I really liked the clean facilities and friendly staff. The property was also very beautiful.

Coffee was excellent. Several types of coffee, dark, light brew and decaf. There were plenry of breakfast choices. The receptionist was pleasant and offered different room choices.

Decor and friendly staff. Also overall clean The beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast options were not good at all. The first morning (Thursday) was great. They served breakfast omelets but the rest of the days were gross.

I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels.

It was near Costco Service staff were non existent. We waited 4 days to get our room cleaned a towels and that after we asked for service three times. They gave us a handicapped room and we DIDNT ask for it

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We had a king suite which was great! Staff was awesome. Breakfast is free and was good. You won’t be disappointed!

All Hampton Inns should strive to be as well run as this one. The staff were excellent, polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The outdoor area and pool were well kept and nice to sit and have coffee in morning or just read by the pool. The continental breakfast was well stocked with decent options.

The location was a good location, close to nearby shopping and restaurants. There was a CVS Pharmacy close by. The elevator was super slow and the rug in there was full of dog hairs. There were big gaps in the door and you could hear everything going in the hallway. There was also a red spot on one of the pillowcases and on the wall. I am not sure if it was lipstick, candy, or blood. It kind of freaked me out. More cleanness in the room.

We were really pleasantly surprised at the hotel. While it's not in an "A" location, everything is a 10 or 15 minute drive. Tremendous value and well maintained property

This was a great stay. Everyone was very helpful.

The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix.

This is one of the nicest Hampton inns we have ever stayed at, half the cost outside of Charleston SC. Easy ride in to do tours and explore the city.

The property overall was very clean and neat and attractive--our room was as we expected--roomy and clean--the staff was very nice and knowledgeable--and breakfast was very nice with a great staff. We did not use the gym.

Customer service was great! Our first room had cockroaches, dog poop on the carpet, and side of the bed. The carpet has not been vacuumed or cleaned in months.

The stay was amazing! Since we checked in, the front desk was so nice, handed us water and asked about my rewards to get Hilton points. The room was spotless and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. The room smelled clean, the sheets and pillows all smelled clean. I would definitely stay here again!

We like staying at Hampton Inn because of the large rooms and big beds. Breakfast is always good. On our first night there was recorded music coming from outside the room all night (from the pool area??). Not a fan of the music in the lobby either. We stayed 4 nights and the room was serviced only once.

One of the very best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything was a 10 rating. This will always be my choice when in the area again.

Soap for the week. I’d prefer a dispenser like the shampoo and conditioner was in. Frig was not plugged in and our food spoiled.

The landscape outside needs to be cleaned up. Overall nice stay for the price.

I told the desk attendant that my husband would be there the next morning and to please have a key for him. He wrote my husband’s name down and said it would not be a problem. Of course, I was not there when my husband arrived and they wouldn’t let him in, stating that there were no notes saying he was allowed. Finally, the linens smelled like they had been left in the wash too long before they were dried. Will not stay here again.

The property is impeccable! When I got here they were replacing the parking lot which was only a minor inconvenience. In the long run it will add more value to this already splendid property. The room was spotless and completely private adding to a most enjoyable stay

The property was clean and well cared for. The few staff members I had contact with (front desk, during breakfast, housekeeping) were pleasant and professional. The room temperature was set at just the right temp for me. No strange musty, stinky, or pet smells in the room. Fabulous! The bed, pillows, and comforters were so comfy; I had no problems sleeping. There were extra in the closet also. No need to call for some if I needed them. The bathroom and room (king bed with sofa) were very, very clean - yes, the carpet and flooring too. The choices for breakfast were what I expected (western omelet, waffles, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, cereal, grits, sausage patties, various pastries, and a few others), but it was plenty to choose from. I didn't visit the pool or exercise facilities as this was just a one night stay. However, I will be in Charleston over the next few years and will be sure to return to this Hampton Inn. It's not far at all from downtown, offers free parking, free breakfast, and there are plenty of resturants nearby to choose from.

Lots of fuzzies on the bedding, which got on my clothes. Also, Expedia failed to notify the hotel that I added an extra night, so my room key didn’t work the second day until hotel staff helped me.

The hotel was lovely. Good proximity to downtown. Good free breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Most of the staff were super friendly and attentive. Pillows were super uncomfortable and never got hot water in the shower; also bathroom was not super clean. Breakfast was great and location was perfect.

The staff was extremely rude. The breakfast was not up to par with most Hampton Inns. There were young baseball players running amok all over the hotel with no supervision; their parents were too focused on drinking and making noise all over the first floor all weekend. It was hard to get to breakfast, which was mediocre at best. Staff did nothing. It was a terrible stay.

We were on the third floor and it was supposed to be non-smoking but it amelled like smoke. We wanted to do laundry and when we asked the front desk for quarters to do laundry they said they had none. I could not do the laundry at the hotel. The person on duty at 5:45 was not helpful at all

Overall very good, with the important things, great. Room was comfortable and clean, with complementary hot buffet breakfast comparatively excellent. Minor quival: Although TV was of superior quality and could get tons of channels, I couldn't find the basic NBC, CBS and ABC. Could have been just me, and not terribly important. And one minor issue. Unit had a beautiful roll-in shower, but slope on the adjoining bathroom floor was not sufficient to keep water from running into the hall. Not a huge problem. I just put one of the plush extra towels down on it.

My family was in town for a family reunion and had 3 rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was very good and welcoming. My only issue is that I was there for 5 days and my room was never cleaned.

Stay was as expected. Our request for an ealy departure (family reasons) was thankfully accepted.

Room was dirty when we arrived and there weren’t any clean towels or soap.

Not clean. Arrived to the toilet being dirty and water/sand on the floor. No toilet paper. Had to request it to be cleaned twice. Very disappointed. We have several trips to Charleston coming up and was hoping to stay again. Won’t be back.
