My only concern was that there was no continental breakfast. That is always something I look for when I travel. So I'll make sure that wherever I travel it is part of the 'package.' I actually misunderstood that it was part of my reservation, so I was disappointed. You might consider at least giving a $5 coupon for the breakfast.

You also had a shuttle to take you within 2miles. I wish our room had a full mirror on the wall, because I like that full view check. Also, if they would place trash bags in the small trash cans in the rooms, and add a microwave. With being on the 3rd floor, I hated that I had to go downstairs to warm my food.

The positives: the view from our room was good- but it was a different property. The location was good for us, as we needed a place close to Elevation Church. The bed was comfy enough for sleeping, and the workout room had new equipment. Ultimately, we were unimpressed. We won't book there again, and wouldn't recommend it to others.

The property was very clean and majority of the staff were super friendly. The Bistro staff were not available to assist us on the morning we were checking out. When I asked for coffee the lady said you want to pay for coffee when you can fix it free in your room? I was aware of the self serve in my room and wanted to purchase coffee to get on the road home.

It was very clean When I checked in, I already paid thru Booking and the clerk charged my debit card for the entire stay and the accidental fees! That’s $590 I’m not getting back anytime soon and absolutely NO compensation was offered for their mistake! Horrible!

I choose your brand because of the bistro. The morning of 21 December there was NO bistro service at all..Initially there wasn't any coffee to be had, but the front desk finally got a pot out. I paid full price for all services advertised, but you did not deliver. I asked about lack of service and clerk.just stared at me. I.must rethink using your brand in the future

Overall good experience. There is a nice spacious area to go for a walk/run, or just relax right out back. Location is very close to a gas station and other stores which is a plus. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only issue was that there was a t shirt left behind the stand under the TV. It just means the room was checked in every corner but it was also in a very low place. I only saw it because my charger piece dropped back there.

We have stayed here every year , a group of us - disappointed that you Did not have shuttle running in the past for Backyard Ballantyne Whiskey festival , this was our third year , when they have special functions you should offer shuttle like you have in past . Its normally 20 or so people - we will rethink our stay

First thing was my towels had red stains on them and that’s very gross. Things were falling apart Like door handle came off very easily in the bathroom and the key scanner on door easily comes off. The front desk people act like they couldn’t do their job at check in. Breakfast is not included and when tried to get it in morning, it was one lady who kept making it clear she had 4 orders to do and it’ll take a long time saying it has to be from scratch pretty much telling us she doesn’t feel like doing it. This hotel is the worst marriott I’ve ever been too . Only thing good about it is the location, very convenient with gas station is walkable distance and also many restaurants near by. Other than that I don’t recommend!!!!!!

Good morning, I checked in Friday night @7:28 pm. I spoke with Carly at the front counter. She was not friendly and I felt very out of place. Like I didn’t belong at the hotel. The ladies that were there Saturday- Monday were great. Customer service was excellent except for Friday, March 29.

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Charlotte. I had no issues. Room was clean, bed was comfy, patio was nice and spacious enough- pool wasn’t open but doesn’t take away from the experience. As an older person with bad eyes I had a hard time reading the words on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower! They were in a light color. Also, what hotel does not at least have coffee available to travelers who just want a quick cup to head out. The door handle to my room was so hard to open both inside and outside that I had to put my whole body weight against it. Will not be back here and will check out amenities more closely next time I book a hotel. Also no microwave, just a no go for someone on a special diet. They made it so you had to go to their on site restaurant. Cheap trick!

When we walked in our room the housekeepers lunch n trash was still on the table. Other than that the room was very clean. When you can catch someone at the front desk they are very helpful, you just have to wait until you find one. Overall our stay was nice enough.
