Breakfast was very minimal, just muffins and oatmeal. The bathroom door was broken such that you couldn’t open it from the inside. So if you traveled by yourself you would get stuck in the bathroom.

Bed was comfortable Wasn’t very clean. Brown stains on the bathroom door. Outdated and overpriced for the amenities

Nothing Old bathroom, no counter space, towel rack bent, kitchenette cupboards paint peeling off, beat up dishwasher, smelled bad, just slept on top of bed thinking they could have bed bugs. Right next to highway so loud outside noise. Big church next door caused bad traffic jam on Sunday. Cigarette butts all over. Will not go back ever again.

The larger kitchen than most motels was nice. Our room was clean and it was a nice place to stay for the price.

Overall the stay was ok. Has been updated a little bit but still needs some work. Hallway had a leak that was dripping down to the carpet and no caution sign was listed. Sofa need to be cleaned, but the rest of the room was cleaned. I ok stay if you are staying one night.

They cancelled my reservation because they did not have hot water and they said the had spoken to Expedia and Expedia never told us anything nor have they processed my refund . They made us pay for another reservation because we had nowhere to go so we had no choice being that it was late and I had my kids. The Expedia staff over the phone was also terrible they did not relocate my reservation because apparently it did not qualify to be relocated. Terrible service and the lady over the phone didn’t care . Never again.

After seeing there for three weeks, I went up to the front desk to extend my stay. (I’m working over at Dillard) I was told they have a 21 day max stay policy and I would have to leave. Hot water was out for three days and the front desk clerk is unhelpful & Mean

I could not believe there was no ice anywhere in the hotel! The halls smelled so strong of weed it was nauseating. Our commode seat was not connected so it tried to fall off every time you sit on it. I killed several spiders in our room, the beds were horribly uncomfortable and it is completely false advertising to say you have breakfast when it is nothing but coffee and cereal bars.

The property has definitely seen better times in terms of things like the cabinets being damaged, the drains in the sinks, not having stoppers, but it was clean

Room was run down and not clean. Needs a renovation. Bathroom dirty, floor looks clean but not when you walk on it. Towel racks are cheap and break if you try to hang a towel on them. Shower needs a rehaul. Water pressure not great. I guess you get what you pay for but it just wasn’t comfortable.

The front desk girl was so friendly and helpful! No complaints there at all. She is one of the reasons I decided to stay (instead of go elsewhere). The other being it was a very short stay. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area (for a reason). General location was good, near 28, 66 but immediate location (property) was sketchy. I could write a lot about the hotel itself, but I will just say, to the owners, its time. Time to invest in your property and renovate. Unfortunately, I have to say, I would not stay here again.

The stay was fine but they list that they provide free breakfast with the stay, which they certainly do not. "Breakfast" was 10 nutrigrain bars and a coffee pot which was empty. There was no staff around to make more coffee.

The staff was friendly. The table in my room wasn’t clean and had pieces of food scattered across it. There were dumpsters or construction containers around the back where it looked like a swimming pool used to be and was kind of an eyesore. I also didn’t sleep well due to other guests shouting at each other for a long time at 3am.

It wasn't the most comfortable place, no wall to wall carpet on the floor, microwave in the room didn't work

The room was fine. Issues: no tub stopper so I couldn't take a bath. But my biggest concern was that my parking ticket had my room number on it. As a woman travelling alone, I felt distinctly uncomfortable with that. Any predator lurking about could have read my room number from where the ticket hung in the car. Did not help me feel safe.

Around midnight a drunken man was harassing me knocking on my door and window - the phone in my room did not work. I went to the front desk and asked for another room but front desk just told me I can just checkout cause they are fully booked. Being around midnight I just stayed in my room then the next day the shower water was cold, hot water was minimal.

Some of the staff could have been a little nicer I wanna say when they are being asked questions by Costumers; Your Bread And Butter; your clothes you wear; if you don’t want to be at work or it’s such a big deal to be there than do us all a favor along with yourself; LEAVE somebody else would love to be in your spot. That’s something I learned and adapted to at an early age ijs. Think if it was you? As a matter fact it had been or will be you just as the older folks used to say “Keep Right On Living” Other than that my stay was absolutely fabulous.

You had to ask for dishes and silverware. They were not supplied readily in the room. Shower did not get very hot. Toilet stopped Flushing.. hopefully they are redoing all of the rooms.. there was very little counter space in the bathroom. Bifold Closet door was not on the track

Outside of check-in, there was no interaction with staff. As for the property, the hallways wreaked of smoke, cabinets were covered with half walk paper and other half ripped off. Bathroom/tub looked like something you wouldn’t dare use without shower shoes.

Which wasn’t exactly true since my son who lives less than a mile away had power

Close to the airport, but not as expensive, and just across the road from food and snacks. I was given a room for disabled, which in and of itself is just fine, but there were no chairs at the table to eat my dinner and the bed on legs would shimmy when I rolled over. The drapes weren't up against the window so the light came in and was quite bright when you have to sleep early and get up at 3am for a flight.

When I tried to go downstairs and talk to the receptionist, she gave me an attitude and essentially try to tell me that I didn’t see what I saw even though I had pictures and showed her. When I told her I would like some type of accommodation for this. She gave me an attitude and told me that I can’t get another room or I should just suck it up and take the towels and linen that she’s offering. The issue is that I was kind before, but when she started giving me an attitude after I mentioned how unhygienic it is to have stains and used towels in an actual biohazard issue, it was disregarded. i’m just saying it’s OK for a hotel to be cheap but to be cheap and dirty is crazy to me.

The hotel is pretty run down and my room was on the first floor right next to the parking lot. The bright parking lot lights shined in through my window because the blinds didn’t close all the way. Fortunately, I only needed to be in the room for a few hours. Would not recommend for longer stays. The front desk staff was fine.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me an early check in and late checkout. The room I was in was spacious and had all the amenities I could need, but there was definitely an odor present that you get used to pretty quick once in the room for a moment. Pretty much what you would expect from a hotel of this price.

This place the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, even being close to a major highway it was quiet, but the advertised breakfast was a joke, maybe hohos, small breakfast bars and coffee with no milk only French vanilla. While clean on the surface, there are underlying issues as it's an older hotel that looks and smells its age. First room had a powerful odor of dried urine, and the second room had extensive visible mold in the shower cracks. The 'grab and go' breakfast was nothing but individual packages of Hostess cupcakes.

The one thing I didn't like was that they charged a $100 deposit, even after the room was paid for. There was nothing about that in the listing.

The 4 pillows on the bed were super old, had no puff in them, made my neck hurt. There were no rolling down blinds in the room only curtains but I couldn't open them cause walking by ppl would see inside the room, overall it was an alright stay.

Hotel is located in a convenient spot.

Dirty hotel. Carpet in room felt damp. The room and the entire hotel smelled like a seafood restaurant with people that don’t want to clean it. Nothing cheap is good, nothing good is cheap. I guess that’s why the price is so low.

Elevator was out of service. The hotel surroundings made one feel secure but was glad it was just an overnight stay. No true amenities to speak of and the breakfast is wrapped in plastic. If you need a place to sleep at a discount, do it. But if you are in need of bells and whistles, this certainly is not it.

I am a lone traveler, so it was sketch at first. I say my room and it had a kitchen, bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I did feel safer once I saw all the cameras around. In conclusion it was a great stay overall, very clean and spacious.

First thing I noticed upon entering was all the cigarette butts around the trash can. Then, once I checked in I was told the elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs. Ok, that happens. Got to the room. Took a shower that evening to go out. The shower curtain bar had been ripped from the wall and poorly repaired. The bathroom sink faucet spills more water on the counter than it does in the sink. I had to wrap a towel around the faucet to keep my toiletries from getting wet. The next morning I went down for their breakfast. I was surprised to say the least. The breakfast is what they call a “Grab and Go breakfast” as they referred to it. It consisted of Hostess cup cakes and twinkies. I tried using the treadmill they had, but the belt was so loose it slowed on every step and was almost impossible to use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Really great cozy place

By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Booked through Expedia, and sounds like the hotel dropped the ball and didn’t accept my reservation. The elevator was broken as well, which was in past interviews also. Breakfast is a Nutri-Grain bar and coffee. Avoid this hotel at all cost the reviews match it, and regret not listening and giving them a try. Take it from me.

Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be none smoking. Fridge was louder than the AC unit which made it hard to sleep.

I enjoyed my stay. At this price, everything was fantastic. I love how the bed was made. It was clean. There was no weird smelt at all.

Cleanliness…2 stars at most. While the room is not obviously dirty… look at the bottom of your socks. It’s pretty yucky. The halls all smell like BO, curry and weed. Doesn’t seem to come into the room which is great… Not a great welcoming combo. Broken outlets, lights that don’t work, bathroom exhaust fan rattles. Faucet fixtures also broken. Oh and hope you can do stairs as the Elevator is out of service… so along with your own dishes, don’t forget to bring a pack mule!

Elevator was broken and was told by other guests that it has been out of service over a week. Front Desk staff was nowhere to be seen when checking in!!

Falling apart. One star quality

The place was fine. The bathroom door didn't shut because it hit the front of the toilet, which would have been an issue if I was not traveling solo. The "grab and go breakfast" was some nutrigrain bars, hostess cupcakes, and twinkies. There was coffee there, as well.

Booked a room for two nights, had my stay interrupted for maintenance, and had property stolen while I was out of my room.

Great customer service, arrived early and was able to check in. Next time I’m in area will definitely be staying there again.

Not my taste of hotel. Not clean, lacks modern amenities. There was this smoking smelling in the room that made our sleep terrible cause we couldn’t breath clean air. I am disappointed in Expedia for this hotel package.

My overall stay was ok! Didn’t like how my “non-smoking” room smelled like smoke!

This room was exactly what I needed after a long week of travel.

Over all, it was decent for the cheap price.

Also, it would be nice to have an arm chair to sit on not just the desk chair. And while a kitchenette is nice, its useless without some basic pans, silverware, plates, and cups.

Easy, convenient, quiet, good sleep.

The bad: The hotel is extremely run down. It’s dark and dingy inside and the furniture shows extreme wear. The mattress was lumpy and hard. My wife ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more comfortable. And I ached all day after a rough night in the bed. But I think the most disconcerting thing was that the room was dirty. The floor was sticky and the showed had a layer of dust all over it. Other notes: The WiFi maxed out at 1.6 mbs and the “breakfast” was a granola bar and a cup of coffee.

Very clean and organized. Don’t like the high deposit. It should be for new stays.

There’s a group of men across the hall having a party and they’re very loud. It’s 11:10 pm. Plus there’s a strange adhesive mirror attached to a piece of art on the wall that is aimed directly at the shower.

The room was not suitable for kids. I ended up not staying and wasted money on two rooms.

The cleanliness of the room was to par of a bad motel rather than a hotel. It was advertised as a non smoking residence and the room and halls smelled like heavy cigarette smoke

The place was clean and in acceptable condition. It needs maintenance for sure. Updates are must due. Room Door lock barely close and worked. Shower curtain rod looked like its been fixed many times that the compound used has no paint

I absolutely like my stay in this place.

This property is in an appalling state of disrepair, which MainStay has taken over recently for Extended Stay. The shower did not work.

I didn't like the fact that I needed to leave $100 deposit to stay. I was not told of this when I rented the place online.

I didn’t like the parking tag needed to be put inside the car.

At least the bed was some what clean there was still other ppl's hear on but that was the only thing that was clean along with towels that was all bugs in the shower

Property is on a small lake behind a office area which fronts to the highway near Dulles Airport...this hotel in process of re-branding to Main Stay Suites and there is NO signage at the road and only a small banner on the building. Place is clean, staff is okay but need more training. Building is clean but dated, the layout is good, heard noise all night due to thin, unpadded carpet in hallway. Bathroom door would not shut, not properly installed. Bath fan comes on when light is on and makes grinding noise, and makes odd noises. Overall not too bad, but management needs some clipboards and every room inspected.

This facility was close enough to accommodate my 0300 rise time for work while allowing me all of the comforts of home.

Decent size room, but it stink. I asked the front desk lady if they had plasticware being that it’s a hotel and she said they didn’t so that was a little annoying.

The place was very run down and many things were broken. The room smelled terrible like rotting food, the hallways smelled like pot. The heat and TV didn’t work and I saw roaches near the kitchen area. I left and could not get in touch with hotels.com customer service. I would have rather stayed in my car. The reviews wrote the place was good, unbelievable.

Thankfully this place was close enough to the airport so it’s convenient to be able to not have to wake up so early for a flight so it’s manageable for a short stay. It’s also very close to a nice plaza with a lot of dining options and places to go so it’s a very very conveniently located spot. Perhaps we got unlucky with a room still in progress or being remodeled since the hotel was having active maintenance that woke us up early in the morning, but I was disappointed with our stay.

Another great experience here. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to a plethora of food choices and grocery stores. The staff is awesome as well! Very respectful.
