I will not stay here again. It just felt unclean. The hotel needs some upkeep.

This was my second time at this hotel. When I arrived, it looked as if they are trying to do some outside repairs. I knew immediately that I had chosen the wrong one. I won't forget the address again. There was loud music like a church service going on in the conference room. I assume they're allowing this for extra money. The guy attending was slower than a snail. The room was not what I preferred. The toilet needs repair. The tub needs replacement or repair. The breakfast was pitiful. Parking was easy because there were not a lot of patrons.

My wife and I booked a room here for one night and upon entering the room we were assaulted with a musty moldy smell. It seems that after the pipe burst in the hotel a week or so ago(during our initial stay-we were relocated)they neglected to do a through cleaning. Whatever we were inky going to be here for a single night. Anyway While my wife was exiting the shower someone used a card key to open the door. Thankfully I had the foresight to have the latch on which prevented them from fully entering, however our privacy was violated and our safety was at risk. I yelled at the intruder and found out that the front desk had given them a key to our room. The manager offers to give us points as if that would make things better. The damage has been done this was an incredibly awful stay. Every noise we heard durning the night had us jumping thinking someone was coming into our room again. Would definitely it recommend staying here.

Parking was fine. Check-in staff was terrible, didn’t speak to me. My room was spacious but the toilet was broken and unusable. There was no hand soap in the room and none available when requested.

Lobby looked outdated but staff was nice and room was okay. One thing I did not like is the pillows. They’re very very soft and they sink in. I used 4 pillows in order to have a firmness of a normal one. Overall, average stay. Some pillow cases had stains on them.

The hotel manager fixed my tv, and breakfast stayed open a little after 10 am so I was able to grab breakfast. All in all a good time.

Place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with one exception listed below. I reserved a king bed but the room I was given was 2 queens. Beds were comfortable. That was ok, we made that work. The TV would not turn off. The screen remained blue the entire time we were there. It was like a huge night light shining in our face all night. When we asked for some help fixing that problem, we were told to unplug it. We unplugged everything we had access to but it didn't change anything. The next day I asked for a maintenance person to come do something about the TV. We were told no maintenance people worked on the weekends. I finally asked for a blanket to cover the TV. That did help but did not make the room totally dark. The breakfast area looked nice, food was pretty good with the exception they did not have sugar free syrup. With the number of diabetic people now, that is a necessity! Also, Noone around the breakfast area spoke clear enough English which is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. They were nice though. Also, the shower water pressure was terrible.

The only complaints I have is that the shower was not great. Glad I didn't to wash my hair. The pressure in the shower was terrible. We could hear the person in the neighboring room and we could hear everything in the halls- doors closing and people talking. Does not help when you are trying to sleep. I've stayed in other Marriott hotels that was a lot better rooms where you didn’t hear anything outside of the room. For those reasons, but mainly the thin walls, I would not stay at this location again. But if you are a sound sleeper, I would not want to advise against people staying here because everyone has different experiences.

Everything was great, no added stress incurred using Fairfield. Traveling across countries is hard enough. We checked in, parked our vehicle and it was included in our stay. Slept well on nice beds and had a great breakfast when we awoke to finish our trip back home.

The room was okay! The drcor could have been updated and their were mant lady bugs moving about on the window curtains. Slso, the water pressure was very slow at the bathroom sink.

Very nice front desk staff. Rooms are clean. Only issue is that airport shuttles run between 6am and 11pm. So if you coming via late flight or leaving very early flight you have to get Uber. I paid $25 for Uber each way.

The breakfast is more variety and hot foods . The airport shuttle is on time even early morning 6am. Great service and comfortable room, great location to close IAD airport. We will come back when we flight international flight by IAD. Thanks . Jie Z

The staff was excellent at this hotel for the couple days I was there for a wedding. There was no issue parking and didn't hear the airplanes go over the hotel. Also, there are restaurants near the hotel, which was easier to have dinner at after driving through the traffic.

The breakfast did not start until 7am, which we could not utilize as we had an flight out at 8:30am and had to leave the hotel a little after 6am. It would be nice to have something for people who have the earlier flights.

The hotel was greatly located to our convinience, they offer airport suttle service but there was a huge bed bug in my son's bed.

I love how close it is to the Air and Space Museum. Easy to get to and easy to get back to 95. The front desk person the evening of June 16th was not welcoming. Did not tell us about Wifi access nor breakfast. It makes a great first impression when you walk into a hotel and they welcome you rather than acting like s robot.

TV not working in first room. Manager quickly changed our room to a suite, but the AC was spotty and noisy. Aside from that it was close to the Dulles Expo Center where we were going to the next day and the breakfast was more than adequate. I'd go back again

Breakfast was lacking and picked over if you went later but the staff was super friendly and for the price, it was clean and comfortable. They did honor my request for a top floor in a quiet end of the hotel which was super awesome.

We booked here because they said there was an airport shuttle. We got here and they told us there is no longer a shuttle on weekends. We would have booked somewhere else had we known.

This property was one of the more expensive properties in the area by at least $50 a night on Expedia. The condition of the hotel in the rooms was very dated and worn. The staff was incredibly nice. I ended up having to stay an extra night on business and stayed at a different hotel that was much much nicer and $50 a night cheaper.

As I had a business to take care of, I was straight to the hotel afterwards. Again, the shuttle service was prompt, smooth, and I got a key without any paperwork to fill, amazing. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and firm bed gave me a good night sleep. In the following morning, even in a holiday, I had a enjoyable continental breakfast with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff was very nice and very friendly- no issues at all. The facility itself sorely needs updating and has some design flaws. There was only one very small driveway in and out from the side road to the hotel, and parking was very limited. Parking in front of the lobby entrance was made awkward by an unfortunately placed curb, essentially requiring a three point turn to back into one of those spaces. The room had no USB ports on any of the outlets- not one. I had to charge my phone by plugging in to the back of the TV. The only Ice machine in the e tire hotel was on the first floor and did not work. The breakfast area established for the food is extremely small, cramped, and with only 2-3 guests there, Made for traffic jams and bumping into each other constantly. For some reason, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were located closest to the shower head (instead of the opposite wall) causing anyone taking a shower to repeatedly bump into those dispensers every time you turn around to rinse off. One thing that always bugs me (it’s an individual thing) was when you open the room door, still standing in the hallway you are staring at the toilet in the bathroom. The toilet also required holding the flush handle down for several seconds to get it to work. It just needs updating and more thought put into room design.

Stayed for 3 nights, great proximity to Fairfax/Loudoun Co and many food optuons. Beds were comfortable. Staff was polite and brought extra towels upon request. My only recommendation is brighter lighting over the vanity sink. It is pretty dark and hard to see whn getting ready and applying makeup

They have no pool, staff was okay the front desk guy was an ass even his manager came out and check to see what was going on first and last time I am coming to this location. Dude laughing at me when you the one making $13-14 an hour , you the real joke. Have a great day! Please don’t stay here

I was startled by the number of people outside the hotel as I left at 2 am to pick up a family member from the Dulles airport.

They no longer have pool it kinda sucked they need to update you get what you pay for thank you

The hotel and room were really nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.

On their site, there should be a pool and hot jacuzzi but manager said closed. I checked around the building and none found. Disappointed and wanted full refund

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was about 10 minutes from King Spa which was our reason for the trip. The staff was extremely polite and the breakfast was good.

Well located near Dulles IAP and main thoroughfares in Fairfax, Loudon, and Prince William Counties. Lots of restaurants and other commercial entities nearby. But this also made for a lot of noise from airliners. People working front desk were terrible. Took forever to check us in, even though manned by 2 people. Then after we got into our room, they assigned another couple to our room and they (unintentionally) walked in on us. Very un-responsive, otherwise. The Fitness room was fairly well equipped but missing towels on all but one day of our 6 day stay. Included a nice water fountain and cup/bottle filler, but no cups. Room was well appointed but HVAC unit was difficult to control and room was either too hot or too cold. Other staff members such as lady working the breakfast bar and shuttle driver were nice.

Nice clean hotel near the airport. We arrived late and were accommodated. Really the only two comments are breakfast was from 6-9am so a little hard for those arriving late (minor since there's food options nearby), and being that it's close to the airport we the airplanes overhead were a little loud but infrequent during the night. Overall a great value for a place to stay.

Stay was short but very good. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle picked me up at the airport but unfortunately I was leaving too early in the am for the shuttle to take me back to the airport. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable, the pillows were too soft for me but that’s a completely subjective comment. Overall this stay was great and the shuttle hours was the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Would absolutely stay again.

Property was clean and friendly however during my 1 night stay there was something biting me. I asked the front desk to have someone call me regarding this situation and no one has called back.

Needed to let them know to clean my room, the housekeeping in hotels do that everyday, thins one no.. a little dirty but it was okay..

They would not accept my cancellation.

Convenient and comfortable

It was pleasant stay and very happy with everything! We used airport shuttle which was very easy to arrange and super smooth. Breakfast service also nice and reasonable but wonderful selection we had a great time!

Toilet needs attention - won't flush completely and burps. TV will not turn off unless you get out of bed and reach up behind the label in the front and find a little switch to turn it off. Housekeeping came in, replaced towels, coffee and straightened up everything but the bed - left it unmade. Requested at the front desk to have it addressed the next day - came back to room and no one had attended to it. Front desk said that it would be done a third time - it was. Only problem is one of our personnel pillows (small and black, nothing like a hotel pillow) was missing!! Tracked it down the next morning with the help of the employee in the breakfast room.

Would have been nice to have known about hotel construction being done before booking ot atleast let the price be reduced alittle during this time. Another concern was safety in the parking lot. There was plenty of light poles around the parking lot but none of them was ever on so we had to walk from vehicle to inside always in the dark in a area we knew litttle about. I felt they could have had atleast some lights on for safety and piece of mind for guest.

Housekeeping was suppose to come every other day. Didn’t happen. We had to go get towels and coffee packets. Toilet didn’t flush correctly.

Great service & clean spacious room. No issues during the stay.

Great stay. Staff is good too. Hotel has to figure out how to get a bigger parking lot. Street parking doesn’t count as hotel parking.
