Property overall was fairly maintained in the interior however hotel is long overdue for a renovation to the rooms and common areas. Exterior grounds were clean and very well maintained.No concerns for any type of safety issues or crime on the properly.

Some random person was knocking on my room door at 3am trying to get in for like five minutes straight. I ignored and had to call staff. Definitely was not answering the door in that neighborhood.

Horrible, dirty and smelly. When I arrived, there was no one available to check me in so I waited in the “lobby” 15 mins then I went in my car to wait some more. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property.

I dont know of they had a hot tub, but did see a pool. The bed on one side box spring was broke, but mattress seemed new. Wall paint coming off. No extra lock in door. Walls always all patched up. Roll office chair had no leather left on it just farbic looked scary to sit in. Had a 1976 chair at right door looked like it seen more action than allowed, arms was faded and stained like something from an adult movie.

The area it was in is terrible. The bathroom door had holes in them and the shower had stains all in it. I left as soon as I looked around. The staff tried to give me a discount instead of a full refund.

Everything was dirty, broken and dingy but you get what you pay for, although it wasn’t even worth the $200 dollars I paid for 2 nights. Towels, blankets, sheets had stains on them, rooms looked like they haven’t been swept or wiped down ever. Although it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in I will say I didn’t see any bugs or rodents, and even though all of the linens were stained I knew they had been washed at least. Lamps didn’t have light bulbs, drawers were all broken, and the desk chair had the back broken off.

For the price it was ok definitely need to update the establishment

Very rough shape. Almost everything broke or torn up. It looked like they found the cabinets in a dumpster. I think the bathtub was patched up with bubble gum

.I had to park away from my room cuz the sliding doors didn't work the refrigerator didn't work and it was full of prostitutes druggies and fighting.

Booking from offsite the webpage for the facility was not updated. The pool was not active and filled in with debris. Very very poor lighting at night. Couldn’t even find it bathtub had duct tape on the drain latch large quarter size hole where the faucet was at. Should try to do better up-to-date information.

The latch on the door that's supposed to be. The protective latch was totally broken. Didn't really like that. I wanted to be able to double that so I felt safe.

The state of the inside of the room was delapidated. I know the price isn’t much but holes in the walls and carpets shouldn’t be there. Stains on the towels, tv barely worked, ac/heat was janky, floor was gross, shower seemed unfinished.

Room key constantly didn’t work. There were roaches in the room. For breakfast they only had bagels and coffee. Lack of outlets in the room. You had to decide to plug in the microwave, fridge or coffee maker.

Absolutely nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. We checked in and checked right back out. Black mold in stairwell, smelled of cigarettes and weed, cigarette butts on the floor in our room. We have 2 little kids. The bathroom floor was sticky and the tub was nasty. Did not feel comfortable staying there to sleep for a couple hours.

Nothing my experience was an utter night mare The staff was untrained . It took 30+ minutes to check in each guest , since the one staff member was re watching training videos to check in each guest . He continued to walk a way in the middle of check in with no explanation. The gusts we on the verge of rioting. One woman threatened another guest for asking to go ahead of the line so their pregnant wife could lay down . Claiming she had waited 3 hours and wasn't letting anyone cut. One woman was loudly weeping she need to to take anti psychotic medicine while another man laughed and praised the fact he was on mushrooms. The place was filthy and smelt of Marijuana and urine. And people had brought pets even though it was clearly posted they could not. I was unsafe and never got to sleep

Coming from NYC you pay for what you get. Pricing reasonable but everything in the rooms was old rusty decayed etc. The hot tub worked but it had age issues as well. I WOULD stay again since the majority of my time isn't spent in the room. Multiple businesses restaurants etc in the area all within walking distance which was a big plus!

We were literally afraid to leave our belongings in the room so took them with us each time we left to go eat. I have never complained about a stay I have had but I definitely deserve to have my money back. I will never stay here again and to be honest this hotel needs shutting down.

The employee who checked us in was kind and polite. That was the only positive thing about our stay. The room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered in mold, and there was even mold on the wall outside the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it could cave it at any point. We were exhausted after driving all day and just wanted to sleep, otherwise we would have left. When we checked out, we mentioned the mold in our room and the employee said “oh that room wasn’t supposed to be used” which I’m fairly certain was just a cover up.

Property was not acceptable. The furniture was in horrible shape. The desk and chair were peeling, old and outdated. Paint was peeling, spackle was cracked. My room appeared to have suffered major flooding and nothing was redone afterwards. Poor lighting in the room. Poor security measures on the patio door and room door.

Este es el hotel más sucio al que he venido en mi vida, con el peor servicio al cliente que pueda existir. Llegué a hacer el check-in después de las 3pm y tuve que esperar aproximadamente 20 minutos a la persona encargada y cuando salió, tenía cara de dormido y con una actitud horrible. Lo saludé y ni siquiera me contestó. Me dio las llaves de la habitación sin tan siquiera escribir el número de habitación correspondiente y cuando me devolví a que me dijera cuál era mi habitación, descaradamente me dijo "está escrito en el sobre donde te di las llaves", luego se percató de que no había sido así y procedió escribirlo. Cuando finalmente llego a la habitación, me encuentro con la desastrosa sorpresa de que la alfombra olía horrible, muebles rotos, viejos y sucios y, en el baño 2 miniaturas de jabón que solo alcanzaron para un solo uso. Jamás en mi vida volveré a este lugar. El plan era dormir por lo menos hasta las 10am, pero, debido al mal olor de la habitación, decidimos salir a las 5am. Horrible experiencia, horrible lugar. Y sobre la persona que "me brindó su servicio" al entrar, quisiera destacar que hubo un momento en el cual me vi en la necesidad de preguntarle si estaba enojado o algo y me contestó que no, que su cara es así. The lock on our door to our room was broken and the secondary lock was also broken. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it at about knee height. The area around the property had multiple homeless people. Out the back door to the motel were empty coffee and liquor bottles and under the bed there were traces of bed bugs. We left and went to another hotel.

Only coffee muffins oranges and apples. Room was freezing cold when we got there. The hot water to shower with never got hot. We lost electricity in our room in the middle of the night all the lights went out except the one in the bathroom.

The property looks like it's under construction, broken windows, missing doorknobs, graffiti etc. There is a boarded up section of the building that looks like it's been broken into by locals. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot in broad daylight, I did not feel safe and refused to leave my room at night. The safety lock on the door to my room was broken. The carpet was covered in stains and the room smelled like cigarettes. Spend your money elsewhere.

We travel a lot due to work and during our last trip last week, someone broke the locks from our company's truck and stole some tools. We got on the phnoe with someone from the lobby, were asked to go to the lobby and one of the workers there told us they needed to call police to make a report so they would be able to look at the security cameras, that he was going to talk to his manager. Well, two other employees were just arguing between them, didn't even want to call the police or anything or take responsibility for what happend. We're never coming back to this hotel and I advise you to not stay there, since they can't help make things right. They don't care if someone brakes into your car and steals stuff from you, don't care at all. Very disappointed and frustrated. Just look for another place to stay

I selected this hotel because it was very close to a meeting I had in Charlotte and I did not want to fight morning traffic. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, shower had decent water pressure.

Overall, it seemed like the hotel was more focused on its own convenience rather than considering guest experience. I wouldn’t stay here again, though I’ve had worse experiences in Charlotte hotels.

Homeless people everywhere, people doing drugs in the parking lot, the place looks like it belonged in Gaza and had been freshly bombed. For my own safety I tried to cancel my reservation but the clerk said I would have to go thru hotels.com. If I don't get a refund I will end my relationship with hotels.com.

My family Went to stay during Hurricane Helene because of power outage at home. This place Smelled like urine in the hallways, bathroom was pure disgusting, some type of tiny flying insects coming off of one of the beds and roaches coming out of the microwave. Hotel was a bit old and not very well maintained. Room was clean and staff was nice. For a cheap stay it is pretty good.

The rooms are extremely outdated and need better cleaning . It was safe and next to restaurants.

The first floor ice machine didn't work. That's but a minor inconvenience, I used the second floor one just fine. After six days in this hotel, that's literally the only negative thing I have to say, and it's not nearly strong enough a point to lower my rating at all. Its truly just a fantastic place to stay at a fantastic price.

The price was cheap for a reason.

There was cockroaches in the sink in the am when we woke up. The hotel smelled like weed. I get that it was a cheap quick stay when our flight was canceled but absolutely awful.

The property was dated for the price they asking. The room had roaches. Didn't stay long enough to really get the full effect. The pool was not available for use

Everything was good except the blood splattered on the ceiling in room 122

Friendly and helpful staff especially housekeeping and the young lady at lobby desk. But in our 1st room there were roaches. We were moved to another room which had roaches as well, dripping faucet, toilet not flushing properly and constantly running, weak/no wifi. They offered to move us to another room but the other rooms were the same or worse so we kept the same room. We endured as our stay was not long. The area is ok - restaurants and gas stations with light shopping in walking distance. The staff told me they just purchased the hotel and were working on repairs and other issues so maybe it will be better in the future.

The reason for booking a hotel was to experience the pool and the pool was not available. Also at the time of booking the hotel allowed the amount that was due but once I got there they wanted $100 deposit it which did not specify online

The staff were friendly. The swimming pool was not functional and the breakfast provided with stay was insufficient

But next morning the guy at front desk was very rude... not even coffee..he was absolutely irrespectful to me....that i was thinking...should be a good idea to kick his ass....a Horrrible service....the area nex to the hotel..very low class and drogadicts around...and hobos.. Necer afain inwill stay here..not even for free

The stay was fine, room was clean, but there was a lot of homeless hanging around outside sleeping in the bushes. Our vehicle was parked at front door in front of the security cameras when it was broken into. The security cameras do not work and the hotel is not responsible for damages.

Customer service was awful

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Had to kill a couple roaches in the room but I understand how difficult they are to deal with. Pool was closed and it looked like it had been for a while. "balcony" access was closed off from our room but wasn't a big deal. Their breakfast was ... Lacking. They offered bagels, apples, a couple oranges and coffee day and day 2 they included muffins,. My wife is diabetic co nothing she could really eat. A/C in the room was kind of cool but not what I generally experience in a hotel or motel so I went to a nearby Walmart to get a fan to help since it was almost 100 outside and our unusable balcony door faced west.

This place is very old and ugly. Especially the bathrooms. If you have an option to stay somewhere else please do. Oh and if you choose this property to enjoy the pool forget about it because it is not working. Definitely first and last time staying here

The room was not clean ,the bed size are not what they offer the mattress are old. Bad smell. The property pictures look very nice and clean ,nor at all .night time is very laud.

I booked because of the pool, but the pool is under maintenance and I was not informed, I'm disappointed
