Everyone in the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. The room was very clean. Parking is free and there are plenty of spaces. The pool is nice and big and the outdoor area by it has lots of shade and some bags games. Highly recommend.

The property is super clean. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were super organized and clean. We only stayed for two nights but I was very content with our stay. One thing I noticed in hotels in Arizona and Vegas is that room service doesn’t really get back to us. But for this hotel, we just asked again on our way up to our room and got the towels and toothbrushes.

It's a OK hotel for a night or two, it's clean and mattress are ok. No real food options in the hotel and their is nothing around. Pool is very small and dirty. the rooms are basic, The sheets and blankets are a nightmare, short don't fit and very cheap, the price is very high for such a minimal service.

we had requested a high-floor room if available, but we were assigned a room on the lowest floor with a very poor view. We’re a bit disappointed.

Parking was easy staff was very welcoming the towels in the room unfortunately had a bad smell. The beds were not very comfy and they did not have blankets in the room. Perfect for an overnight stay.

We booked a room with two queen beds which was not honored. My kids had to sleep on a sofa bed with springs in their back all night. Everything else was okay.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was great. It was beautiful and the view from the hotel is amazing. There’s this grand mirror in the lobby that just gives bougie will definitely be staying there again and there’s free parking and it just gives luxurious.

Water heater on our first night 1/2 was not working we had to shower with cold water they did eventually fix it but was inconvinient. I would of liked to also have complimentary water bottles because the little store was very overpriced. I just felt almost $200 for each night felt too overpriced for a very average hotel I would probably not book again.

The location was ok - Breakfast could have been better - Need have better coffee machine - No hot water in shower Ice machine gave out slush ice instead of ice cubes

Frankie was amazing! He checked me in and took care of things when I got there and was so kind. When I came back to the hotel Saturday after being at my aunts funeral activities all day, he was so caring when I was sad. The hotel is beautiful and I hope I can stay there again in the future!

Hallways and rooms smell like dirty feet . Highly recommend something be done about that. I’m not very picky but that smell on the second floor the second you get out of the elevator is bad !!!! Carpet cleaning is not sufficient to mask that odor..

Our room was clean, comfortable, and located on a high floor, just as we had requested. I also appreciated being able to use the gym during our stay - it was well-equipped and made for a great workout. There was plenty of parking available as well. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chandler.

Everything was great EXCEPT THE STAFF at the bar. It was REDICULOUS. Server was just plain rude over and over. And when we complained the staff just tried to make excuses for her instead of correcting the behavior. I will NOT BE BACK EVER!

Easy access to the 101 and 202 highways near this Marriott. The place was well kept up, and seemed very new. It’s in an area of office complexes, with a Starbucks across the street. Ample free parking.

The location is close to the highway & other food options. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The bar tenders were phenomenal with both service and drinks. 10/10 recommend if you’ll be in the area. Reasonably priced and family friendly.

Needed a place to crash for the night. It was so simple, easy and convenient from check-in to check-out. The Front desk staff were just fabulous!

Lots of construction right now around the property, and no hot tub. But we do love this hotel, from the friendly and helpful staff to their pet friendliness and their massive amount of parking. They were able to accommodate our 26' moving truck, and even let us keep it there for an extra night after our stay while we shopped for furniture for our new home, to pick up the furniture the next day.

Needed a weekend getaway ! Loved the hotel and check in was very easy. Loved the gym and pool area. Do wish there was a spa too. Had drinks at the bar and Kane was so nice and entertaining ! Unfortunately the food could have been better. But other wise a great stay.

Overall, great hotel. Staff were super kind and helpful. Only issue was the matress and pillows....not very comfortable and as a result, my shoulder was injured. Please consider getting better matresses and pillows.

The room was very clean and nice. However house keeping woke us up 5 times starting at 8 when the check out is at 11. Besides that it was a good stay!

Friendly staff and a beautiful facility. Our only complaint is that there was no hot water at around 3:30 a.m. this morning, forcing us to take lukewarm showers before our early departure.

At 7:30am they came in a knock on my door to see if I was still there. Then again at 8:15 it was like they were in a hurry to kick me out. So I didn’t even shower and left the hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, you are greeted by an enticing aroma that instills a sense of contentment, confirming your decision to choose this establishment. The bar offers an exceptional selection of cocktails. The gym is aesthetically pleasing, equipped with a diverse range of machines and TRX equipment. The pool is charming. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The check-in process was remarkably efficient, warranting a commendable rating of 10 out of 10.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. We're already talking about when to go back.

Check-in was efficient, the room’s decor is tasteful and it includes a modern sizable shower. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our short stay and it would definitely stay there again. Oh, and the breakfast in M Club was terrific!

Truly some of the best people in hospitality work at this Marriott. So kind and helpful!

The M Lounge was the worst one I have been too. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee machine was broken.

Chemical smell on floor 5,shower door wouldn’t stay closed. I checked out at 12 Saturday and was still charged 2 nights I’m also still waiting on incidental hold to be removed from my card over a week later

The receptionist that checked us in was lovely. She was quick & very polite.

TV was not working, told the front desk and she said engineer is off in 10 minutes should she send him up? I told her yes, and he was there in 5 minutes and fixed the TV. An HDMI plug from the back was unplugged. He was very kind and efficient even though his shift was ending in less than 10 minutes. My family really appreciated that. The lobby was soo clean and smelled so good. I love the carpets in the room, looked new ans well kept. There was not that typical hotel smell and I travel alot so i was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. Thank you staff.

The lady that checked us in, was wonderful and definitely made an a great first impression.

We had a great time at this hotel. New hotel with a modern feel. Stayed 2 nights. The room was comfortable, food was good in restaurant and club area, good vibe, a lot of parking. Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a plus. Pool area was busy so we didn’t go in. Staff at the bar and restaurant were amazing. Front desk staff were a little aloof but we didn’t deal with them much. If you want quiet I suggest a higher floor room. We will definitely come back.

I came up for my boyfriend’s graduation for the weekend. I had arrived to Phoenix early, and did an early check in. Everything went smoothly and the front desk girls were so helpful and kind. When I came up to the room, wow, the views and the bed and couch, the bathroom. I was shock how everything looked so clean and spacious and eco friendly. Great price for the location and room!! Will return in the future!

The only thing I didn't like is there was no microwave in the room

Great location , wonderful comfort of the bed and the bathroom was great ! I only discounted one star because the property had made the doors out of service for a week and entrance was from the side where they had the sprinklers spraying on the sidewalk full blast so that when entering the property you and your feet and any rolling suitcases got wet , and the doors were not auto open during this time so if you had a full load it was rather difficult to enter / exit

I was also shocked to notice a big lump of hair on the “clean” towel they had left in my room.

The thermostat in the room did not work so we could not turn up the temperature at night when it got cold and the blanket on the bed was thin and not warm. Besides that, the room was nice and the location is convenient if you will be in the Chandler area

Good clean hotel

If hotel is busy there is only one set of elevators for the whole hotel. There was a soccer team event so there was a bunch of teams staying at our hotel the weekend we stayed. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were really packed and had to wait a long time for them.

This property needs updating. I have been staying here for several years when I visit AZ. The lobby is great but the rooms are run down. The showers have mold, the carpet in the rooms are filthy. The cleaning staff fail to clean around and under the beds, which are dusty and dirty. I don't feel comfortable using your hotel anymore. I always spray lysol on everything before I touch anything because I don't think the rooms are sanitized like they should be between guest. Sorry this seems harsh but if I dont tell you the truth things wont be looked into.
