Our room was clean. Our door wouldn't always open first time with our key. Door lock and handle need replaced. Wish they would change up breakfast items instead of just scrambled eggs and sausage patties every morning. Biscuits and gravy and some fresh fruit besides just bananas. Overall nice place to stay. Would stay here again. Go to Paris Baguette for some delicious pastries!!

We had to switch rooms because the first room had multiple issues. The TV frame was broken, there was no safety stopper on the window, and the bed frame stuck out far enough to be a safety hazard for anyone walking by. Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better. It appeared only partially cleaned, with dirt around the shower and a questionable stain on the couch. By that point, we were exhausted and had already prepaid for our stay; otherwise, we would have chosen another hotel. The breakfast was disappointing, with watery eggs, sausage, and very limited options. The pool also appeared poorly maintained for most of our stay, with little water circulation and a film on the surface. The elevators made unusual noises, and the service information indicated they had last been serviced in 2017. Housekeeping needs significant improvement. The only positive part of our stay was the staff, who were very friendly. Unfortunately, this will be our last time staying at this SpringHill Suites.

The rooms were somewhat clean but the mini fridge kept turning off and the tv didn’t work. The shower was kind of clean.

We stayed for three nights. It’s an older building but well maintained. Couldn’t hear anything through the walls or for the most part the hallways. Laundry on the second floor was convenient. Daughter stayed on the couch and was comfortable. Pool felt nice after a hot day, hot tub's spa timer for the jet bubbles didn’t work. Lastly breakfast was lackluster, eggs, toast, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, and what I believe was an egg biscuit that was soggy, no meats or fruits. Parking was $15 a night, room cleaning was every other day. There’s an abundance of stores and restaurants in the area. Overall our stay was really good, and we’d stay again.

They double charged me for incidentals and would not put the money back into the account. Didn’t tell me they charge for parking. And floors in my room were dirty. Unexpected charges for a person with fixed income and the price of gas ect. I was there with a friend who needed surgery. Live 3 hours away. Have to carefully plan and budget to the penny.

The two bed suite was perfect . Very spacious for a family of 4 . The breakfast had a good variety so that’s always a plus. One another big perk you are literally in front of a Chandler mall. Definitely would stay here again.

I find it ridiculous to pay for parking. We only found out at check in and were not told in advance. A charge of $15 is unbelievable. There is not charge for parking at other local hotels. Overall the hotel was okay but I think I’ve come to expect more from the Marriott brand. It felt like the hotel hasn’t been well cared for and it shows. One of the beds in our room was damaged and the bathroom fan was on its last leg. And we were surprised by the nickel and dime fees. $15 a day to park?!? I’m not sure we’ll be back.

Property was in a great location and mostly well kept. All the staff we interacted with were fantastic and I couldn’t rate them any higher. An outdoor pool was one of the main features we were looking for as we knew we would have a day with no car and our family would be at work so we wanted to be able to use the pool. Unfortunately it was in very poor condition with furniture from around the pool in it, black marks on the wall and floor and debris & grease obvious on the surface. About 30 mins after we arrived at the pool an inspector from the city turned up. From watching him I’d be surprised if he didn’t close the pool. We left early the next morning so I didn’t get to find out. A real pity as this facility let down the hard work of all the staff we interacted with.

We had a great stay. Room was very clean. Had plenty of room for family of 5. The breakfast was good. Nice area close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Room not clean. Room keys dont work from the outside, had to keep going to the main entrance. Water pressure not strong.

Breakfast area is crowded and was hard for my walker to get around in it.

Room service is every other day, breakfast was great but the pool was small and hot tub didn’t seem as clean and the shower in the room wasn’t as nice. Otherwise, it was roomy enough and for our family of 5 perfectly

We were traveling through the area and needed to a comfortable place to land - this hotel met all our needs. The room had two comfortable queen beds, a sofa and large TV, and separate table for eating/computer use. It contained a small refrigerator, a coffee pot, and sink. Ideal for basic amentities. Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like. This location went beyond our expectations. {I feared the loud noise of the nearby freeway, but the building was airtight, so we didn't hear any traffic.}

I booked this as it was convenient to the person who was picking us up in the morning. The hotel provided breakfast and was price-competitive with others in the area. Check-in was smooth. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The only minor negatives were: * the shower curtain - it literally hung from the rod to about 2 inches below the top of the tub. Until it got wet, the wind from the shower blew it beyond the tub. They just need 2 - 3 more inches of curtain and this would be fine. As it was, there tended to be some water outside the tub. * when we turned out the lights to go to sleep, there was a bright blue glow from the A/C's control panel. Luckily, the notepad the hotel provides was just the right size to cover that LED panel. * The door closing mechanism sometimes got caught on the security latch. My advice is to re-check the door for closure. The breakfast here (started at 6 a.m. on a weekday) was above average. They featured real bacon, which hasn't been the norm for a while. We had no noise issues. I didn't get to check out the surrounding area much, but I think it was near various shops / restaurants. There was a Costco nearby also. The area appeared safe. This was far enough from the airport that there is no shuttle service offered. Depending on what area you want to stay in, this could be a good choice.

Room was very clean, fresh smell and the extra bed under the couch was great for the big family. Staff was amazing and very informative. Wifi could be better....was lagging with my xbox and didnt connect the first time. Breakfast good very excellent but over crowded from other guest. Fitness center was good but a little small.

The staff was courteous, but the room seemed a little more run-down than I was expecting (warped/peeling wood trim, subpar shower facilities). I usually default to Springhill Suites, but this first-floor room was distinctly noiser than I'm used to. I was woken up every day by footsteps overhead and plumbing noises.

I loved the location of the property, close to the interstate and all the stores we love. The property was clean! Breakfast area was a disaster!! Not sure what was going on, maybe the staff was having a bad day but there was absolutely nothing. The counters were filthy, the tables were filthy, there was no more food. But that’s what we book for is for the breakfast. So we had to spend extra money for breakfast, which is ridiculous because we’re already spending so much for a room.

Hotel wants to change booking rate after arriving. Rate was confirmed several times for an extra night stay. We followed all the directions provided by Expedia, but they won't back us up on the rate change. Very frustrating and not what I expected from Expedia.Compelled to let others know of our situation and experience in our reviews.

Loud water draining after flushes all night.

The location, able to fit 5 of us, beds were contained, availability. The cost of a suit, how the couch was not in front of the tv, the queen beds were in a area with a wall one one side and i had to scoot down to get off the bed rather than getting off a bed normally. Hallway inside smelled like hair dye.

Great place to stay, no complaints except for a REALLY hard bed. Not comfortable at all. Everything else from the front desk guy to the breakfast and room was just as you would hope it to be. We very much love the location. Every restaurant and shopping store is within walking distance which is very convenient. Pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Bed was uncomfortable, the shower head was green where the water comes out, ac wasn’t working well, the lighting in the room was awful, staff didn’t greet us and didn’t ask us how was our stay while checking out, microwave wasn’t working, shower towels smelled weird, couch was dirty, lots of road noise, hotel is super outdated and doesn’t match the pictures we saw while booking our stay online. The reviews on the website are great but they truly don’t match the hotel and the experience. We won’t be staying here again.

Believe I was charged extra than what the room was but was refunded back that portion, there was electrical problems in our room #128 room also had no Wi-Fi or cable even though there was box connected for that. Very strange. Hair particles in the bathroom like it wasn’t properly cleaned.

The staff was great and welcoming on check-in. The hotel is a great value and nicely located near Chandler Fashion Mall. The rooms were spacious with the adjoining sofa/desk space. The bathrooms were clean and functional but basic. The breakfast area has great seating and the standard fare. I would recommend this hotel for someone based upon its location and value.

The property is average, what you would expect from Springhill Suites if you’ve stayed there before. Breakfast is good, especially for the price (it’s free!). The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean and the property looking nice overall. My biggest complaint and unfortunately what ruined my impression of this location is the management staff.My experience is a prime example of how one rotten apple can ruin the entire bunch-it was just one member of the team, a woman who presented herself as a hotel manager, who was very rude and difficult to deal with. The booking was made through a 3rd party and I accidentally chose the wrong room or something small like that (can’t remember exactly) and it took a few minutes to straighten out. She was quick to inform me that she would not be extending my stay and was very rude from that moment forward, despite my efforts to be kind, respectful and considerate. Rarely have I encountered a staff member who negatively impacts my experience at a property this profoundly. However, due to her unprofessional, rude attitude I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s a nice property next door-stay there instead.

My only small complaint is that the tv is kind of small to watch if you’re in the bed by the window. The gentleman at the front desk at 7:00 on Wed 8/12 was REALLY nice and helpful.

Our room was dirty and it looked like it wasn't properly cleaned. There was dog kibbles in the corner by the sofa area. There was little bit of feces on one of the bed sheets. Honestly we were disgusted by the conditions of the room and we didn't noticed until the morning as we arrived to the hotel pretty late at 1am so just went straight to sleep.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Clean parking lot and clean room. Overall a great place to stay. The only downside is that the bed is on the stuff side. The bed should be a bit on the softer of medium side. Thats my only drawback.

First, got a king room even though I reserved 2 queens, for 3 adults. Switched the next day and got another king room. Switched again. The double queen room smelled bad from the sink drain. Carpet throughout was clearly dirty. The shower faucet leaked badly, reducing water pressure and leaving water on the floor. Housekeeping was every other day, but was not done well, so we cancelled any further service. Carpet not vacuumed, shower not wiped down, didn't get fresh towels. Lousy patchwork caulking throughout made it look trashy. Breakfast was good but understaffed on weekend and as a result, ran out of everyrhing. Hotel seemed understaffed as a whole. Whenever i went to the front desk for something, nobody was there and had to wait for the person to return from assisting another guest. Another thing about the room, one of the queen beds was so close to the AC unit, had to climb over to get to that side. Oh, and none of the phones in the whole place were working, according to a staff member. Will not be staying here again. Don't know how it got such a high rating. Bots I guess.

The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The pool can be cleaner.

And amenities a lot! My only complaint was finding 3 hairs in the bathroom. Not to be a Karen, but I used to clean hotels rooms myself so I know the expected standards of room cleaning.

Decent hotel, was a little less clean than preferred. Someone’s black hair was in the hand towels and there were black hairs on the wall of the shower.

It was not clean and there wasn’t any breakfast the lady that was getting food would take forever and bring out one bag of bagels at a time and take forever with everything including the waffle batter

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and very clean place. Front desk staff was amazing! In a very convenient location.

Everything was amazing except that they didn't clean the pool the entire three days that we stayed there. Customer service was great. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The only reason for four stars is because i had to skim the pool every time we wanted yo use it. There were also other guests skimming the pool while they were using it.

Stay was horrible, ac not working, no towels, bed frames were falling apart and sticking out and the bed reading light did not work.

The first room we got the tv was broken and when we tried to change channel tv would.just go on and off. So we called front desk they put us in another room and this new room smelled like mildew and mold in shower room. We had no choice but to stay in that room. Also certain employees were not very friendly.

Property seemed a little run down. Floors did not look like they had been vacuumed. Mattress on one bed was falling off of the bed frame. The tv did not have any working channels. The room was very cramped.

the staff at check in were rude and disrespectful. we had to ask mutiple times for items that were not in the hotel, we were given a room with a shower when we have a child, asked to swithch but "didnt have a room for us". very unhappy with out stay. hotels like this make rental houses more welcoming.

Our TV didn't work, even after they supposedly fixed it. We had no toilet the first day.

I also appreciate that they don't automatically cancel your reservation if your more than an hour or two late! I do wish the sĺeeping area was a little more roomy

Property is in excellent condition as were the workout room. It is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. The thing that is annoying and surprising is having to pay $15 a day for parking. This the first time I’ve had to pay for parking at a hotel of this type which doesn’t have a parking garage. Parking is totally open for anyone to park there. It seems like one way for Marriott to add to their profit margins.

Found broken glasses and blood in the room, vaseline by the bed drawer, broken door knobs, empty bottle of body wash and conditioner and used towel. Even after telling front desk about it they just vacuum the small area but refuse to clean because of their policy that they clean every other day. After filing a complain they refunded for both nights but I cannot recover

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that they allowed dogs. And very clean!

Close to local businesses

This property was exceptionally clean and in the perfect location! Within just a 3-minute walk, you can be at the Fashion Center, Walmart, and surrounded by a variety of dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I also appreciated the rotating breakfast options each morning, which added a nice touch. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Arizona!

The room is very spacious and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also a plus! The front desk were very helpful & pleasant.

Room wasn't cleaned. Bedsheets wasn't changed for 3 nights.

I had reserved a King /Suite, but upon arrival, management could only offer me a handicap room with a king bed. They were very appologetic and offered me Marriott reward points as compensation. The room was clean and comfortable, just sorry they only had a disabled room to provide me.

Not woth the $200 price for the room. Bed was very uncomfortable tossed and turned all night and woke up with back, neck pain!

Family oriented

Perfect spot. Close to so many places. We had a room next to the pool and it was quiet even with the pool goers. Room was spacious, super comfortable bed and daily breakfast was a hit with the kids.

Nice breakfast, clean, and pretty quiet place. Bonus is there are a lot of great dining options close.

The area outside the hotel is close to shopping and restaurants so very convenient location. Check in was fast and easy. The amenities were great, pool and hot tub were clean. Something to improve is the breakfast, it was not pleasant. We booked this location to visit the ASU campus and it was only 15 minutes away.

Hotel seems a bit outdated, the beds were not very comfortable. The room was nice and spacious but our microwave/fridge area had a bit of an odd smell and I found it was coming from an old stain on the carpet. Overall pretty okay experience but it would’ve been better if I felt like the room was cleaner, specially since I traveled with young children.

April was very welcoming when I arrived and helpful when I needed shower gel. The hot breakfast each morning was well-stocked and hot.

The couch in the room had questionable stains all over it. The room had a musky smell. The AC was very dirty and couldn't cool the room. The ceiling above the shower had mold. And the refrigerator wasn't cooling and had a unique cooling feature where it only would cool for 2 hours.

A little old. Couch had some stains on it. Tv had a crack on it. So when I turned it off the tv was still illuminated had to unplug it . Very bright outside . So room was kinda bright when trying to sleep. Bed was a little too hard .

I chose this hotel for the cleanliness, convenience of stores and restaurants close by and close to the freeway. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. The room was clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was gd and a variety of yogurts and beverages. Overall will come book again.

Kids running up and down the halls all night then the housekeepers yelling down the halls around 8am.

I truly feel these room were not cleaned properly, felt dirty and maids looked extremely unmotivated.

--Baseboards in the bath area are filthy. --Toilet paper is akin to sand paper. Bring your own. --Shower water temperature almost gets up to “tepid”. --Shower head adjustable for a variety of sprays. However, placed so high on the wall would have to stand on the edge of the bathtub to reach it. --Shower head looks disgusting - like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed. --Shower curtain not waterproof and too short to stay inside the tub resulting in big puddle on the floor. --Fancy toiletries shown in advertising photos are nonexistent. What you get is one tiny bar of soap and a bottle of lotion. --Refrigerator not running at check in, hardly chills and turns itself off after about 4 hours. Front desk doesn’t explain this. Had several food items ruined.

Footprint on mattress pullout was the only issue. When report staff responded quickly!

It was a pleasant stay, very comfortable.

There were a few things I wasn’t pleased with. However, I have worked at a Marriott hotel before and I have certain expectations with Marriott. So being in a room with an adjoining door that doesn’t fully close was unacceptable to me. Also there was a tube of chapstick left behind by previous guest and hair stands on the edge of the tub. The door of the bathroom looked to have a bit of mold around the top hinge. And I feel the sit in the tub could have been placed in better. Room 132 I believe is ADA. Other than this the room was perfect for my young Autistic son. We loved the area. Walmart and more is walking distance. The area is very lovely and safe. I definitely recommend this location and the Front Desks Agents are a Blessing. I believed that I left my phone behind. We live in Southern California. I called spoke to Ahliya (apologies if spelling is wrong) she checked twice for me. Luckily my husband found it. I just wanted to note that the courtesy of finding my phone felt like she made it a priority. 👏👏 Thank you Spring Hill for a great stay!

We travel to Arizona and Chandler in particular a couple times every year for our children’s sporting events. We always stay at this hotel and are never disappointed.
