This place is disgusting, it smelled like mold, the paint in the room was falling apart, the mirrors were scratched, and there was a table that almost broke apart, it is not worth the price

I was only 1 minute inside the room, bad smell of cigarettes, the sheets and curtains stained and torn! A smell in the damp bed! I had to look for another hotel to sleep in because he couldn't stay in that room

Employee at the front desk was very kind. He was empathetic of what I was experiencing and made sure that I felt as though I was in the safe environment While looking for another hotel to go to Roach infestation. Immediately left after checking in and received a full refund.

It was so dirty and smelled awful I walked in took a breath looked at the bed which was a 3in foam mattress you buy at Walmart to put on top of your already bought bed to make it more comfortable which was sitting on concrete building blocks and a peace of 1/2 inch plywood, I have a bad back and paid $65 dollars to just turn around and walk out to find another hotel to stay in cuz there was no way I was going to get a good nights sleep in this place and to top it off I’m a hot shot driver, there was nowhere for me to park my truck & trailer the owner wanted me to drive 8 blocks and park my truck and trailer in a different parking lot with $43,000 dollars worth of cargo on it in a place he didn’t own and was a very sketchy and easy spot to steal my load and to make matters worse, he would not refund my money or give me contact information to get a hold of booking.com which is who I booked the hotel through. I will never use booking.com again and I will never go to this place again all I asked for was my money back because I could not stay in the room. Nothing

Old facility that does what it promises. Everything was clean, the area is not the safest, with limited entertainment, a neighborhood along the East Freeway industrial corridor. The Inn is best as affordable accommodation for a few nights. Staff was nice and helpful

Pubic hair in bed, belly ring in bathtub, & cigarette butt on bathroom floor. Also the big mirror was cracked with a strip of blue painters tape on it. When I went to management to ask for another room he told me it was clean & I was creating problems. Will NEVER go there again!!

Horrible. The employee was extremely rude to me the minute I arrived. Asked me “what are you doing here?” As soon as I parked and demanded I show my ID right there and then after I told him I had a room reserved. Did not feel welcomed at all. I never write reviews for places but this one was so bad that I had to.

I placed a booking online and when I got there I showed the guy and he said they weren’t doing online bookings only credit card payments there and then it’s one guess and then me but he wanted to charge me for the guess too and was really rude to me:/... never again so then we went to a different hotel and had no problems at all... I tried to cancel for my refund but it wouldn’t let me ...

lovely room very clean and quiet, however front desk can work on the manner in which they handle their paying customers. during my check in the two men seemed as though they didn’t really care and tried to charge me a second time for a room i had already reserved before i made it there and in the morning the woman on the phone kinda had an attitude about the fact i couldn’t understand her accent. like i said it’s a quiet and clean place to stay just be wary of the not so friendly staff.

The overall stay was good. Good price, clean room, cold a/c and great shower. Our only complaint (big complaint) was the rudeness of one the staff members who rudely came to tell us about check out time, as if we were late to check out. We were packing up and he rudely told my husband thay we needed to leave. Then proceeded to obviously talk mess about us to the other staff in Hindi because my husband told him we had till 11am to check out. It was like 10-15mins till check out to top it off. Then he kept staring to make sure we were leaving as we packed up our car. He had no reason to act that way. We were never loud, rude or bothersome while we were there. It completely ruined the outcome of our stay there.

I told him only two and he said the other man had to leave. I told him that he would be leaving in a little bit. He called again in about 30 minutes and insisted the friend leave or he would call the police. Our friend left but since when is it a crime to have a visitor? I won't recommend this motel to anyone!
