I had booked 2 nights but had to cut one day out. Staff helped me and it was seamless to cancel the one night. The rate for one night went up by 20 bucks

Upon arrival. There is mo complimentary water. The receptionist said the complimentary water and slipper are for those regular customers only. I can’t imagine how they will attract a new client….

Location was good for our trip to the Steven F Udvar-Hazy Center Also within walking distance of good places to grab dinner Loud traffic although inside our room you couldn't hear.

Nice room. And the young lady at the check-in was very helpful and pleasant. Shuttle to the airport is a huge plus and the offering of extended parking is cheaper at the hotel and you don’t have to worry about paying for parking at the airport. Lots to eat around the location as well.

Currently under renovations so the place is a mess. Staff seemed clueless, bed spreads were dirty, and every floor smelled of weed.

Breakfast Menu was Ok and was very Satisfied with Shops Around the Property.

The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell—almost rotten or chemical-like. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable inside the room. I tried to be understanding, but the condition of the towels was unacceptable. The first towel I picked up had a large hole (about 4 inches) with worn, see-through fabric. The second had a visible yellow stain. The staff was super, super friendly! The breakfast was descent I’ve stayed at both 5-star hotels and budget places like Motel 6, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I don’t expect luxury from an airport hotel, but for $170 a night, it simply wasn’t worth the price.

My kids were really sad to not have a pool even though it’s listed on the amenities. It was the reason why we got this place to begin with. Breakfast was good, but it was not very clean. Looks like there’s nobody there on staff to clean up the counters.

Breakfast was meh, eggs were good, the sausage and potato's were terrible. the rest was good. Beds need updated, was closer to sleeping on a 3 inch pad on the floor. Room's were meh. The "suite" i had wasn't worth it. Lots of good food around though. Staff was friendly.

Seemed like they were renovating but the room was a little rough around the edges. Our room was sparsely furnished with damaged/dated furniture and finishings, and a couch/sofa bed that was unusable.

Be advised that the floors are not carpeted in room and sound carries from next door. We have a shared door that could be opened if you had 2 groups together but since I did not, there was way too much noise that carried over to my room especially late at night(midnight) while trying to sleep

Not a damn thing!!! Everything was despicable, the service l, the rooms I have had the worst experience with this company & hotel. Lack of any hygiene or cleanliness ness I left the first moment I got there & they charge me full price & refused to give me my refund

There were numerous very big cockroaches in the swimming pool area and in stairwell I had to get several out of the pool before my daughter would even get in Also there was a sticker on the back of our door that said checkout time was 12 noon so we didn’t get out until just before noon But we had housekeeping come knocking three times before then to see if we were leaving Felt like I was being rushed out I don’t think we will stay there anymore

Location 1) faucet needed tightening to stop leak; 2) phone was one way - I could hear the operator but they couldn’t hear me; 3) microwave turntable does not turn; 4) very hard to adjust shower temperature - either too hot or too cold; 5) parts of lobby blocked which made navigation, especially with a wheelchair, difficult.

Very clean and pleasant staff Problem with the hot water. In the morning and in the evening the water was warm at best. It seemed like the hotel did not have big enough hot water heaters. I had to wait until the middle of the day and late in the evening on Friday and Saturday to get a hot shower

All the rooms are in the process of being renovated. Ours hadn't been done yet but it was nice and comfortable. Shuttle to/from airport and breakfast were key reasons for stay. Breakfast was okay, coffee was very good. Staff was very friendly. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to have a calm reassuring voice on the phone when I called for the shuttle (Paula). Ate at Backyard Grill and Chateau de Chantilly which were very good and short walks. Wish the pool was open. Since it was indoors, I expected it to be open but it was closed as part of their reservations. Due to the government shutdown, our plans were canceled, would have been nice to sit by the pool to relax.

The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, starting with the parking lot. Management mentioned that interior work will begin once the outside is complete. While the improvements are much needed, guests should be made more aware of the ongoing construction since it does impact the overall experience. That said, I believe once the renovations are finished, this hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay again.

My family displaced due to house fire and the front desk advised to trash all of your belongings. We did not receive any compensation for the pain and suffering and on top they charged us for additional night……this place is not clean and the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly…… !!!

The room in particular was beat up, needed paint and refurbishment, the carpet was disgusting I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. It was obviously cleaned by the staff but there's only so much that can do if the management doesn't replace what's needed. Everyone who worked there was nice.

With a little bit of a fight, the front desk gave us a new room that did not have bed bugs. With that said, the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious; however, they ran out of some items by the time we got there.

i stayed there 4 nights , hotel serviced my room 1 time , asked for new towels several times before i can get a new set , no security box , no hygen kit, brkfst buffet nothing to write home about need improvement

First room was hot, dirty and the room looked like it was falling apart. The wallpaper has multiple tears in it, doors struggled to open and the tile in the bathroom was not even to the point where it would hurt to walk on . Carpets looked very dirty

We had a wonderful surprise when we got there. We had been upgraded to a suite. It was delightful and much appreciated. Wonderful little bakery next door too. We would return.

They dont do room cleaning you have to request. They opened the door while i was in the shower and i requested they come by later. They said no. Also i asked requested late checkout which was refused because im not a member of something. The WiFi was horrid. Makes you watch an ad to get the wifi and then it doesnt even work!!! Breakfast sucks. And they refused to bring stuff i needed to my room. I had to walk down everytime i needed a towel.

The room was very average, showing wear in the carpet and in the bathroom. TVs being replaced were stacked in the hall near the elevator. This hotel has a great location and is a reasonable value, but it is average, at best, in condition.

This hotel is so bad. Starting with the smell of the entire hotel, and including stains on the linens and walls and holes in the curtains and walls. The first room they tried to put us in was open when we arrived and didn't even lock! The AC was ancient, loud,and didn't work well. The shower has no pressure. We couldn't sleep at all.

I would never stay here again. Not clean, the room smelled so bad that I had to pull my T-shirt up over my nose while being in my room. The locks did not work well. There were definite druggies everywhere. It was a horrible experience and I am not one to complain. Don’t stay here!!

I get to my room and I can’t use my phone or iPad. I pay a cell phone bill so I can use my phone. Yall gonna block cell phone signal to use your WiFi then to get some type on good connection. You have to pay for the better WiFi signal.. that’s why we pay the cell phone bill to have service when needed. Place is a dump.

The worst part was the service - impersonal in the extreme. There was no conflict or rudeness, but I did try to call three times during business hours the day before and day of my arrival, and no one answered the phone. I witnessed while staying there the phone ringing and being ignored by the attendant. Again, no conflict or outright rudeness, but certainly not welcoming or helpful.

This hotel is in dire need of an update. Room carpets were dingy, tub needed recalked and was very stained anf musty. Lobby was well kept, but the halls smelled like pot anf lysol.

Quite run down; no room cleaning service our entire stay. Ants in the room and the workout room smells like chlorine and pool chemicals. Seems like upkeep has not kept up with the age of the hotel. Needs a remodeling and more TLC to be a good hotel again!

My flight from NY to Washington Dulles airport was 52 minutes but my shuttle bus took longer to pick me up that took 55 mins so i was very disappointed after i had to call the front desk 3 times asking where is this shuttle bus and all they would say 15 minutes away 3 times wow that it took longer then my flight explain that one to me SMH

Hop into elevator an it old and dirty, hallways outdated and dirty carpets, step into room there is mold on the corners of the ceiling, the wood tables are chipping everywhere, the tv doesn't work properly changing channels sticks, the bath tub is stained so I can't bathe my baby in it. For the amount i paid I'm shocked. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. DON'T COME HERE!

They did not even have our reservation. Had to book a brand new room that cost more then hotels.com promised. Even after that, the front desk person called the room around 12 at night demanding we bring our ID downstairs cause he gave us the wrong room. Tried to make us switch rooms but we refused and went back upstairs. Breakfast was mid ! Not many options

They advertise airport shuttle until midnight on expedia. When I get there at 11 and call for a shuttle, they tell me it only operates until 9. And, no refund.

Could hear everyone else on floor. Icy walkways with no salt days after light snow storm. Side door entrance broken. Parking in hotel lot was tight, icy, dark and unsafe. 1am gunshots outside People were doing drug deals. Dog poop all over. Room furniture was banged up and dirty Bathroom was very aged, towels were stained, tub and grout was nasty. Free breakfast was gross and skipped it beacuse of the looks. Thank goodness there was plenty of places to eat around because food there looked like a health hazard. Front desk didnt want to help with anything. Felt like it was a hassle. Way overpriced for a dump.

Could hear everyone else on floor. Icy walkways with no salt days after light snow storm. Side door entrance broken. Parking in hotel lot was tight, icy, dark and unsafe. 1am gunshots outside People were doing drug deals. Dog poop all over. I made the reservation because I was looking for a hotel that had a swimming pool and free breakfast. I arrived early for my check in and went to see the pool. The gate was locked with a box for a pool heater sitting in front of it. I went to the front desk and they said the pool will not be open for two weeks. The next morning when I went downstairs ready to eat my waffles to find out that there was something wrong with the waffle machine. The person that worked there then went to turn on the television, but of course it did not work too. I went to the front desk to ask for a wake up call, since the clock in the room was off by an hour, but he was sound asleep. If the pool is not working or the waffle machine is not, they should not be advertising that they have a pool or a free breakfast. I had to pay for what they did not provide.

I stay here often for the convenience of work and restaurants nearby. The check in is always easy. However, the place is tired. Really tired. The carpets are filthy and worn and the round curtain rods droop down and the shower curtain goes to the middle getting water on the floor and your bath mat. It's decent priced but really really worn.

Hotel is clean, friendly & helpful staff. The room is large & comfortable. Located close to shopping, restaurants and highways.

Property odd conveniently located with many dining options around. Property is good. For airport transfers, you need to call the front desk so that they will send the shuttle. Keep this in mind. Shuttle won’t run by itself.

Real pillows would be nice. There were 5 small pillows on the bed and no option for a true pillow was available. While it might look decoratively appealing, the person who made the design decision has apparently never stayed in a hotel. Please tell them to think of these things from the customer's perspective and not of their own tastes.

Well They didn’t leave a fire stick for me and I tried everything she told me to do. So it was a silent night in my room. Glad there was a sports bar near by.

Great location!

I was extremely disappointed in the maintenance of the rooms and property. Peeling wall paper, water spots on the ceiling from leaks, rusty shower, poor lighting, inefficient cooling, broken mini fridge and microwave, VERY old TV with no ability to connect to apps. Oh! they gave you 5 HALF pillows. They literally looked like pillows cut in half. The hotel and room hotel in general had a very "chemical" smell. Like they were trying to cover up other smells. The carpets felt like they have never been cleaned, a very gross, caked in dirt feeling. I believe their was also a homeless person hanging out in the stairwell one morning. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and just didn't return after the second night.

Good stay all in all! Hotel was very busy because of the soccer tournament nearby!

This hotel is in such bad condition. 1st off is they offer airport shuttle, but fail to mention it is done at 9:30pm. I called at 10pm 5 times till it went to voicemail and the 6th someone answered. It would appear the vacuum is broken as the hallways and my room hadn’t seen a vacuum in a long time. The outside of my tub and clear packing tape hold a piece of it together. Tops of furniture is grubby. The door to the bathroom around the handle had finger stains all around it, looked reddish. Disgusting. Wallpaper peeling in the bath. Run down doesn’t even come close to describing how awful the condition of the hotel.

The staff were great, shuttle service was on point. The facility itself not too great. The carpet in the room had a musky smell.

It’s a pretty rundown hotel. They did not have a pack and play or crib for our toddler.

Great Hotel

Our TV didn't work, housekeeping never cleaned our room or dropped off fresh towels, the shower head had pink mold in it, and the tub was sinking in the middle (felt like it was going to collapse). The woman setting up breakfast wouldn't allow us to grab a bagel and coffee on our way out because it wasn't 7am yet. Really?

The stay here was okay. The inside is a bit dated. The lighting was way too dark. The room was very clean but once again too dated. I found one bug in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit limited but the coffee was very good. Not sure if I would stay here again.

My bedroom did not get clean the time I stayed in and nothing was available for breakfast even though I was told breakfast was included I arrived at 9 am and there was barely something to eat very unhappy overall

The staff is so nice! That’s what made this stay tolerable for us. The property was very run down. Our room smelled like wet dog. I wanted to vomit. There weren’t any bed bugs or bugs in the room. The indoor pool area was like a sauna as if using the room itself to keep the pool warm enough because the water was cold. The pool was tiny and had dead bugs. The warm breakfast was nice, but cooked by microwave.

The staff was really nice, but the hotel itself is worn down. The noise was also another issue, my husband walked off the elevator and saw someone having sex with the door opened. So needless to say, I will not be returning.
