    I booked a stay at this hotel went to the casino wild horse pass had a bad experience there my wallet was stolen so I had no iD# to now check inn tried calling numerous times no answer just a busy signal. Still calling its been 4 days and still can't reach anyone no manager no customer service I BOOKED THREW HOTELS.COM THEY COULDN'T EVEN REACH ANYONE.

    We booked a room for 5 nights, but ended up leaving a day early due to our experience. I hope this review helps others because truly this was so traumatic. We did an early check in a hour early, the staff asked us to pay a $25 fee which neither me or my partner have had to do with previous hotels. We were also told to pay a $150 refundable deposit which we never got back. A few of the things we noticed were the deteriorating floors, no elevator, all of the trash/towels left outside of the rooms(mind you housekeeping starts at 10AM and we checked in at 2PM), our bathtub had mold, the fire sprinkler in our room were corroded, the mattresses were stained, our curtains had holes in them, housekeeping left a used coffee lid on our desk, our ac barely worked, all the walls had stains, broken washer, air vents barely hanging on, and COCKROACHES. None of the exterior doors locked, despite a sign stating they are locked 24 hours. We had to replace our key card 3 TIMES. The only upside to this hotel was the pool, which was also a mess and we only saw it get cleaned once during our stay. I was threatened to have the police called on me “due to a bad attitude” when I was mumbling to myself about my key card not working. I asked for a refund and he declined. His coworkers had to calm him down because I was literally shaking. I was ignored at the front desk and they keep all of their phones unplugged. Overall I wish I never stayed here. This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

    PROS: Excellent water pressure and hot water for showers. The A/C kept the room plenty cool. The hallways had a fresh coat of paint on them. The complimentary creamer and coffee was good (I suggest it being ready before the 6am posted start time, as some people drink coffee earlier than that, and they wouldn't make it earlier when I asked) The swimming pool area was a nice place to hang out, clean water and good water temperature. The front desk, pool cleaner and housekeeping were all friendly and professional. For $55 a day total cost, I guess you get what you pay for. It would have been nice if the website accurately showed what a guest was getting for that price. It felt either deceitful or a lack of accuracy/updating on the website.

    The hotel is budget‑friendly, but there are several areas that need improvement. The room setup was very minimal, and only a thin sheet was provided instead of a blanket. There was also quite a bit of noise during the night. Additionally, there was a strong marijuana smell in the area, which made the stay uncomfortable. With some attention to cleanliness and comfort, this place could offer much better value.

    This place is a joke. Its like a rundowned Crack motel. Cockroaches, black stained sheets, the room had the most disgusting sewage smell. When I asked the staff for a new room they completely refused and then charged me a "pet fee" and took the security deposit due to the smell of pets. No pets were brought with me into the room. Conclusion don't stay here! Ever!

    I was very disappointed in our stay there, the only good thing was the night clerk, who was very nice. The room, as soon as we walked in smelled like urine. The bed was sunken in. The desk was dirty, stained with a yellowish-brown substance that I have no idea what it was. The walls were stained with dried liquid splattered and running down the walls. We only stayed because we travelled 12 hours and were exhausted. The next morning we woke up to a clogged toilet. Now I know why the room smelled like urine. The toilet overflows.

    The hotel is located in a very good area with resturants near by. The hotel is occupied with shady guest. The floors are falling apart. My room was so so. The mattress to the eds are old and run down. Towels being clean but are old and yellowed. My room refrigerator leaked water. There were guest working on their vehicles in the back parking lots. They do not allow smoking in rooms, so a number of guest were out back smoking weed. Having said all that the price of the room was reasonalbe.

    The room wa clean but maintenace was terrible. The water could not be metered, you only got hot or cold in the shower. It was eithe r HOt or cold, no in between. The drain was left on the floor and the aerator cover was left on the floor. The vent would not operate unless the light was on. The stairs were poorly repaid and felt like the flooor was going to give out. The cabinet in the room had holes in it and the Television did not fit in the frame they were using on the wall. They also charge my credit card for a deposit and did not return the money when I checked out. They said it would be returned"within three to five business days." thats not a deposit it's and extra charge. and extra hassle to check and make sure that they actually do refund it.

    We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff didn’t care about cleanliness; the room was dirty, and the entire floor was covered in cheap scratches. There was no elevator, and our room was even dirtier than the rest of the hotel. The floor wasn’t swept or mopped, and it felt like walking on sand. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and we asked for clean sheets, but the front desk man said housekeeping was gone and the room was locked. They didn’t offer to change us rooms, which was disgusting. We left the next morning, having had the worst experience and hotel stay of our lives.

    I tried to call Expedia and didn't get to talk to anyone and the registration person on duty could not help me to get a refund of room rate. I checked out without staying and went to a different motel. Not a good experience with Expedia and paying in advance of seeing the room. Hoping someone steps up and refunds my money. I've been taught an expensive.

    The pictures online do not accurately represent the property online the rooms look much larger and nicer then they really are the vinyl floors are peeling up falling apart and sticky online they show tile floors, the towel rack and shower curtain rod is falling off the wall the paint was peeling everywhere the hotel has an oder of a very old hotel the linens were ok and the staff was nice

    Great location, with numerous restaurants and gas stations right across the street. Room was overall clean and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk gentleman was very polite and helpful. Hair dryer wasn’t working because of a faulty outlet. Got it working using a different outlet, but the dryer sparked and smoked. Asked for a replacement, but couldn’t get one due to the maintenance staff being off for the night. No telephone.

    When we checked in, the guy up front was asleep and seemed pretty irritated that we woke him up for check in. The place smelt like cigarettes and the walls are paper thin. You will hear the people in the room next to you and also the people in the hallway. Anything metal has a lot of rust on it. Wont be staying here again

    This was the most rundown dirty hotel I have ever stepped foot in. This hotel is in poor condition and very dirty. It definitely should not be part of Choice Hotels or on Hotels.com. When we walked into our room it smelled bad and the blinds were broken. There was a used dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Stains and crumbs on the mattresses and sheets. I just turned around and walked out. I could not stay there. I gave the front desk man my keys and he refused to give me a refund and I left.

    There is NO breakfast.... They said when they changed hotel name/ownership, they reached out to Expedia to let them know that breakfast is no longer offered. That was 3 months ago and they said they continued to reach out to Expedia but the breakfast included feature is still showing up on Expedia's website. TV Remote control only had 1 battery, and the entire facility looked run down) falling apart. They should just tear everything down and rebuild, remodeling would be too expensive. I am asking for a partial refund since there was no breakfast included for the two people that the room was reserved under.

    Front desk staff was not present when walked in, he was standing outside (didn’t realize who he was when I walked past him to entered the lobby). He was very hard to understand, & gave no directions of where room was. The property is in a remodeling phase. The bathroom had someone’s used tissue on the floor, the water pressure sucked, the floor was coming apart & the dresser was sticky. The room smelled really weird when we walked in as well. Will not be returning to this location!

    There is a ridiculous $150 deposit for a room when the entire motel smelled terrible. The second you walk in the door there is this nasty odor and it lingers through the entire building. The place isn’t worth the $90 it cost me for a room, and certainly not worth the $150 deposit. The attendant then told me, AFTER I swiped my card, that there is 3-4 day wait period to have the deposit refunded. The floors are falling apart throughout the building. 7 cop cars showed up in the parking lot with lights on and flashlights drawn looking for someone. This was a terrible experience and I will never return or recommend this place. Gross.

    The bed was comfortable, the room was good . The halls smelled of pot (marjana)strong. The floors are in need of replacing. There was a lamp in the room with no bulb or lamp shade. There is no complimentary breakfast. The back entrance door has zip ties so it won't lock leaving it un secured.

    Staff was lazy and unfriendly. The guy at check in ignored me and waited until he finished on his phone. Then charged me like a $150 Deposit! For what, there's no room service or pay per view. How could I have extra charges. Got to the room and there were still items remaining from the previous guest. Were met by a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. We stayed 2 nights, but there was no room service after the first night. Both days, the entire hallway smelled like weed all of the way up to the front desk, so I know they had to smell it. Our sliding door to outside was broken and would not open, close, or lock. Night one our TV wasn't working. Reported it to the front desk. Had to walk over there through the weed smoke because the phones don't work. He said he would have someone come by to look at it. Never happened. I will never stay here again

    Nothing Nothing the pictures are not what it looks like on the inside flooring was coming up. Had black ring around the drain in the shower. I had to get my card reactivated several times to get into my room around the edges was black of the whole hotel. None of the outer door entrances did not lock. There was one that was taped open with zip ties.

Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Mold in the corners of the bathtub and bottom of the shower curtains. The drain plug to the bathtub thrown on the floor behind the toilet. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door looked like holes had been patches and then only the patches painted with a darker black than the rest of the door. Also looked like salsa or somekind of food spattered on the doors. Cracks in the floor tiles. Big stains of somekind in the sheets. Dresser drawers that would not stay closed. The handicap handle in the bathtub/shower came off the wall in my sons room next to us. When we booked the hotel, it showed free breakfast. No breakfast at all, only free coffee. The pictures they show of the hotel must be from when the hotel was first built a long time ago. Furniture doesn't match the pictures online. Pool closed by the Department of Health because the gate doesn't close properly. Most of the screen doors on the first floor were off the rollers and just leaning up against the sliding glass doors.

    The beds were not queen size.!!! The check in process took a long time because the internet was down. The room was NOT what I booked. The bathroom ,shower, was not clean. The frig and drawers were dirty as will. Flooring had many cracks. Washer was not working. Sheet had many stains and hair on the bed. The counter in bathroom were not clean. Floors in room were not swept.

    The hallways smelled strongly of weed and there was lots of trash piled up around the property. Staff was minimally helpful with our issues, getting towels, check in, and with getting a refund for our leaky ceiling. I will not stay here again

    It says it’s a different hotel brand that has breakfast that didn’t exist. They had coffee occasionally most of the time they were empty. The place is being remodeled that’s why you can’t stay on the first floor. The pictures will show it all.

We had to go to the front desk and prove that we were moved due to many problems in the initial room. They fired the guy who was nice enough to move us. Never again!

    You can tell the floors are very cheap. They’re badly water damaged. The rooms are nice. We had no problems with the rooms itself, but the hotel is horrible and they have free breakfast on their site when they actually do not have breakfast at all.

It does need new vinyl flooring throughout the unit and the hallways, but everything was very clean and surprisingly reasonable for a very comfortable bed fluffy pillows, new towels, and furniture.

    Really needs to be renovated. It smells the floors crack when you walk. They take forever to give you your deposit back. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I had to wait to get my deposit. I still haven’t got my deposit. I don’t recommend to stay here unless you’re desperate.

Found other people's hair including pubes on towels that were supposed to be clean, and on surfaces like the bed and shower walls. The floor and tables were so dirty from never being cleaned. And the bedsheets had many mysterious stains on them. The other people staying there also decided to yell at each other from 3-5am. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place needs shut down.

    My reservation for king bed was not held after paying a little extra to secure my reservation. The room i got was 2 queen beds that were broken. I was told that all king beds were occupied i went to complain about the broken beds the next morning and was moved to a room with a king bed but room smelled like smoke i was not satisfied at all why even pay extra to secure a room i think i will no longer use hotels.com to reserve room will try a different service this is a really bad and dirty hotel

The refrigerator in the room was really sticky. None of the exit doors to the hotel have locks on the doors. The confusing thing is that staff answer the phone super 8 but Roadway Inn signs are on the building. There are signs of construction everywhere but it's confusing to know which hotel they are upgrading or downgrading to.

    This is what it looks like when the “ manager “ bursts in the room at 11:03 to declare you are now being charged the late checkout fine of $25 for not having vacated the room by 11 00. “ breakfast” is a packaged muffin packaged yoghurt and a bottle of water together with juice and a coffee at the station in the foyer.     I enjoyed the 2 week stay. The property is quiet. The staff was aware of everything happening on the property. The staff are very nice and appreciated how housekeeping ensured the rooms stayed neat and clean.

    The walk to the room was not pretty either. Bad floor that looked like they were flooded before . Missing tiles etc… Walk into the room and saw mattress with yellow stained everywhere.     The room had rodent droppings near the bed and the bathroom was dirty, with hairs on the baseboards. I was given another room which was clean, but management acted like it was no big deal and said I could “Find another hotel.” The fact that they acted this way towards me and offered no compensation or future credit to me shows how terrible of a place this is. Two of the four nights there we wound up staying overnight in Prescott. Very disappointed and shocked!with their service.

    I intended on staying for 5 nights. this property is in terrible condition. I arrived at midnight, was awakened hourly throughout the first night by arguments in the hallways. I requested a refund the next morning and was refused. The woman managing the front desk laughed, said refunds aren't given, and refused even to check me out of my room. I called the police who arrived and stated the place is a known drug and prostitution property.

    The hotel is older and that's fine. The security doors on the wall states locked 24 hrs UNTRUE anyone can walk in off the streets into the hotel from the back entrances. When I mentioned I was concerned due to the caliber of people in the area management and front desk shrugged it off and said well it's always been like that so...The bed had a huge dip in the middle so I was unable to sleep for 3 nights but just a few hours here and there. The floor was dirty in the room with old Skittles and wads of hair n the bathroom. When I asked if HK could clean it, they never did. The hair remained in the bathroom and I literally wanted to vomit. I couldn't wait to leave honestly. I will never stay again.

    Computer was down so couldn’t check in for another 30 minutes. Wanted a copy of my debit card for any damages but I have not ever had this happen. First room tv wasn’t working, almost moved into next room but that one was working either. Ended up 2 rooms down and ac took all night to cool. Room across from ours looked like someone was trying to break the door down and hole punched. Floors were cracked, our toilet seat wasn’t fastened properly, bathroom vent was broken and falling down.

    Bad all around. My reservation wasn't right but they fixed it. The flooring throughout the whole hotel was horrible. There were chips and cracked board's in the main walkways and you can hear the floor cracking as you walked. The room wasn't better, bad batteries in the remote, rusty fixtures in the bathroom and floors needed to be swept. The price for a room should not be at what they listed. Expedia won't let me load the photos I took, stay somewhere else

    Poor treatment from the staff. For a while now, they've been telling you that checkout is at 11 a.m., and starting at 10:15 a.m., they're already knocking on your door. If you leave five minutes after 11:30 a.m., they want to charge you $25. The condition of the place is deplorable. Damaged furniture, dirty curtains, a hallway floor literally falling apart, the vending machines with hot drinks, stained towels, among other things.

    After i checked in i went to out side of the reception counter , i went to use my card to get in, it wS open and did not work. Where i asked the agent about it and she told all the exterior doors where broken and theve been that whay for years. So i went into my room and truned the light on, and it did work in fact the was 1 tiny lamp worked.so i had to.use the bathroom light the whole time i was there. I went back to the agent and ask for a blanket ,and she said they didnt have any, but she went to the room behind her and came out with a bedspread, she explain thats all they had. I opend the bedspread she me gave and , it had white stains in several places so i thru it on the on the other bed, i was wrong it was nasty. I went to lock the door with the.dead bolt and it did not work. So reluctantly i climed in bed. fear.of the lack of security made me VERY uncomfortable. All night long the room next to me partied until 4 am and i couldn't call the front desk because there is a phone in the room,.and i wasn't walking on to the front desk, i was AFRAID. During the night i dropped my empty cup and lid rolled under the bed, when i moved the bed there were was food under it. DO NOT STAY here. I dont understand why experian would represent this aweful place, do they not go to the actual places they represent? The shower i wanted so bad after my 8 hour drive but, along the rim of the shower there was moldy spots all around it so ,no shower for me. Disgusting, usafe, brow bag

    $150 security deposit definitely high. Hotel was dated, the hallway floor was warped. The room226 ac was loud, toilet was running. Other people in hotel were loud. Side door to entrance was broken. Bad experience never again.

    I wouldn't staybhere ever again. The first room i was put in smelled like pee, there was trash in the floor, and the sliding door did not lock. The 2nd room i was put in felt sticky and nasty. Oh and their "queen" beds were actually fullsize beds. Definitely should've found one that was different.

    Words can not describe how absolutely awful this hotel was!! But let me try: floor lamp was missing its lamp shade, other two lamp shades were broken & filthy! Floor was sticky! Bathroom was dirty, non of the doors from outside locked!! So unsafe! Expedia should remove this hotel as an option!

    When I walked into the room, the smell was awful, not very clean and the bathroom doorknob was falling off. I went to the front desk and asked for another room, they gave me another room and it was worse! Sink was stopped up, rusty light fixture, fan in bathroom was unbearably loud, coffee pot didn't work, dirty walls...etc...i went to the front desk and asked if there would be some kind of refund for the crappy rooms, she said no, nothing, not even an "I'm sorry" I kind of got the feeling she has heard this so many times and she didn't care. She just said my receipt would be emailed to me.. don't stay here! It was terrible. Tried to upload pics but was unable to for some reason..

    Absolutely not, ever again. The rooms appear clean but don't pull the bed sheets back. I always check for bugs and what I found was filth. If i could only post pics. No bugs but a horribly stained mattress that was so bad I couldn't bring myself to pull the sheets back further than the corner. A head shaped stain right where i had to lay my own head. Looked biohazard, only thing making that kind of stain in that area is blood. I was an EMT for years, and it looks like someone was shot in the head and bled into the mattress. Def not worth the $160 I had to pay. I'll be asking Expedia for at least a partial refund. This was the dirtiest mattress I've ever been forced to sleep on and i travel a LOT. Disgusting.

    The floors were dirty and the AC wouldn’t stay on. When I woke up to take a shower the shower head was wrapped with a towel and was spraying everywhere. When mentioned to the front desk she said because it through a 3rd party that she couldn’t do anything. Definitely not worth the price. I would stay somewhere else

    Staff was friendly at check-in. There is no elevator, so we carried our large bags up the stairs. Some of the floor tiles were sunken in the upstairs hallway, so we weren’t able to roll our luggage. One of the bed frames was broken, so if you sat on one side of the bed without someone on the other side it would fall to the ground. The towels smelled sour. For continental breakfast you could ask the front desk for a yogurt and muffin.

    When we got to the hotel the receptionist was friendly and we had no problems. As soon as we got to our room, we noticed the room wasn’t the best. We were put in a pet friendly room that I never asked for, due to this our socks had so much fur on the bottom of them. The bathroom was dirty and had snot and markings on the wall. There were dead bugs splattered on the walls and we informed the lady in the front and she just said “okay” The sheets felt like curtains and were extremely itchy! Thank goodness I brought my own blanket, but my husband and children didn’t so it was hard to get a good nights rest. Also we couldn’t sleep with all the loud noises, people running up and down the hallways and slamming doors so hard. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, for the price it wasn’t worth it!

    We Booked a King Suite and it listed Free WIFI, Free Breakfast. There are NO Closets and No where to hang any clothes. The Bed Spread had stains all over it and did not looked washed. Went to ask for a replacement or a Blanket and was told Sorry there was Not. Was Offered another Room, But Not a suite if you can call it that, It was smaller but had 2 queen beds but a smaller room. Had no Hair Dryer so took the one from the King Suite, It failed (Suggest you bring your Own) The TV did Not work, Said to call the front Desk but there are No Phones in the Rooms, You either call from Your Cell Phone or walk to the Front Desk. The Live in Handyman came to check the TV and was able to fix the TV after going to another Room to swap out the Direct TV Box and rebooting it to our room, about 30-40 mins. The Free Breakfast? The Listing said Free Breakfast. Here is the Details that were Not listed, Only offered until 9 AM, On my receipt after check in then showed "Light Breakfast" what was offered as the "Light Breakfast" was Described as a Bag Breakfast and Yes Light to include a bottle of water 16 oz., A twin muffin pack 3.75 oz. and a ACTIVIA Yogurt 4 oz. with a plastic spoon. There was offered a carafe of Hot Water and another carafe of med. roast Hot Coffee with cups and cream and sugar and Tea Bags There was a Juice machine but had a sign saying "Out of Order" Overall - Pick somewhere Else to Stay

    There is nothing Super about this Super 8. It smells bad and is dirty. After walking on the tile floor for 5 minutes my bare feet were black. I'm sure that they don't mop the floors. The sliding glass door to the outside did not have a functioning lock. We had to wedge the chair and luggage in the window to make it safe. Though they had a large breakfast room, breakfast was prepacked muffins and a bottle of water.

    I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! upon checking in, we were told they needed a deposit of $150.00 I give them my card with money in my acct, and they ran my card and told me it kept declining, they ran it 8x's. they have an ATM right next the desk and i was told to use the ATM and they gladly take $150 cash deposit. then I'm told i'll get back after they do a walk through of the room upon check in. I was furious about even checking out money. then the next day I found out I was charged for my room but the charges was for 2 rooms! I am getting this straighten out with my bank. Plus the place stinks also. dont ever stay there.

    First off the room was clean, no smells of mold or mildew despite it being a verry old and outdated hotel. The noise in the hallways are very loud , if you are a taller person or have any issues with bending then request an accessible room because the toilet is low to the ground like a kindergarten restroom. My wife and I chose to get this room just to avoid driving to Tuscon after having an extensive flight delay and not wanting to drive tired an exhausted. Too our surprise we were awakened by Front desk personnel at 7:33 AM consistently pecking on the door and once I opened the door being asked if we were smoking which we were absolutely not and were sleeping. So then there is a big commotion next door which apparently was the person who was smoking refusing to leave resulting in police officers arriving to knock on our door yet again after falling back asleep. No apologies or anything from hotel staff or Chandler PD. Horrible experience! My advice to anyone choosing to stay here, if you can financially afford to pay 25 t0 30 dollars more Choose a different Hotel! For the price of 95 dollars on Expedia it is ridiculous! Stay somewhere else or simply choose one of the hotels across the street from this Super 8 on I-10 and Chandler Blvd

    Super 8 at Chandler AZ was a good place to stay. The bathroom looked like it could use a little bit of paint. The staff were great, they returned my wife’s pajamas when we forgot to take them when we left.
