfast options were also great. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice property, interesting location near restaurants, etc. Parking was biggest negative Staff is their strongsuit!

Very convenient to South Park. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was included and surprisingly complete with many hot and cold options. When returning to Charlotte we will certainly return.

Great place to stay, was in town for a soccer tournament. Close to a lot of options to eat and shop. Would stay again. This place is great for a staycation. I was in town for a soccer tournament and it was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Only thing i disliked was the outdoor signage lights shined right in our window through the tiny crack of curtains.
