    Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss.

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the walls are so thin I could hear everything all night long which means I did not rest or sleep. The only amenities was a bar of soap and a wrapped plastic cup. Housekeeping came well before checkout knocking on the door wanting to know when I was checking out.

    Everything was nice. Laundry room was great. But need better Vending Machine. I did Not like Check out time. I didn't understand that Check out is UNTIL 11am. And not AT 11 am. I'm wondering why they acting crazy about get out; and it's not even 11:30 in the afternoon.

    Location The communication between Booking.com and the hotel themselves and their computer system along with the inexperience of staff had me standing at the front desk for over an hour up on my arrival at the property. I paid for two rooms online on Booking.com and when I got to the hotel, they tried to make me pay for another room and only wanted to give me one of the rooms with the booking that I had already done online because they didn’t know how to coordinate with Booking.com and booking two rooms in their system that were already paid for, and they tried to say that I only paid for one room just because they didn’t know how to work it out. I had to contact Booking.com on my own and have their customer service. Talk to the hotel staff to get it all straightened out before I could even set foot in my room.

    The night staff that checked us in was rushing due to 10pm lobby closing and no amenities were in room and still had tobacco and paraphernalia in room so still couldn’t shower whn checked in and room smelled like smoke. No continental breakfast either but paid for it with reservation and still poor service and personal opinions that wasnt needed for my stay or price of stay.

    The room looked like it had gone through some meth partys the were burn marks all over the bathroom the plumbing was coming disconnected there was no wifi no coffee no pots pans or utensils and no staff between 9pm and 9am even during "business hours" I couldn't find anyone the place was depressing

    Price & convenience 1.Checked in at 1030 pm (stuck in traffic jam on 77 in VA) & lobby was closed. Said to use lobby phone to call staff. It's in vestibule. Neither I nor 2 other guests saw a phone. 2. Handicapped room depressingly gray. Liven it up w bright colors using pictures or stick-on flowers ?. On the walls 3. No coffee in the lobby. A small touch would make a BIG difference

    It was cheap (for a very obvious reason once you enter the room), water in the room got hot quickly & remained hot, good powered A/C unit in the room Staff was not friendly & they don’t open the reception desk until 11am (check out time), there was never a manager on the premises, they no longer serve breakfast despite it being advertised on the booking, a lot of wear & tear in our bathroom, the kitchen in the room had NOTHING (pots/pans, plates/bowls, utensils) & we didn’t know you had to separately BUY them as a packages ($40 for pots/pans, $20 for eating utensils & plates) through Extended Stay because it is only advertised at the front desk & the official Extended Stay America website (not mention anywhere on the booking).

    During my stay, I booked a queen suite for my birthday and had to be switched from room 107 due to someone already in the room. So the kind lady at the front switched me to room 117 that room there was no hot water, again I was then changed to room 227 where again no HOT WATER!!! This was very inconvenient due to I was late for my birthday dinner due to being changed to different rooms and then having to have a cold shower in each room because of no hot water is ridiculous.

When I attempted to collect it after the 3-5 daya wait, I was given the run around. The answer that I should have been told was to collect it from the third-party vendor that I booked with. While in the room, the constant thumping of the people upstairs was annoying. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, the pillows were thin and lackluster, providing no support whatsoever.     The property is not well maintained. It looked dirty, and I found lots of hair on the bathroom sink countertop. The hotel does not have bottled water neither to give their customer for free nor to buy. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear all noises around throughout the night. My room was on the first floor, close to the reception desk, and the entire night the reception desk was operating, receiving calls, talking, cleaning - no sleep for me for the night.

    The most annoying thing about my stay was the issue with the doors. The front desk agent stated that a work order has been created, but who knows...sometimes, that excuse is used to throw the customer off. The exterior side doors have an "issue" where you cannot get in, but exit only. So, every time you leave the building, you have to go through the front entrance to get back in. Won't be returning...not to mentioned the other clientele staying there. It is slowly taking on a Section 8 vibe and may eventually be sold by Extended Stay America just like the property on Yorkmont Road.

    The hotel just gives off a very shady feeling. Once we got up to our room it was definitely not cleaned. The floors are actually sticky, sink still had toothpaste in it, and shower was dirty. People hanging out in the hallway making noise at 2:00 in the morning. There were actually chicken bones left in the hallway as we were trying to push our luggage out with the cart with flat tires. Definitely you should have researched this one first, but we were in a hurry.

    The property was abused during COVID, I understand. The room was nice enough, dispite wear and tear. It has the feel subsidized housing, as a result, I felt I was safer in my room. Better lighting might help? There is a refundable deposit when you check in. 🙂 That could help.

    Luke was an amazing property manager. Towels were clean, room was clean. No problems at all. Would recommend anyone to stay temporarily or for extended stays as well. 9/10

    When we first checked in he gave us 219 that room was nasty wasn’t cleaned no sheets on the bed water pizza boxes everywhere then he gave us 303 it was okay but I don’t know it hurt my feelings I am pregnant

    Overall the stay here was fine. It’s an older hotel, not in the best condition but it’s okay. The vending machine and laundry facility are great! So that was a definite plus. And the room was decent.

    They billboard as "breakfast included"...if you call putting a pack of oatmeal in a coffee cup and adding hot water, then yes they serve breakfast. Also no coffee pot or blow dryer in room...or anything else is in the room for that matter. The staff is very nice...but the management is cheap to the point of false advertisement

    I stayed less than half an hr. And that was only to take pictures of how filthy it was. When I left no one came to the desk. So I left my key and called to tell them. I need refunded & would not be staying & they hung up on me after being on hold 17 mins. I’m disputing this charge. And would love it if someone would refund my $ asap Expedia.

    When I was first checking in I went into the lobby and there was no staff to be found. I literally stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and still no staff members appeared. I finally had to literally scream at the top of my lungs "hello!" Before someone finally came to check me in. The next day whenever I was checking out once again the same issue no staff members were in the lobby. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone finally approach to check me out. Other than that it was an okay and decent place just stay the night.

    I book my room at least 10 hours early because I was driving for 17 hours I arrive at 12am and the person on the front seat told me they don have any more room! After they already changed my card. Must of the time I’m in town i stay in these hotel but never again. They should start letting ppl know if they don’t have room not the them come in tired and expect they are gonna take it like it’s ok.
