It’s a great location right off of I 10 and then Ray Road. There’s several restaurants around here and walking distance. Nice property very reasonable prices very nice for the prices.

Location Super loud. Could hear everything from outside and from the rooms next to me. No microwave in room. Room was dirty. Chair was hard as rock. Uncomfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a little weekend staycation and we really enjoyed it. The room was nice and clean as well as the hotel when you walked in. It is by the freeway and many restaurants! Our room didn’t have an iron but we called down to the lobby and they brought us one right away. We will be staying here next time we have our staycation!!

There was plenty of parking, sucks to have to pay for the parking. I was checked in fast. Front desk was polite and professional. The room was clean and cool. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean and towels were soft. Amenities were available. Overall good stay.

The room was visibly dirty. Crumbs on the floor, hand prints on the walls and bathroom doors, soap scum, etc... I had to use an alcohol wipe and sanitize main surfaces because I didn't quite trust it. You get what you pay for?! Otherwise, the room was comfortable, the space layout was nice and the location was great and convenient.

We like this hotel they are located close to family and they have good prices and the only thing we didn’t like this time(it’s our 3rd stay here) is we didn’t get a first floor cause we like the patio to the pool but we understand it was not available maybe next time.

The hotel was great as usual. The only thing that t bothers me is the $5 per day parking charge. I don’t know of any other hotel in that area who has a parking charge.

When I was there for check in, I had to wait 10 minutes just to task to someone. I didn't get the rooms I booked. I got 2 rooms - 1 with 2 queens and 1 with King and sofa. They said they were sold out and had 2 king rooms. They gave me an upgrade with both rooms with a balcony. Who cares? I didn't want a balcony. I needed 3 beds. Then the room keys didn't work. There was roof repairs going on and the front desk did warn me about it and offered to move me if needed. The jacuzzi was hot but not working to capacity. Pool and outdoor seating area was very nice. Bed was confortable and my room was clean.

I was there for a short stay recently. Front desk check-in, was easy. Quick confirmation of reservation from third party. Card for deposit and all set. I was only there two days, didn't use any of amenities but the stay great. Overall cleanliness, inside and out the premises. Room was good enough for what I needed. Just a bed and shower basically. Location was great, lots of choices to choose from to eat or even shop for necessities. Freeway entrance/exit right down the street. For the price compared to others, well worth the stay. I had no need for housekeeping so I have no comment on that.

Check in was fast and easy had a door issue with original room for upgraded to a room with balcony. Hotel in prime location lots to do outlet mall up the street restaurant on every corner. Pool was nice and big, has hot tub but didn't get in.

This place used to be nice, but now it’s a total dump!! After checking into our room, it was immediately obvious housekeeping either rushed through cleaning it or didn’t care. Then we started noticing the details: raisins on the floor, a dirty sock under the ottoman, an earring along the baseboard, a filthy/moldy shower, and what appeared to be a urine stain running down the bathroom wall. The entire room felt neglected and unsanitary. We went to the pool that evening and noticed the date palms surrounding the area were filled with fruit pods that were dropping all over the deck and into the hot tub. The hot tub water level was extremely low, and there were no towels available. I went to the front desk, and the employee simply said there was no maintenance staff on site (doesn't look like they ever are) and handed me a couple towels. The next morning, the pool area was even worse. Trash from the previous night was still everywhere, wet towels were left on the deck, furniture was scattered around, and there were fake nails, Band-Aids, and hair barrettes on the ground. Again, there were no towels. To make matters worse, there are no nearby bathrooms and hardly anyone, especially the kids running wild around the pool, seemed to leave to use one. Neither day did we witness anyone checking the water quality as required by law. This property has seriously gone downhill and is just gross!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE. You've been warned.

I stayed here before a few years ago and had a different experience this time. Looks nice and kept from the outside and is decently clean. Two out of the six staff we encountered with were kind and helpful. Other staff members, especially those at the front desk, were rude and unfriendly. Giving us attitude for simple things as asking for pool towels (as there were none at the pool), answering questions about the amenities, and getting our room cleaned. Breakfast was not included and was not stated it was not included (until I asked and got told rather rudely that because I booked my stay through Expedia it was not included…) so I got charged for a breakfast item that was not worth what I was charged for. I will say the beds were very comfy! With a bit more attention to cleaning the pool and poolside, cleaning of rooms, the lobby bathrooms, and some friendlier faces to ask questions, I would return. We genuinely asked with kindness and weren’t met with kindness. So sadly, few of the staff members attitudes really made me not want to return here.

Dust on all fixtures and bathroom had hair in the shower from previous people. THE AUDACITY AND DISRESPECT OF MY MEDICAL ISSUES TO TELL ME IT SOUNDS LIKE A LIE IS RIDICULOUS AND SHE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM HER POSITION. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL ESCALATE THIS ISSUE.

We stayed two nights to use as our base to explore Phoenix. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool area was also well kept. Plenty of available parking and it was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would be happy to stay there again.

Based on the technology in the wall, I'm guessing the hotel has been there a while, but it seemed to be aging very well. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been larger, but that's all hotels these days. Parking is $5 a night, which is a good rate, and it was very convenient to use. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The free breakfast was not available the last day because one employee did not show up, They put out packaged poor quality rolls and muffins, some fruit and juice. No where near as good as the pancakes or sausage and egg sandwich. After reading this I think I rated them to high!

There was nothing outstanding about this hotel. The room was clean, the AC worked fine. The 2 things that did stand out are that check-in is 4pm & if you want to check-in early it's a $15 charge... The other thing is $5 charge to park a car. I know $5 is not that much but why not just add it to the price of the room??

TV didn't work. The phone didn't work the entire both nights I stayed there and the staff didn't care and they did not fix the situation.

Good location Room was not clean upon check in. Requested cleaning and one of the managers put the request in for the following day. The room still was not clean because when I checked the bathroom the toilet seat was still dirty.

Hotel is located in a good area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall it’s a pretty good hotel, but be aware Sonesta charges a daily parking fee, has a limited cable TV package, does not have a restaurant, and does not makeup room during your stay unless you specifically request it.

It was obviously an older hotel. They allow dogs, which was one reason we chose this hotel. It worked for our needs.

We liked this hotel! When we arrived they were busy with checking in a kids soccer tournament but the manager was accommodating and very quick! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay overall. Close to Sprouts, Costco and great restaurants!

Easy check in and clean room. Enjoyed having many places to eat nearby. The pool and center courtyard was awesome to relax. Great overall just be sure to take not it’s five dollars a night for parking.

After the 1st part of our trip in a full bed, the queen was awesome to stretch out. Very pleasant courtyard area and open, welcoming lobby area. Access to a laundry was helpful for us too. Not thrilled with paying for nightly parking. Laundry only had 1 washer but 2 dryers. $3 per machine, so $6 for 1 load. Breakfast wasn't included for us and if you don't get there while breakfast is going on, you don't get coffee I don't think.

The property was beautiful, convenient to so many stores, restaurants and I10. The staff was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to help my family with some confusion with the 3 reservations we made. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be that I felt the shower was not cleaned thoroughly .. but it wasn’t filthy.

The pool area was rather messy with debris and the 2 lounge chairs they had were both torn. Breakfast was for a charge, so I did not have it. The overall visit was excellent. The staff was kind and helpful.

The reception by the first attendant was not pleasant. She greeted us rudely and tried to charge us to check in early, There was a rank smell of black mold coming from around the sink.

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spring break, baseball and soccer tournaments going on and the hotel was packed. With that said, we had the most enjoyable time there. Pool and hot tub were great!!! Would highly recommend!!!

The room was clean, beds comfy. It looks like it probably had a recent renovation. The pool is small and there is barely any seats, only one lounger which is falling apart so that was a little let down for my daughter and myself. The price for spring break time was hard to beat, I would still stay here again.

Visited Chandler AZ during spring training baseball season. Booked last minute and found ALL hotels are overpriced!! Sonesta select was clean easily accessible and many places to eat at walking distance . They charge parking, don’t understand why. Nice for a 3 star hotwl.

The bed hurt me and no coffee early in the morning. Sometimes the girl at night would have coffee out but never at 4:30 in the morning.

Restroom stink

Staff was friendly, quick and helpful. Room was dirty, bathroom floors clumps of dust in corners. Shower condition was rusted out near base of floor. Fold out couch was broken. Claimed 'heated pool' was anything but heated. Hot tub jets were out of control as no guarding was on it so water splashed everywhere. Not really enjoyable.

I had stayed here numerous times back in 2022. I was disappointed to find out that they were now charging for parking.

Ro checked me in but gave me an attitude when I asked questions regarding the receipt. I wanted to clearly understand how the receipt shows since it was for business trip. And when I checked out, I ended up not receiving the receipt via email. So, overall it kind of sucked. Tan was awesome though! Great service and printed a paper out for me.

The hotel is a bit pricey especially considering the lack of cleanliness. The room had food crumbs on the floor from previous guests. The shower was filthy. There was only 1 hand towel in the room and when I asked house keeping for additional towels, I was met with a very well versed I do not speak English. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

floors were not clean especially in the hallways. Had to walk a long way to get to our room. We were charged a $100 fee that took 5 days to get back in our account. We were charged $10.15 for 2 nights of parking. Those charges should both be listed when booking the room.

room was dirty, there was blood on mattress pad and had to have the maid change it and her excuse was it was just a stain..then the bathroom and shower was dirty, the fridge had old food that was left there by other guest, the night stand had a white milky stain on it and wasn't event cleaned or sanitized totally discusting and grossed the reviews on line are not accurate. will not go back EVER! and yes, front desk was notified and they just said sorry!

The room was ok and in a good area. We got in early ( 2:00 vs 4:00) and were able to check in for an extra $15 and then parking was $5. Not big charges but not very accommodating. Continental breakfast had coffee and granola bars so if that is a deal breaker on your stay, this isn’t the place.

Some staff are extremely friendly and helpful but some are quite the opposite. The room is a bit old but it's clean. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off in the middle of the night. There's also no master switch.

The price of the room was overpriced paid $275 for two days. We checked in early paid the $15 early check in fee no problem then come to find out we had to pay to $5 a day to park in the parking lot. Not what we expected because when booking this room it did not state we had to pay for parking. If I had known we needed to pay for parking I would have booked with this hotel.

Rooms were in good condition and the building was very nice. However the receptionists at the front were very rude and inconsiderate of inquiries and questions. The lady working the breakfast bar area was very sweet though.

Great hotel! Five stars! It is very clean with the usual amenities but what stands out for me is the fabulous staff. We were greeted by a beautiful lady named Ro at check in and her personality and charm set the stage for a very pleasant weekend. She made sure we had everything we needed. Saturday morning started at the Starbucks in the lobby. Another beautiful lady named Rae served us and she brightened up the day by chatting and laughing at our bad jokes. My friend made contact with some of the housekeeping staff and he said they were super nice and helpful. This is a dog friendly hotel with no pet fee. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Front desk staff who checked me in was a little cool and clipped. I didn’t feel any warm welcome from her but she got the job done. After that it was a good stay. Liked the location. We walked over to some nearby stores and did some shopping, got dinner. In the morning we drove to a nearby park for a pleasant morning run.

Staff was courteous and pleasant, rooms had damage that showed definite neglect on the company maintaining the hotel. No continental breakfast which would have made the stay better breakfast was pay to order.

Great weekend getaway hotel.

Staff was friendly and welcoming but when we went into room there were dirty towels on the floor and the refrigerator stunk of spoiled milk. The team came and cleaned up the towels quickly and replaced the missing hair dryer. Even though the hotel was packed with teenage soccer players the hotel was quiet in the room. When leaving realized I forgot a suit coat and dress shirt in the closet. Called to inform the front desk, it was not turned in and no one followed up. Assumed in a few hours during the clean up it got taken by the cleaning staff instead of turned in.

DID NOT FEEL SAFE THERE. Won’t go back to a place where they can’t control security issues. I will be notifying Hotels.com who I booked with. Their clients deserve to feel safe. Also Trip Advisor. Not super clean either. Bathroom floors obviously dirty. Furniture stained with food that could have easily been cleaned. Safety was the main concern and a huge one.

We checked in on Thursday. My room was never cleaned, even though I requested a refresh of my room at 6 am on Sunday. When I returned at 4 pm, I had new towels and some of the trash was removed. The front desk seems to be more occupied with compute work than the customers. This was our second and last time here

The location of this hotel is wonderful, we some restaurants and a store near by. Our room was a little bit outdated with a quite loud AC but other than that it was clean, had a wonderful balcony views, and no other issues. Overall, a great pick for its price.

In the corner of a strip mall parking lot next to the freeway. Even so, it was quiet and felt safe. Nice pool and hot tub area though we didnt get a chance to use it. Breakfast was available at the on site cafe, though it was not provided as comimentary. Also, there was a $5 parking fee. We just picked up a new vehicle so we had to pay 2 fees. The room and bed were comfortable. No microwave in the room. It had a small fridge, though no freezer compartment which we needed. All in all it was a comfortable place, reasonably priced.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke but bed was clean. Nice view of the outdoor courtyard area. We didn't get a free breakfast bc it wasn't open when we had to leave for airport, didn't have anything to grab and go without paying. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up to check out and she seemed annoyed, not helpful with the included breakfast that we weren't getting. It wasn't expensive to stay there but it wasn't worth it either. Someone was banging on a door at around 2am , which was a little unnerving. You have to pay for overnight parking, which is ridiculous. Not really happy with our stay there.

It was a nice hotel and a nice, clean, comfortable room. The only thing that would prevent me from staying there again is no complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for it. I also couldn’t find water to use for drinking or for the little coffee maker in the room. I also docked a few stars because you have to pay to park in their own parking lot, which is over the top in my opinion. Hotel staff is friendly.

Breakfast sandwich was $15. Beds were hard and no pillow toppers available. 1 tiny trashcan in the entire room Balcony was TINY! You couldnt even sit facing out because your legs dont fit! $10/night upgrade charge??? Fitness room is just free wts and elliptical and treadmill. No tub in bathroom, only shower. Pool was clean and rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. Had to request a new blowdryer because the first one broke. $5 / night for parking seems crazy too.

This is an inexpensive stay right in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, right next to the train station. Its an old building where you can hear the street outside, but you can tell the staff take great care in keeping everything nice and clean. It was very refreshing.

Hallway and room was dirty, there was a satin on the floor I’m guessing from a pet. I had to use the sofa bed and was full of hair and stain guessing also from a pet. Overall not satisfied with my stay not to mention that there’s a parking fee, have been staying in a lot of hotels the past 10 years and this is the first time I see one with a parking fee maybe a normal thing but it was the first time I see it.

They charge for parking. That is a big negative for me! Staff however were very nice and friendly, and facilities were very clean.

The cover on the outside entry door card reader was broken off and it was dark and hard to see we were unable to get in had to walk around to another side entrance. Told night staff at front desk they didn’t seem to care. Also the non smoking room smelled of smoke and the carpet was stained and looked old. You could see the tacking strip thru the carpet. We mentioned our issues to daytime manager she heard our issues and she was very apologetic. We decided to book our stay there based on the reviews the reviews obviously never stayed in our room

Parking is $5/night. The room wasn't really clean–I had to request it be vacuumed again because there was visible food on it. There was a lot of hair all around the room and on the towels, and the fridge was dirty. The staff was nice and friendly, and this is a convenient location.

The room was arranged kinda goofy, but it quiet, clean, comfortable, well-lit, good access and parking, the cooler worked well and it had great room-darkening shades. Will definitely stay there again if the occasion arises!

The stay at Sonesta was great. I had to get the front desk to give me the room that I booked and the manager did exactly that. Rooms are as expected very comfortable and clean. The pet fee was a little over the top. No continental breakfast, disappointed.

I don’t think the staff cleaned. The floors, toilet and the shower was disgusting. The front desk Latoya was no help with switching rooms for us! We had to go through Expedia because they didn’t book my room. Of course that didn’t work either. The pool was not clean either. When the A/C was running, it smelled dirty. The connecting room door didn’t lock and the handle doesn’t move when it’s being opened from the other side. Same as the main door and bathroom door. They do hold $100 deposit for damage, so we took photos of the damage and dirty areas of the room.

Property a bit rundown. Noticed things in the room that indicated missed details in cleaning. Was surprised about the small frig without freezer, considering it’s important appliances to have in a city with 100+ temps. Neighborhood felt safe. Was surprised to have had to pay parking fee considering it wasn’t a busy neighborhood.

Overall, my experience was very good for the time we were there and for the purpose.

Nice room in a cute little hotel. I liked having the door to the courtyard, but it didn’t open. Shade handle was broken, so I had to pull on the shade itself to close it. But, overall I loved it, especially having a Starbucks in the lobby and an adjustable showerhead.

Had to disinfect the room, as it looked and felt dirty. Dirty fingerprints on the light switches. A long strand of hair stuck to shower wall. Nob to control temperature was missing and froze our beverages. Red stain on carpet near front of room. Curtains would not slide all the way open and sliding glass door to balcony was grossly dirty.

It's disappointing that there is no complimentary breakfast. Not impressed with what is available for purchase.

As a frequent traveler, I get the pleasure of staying at some of the nicest hotels the market has to offer. This hotel is very so-so. Understood that costs need to be cut where they need, but basic room service should be done, especially when requested. Not here! And manager on duty didn’t seem to care when we asked. The rooms aren't cleaned the best especially the bathrooms. Walls are thin so its noisy and the chargw foe parking is unnecessary. The price is good, but the hotel needs a remodel. The doors in the room don't close properly. I stayed there 2 days for work and probably wont go back.

The hotel is nice enough. Our room had brownish stains in the carpet which affected my rating. Otherwise, the stay was fine. No maid service unless requested. I guess that's the new normal.

The room was comfortable and "basically" clean when i arrived. However, the floor had glitter on it and there were hand prints all over the patio door and something had been dribbled on the closet mirror, probably by a child. I told the front desk and it was immediately resolved, and the room was fully serviced. So I appreciated the prompt action.
