    The staff that I interacted with was wonderful - helpful, friendly and kind. The location was terrific - convenient to major interchange; right in the middle of where I needed to be. Close to conveniences like gas stations, coffee, retail. Had plenty of free parking. Cool water and coffee always on offer. My request for a different room, citing safety concerns, was met quickly and without issue. The hotel is in the midst of a renovation. My original room was on the first floor, which had not been updated. The room smelled stuffy and mildewy. The door to my room had a broken latch lock and a non function privacy lock; the window was not in good working order. I was able to change rooms due to the security concerns. It was on a floor that had been renovated and was clean and without odor. Public areas were not the cleanest, the elevator often had crushed snack food crumbs (though that is really a comment on the guests rather than the staff).

    Only down side is the shower door would only open from the back side...once you reached in to turn on, expect a cold blast and suck it up until you can adjust the handle! Otherwise, everything was awesome!

    The noise insulation from the road across is bad. And there is no enough space in the shower to adjust the water temperature without getting drenched with cold water. The eggs in the breakfast had raw smell.

    Place looked good from the outside. Inside the room was okay. Construction was occurring on third floor - a lot of workers coming and going and noise in the morning. TV didn’t work at all. Breakfast was extremely basic (microwaved jimmy dean sandwiches in a warmer tray and microwaved turkey sausage patties only hot food). Staff was nice, coffee was decent.

    This location is currently being remodeled, and the remodel was necessary. However, it is taking longer to remodel than it probably should. The hotel is extremely dated and reeks of cigarette smoke. The manager was extremely professional and very accommodating. Once the remodel is done, I will stay there.

    Yes the housekeeping staff was courteous. Yes the room was very clean. When I got in the room there were no trash can liners for trash cans. No microwave was told by staff at desk not all rooms have microwave.

    I got there at 2ish in the morning, first the guy told me one price then charged my card another price, second get to the room the refrigerator was not getting cold the knob to turn it was broken, something had fallen down into the shower, so called the front desk he said come get another room, changed rooms only to go get in that room and couldn’t he had said the battery was dead

    My biggest issue is cleanliness. Not only did the hotel failed to clean the room from the person that was previously there i.e. washcloths still in the bathroom and on the floor… I stayed for two nights in my room wasn’t touched the entire time. The amenities and everything else was fine… But in hotels cleanliness is next to godliness.

    I was surprised in the condition this hotel was in . Seems to be an older Marriott . It's noise , due to it being off the high close to an intersection . The bed was comfortable , room clean . I'm not sure if the was a leak of some kind but looks like water messed the paint up on the wall . The fire alarm went off at 9:59 am the morning of my check out .

    It was not the cleanest of properties, and the hotel was full of marijuana smoke. It was so bad you could taste it. The room had a lot of hairs in it and was dusty and smelled moldy. The exterior doors to the hotel and the parking lot were propped open by various objects, which made it feel unsafe. At least one towel smelled very moldy as well. The front desk person was very kind and helpful, though, and the property is in a good location, but I would absolutely stay somewhere different next time. Read the Google reviews for more customer experiences.

    It was convenient The first room smelled like mold and mildew. When I turned the lights on and looked around. You can see where mold was on the ceiling and on the lamp shades. I asked to be moved that room was no better. Very moist and smelled like the first room. I was too tired to deal with complaining again.

    The hotel is small and relatively quiet. I didn't hear other guests when I was in my room, which was nice. The couch and shower were gross looking and dingy. It could've been stains that couldn't come out, but it looked terrible and we didn't want to sit on the couch. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great. They had microwaved breakfast sandwiches that were not very good, especially if you don’t eat biscuits or cheese. Waffles were great. It was conveniently located. Overall, it was fine. The price was a little high.

I reserved room for 4 nights $410 but at checkout hotel charged my credit card $500 but my invoice only says $410. Someone put $90 in there pocket. This place appears to commit fraud by overcharging their patrons with the overcharge not appearing on the bill. Very disappointing will not stay here again.

The outside of facility continues to decline in maintenance and cleanliness trash cigarette butts and other items in shrubbery etc. Lived in vehicles (2) have been in rear parking area for at least (3) years .Outside smoking area 10 feet from entrance door always a mess. Employees friendly and helpful if you can ever find one. Seems to be only a front desk Employee on duty most weekend's. Dining area is kept clean and is a miss on items provided. Any package items are old and dried out , facility had a great dining area employee for about 18 months but was replaced with different employees who were there for the (job) $ only with no idea what customer service meant. Think a disguised regional General Manager should spend at least a Thursday through Sunday stay and observe facility operations.

    Very nice hotel. Would have been nice to have a little bit larger breakfast area for the size of the hotel. When you offer 1 toaster and 1 waffle maker in a hotel that was sold out so breakfast is busy, it made it hard to enjoy having what I usually like to have because of wait times for those two appliances. The elevator could have used some cleaning and improvement. Other than that, our stay was great!

    This place needs renovations. Old and dirty. Stained bedding. Cracked tub and in need of total overhaul. Front desk non existent. They walk away for long periods of time. No one answers the phone for issues in room. I was told I was upgraded in room when arrived at 9pm. It turned out to be a downgrade handicap broken down room.     The room was very dirty. It was late when we arrived and the lighting was poor so we didn’t notice much of it until the next morning. The sheets, toilet, and towels were clean. When I opened the drapes in the morning I realized how dirty the room was. The sheer drapes were completely shredded and filthy at the bottom. The floors needed to be swept. There was hair in the shower. This location is also near the highway on one side and a somewhat busy street on the other so there is constant traffic noise. I did expect that part of the stay. One end of the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana.

    The panel in the elevator was falling off. The bottom of the doors were painted over instead of repaired. We followed directions to get clean towels in the morning and by 5pm we had no towels and the trash was still in our room. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was limited and not restocked quickly. Another guest told us not to worry as the property had just been sold and maybe the new owners would be better. I guess we'll see.
