Beautiful decor, full of artand easy valet parking and EV charging plus in the heart of Charleston make it a great choice. Beds were great and bathrooms perfect. Best coffee I have had in room as espresso my choice.

Friendly and courteous staff, beautiful hotel, room was wonderful, located in a great spot. Aesthetically pleasing, very clean, comfortable. We all had a great sleep and enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed at several Grand Bohemians so I had high expectations this one would be equally wonderful. This one could use a spiffing up. The others I’ve stayed at had beautifully decorated lobbies and rooms and this one was just average. There was a clump of hair on the floor in the toilet room and a coffee pod fell out of the robe that was next to the shower which made me feel like the robe had not been replaced from the prior guest. The staff was great. The valets were friendly and helpful as were the front desk staff. It wasn’t a terrible experience just not great.

Excellent staff, the optional wine blending class was really fun even though we are not experienced with wine. Facility was great and the artwork impressive. Will go back for sure

Property was fine and nicely located The front desk was terrible. Tried to modify our reservation, and was continually given the runaround with no answers. When we got the bill, we have been grossly overcharged and are under dispute with them now.

Fabulous and so lovely to stay in such a individualized amazing place. The art and rooms are so incredible and the beds are to die for comfortable. It was amazing! Perfect location. Hotel desk clerk refused to move us to another room. she also didn't speak english very well and was hard to understand. This hotel is way over priced. Especially considering the complications we had. Will never stay at another Grand Bohemian after this experience.

Had my mini wedding in this beautiful hotel in the Art museum! Just all around beautiful. The manager i believe of dining was wonderful. She made it even better. I wish i got her name but i would definitely recommend.

the location and the fun decor the AC unit did not work, the staff was not incredibly friendly, the dining options were not great, too many people who were not staying at hotel were using the rooftop bar making it crowded and we never got the chance to enjoy the view from the rooftop.

The location was ideal! We walked everywhere and as we passed other hotels we had considered, we realized the Grand Bohemian was the perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted to be. Eleve, the rooftop bar/restaurant was a hidden gem. We ate or had drinks there at least 4 times while we were there. Food and drink were great. The rooftop bar was better than some more highly "rated" rooftop bars in the area. The staff was fantastic as well. The hotel is beautiful. The colors, artwork in the rooms, hallways, gallery (even the bathrooms), furniture were all beautifully done. Casual seating in the room could be a little more comfortable. After a long day of walking and seeing the sites, a nice place to put your feet up would have been welcomed. We may have missed it, but "grab and go" breakfast options that are listed as an amenity were no where to be found.

Great location and facilities. All of the staff were great. Our only problem was with the air con which was extremely loud whenever it was on. Unfortunately, despite everyone's best efforts there didn't seem a way to fix it. However, the hotel itself was great and we would definitely stay there again.

The sink was clogged. I was on the 3 rd floor and you can hear noise from the restaurant. The Eleve restaurant’s menu is very limited as to choices . Valet parking was efficient and fast . The bathroom amenities were limited to shampoo and conditioner. Not exactly what you expect from what is supposed to be a luxurious hotel . Daily room service was not before 2 pm .

This hotel had a great location, right in the middle of where you want to be. They have a very nice roof top restaurant, bar, and terrace. The staff very very nice and helpful. We had a great room overlooking the interior art gallery. We will be back again soon.

The staff here was extremely professional and welcoming. The hotel was in fantastic shape with no signs of distress at all. Very elegant and comforting. Our room had custom artwork on the walls and a view of a nice art gallery.

Lovely room. Greeted warmly at the front desk and the associate working the gallery was so sweet and kind. I felt very safe. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. The bartender seemed overwhelmed and I felt rushed or like I was bothering him. Overall a nice visit. The front desk was your shining stars!!

Beautiful property. Unique with all the art work and wine bar. Rooms well designed. USB ports on nice size night stands. Only drawback is spotty WiFi.

This Grand Bohemian is nicest hotel off meeting Street. Their pet friendly policy is very helpful. On New Years eve we left our dog in the room and she started barking. The staff called and to let me know and offered to bring her to the front desk and keep her company. The GB team went way above in customer service here. Kudos and thank you!
