Arrived almost at midnight for a quick stay, but the staff was great and the room was perfect. Kids didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but the restaurant was popping at 11:45p. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The most comfortable stay I’ve had in a hotel. I book here every trip to Florida and from Florida. Very happy here. Only thing I don’t like was being on 4th floor.

It was a great place to stay.

What made it more frustrating was that the manager never followed back up with us regarding the situation. We were understanding and tried to work with the staff, but communication afterward was lacking. On top of that, there was also an incident involving Howard that added even more stress to the stay, he was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, for the price paid during race weekend, the experience did not match expectations and it unfortunately took away from what was supposed to be a fun trip.

My stay at Drury was great! The room is very spacious and clean. Very accommodating. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Rooms and common area were clean and well maintained. The kickback was an added bonus. The pool is pretty small which was disappointing because it was so busy and we weren't able to enjoy it

Nice hotel. We stayed one night while passing through. Like the popcorn, the kickback and the breakfast. A perfect stop when on the road traveling. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Love the addition of the kitchen and bar that’s in there now. Nice to have something besides the kickback and with longer hours. Great cocktails & food in the bar. Our bartender Emma was fantastic! Will be our go to stop for us when traveling thru that area.

Honestly I heard that this hotel was nice but I didn't expect to like this hotel as much as I did. I been to hotels where you get complimentary breakfast but to get complimentary breakfast and dinner is mind blowing. Also you get 2 complimentary alcohol drinks a day for your stay. The staff was nice and it was very clean.

It ended up being a wonderful stay me and my girls really enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was good and some staff was very helpful and friendly. The kickback was also great and it was nice to sit and eat with my children for a change we are always on the go and dont get to always sit at a table and eat.

This is an excellent place to from the manager to the restaurant employees.. everyone was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Will stay here many more times...thank you to Curtis also for his politeness. Keep up the excellent work!

Everything was better than expected. We stayed here last year and this excellent hotel is doing everything right to meet client satisfaction. The welcome was warm and accommodating. The room was the cleanest and quietest of all the road overnights we have experienced. Breakfast was outstanding, with continual refreshing of the eggs and bacon. From maid service, to front desk and restaurant hostess the staff constantly checked to see if we were satisfied. Two thumbs up!

This was another great stay at Drury Inn! The location is awesome, close to restaurants and shopping and just minutes away from Center City Charlotte. The breakfast and dinner buffet options were wonderful to have when we had time to stop in. When we came in late, it was great to have the onsite restaurant available. We will definitely stay again!

It was amazing that they had dinner, drinks, breakfast, and snack snacks all included The first night we stayed there somebody before us obviously had an accident. The bed smelt like pee, so my daughter and I slept on one bed together. When we told the staff in the morning, they were very apologetic.

It was higher priced than others nearby likely because it had a pool and breakfast and happy hour snacks. We didn’t use any of that so a little pricey for the condition of the room. No body lotion or tea in room.

The hotel lobby and elevator floors stay very wet in the evenings when people are running in and out of the pool.

The room had no refrigerator, no microwave, and the only option I was given was to put my personal food into the break room of the employee’s lunch area. Also, there was trash in the hallways for over 12 hours, no one moved or cleaned it from the time I checked in, until the time I checked out. It was not a good stay.

Overall good for 1 night, but due to the holiday weekend it was very busy with kids so the pool was not really accessible, even later. Not the hotel's fault and they made sure they had plenty of staff and food during the night reception and breakfast.

A great hot breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the dinner snacks were a pleasant surprise. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is convenient, and the welcome TV added a nice touch.

It’s 2026 and people health forward. They only had a daily happy hour kickback with food which is a nice gesture but again the food was mediocre. I guess quality over quantity. Overall it was a good stay. I would revisit and recommend.

The maindoor to the room is difficult to open/close as the door and/or frame are not square. The carpet in the area between the bathroom and bath was damp/wet. For what the room cost, poor value

Not what we expected. We have stayed at other Drury Inn’s and this was not the same. We wanted Adjoining rooms and did not get them and we had a 10 month old and it was very noisy. The area around the hotel was not very nice. Also the food sucked and the beds and pillows were extremely old and not comfortable at all. We will definitely not be back. Sad because we picked Drury Inn because of good experiences in the past from other locations

I only have one complaint. The beds were awful. I stayed 2 times. Each time I had a terrible night sleep on the bed. My husband changed beds with me, but they were both very soft. Everything else was great. Clean room, free dinner and breakfast. Good location.

I knew breakfast was included but was pleasantly surprised that they had a nightly happy hour with free food and drinks (sodas, beer, wine, and cocktails!). We had planned to stay there because it was within walking distance to a mall where we planned to grab dinner but ended up not even needing to because we were full from the happy hour.

The room was fine. The problem was someone coming in my room while I was asleep. I had an early flight out of Charlotte the next morning, so I went to sleep around 8. I forgot to lock the inside latch. Some lady came into my room and left immediately. I then locked the inside. After falling back asleep, I was awaken by a knock on the door. It was the receptionist and she was asking my name. Apparently the room got double booked. It was more than an inconvenience as I had trouble falling back to sleep and kind of set the tone for the next day.

It was clean. Staff was kind. Beds are comfy. Food was great.

The floor in our room was dirty, with black flecks sticking to our feet as we walked across it. Then, as we started to fall asleep, I discovered a bed bug. To their credit, the hotel did refund our money. But we still had to go through all of the bed bug mitigation protocols and find someplace else to stay in the middle of the night (when most hotels were full). It was absolutely awful.

This was just an over night stay. I am very very pleased with this hotel. The hotel was very clean. Service was wonderful. They served free dinner which was not bad. Free breakfast wasn’t bad. This was the cleanest and well maintained hotel I’ve ever been in my brother recommended them and I was impressed for a change. My only complaint is the parking spaces were very narrow, but I’m sure that’s done deliberately. I am definitely a fan.

Had a fantastic stay at Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. Loved the breakfast and the 5pm dinner option that was included. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely! I’m a Drury Inn fan for hotel stay!

The shower didn’t work properly. The lever that you pull up on to convert from water into the tub to the shower is broken, so water goes everywhere. I was able to get water to come out of the shower head, but the lever is broken off and water is shooting all over the place. But, we were able to take showers. The key cards they gave us didn’t work, so we had to go back to the desk and get them to program other key cards.

I really liked this property. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was super nice. It was very convenient to a lot of shopping areas and it was nice and quiet for the most part. It did seem very busy but it had a very elegant restaurant downstairs as well as some room service options and everything else was great. The bed was great, the food was great, the staff was great, the parking was great, and the area and location was very convenient for shopping and other things. So overall, really good stay.

Such a friendly staff! Loved the pool and jacuzzi! Rooms were roomy and beds super comfortable. Excellent stay!

Might be the best hotel stay we’ve ever encountered! Breakfast was phenomenal, and there’s evening snacks/drinks. The room was comfortable, beautiful, clean. I can’t remember the last time a hotel hallway didn’t stink of pets and cleaner, these hallways were FRESH! The staff was welcoming, and check-in/out was a breeze.

Hot breakfast & cocktail hour w/ snacks all of which was complimentary. A nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub was relaxing. A very nice in hotel bar that we did not get a chance to check out. Super close parking. And a very clean room. It truly was a great deal. I assume it was the hotel manager even made rounds during cocktail hour to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. This was a great stay and all around great service.

I can’t say enough about my stay at Drury Inn. The staff were very pleasant. The mall and other stores are in walking distance. The hotel has a lot of perks. I was also able to check in a little early due to a very long drive from out of state. The desk clerk was very friendly and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our first stay and it exceeded our expectations expectations. Nico DeGrant the reservation and check-in representative made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She explained everything about the hotel to us. After a long day of travel she was like a warm breathe of energy. Great hotel.

The hotel has a touch of elegance. The way you are treated and respected by the staff makes you feel valued. Personally, I have never frequented a hotel that proviides a breakfast and dinner buffet this ones does. There were other treats as well. This hotel aims to.please. The.cost is very reasonable and well worth every dollar. It is a definite go to establishment.

Stayed overnight on our return trip from Georgia to NJ

It was ok. Some bad guests were screaming at 2 am. There was a basketball clinic event in the area so the place was crowded. Lots of weed smell in the stairwells. Loud in the common areas. Good value.

Exactly what we needed! The staff was so friendly and the facilities were clean and well taken care of. A great value on a wonderful stay!

We drove from Orlando, FL and was running late due to storms and traffic. We called to ask for late arrival and Elaine was very pleasant and has a great sense of humor ☺️ At check in Ms Dixon was very friendly and has a great smile 😁 She explained everything that Drury has to offer it's guests. Everyone was so nice and respectful. What no one knew is that we were there because my only son was getting married! Thank you all for making our stay perfect 😊 We look forward to staying with Drury Inn and Suites again! Thank you for excellent customer service😊

I didn’t understand since I made my reservation weeks in advance why I had to pay for one night before I even got to the hotel because they were over booked or I wouldn’t have a room and they charged my card and it didn’t work so they called me. I have stayed at many hotels and out of the country I never had this happen and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

We checked in close to midnight. The outside parking lot was not as safe as I would like the front door to the hotel was locked and had to ring in to get the service to check in. Obviously the hotel is concerned about the security around the facility.. I would not mind having more security lights out on the parking lot as I have had to empty out my belongings out of my car overnight in order to feel more secure about staying at this location. There’s also a incident security deposit of $50 which I was not aware of until I checked in. The service gentleman told me that it would get refunded if I didn’t have any incidents when I check out the next day, but it should’ve been more transparent about the charge from the start when I signed up the reservations online. This will be my second time staying at this location and I was not aware of the sort of charge the first time last year. Maybe it’s a new thing which I’m not aware of but it was a surprise which I did not appreciate after a long drive and checking in at midnight. More review to come later.

Perfect for a quick getaway. Relaxing and mostly clean. Could use more cleaning in hallways as guest leave trash to be picked up, other than the trash not being collected daily, it’s clean.

I love my staying in this hotel. The hospitality was amazing and all the staff and people who was staying was very friendly. It has a big indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool plus a hot tub. Can’t go wrong with free breakfast and free dinner with a drink for adults. The most important thing about everything is that shopping centers are near by. I really recommend

Amazing stay, clean, spacious, comfortable room. So many unexpected extras, breakfast and dinner buffet each day with daily 2 drink offer included. Plus fountain drinks, coffee and fresh popcorn.

Super easy and efficient check-in. Large property but looks very clean and well maintained.

We stay here often and are never disappointed. If i had to give any criticism, it's that the chlorine in the pool area is fairly intolerable and it's very humid. There is an outdoor pool area, which is often excessively crowded. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites over the Memorial Day weekend to attend the Nascar race at Charlotte motor speedway. We stayed at lots of other hotels during our 3 week trip and we particularly found the staff at the Drury Inn & Suites to be SO friendly. They chatted to us in the breakfast room and were genuinly interested in our stay. Rooms were comfortable and big, and the hotel was clean and modern. The added bonus of the Kickback in the evening was great, and plentiful, we managed to attend this twice during our stay. Overall would definitely recommend.

Great price, breakfast included, excellent location with restaurants and the mall right there...and it is so clean! The check-in staff were super nice and the process was quick. Literally no complaints, and we would stay there again.
