    The different sitting locations in the hotel The housekeeping could be better the room I was given whenever I checked in it appeared to be clean but whenever I went to pull the bed sheets back to Lysol it down it was ALOT OF DOG HAIR IN THE BED!!!!!! Shower floor was not clean ! So I went to the front desk to ask to be moved and they gave me another room and it was much better!!!

    Everything was great! The bathroom had a bright almost highlighter green/yellow stain on the wall. When I asked the front desk about it they said they don't know what it is and its in alot of the bathrooms.

    My stay was great the staff was outstanding My only recommendations is that both Hotels should receive free breakfast they're both by Marriott and also upgrading the TV apps. If you bring your own Streaming device you should be able to use it considering the available apps you have to choose from is only 2. Other than that nice stay

    Everything was great. From a friendly check in to clean and comfortable facilities it was just a good time. Very comfortable beds and a better than average shower topped it off. Only small gripe would have to be with the TV. The picture wasn't the right aspect ratio for the TV and there was no way to fix it that I could find. Also the smart TV side of it was really slow.

    I like the location and the cleanliness the most! I’ve stayed here in the past, but this particular time I did not like having to switch rooms because the refrigerator was not working. Also, I notified three different staff members during my day that the ice machine was not working on the floor that I stayed on and when I checked out, it still was not working properly. Also, I did not like the fact that now this property requires payment for parking.

    Comfortable bed. Price was reasonable. The “restaurant” was horrible. It was call the Bistro and the pictures looked amazing. However it’s not a restaurant. It’s basically a reheating zone as far as I can tell. Grilled chicken sandwich was a tiny rubbery chicken breast. Fries were ok. I couldn’t eat it so I tried the wings instead. They were just as bad. I wish I had eaten at the tavern across the parking lot. Breakfast the next morning was slightly better but not great. Avoid eating here if you stay. Staff was nice though.

    Service was excellent and the hotel was nice. My only complaint was the frig was tiny and the AC wouldnt hold the room temp during the day. I also must admit that it was during a heat wave and my room was on the front side of the hotel which face the west.

    I thought the staff was excellent, very helpful and nice. Room was very nice with no damage. The only thing I didn’t understand was room service never once cleaned my room while I was there. I found out that it is a Covid thing but never asked. So if you need a change of sheets or anything you have to ask.

She went above and beyond to create a custom mocktail just for me, and it was honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while — refreshing and made with care. This hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, style, and hospitality. Huge shoutout to Demereo and Elaine for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!

    We checked in at 8:30 on May 9 & the front desk guy was not friendly at check in. I asked him if he could provide us rooms next to each other he said he can’t. He was rude & didn’t care about our request. It was a family stay with 3 senior citizens and 2 children. Both rooms were in opposite direction. Moreover, the rooms he assigned us were not clean so we had to ask for different ones. Very poor service, never experienced anything like this before.

    I want to personally thank Ms. Kayla and Mr. Ryan they are exceptional employees. Housekeeping also get acknowledgment for all their hard work. I was in 405 and the only thing I can say is that the ice machine didn’t work on that floor, however, I didn’t mind goin to the other floors. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again. I love it. Best birthday weekend.

    I booked a 3 night stay. I had to change rooms 3 times due to the heating not working in the 1st room. I called front desk to inform and The manager Gary said maintenance was not working on that day but he would send someone. I waited hours.No one ever came finally.I went downstairs to the front desk. I learned that the manager Gary had gone for the day. So I shared the issue Ihad with her, the young lady came up with me to the room to see the issue. She acknowledged the problem and suggested that I would need to switch rooms. So I had to pack all my things and move. Now in the second room the heating unit heated. I fell asleep but awoke at 6 a.m. My nasal passage was dried out and burning and I was having trouble breathing. I discovered the heat only worked for a while but was now blowing dry and cold like the A/C was on, and there was no way to turn it off. Even after pressing the off button the unit just continued to blow air. So at 6 a.m. in the morning I go down to the front desk to inform about issue. I was advised I would need to move to a different room again. The front desk person empathized and acknowledged that there were on going and known issues with the units. This is now the 3rd room. So for every day that I was there I had to pack up and move from one room to the next. What a Miserable stay! No form of compensation was offered. NO! I Do Not recommend this location until they do much needed maintenance/servicing to there heating/cooling units.

    Pool was closed, drained and what little water was left was already green when we arrived. I was not aware that the pool would close midway through September even though the outside temp was still 90 degrees and sunny.

    I only stayed for one night, but I enjoyed my stay. Christina at the front desk & the late night crew were very welcoming and pleasant. I had a smooth check in. My room was clean and ready when I got there. The only “con” was that the doors were a little hard to open and close. You had to put some elbow grease in it lol. The second “con” was that we were given one washcloth but plenty of towels. Checkout was at 12 which is a MAJOR PLUS! Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

    The property was beautiful! However, when I entered my hotel I noticed it was a lot of hair in the shower that didn’t get cleaned up at all. This hair was also all on the floors and in the bathroom too. Besides that everything else was nice.

    The staff that we did see for the most part was great...they did close the bar area which made no since there was a family reunion going on alot of people was out of town and one of the staff said due to limited people in the hotel which was confusing. They have a great lounge area having a place to get food and drinks would have been a plus

    We stayed in a Courtyard by Marriott the night before in another part of town. This location was not as well maintained or clean. We tried to get a drink at the bar but there was only one person and she was also cooking. They had a large group and hotel did not staff appropriately. Location was a little sketchy.

    I arrived on 5/9/25 for check-in and I was told my reservation had been cancelled by the “system” and the property was oversold. After traveling 7.5 hours, I initially attempted to appeal to the guy at the front desk and explain that I was not contacted by the hotel and that my reservation was still active on my Expedia app. He was very dismissive and shrugged “thats the problem you booked through a third party,” as he carelessly handed my cards back to me without an apology or signs of empathy. He also said he had no contact information shared from Expedia to alert me of any issues. When I asked him to assist with finding other accommodations and a manager he replied “I’m it and there is nothing I can do.” He basically blamed me for booking through Expedia and failed to provide an alternative solution. Within 5 minutes, another customer was able to check in and get a room (I know this to be true because I actually know the person)…so much for oversold rooms!!! I became very upset and began to let him have it, it was only after that point when the other people in my travel group asked questions did he even attempt to “pretend” to call around for accommodations for me and my family. He was otherwise rude , dismissive and condescending. I travel to Charlotte very often but I will never book with this property again. I called the manager and left a message and have not received a return call, however I will escalate my concern to corporate.

    Upon arrival I was ignored, and everyone’s attitude at the desk were unwelcoming and unfriendly. I went upstairs to my room, it was a decent and cute space for a solo stay. However, the WiFi was down all night the first night. And the pool was not open as advertised. It was going to be a nice, sunny, hot weekend and I was looking forward to a pool. I purposely looked for a hotel with a pool, and was highly disappointed. Their so called “snack bar” was very poorly stocked. And they tried to double charge me upon check in as well. Along with the ice machine not working on my floor it was just an overall unpleasant stay especially for the amount I paid.

    The hotel was very easy to get to and free self-parking was close. It's located near shopping and restaurants. You can be in downtown CLT or other areas in 15 minutes but avoid the crowds after a day out. Staff was very friendly!

    Enjoyed my stay on 6th floor where it was quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and I liked the layout. I could have done without having to look at the rust in the lower part of the shower. But i would stay there again.
