Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport

Have no complaints on the stay. We stayed 2 nights and the staff was so inviting as well as friendly. The area is super convenient as well. Definitely will be back.

Everything was great (room, staff, breakfast)!

The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.

I love staying here, it was affordable, room was clean, staff were accommodating and all the amenities. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was very nice and some of the employees were exceptional and others not so much. We were charged more than we could have been through a third party. I was encourage to use your app. I did and it cost us more.

Kinda hard to find at first. It's actually attached to another property so it's kinda confusing but a great place to stay.

There was a slight isuue with my room. After speaking with the staff I was satisfied with the resolution. The property was clean, reasonably priced and I felt safe. I stay here when visiting this are. Fairfield Inn is my choice of hotel.

The front desk was amazing. I had the pleasure of interacting with several of the front desk staff and they were pleasant, helpful and really seemed to like their job. The room was modest in size and did not have a microwave, but it was clean and quiet. Exercises room was adequate and clean.

Was a very nice hotel room. Not sure why parking can't be free and there is a 8.00 charge. It's a nice area.

I love this hotel. It was our second time staying and everything was nice.

The breakfast included yogurt and fresh fruit which was great as I am gluten intolerant. No real gluten free options for bread. Best if they consider a gluten free option for bread.

Staff was polite and friendly. Facility clean and well maintained. Breakfast covered the hot food basics with prepared scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, along with a self-serve waffle maker.

I loved how the rooms are positioned for more privacy and quiet. The door of the room is far away from the bed so you don't hear the door slam loudly when you're trying to sleep. The bathroom inside the room is very nice, shower has plenty of space. The stairway was not vacuumed. Also, breakfast doesn't have turkey sausage option, only pork sausage.

The bed was so comfortable! You could easily adjust the heat..

I loved breakfast! It was very clean and staff is always friendly. I will always stay there on my trips to Florida! I also love the shower body soap! I just wish there was a bathtub!

I was nervous about this area but it was safe and clean. It was less than 10 minutes to the airport and less than 15 to downtown. The staff were amazing. The room was very clean and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and clean comfortable room The entrance is very awkward. It is a small narrow u-shaped driveway, not well marked. We had to send someone inside to see if we were in the right place. And the next time we came out there was a Hilton van blocking the narrow entrance so no one else could even use it to check in. Crazy.

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

The rooms are very clean. They have breakfast and parking free. It was nice because I was traveling so I get there late and hungry and I was able to walk through many options of restaurants.

The hotel was definitely nice and comfortable. The people at the service desk had an attitude that made me lower the rating. Well it was the older lady when I checked out. The you g lady with the long nails was very sweet.

Nice clean room! Great customer service. I would suggest that the airport shuttle not park in the lane where guests pull up in front of the hotel. They were parked there the entire time we were at the property, and couldn’t use this lane when arriving with luggage or when checking out.

It’s connected to the residence inn but has a separate entrance. Check in was easy. I had a corner room and there were groups coming back from a party in the area (didn’t hear noise or the neighboring rooms at all!). Hotel was clean and staff was great. Definitely will be my go to hotel for when I’m in the area.

I’ve had some disappointing experiences elsewhere recently, even with very new hotels. Just poorly painted, dirty corners, obvious lack of care and attention detail and corner cutting. I was really pleased how clean and fresh my room felt here, especially being so near an airport. I didn’t interact much with the rest of the building but the desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was clean and the food was tasty. Elevators and halls were also very clean and nice. I come through Charlotte yearly and would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice stay, the room was nice. We were in an accessible room even though I booked a standard room, but I am assuming that was due to booking late in the day. It was still comfortable.

Breakfast was very decent. I slept pretty good. Only negative issue was my bed had a dip in it and kinda hurt my back. Also I was told at the front desk they needed to do a $20 hold but they took $30 off my card instead. I was also unaware there was an $8 parking fee.

This day was OK. There were dirty towels in the bathroom that were folded for us to use the toilet stool. Continue to run until you jiggle the handle for it to stop. The bed was OK.

This property was undergoing construction for remodeling, which I feel should have been mentioned before booking, so that I could choose if I wanted to stay or not. We were placed on the floor where the construction was going on. Also, the bathroom door in the room would not close. We were not offered any kind of discount or anything for any of this.

Fairfield Inn is very nice. Lobby is very attractive and the rooms are very comfortable. There is plenty of parking and this hotel is near Charlotte airport.

I stayed for a week and loved it, I was booking day to day so ended up staying in different rooms each day. They all met my expectations! Rooms are pretty spacious and very clean. I love the social area too, they have a fireplace and great outdoor furniture to hang out, the swimming was great too. I loved the free breakfast, cage free eggs and a great oatmeal bar, they change it up a bit daily, each day was great. The breakfast staff are on top of their game.

I was expecting the property to be less dated than it was. It was overall clean, but a little dated, worn. The breakfast had good options and was great. The shuttle driver was very kind. The front desk check-in staff was a little gruff but overall we had a good stay.

Not sure how a hotel with extremely musty rooms, where bathroom doors don't close, where rooms are dingy and not well maintained, and where bed skirts have white powdery stains can have 10/10 reviews. Maybe we just got the Hunter Biden suite, but can tell you one thing, we won't be staying at a Fairfield Inn ever again!

I had never been to North Carolina, so I wanted a hotel near the airport. Everything went well

Desk attendant Coconut very helpful & congenial. Facility well kept & convenient to CLT. Unfortunately shuttle to airport did not leave in time to use & consequently we were unable to eat at hotel due to opening time.

The hotel was clean and in very good condition. The staff was helpful and professional during our stay.

Only thing we had a problem with was finding the correct door for the lobby since there was no sign for it and the other half of the building was another hotel by Marriot that had a clear lobby entrance that we thought at first maybe the right entrance but was not. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful surroundings and wonderful restaurants within 10 minutes.

The staff and room and hotel inside and out were awesome. The outside deck with the sitting are had food on the cushions and napkins on the floors.

We ended up here because of missing a flight connection by mere minutes so we were not in the best of moods (curse you, American Airlines!). But by holding the last airport shuttle run for us, and offering us a late checkout time the next day (not to mention the yummy free breakfast the next morning), the staff at this Fairfield Inn made the stressful time much more bearable. So glad we chose this place!

Breakfast was just ok. Not spectacular but good enough to get a meal before my flight. The breakfast staff worked hard to replace items that were running low. Would definitely stay again! I appreciate the high standards at your hotel!
