This is out 2nd visit. Just Husband and wife getting away for some "us" time. Very friendly staff. After check in we were given a complimentary breakfast buffet card, we missed breakfast at our last stay and we enjoyed breakfast this time. Loved that check out is at 12pm. Gives you time to enjoy your stay and not be rushed to get up in the morning and leave.

The room was a room but the bathroom was tiny. And there’s no fan nor was there a mat to dry off on when we got out. And there was no shower liner so literally all of the water basically flooded the floor. I pre booked and there was an option for breakfast for 2 but my reservation was for 4, so did they mean only 2 of us could eat? I was underwhelmed for sure.

Everything was great. Staff was great. We love the pool.

I ended up staying 3 hours into my second day and had to check out. They wouldn’t give me any partial credit for the night I didn’t spend.

The hotel is beautiful, but it’s very expensive. Very disappointing when only 1 packet of caffeinated coffee and no airport service.

This property is set in a wooded area that is beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself is more like a conference center with hotel rooms, but it is very well maintained and the rooms and public areas are spacious. We were able to move to a higher floor on the end of a wing, because there were a lot of events going on. We really did not hear anyone. It is in a very convenient location if you are visiting friends in the Chantilly area. It was a great stay and this is where we will return when we come back. The only downside is that there is only one restaurant and it is expensive for what it is; about $25 for a buffet breakfast. Room service is ridiculously priced too, so plan to go to Wegmans to get what you need.

While we didn't utilize them the hotel appeared to have beautiful meeting spaces and ballroom as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet aside from occasionally hearing a plane flying overhead. The only negative is that the beds were very firm and therefore uncomfortable for me and I had a terrible night's sleep because of it.

The staff was amazing and the property was gorgeous! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the local area restaurants and karaoke place.

Besides parking it is a beautiful hotel.

There was a wedding taking place, and the hotel made no effort to manage the noise or separate guests. After the event ended, drunk people were screaming in the hallways and slamming doors until 4 a.m. — completely unacceptable. Especially if you have a flight in the morning Management clearly does not care about guests who actually want to sleep. Putting regular guests next to loud wedding groups shows a total lack of consideration and professionalism. On top of that, the pricing feels like a scam. Paying $500 and being charged extra for basic things like Wi-Fi is ridiculous and honestly insulting. The breakfast situation was also misleading. No one — not the front desk, not the restaurant staff — mentioned that it wasn’t complimentary. Only after we finished eating were we given a bill. That lack of transparency is extremely unprofessional. Overall, this hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and inconsiderate of its guests. If you value sleep, honesty, and basic service, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Beautiful facility. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quick check in with personable employees. I had an issue with room assignment due to my mobility issues at times. Nicole at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!! Gold star employee! Changed our room and it made all the difference!

The room was decent, the Christmas decorations were nice THE SERVICE AT THE DINING HALL FOR BREAKFAST! They did not care to interact it serve we felt like we were bothering them but asking for any help. They just wanted us out. We are a quite family that just needed napkins and they next for the a la carte which we didn't get.

Room was nice, but the walls were quite thin. I could hear my neighbour snoring. The gym and pool facilties are good. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Location is good for nearby offices and we frequented the Tap House regularly, which you could walk too.

I would stay here again! Very clean, quiet, and calm. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are kept up well like gym and indoor pool area. Only I wish the bathroom sink had more room to sit items on but that’s such a small thing. Overall one of the best rooms I stayed in.

This hotel is gorgeous! We loved dinner and breakfast at Wellingtons in the hotel. The beds were comfy and the hotel was clean and beautiful!

I wish we would have known that the entire facility would be taken over by a wedding which was inconvenient for other guests. Wellington restaurant staff seemed put off by just an order of coffee. I also had a package delivered and it took 5 hours to find it. Coffee maker and phone in room did not work.

I found a universal housekeeping key in my room, change on the floor, and hair throughout the unit. Entry door frame looked like it had been broken in to before. The small refrigerator was frozen over and had a burning smell.

This hotel was so beautiful as you drove up to it. The grounds were like a park with flowers and pathways. Loads of green space. The lobby and hang out areas were spacious and comfortable. By far, one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

The campus and area is very nice and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The facilities were also very clean and nice. The pools and gym were well maintained and clean. Our only problem was a large group of soccer kids there running the halls, being loud at all hours no matter the location (pool or other common areas), and just inconsiderate to others around them. We paid the more money for the room thinking we were avoiding that.

N/A Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that was quite far from the elevator. Traveling with a toddler, this made things more difficult than expected, and we would have appreciated a room closer to the elevator for convenience. Additionally, when we arrived in the room, it began making an odd and extremely loud noise. This forced us to request a room change at around 1 a.m., which was very disruptive. While the new room was better overall, the thermostat light kept turning on throughout the night in response to movement. This constant illumination made it hard for us—and especially our toddler—to get a restful night's sleep. Unfortunately, due to these issues, our stay was not as comfortable or restful as we had hoped.

The front desk staff and restaurant workers were friendly and helpful. Pretty place. Our room was so hot we couldn't sleep. We could hear the air conditioning running, set to 65, but it felt like it was 80 degrees. And it was a little dusty.

Our room was located so far away from any elevator and it made it difficult to move all belongings etc in one trip

The hotel room was beautiful. The only issue I had was that the bed was uncomfortable. Not everyone likes to sleep on very firm mattresses.

Due to unforseen circumstance --- I could not stay at the hotel during planned time. I asked for a refund was denied a refund. I asked for additional options and was told to call hotel staff locally. I then proceeded to call them and was denied a refund from them as well. I asked for a hotel credit instead of a refund. Again was denied. Poor experience all the way around.

It sounds like a bad experience, but the staff was nice and accommodating. We got take out at the restaurant and it was quick and delicious. Our room was serviced promptly.

Upon hearing and seeing the video I was presented with 2 pairs of 3m ear plugs and told there was nothing they could do. I found this absolutely ridiculous and honestly insulting given the amount of money we were spending per night on the room and the fact this is a Marriott. After arguing with the front desk agent they eventually switched our rooms but not before making me go up to the room, fully pack all of our luggage and bring it downstairs to check into the new room. This was the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have ever had at a Marriott hotel.

The location is quiet and easy commute to most things NOVA. The room itself wasn’t too bad, clean but the were not soundproofed. The website show a breakfast bar that no longer existed and the night we stayed we could hear people partying, kids screaming well until 2 AM.

The water hose connected to the bathroom sink was disconnected and ruined my shoes because it sprayed everywhere. The AC didn’t work very good and the tv shut off on its own after 2 mins every time.

The wellington bar/restaurant had the absolute worst service I've ever seen in my life. They gave our order to a different table, we told them what happened, and then they tried to serve us that table's food in exchange. When I explained that I wanted what I actually ordered, they gave us bad attitude. They messed the entire order up, on the day of my buddy's wedding at the hotel. They even took an order of 3 pancakes away (because I only ordered a side of one pancake) and brought back a single pancake then tried to serve the remaining two to the other table with the obvious imprint of the powdered sugar where they'd removed mine. Complete disaster all around.

The check in and check out were great. Mickey at the front desk was a joy and so professional and friendly. We felt that she was genuinely pleased to have us as guests.

Although the property was in good condition, there was definitely room for improvement. Their convenience store by the front desk charged $11 for a cup of soup which is ridiculous. Completely overpriced. The staff was friendly.

It was a very pleasant stay.

Everyone was great and place was very clean. No issues other than the handicapped parking Is far away and parking in front is for valet. That should be for handicapped. And valet is $20 to park in front of the entrance. I have leg issues and can’t walk that far. However I asked the valet and was accommodated with no issues of parking up front with my placards displayed. Very pleasant stay and the bed was very comfortable as I am very picky about mattresses! A wonderful 10/10!

When checking out I was surprised with a bill of a service charge for the breakfast for $21 which was a mistake that they later fixed. The hotel room floors were not clean (lots of pet hair) Overall I do not recommend this hotel nor the breakfast they offer.

My stay was awful because they never told us what the additional charge for the dog was until we had been in our room for five hours and then told us it was an additional $150 we would’ve never stayed there if we had known that

Upon our check in on Friday evening, a portion of the wedding ceremony was taking place right in the lobby, in front of the main entrance doors, (blocking the doors) and check-in desk. We felt very uncomfortable trying to make our through the ceremony, toting our luggage to make our way to the check-in desk. The loading/unloading parking was occupied by valet parked cars and we had to walk from the guest parking area, which is not adjacent to the building with all our bags. I understand that this hotel is known for hosting weddings and corporate events however, it was very unaccommodating for the other guest checking in and simply trying to enter or exit the hotel. I called the front desk to on Saturday to see if there was another access point we could use so we would not interfere with the wedding parties, which were taking pictures, videos and gathering in the main lobby and there was no other entrance except through the indoor pool facility. Again, the hotel is very nice but the events overtook our stay and we were simply not comfortable.

Hotel: Loud and busy. 4 Wedding receptions going on until 2am. You couldn’t sleep with the walls vibrating from the DJ blasting music all into the early morning. Crazy that a huge, semi fancy, hotel like that runs their business that way.
