The room was great! We stayed there because my husband had just left the hospital, and we wanted a room where the bathroom and bedroom were on the same level. I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

The associates both respect and love their leaders and the guests love the care and pampering that they each receive every day of their stay. The team members at house keeping, front desk, dining, kitchen and even the hotel shuttle create raving fans. According to the staff testimony, the hotel owners are generous and loyal to their employees. It is NO WONDER that the team has little to no turnover. We will return if Bill and Willy are co-leading! Bless you guys!

The front desk was a great help to me . Property was great my experience with booking.com is what was atrocious!! I paid booking.com $442.70 for a 2 night stay and when I arrived to check in I didn’t have a reservation and they didn’t show me prepaid. So I had to pay again and now booking won’t refund my money!

The breakfast selection was very good! We had a wonderful stay in a room that was very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was crowded but had many items. The room was very clean, but a little dated. But it was a great stay, especially for the cost.

I recommend this hotel. Everyone was so nice and very clean. Definitely will book the hotel again.

Extremely clean . Front desk was absolutely wonderful … and funny! Breakfast was wonderful, fresh and great selection of food. The bartender was my only problem. It seemed like I was bothering her. No smiles or small talk. She never asked how my food was…. It was overcooked a bit, I would have sent it back . Other than that I’ll be back for all the concerts I come to.

Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐

The staff was great from check-in to check-out. My room was clean. I did eat at the restaurant and the food was okay. The hotel is in a great location. I went to see Cardi B and we could have walked. I will definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I checked in last minute because the hotel I booked allowed pets but does NOT have designated pet rooms so I had to find another room. It was super late and I was frustrated at the time and Sherri was the hotel employee that checked me in. She was the absolute best!!!! I cannot say enough great things about her. The staff was amazing, breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and great location! I recommend this hotel 100000%!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly; if I had any complaints it was that parking was a bit expensive at $30 for the night in addition to the room rate, and our TV was annoying, I have tinnitus and have to have the TV on while I sleep but this TV kept auto shutting off every 2 hours and I would of course wake up and have to turn it back on again, so my sleep wasn't very good. BUT I would stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked that there was a bar to grab food without leaving the hotel or pay delivery fees. I ordered the burger and it was good. The hotel was a 15 minute walk to the Spectrum Center where the concert I was attending was held. There were also plenty of restaurants within a short drive distance. No complaints

The staff when we first checked in was helpful, friendly and informative (absolutely above & beyond!) The rooms themselves could use a little love and updates. And not sure why there were so many Buddha statues everywhere. Otherwise, great location with wonderful staff!

Great room, though had a slightly musty smell, probably due to little ventilation in the restroom. The ac cover was coming off but other than that little damage noticed, updated finishes, nice view. No major complaints. Great location and the staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Parking was a little tricky but one it was explained and done a few times, I got the hang of it

We stayed for one night while visiting. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Room had plenty of space for us, very clean, staff was friendly and food was great! We loved that it's walking distance to the Spectrum Center. Downside was parking is $30, but thats everywhere. I'm sure we will be back out next teip to Charlotte.

The location is convenient for the meeting I was attending and the value for a hotel in Uptown Charlotte. I tried to extend one night at the same price because of inclement weather. The hotel was was near capacity and could not offer me the same rate.

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was not very clean. We found a dirty sock, the mattress had ugly stains, and there was what looked like mold growing on the window sill. A positive was that they had oatmilk as an option for my coffee which I greatly appreciated; I've never seen that at a hotel before, and as a person with a dairy allergy, that made my morning.

First of all, Hotels.com needs to advertise the final price with tax and parking. Little did I know until after the reservation was booked that $30 parking for an overnight stay wasn't included in the price. The Fairfield is okay. They were kind enough to comp. the parking fee since I was there because a family member had surgery. Rooms are pretty nice, however the comfort of the 2 double beds in the room we stayed in was awful. The mattress was extra firm, hard actually. I would say that it was just my age, but my 42 year old daughter also couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep well. I would have asked for a different room but it had been a very stressful day during my family member's surgery and we'd already gotten undressed and ready for bed. The heat/air system was so loud I finally turned it off and pulled up the covers. The room we were in was on the side of the building that faced Truist Bank, so lots of light came in even around the black out drapes. Also that side of the building had a lot of street noise from the traffic below. The best part of this stay was the breakfast the next morning.

The staff were all excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I walked to my group tours and to Starbucks easily.

Hotel room was old, dented and scratched furniture, noisy as room 425 is by the external machinery. Shower door broken. Breakfast was missing 2 of the 4 hot items. Toilets closed for cleaning at 8am not good at breakfast time.

Room was good, staff was friendly, we had to call the first night we were there because our air conditioner was not working. A maintenance guy came to the room and worked on it, but it would not stay on cool it kept reverting the air back to 80 degrees. We had to get up several times during each night we were there because it would get so hot in the room while we were trying to sleep. Also I think charging people that are staying in your hotel for parking is wrong. We paid to stay and then we paid to park our car for 2 days and never left the parking garage after we got there until we left this morning.

Located in downtown Charlotte, Fairfield is very nicely maintained, quiet and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. NOT within walking distance of shops or restaurants, but that’s why it’s so such a quiet and safe area. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Front desk was super helpful and friendly, it was easy to check in, parking was simple and had In-N-Out privileges. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, although whatever they used for air freshener was overpowering and very chemical smelling but that was our only complaint at all! The breakfast was amazing and the staff there were super kind! We will stay here again!

The pool and sitting areas were very nice, the breakfast selection was great, and he front desk staff were ALL amazing! Only complaint was the $30 a day parking fee...that was a 45% fee on top of the room rate. I felt like that was taking advantage because there was no parking anywhere else. I did appreciate that they waived that fee for folks who had loved ones at the hospital.

The not-so-good stuff. Night 1 - huge roach crawled across the wall. This incident, they took care of right away, and upgraded us to a better room. Was dealt with swiftly and with great customer service. However, it was around 11pm, and climbed right into bed when we got to the suite. Then....DAY 2: Got up and looked down at the bed, and realized there were pee stains all over the sheets that were NOT ours. Very gross to realize we just slept in urine stains. Let the front desk know, and was told they'd fix the problem. Get back from a long day exploring the city, and find the bed has NOT been changed. There were clean sheets folded and left for us in the room, but in a phone call to the front desk, we were told we should have requested them be put on the bed! ??? The rep said we would need to change the DIRTY STAINED SHEETS ourselves and make a new bed. I have NEVER heard of the before in ANY hotel stay! Explained we were paying customers, and shouldn't have to clean a dirty bed left by other guests. Then, the front desk said they were the only staff in the hotel, and would not be able to leave the front desk unless they could find someone to run it for them. So - we changed the gross sheets, and never heard from staff about it again. SO DISAPPOINTED. I've always loved staying in Fairfield Inns, but this experience has me questioning the Marriott brand.

There was a hotel shuttle that ran from 10am-10pm, and we were able to easily go between the hotel and the Charlotte Convention Center. Kudos to shuttle driver, Louis. He was so friendly and helpful! I would stay here again in the future!

Excellent service and very clean facility

The check in was amazing and the gal up front was so polite, welcoming and kind. She deserves a huge raise as compared to the staff who welcomed us the night before at the Belmont Fairfield in (took 40 minutes to check in and never got a room key!).

The facility is beautiful and the room was very well maintained, although the building is an older building. Also great location in Uptown

Pool area is lovely. Bar and dining room very nice as was the dinner menu. The free breakfast bar was so varied! Lots of hot and cold choices! The lobby decor was unique. Very elegant urban/city modern.

The only complaint we had was the shower door was hung reversed. You had to completely get in shower to turn water on. Got blasted with cold water

Nice hotel

We were in Charlotte attending a concert. We only stayed at the hotel to sleep, take showers, and eat breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The clerk that checked us in (initials MCL, per my receipt) was very personable and attentive to detail. She was customer-focused and willing to accommodate our needs. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had over my years of travel. That staff was very friendly. Overall, a very pleasurable stay.

I was on my way back from Florida and we got to Tennessee about 6pm and we chose this place as I’m checking in I paid the bill and then the lady continued to tell me how the elevator is broken they put me on the third floor then after that the lady was like oh ya the homeless encampment at the end of the road are ok they normally don’t get into peoples cars they just hoot and holler in the street but there harmless so I just came frome Florida with my wife had all kids stuff we bought so had to drag it up 3 floors with all our bags

It was fine for just using it to stay the night, the wall paper was peeling off the there were lots of chips in the doors, but worked for just the night.

The staff was great in getting us a new room after we notice a smell in original room. The second room was smaller and we could hear every word from a phone conversation in the room next door. They charged us for parking even though we did not park in their garage but they refunded us after we called. Not worth the money

Staff very friendly. Rooms were good. The shower I wish both doors would slide because to turn in water had to reach all way over and then cold if waiting on water to warm up. The noise at night was bit much but not from the hotel. They appeared to be racing on the streets very loud.
