Free laundry room was nice, not used to that for sure, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. Staff is super nice and attentive to detail with check in, breakfast and room service. We will use Staybridge more now thanks to your awesome Chandler Arizona location .

Very clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Check in and checkout was simple and front desk staff was very accommodating. Hotel employee at the front desk was friendly and provided great service with a smile from check in to checkout.

Wow the staff are great, each and everyone them in their own separate way. They care about their

Beautiful hotel located in an upscale neighborhood. Staff are friendly and the room spacious and beautiful. The room is tidy up daily. Unless you dont want them to. Free breakfast and a mexican cantina located across the street. Very close to shopping but far enough away from traffic for a good nights rest.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. However, we were surprised that their pool was empty and our window was covered with plastic and could not see outside, and other surprises related to construction/remodeling. Either way, great place and location. Close to a lot of dining and shopping minutes away.

Staff was amazing and helpful! Construction work was in process and yet rooms were still fairly quiet! They also did a wonderful job keep the construction contained and safe for my exploring toddler!

Our room was very spacious and the king size bed was quite comfortable. My only complaint is that I could hear someone snoring loudly in the room next door most of the night so soundproofing there isn't great. But the hotel is very clean, buffet breakfast good and the staff friendly and helpful.

I want refunded when I canceled after being told my room was available only to get there in a bit and only to be told my room wasn't available.. to tryna be put in a smaller room for a higher price..I went from paying 179 to try and be booked for a 400 room.. that's when I canceled...I haven't got refunded.

We wanted a suite with a door to the bedroom in case someone needed to join a remote meeting. The suite was large, had a kitchen, and good internet service. The breakfast was included and had a decent variety of foods.

Close to my daughter’s house Breakfast choices not very good. Toast was not available. Ran out of hot food one day.

Our flight arrived early in the morning so we were very tired and called the hotel on the off chance they would have a room available early so we could get some rest before an event later that evening. We were so grateful they let us check in at 12:30pm. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The decor feels more upscale and the ambiance is very relaxing and comfortable. When we checked into our room, we were so pleased with the size and the amenities. I loved that they use Dove products in the bathroom. Our room had a kitchenette and full size fridge that even came with a pitcher and some glass food storage. We specifically picked a hotel with continental breakfast included and theirs is awesome. Not a full breakfast buffet but it offered some hot foods as well as yogurt bar, baked goods, cereal, and fruit (not to mention juices, coffee, and tea). All was really tasty and I regularly saw staff refilling empty items and cleaning up. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Anytime I need a hotel, I will be searching this hotel group, and will recommend anyone else to do the same.

The smell of the she sofa bed was bad

Location for what I was doing was perfect, as it was halfway in between the two locations where I needed to be. The room was nice and clean, as well as large. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were absolutely horrible... Either very soft or hard and lumpy.

Only bad experience was being told we were loud by the pool but we weren't loud. Guest should consider not having a room by the pool if you're going to complain about the noise.

For 323$ a night definitely not worth it. Beds are hard, toilet was slow draining, and rooms are starting to show alot of wear and tear. Staybridge Talking Stick in Scottsdale is way nicer and alot cheaper. Not what i expected from a Staybridge Suites property.

Check in was quick and easy. Ash working the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our rooms are great, beds are very comfortable. I just stayed at the Staybridge in El Paso and had a horrible experience. This visit was a total 180° What a great last stay for our vacation.

I had issues with the water temperature everyday in the shower. It ranged from ice cold to scolding hot. The vent in the bathroom also didn’t work. Additionally the furniture was stained and uncomfortable. The carpet wasn’t very clean. Bottom of our socks were filthy walking on it. We always enjoyed staying here but the cleanliness has gone downhill. Used towels were out by the pool for two days, so we decided not to use the pool or hot tub as we didn’t know if they were cleaned properly. On the upside, the staff was friendly, especially Samuel.

The room was dirty. The carpet was dirty, the furniture was so gross we wouldn't even sit on it and the bed comforter had a 12" black smudge on top of it. The wall in the bathroom had a leak/water damage. The pull out sofa bed was horrible.

We went to the lobby for happy hour and had a drink and then grilled our steaks and baked potatoes outside by the pool. The grills were clean and worked great. The 1 bedroom suite was super cute. Big bathroom and having a kitchen our room was super convenient.

We were in town for a memorial during the hottest time of year. We didnt want to be outside for long so we were glad that we had a suite with a kitchenette. It was very convenient to restaurants and stores and not too gar from Phoenix. The staff were very helpful.

Single ply toilet paper cheapest I’ve ever seen. Room was nice, bed comfortable, breakfast good. Coffee cup lids did not fit cups and cups were weak. Some simple things to correct to make it a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is pretty good in all area's. The food and beverage is great, the rooms are great, the bed and couch will do, just not super comfy. The staff is great. The area is nice, seemed safe. They offer social nights Monday through Weds, pretty convenient with beer, wine and appetizers. Smelled some weed smoke here and there, but some customers are just rude for not following no smoking rules. Not a whole lot you can do about that. Other than that, I would definitely come back to this hotel!!!

It was an amazing experience. I did not know ypu could check out on your mobile device, rather than go to the front desk. The employees were friendly and Welcoming, made me feel comfortable to stay there and safe.

We got there at check in time room wasnt ready kept saying q5 mind q5 more finally we left for awhile came back at 4 it was ready we got up to our room to find out it was a ADA room my husband is 6'5 im 5'10 my son is 6' room did not accomadate us!! Hotel wasnt even full either!! Verycouldnt even shower the shower head was too low!!! Very disatisfied to say the least!!! Its not like they couldnt tell how tall we were we stood at check in for half hour b 4 we gave up waiting for room to be ready !!! Not Happy at All !

There are too many hotels in the same area to stay in a good place but not enough effort by the management.

The breakfast in the morning is seriously lacking. No meat at all. No bowls. The staff was exceptionally slow to refill the coffee or put out milk. No one cleaned up dirty dishes. It was lacking greatly.

This stay was perfectly located in the center of all the restaurants, museums and destinations that I wanted to see in Chandler. Beautiful area, very wonderfully nice people. I would love to go back!

I liked how personable the staff was and even though they made a mistake with my room reservation, they were very accomodating and made things right. They showed they really concerned about the happiness of their customers.

Had problems with check in and got no help ended up having to look for another hotel and got late to my venue that i was in town for. Check in person did not help accomadating or finding resolution. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Unfortunate looks like a nice hotel but customer service was a -0.

First of all, the rooms are shabby. Often there is a funky smell when you enter the room. The caulking in the shower is also reddish and dull, which is not pleasant. The staff training is not up to par. It doesn't feel like a hospitality business. Including the manager. I like the Staybridge brand and will continue to use them in other locations, but I have no expectations for the management of this location. That being said, next time I will stay at the Residence Inn, by Marriott that is nearby. My colleague stayed there and she said the rooms are clean and the amenities are great.

A very nice hotel, great room layout. But, I was unable to stay there because they do not offer a feather-free room. The staff was very understanding and refunded payment for the entire reservation.

This location has the best staff, service, comfort, breakfast, and cleanliness of any hotel we have been to! We always stay here when we come to the phoenix area. The amazingness started

Good Stay. No cofee pot in room but received one when asked. No problem. No caffeine-free coffee at the coffee bar. This was a disappointment. Our room was very nice, but the bath tub/shower was slick. Someone could easily slip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Michael, Andre, Anthony, Hector, Niya and Zack were very helpful and provided great customer service. One recommendation would be to provide paper plates at the complimentary breakfast. A lot of guests would fix plates and go back to their rooms and then there would be a plate shortage.

The room was clean and comfortable. What I didn't like is that at breakfast there weren't many things, they ran out and didn't come out soon, we had to wait 20 minutes for food. And the breakfast attendant was rude

Anthony checked me in. He was polite, pleasant, and so kind in welcoming to your hotel, which was my first stay with your company. He signed me up for the rewards program, and told me not to hesitate to ask if any assistance was needed. I never felt so welcome for an overnight stay. Anthony is truly an asset to your team, and honestly, a breath of fresh air. I can’t thank you enough!

Before arrival after a few hours got an email and phone called from Expedia said the hotel reservation is cancel. Room is not available. I had to be on the phone for a while for a new booking. I did asked for a little bit of voucher for the inconvenience. This is the first time happening to an online booking experience for me. When arrived for a checked in. The manager couldn’t find the room and advised to stayed else where. He got confused and says that the check in time for for my arrival and the date not until 3pm. I had to explained a few times. Once he did wrap his head around he did apologizes. He had to called another manager to help him with the situation. It took roughly 2-3 hours and Can’t remember the exact time anymore. We both were on the phone to look for a room elsewhere. While my 1 yr old baby is still in the car waiting with my partner. It was a nightmare after a long drive n Very inconvenient. I had to called Expedia and asked them to relocated as well. We drove 6 hrs to get to Phoenix. Finally got a called from Expedia and the rep lady told me she will booked the hotel. I was under the impression that it was for free even when checking out. But nope I was still charged and very unsatisfactory with the whole situation and from the current hotel property. The hotel should be 2 stars. It was filthy, filled with heavy dusts on lamp, counter, cabinets, bathroom floors has a piece of sanitary plastic. Had to called for new bed sheets. More than enough of hairs.

Great property. Wished the hot tub was hot and that breakfast actually was ready at 630a, as advertised but it is not...other than that, great facility and staff is friendly.

Great breakfast and check out was easy. I would recommend calling the hotel you book as hotels.com says one thing and the hotel says another. But overall they took care of us.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved how many amenities there are on property.

The carpets were badly soiled from the entrance thru the bedrooms. I showed pictures to the staff. We were unable to sit on the sofa because it smelled of urine. The beds were comfortable. I did share this with the staff. I will upload the photos.
